Hell no. Even if Luffy was potentially stronger then Zoro back then, he'd get sliced up by Daz, his weakness are swords and blades and back in Alabasta he had no CoA and any means to counter slashes and stabs. He'd probably prolong the fight and make Daz sweat, but eventually Daz would prevail. Current Luffy would probably 2 shot current Daz tho.

Luffy would win but he would lose a lot of blood.

Swords and blades never stopped Luffy from attacking someone before. Even if he was cut, he'd still attack with everything he had.

Amusing is that the reamark but Swords and cuts are Luffy's weakness is false.

Him not beeing imune to cuts does not mean that he is weak to swords as he defeated more sword users than even Zoro.

And MR0 has better cutting feats in Alabasta vs Mr1.

Luffy's AP >>>> MR1 or Zoro in Alabasta with his Storm.
He has beein bending or smashing iron/steel from East Blue.

This is a high-high diff or extreme diff but won by Luffy.
