Kanda had danced through Akira's attacks but sadly his opponent was a stature or two above him. Haki coating the point of contact with Kanda's attack made the damage he inflicted negligble at best, at least for a zoan user as Akira. Even more so the Spada's shadow didn't halt and quickly latched out, holding the man's wrist and applying pressure to a vital point. Kanda winced at this, even closing an eye as he felt his entire hand numb and tingling for the duraction. In fact this entire movement by Akira would have the desired effect to snapping the man back towards him, halting and redirecting his entire momentum against him. Like a toy, the shadow had the young swordsman where he wanted him.

Without stopping the billion level pirate would create a deadly centrifugical force by the flick of his wrist. Twisting Kanda and blasting him away from his position, all with his bare hands. The force inflicted upon the young fox hound member would at least crack a few ribs but it most likely did a lot more than that. Even so, Kanda straightened his back so to speak and dug his weapons into the ground. Trying to halt this unwanted movement prematurely. Which he succeeded.

Kanda rose once more but the fact remained that the young man was brutally damaged. He was outmatched at every point against this foe he hadn't felt so helpless ever since his fight against Thorkell, the viking. Blood dripped from his mouth and from his shirt onto the ground while exhaustion was clear in his eyes. This high level fight was draining a lot more out of him than it normally would due to the fact that it was taking it his absolute all to even follow Akira's movements. Kanda would stand up and placed the hilts of the swords in his hands against each other at an angle.

"Santoryu Ogi."

Kanda whispered as he started to rotate his weapons, while starting up a decent amount of centrifugical force. Once enough force was gathered the young man would dash forward with extreme speed. At least from his point of view. For Akira it was far less than that to be blunt. Eventually Kanda would be in striking range and delivered what would be the strongest attack in his arsenal.

"Sanzen Sekai !"

With a twist of an arm, Akira generated centrifugal force that would forcefully propel Kanda away, while at the same time the force inflicted by the boy damaged Kanda further as several of his ribs would crack from the shockwave-like twist. While there are some injuries incurred by Akira, it is significantly less serious than Kanda’s injuries. Despite the brutal injuries, Kanda did not give up – much like Zappa he needed to fight to stay alive, fighting has a greater chance than turning his back against Akira.

Standing in defiance, Kanda positioned his swords in a strange angle in front of him, before he would start to rotate his weapons as he gathered centrifugal force, Kanda would then run forward towards Akira at high speed, ready to use his next move that he has prepared. The boy, having never seen such a move could only wonder. But being a sword technique, Akira can already expect what would happen next even if he does not know the technique is in detail. The sharp eyes of the Assassin peered into Kanda, no matter the case – one arm should not be able to move well, thus the execution of his technique would show flaws that can be exploited, though for someone of Akira’s calibre and physicality, whether or not it did – does not matter too much. The boy instead did not go on the aggressive, he would face the attack. Sword against sword. Akira would shift his sword, now two-handed towards the back as he positions his body sideways in perpendicular towards Kanda.

Behind the raid suit, a smirk. Not one of arrogance. But to an extent, one that showcase enjoyment. Though Kanda would not be able to see his emotions without using Haki if he learnt how to. As Kanda would close in to unleash his technique, Akira himself did to. In a single motion, Akira swung his blade three times from three different angles, yet to an untrained eye it would seem like he would only swing once. The speed in which Akira moved is so fast as if all three swings are done simultaneously in one motion.

And with that, each swing for each swing. Akira’s incredible reaction allowed him to see the movement of Kanda’s swings and react to it as he would not just parry against the blades, but also break through their defense in one swift motion as Kanda would more than likely run past Akira, breaking the sword clash.

Name: Tranquility
Rank: S
Description: A technique that normally requires a stable foothold in order to be performed. By shifting his weapon towards his back, slightly twisting his body as he did, one can quickly swing 3 times in different angles simultaneously through a seemly single motion, allowing the user to attack his target in various angles that can be incredibly difficult to avoid. A lethal technique likely inspired from another swordsmanship. However due to the way the technique works, without a proper foothold its power and speed cannot be fully utilized. tl;dr: Tsubame Gaeshi [Pic 1][Pic 2] (81 Shuurin, 81 Movement, 81 Strength)

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + S: +4 + 2 (Black Blade) = 12. Large Continent Level
Result: Attack is 1 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 5 DPR (Arbitrary too)

Slash against slash Akira followed Kanda's every attack. Even the latter's most powerful attack was reduced to child play. The two fighters would zip and dash next to each other leaving them in a position where they were back to back. It didn't take long for the result of the battle to become apparent. Haki faded or crumbled rather from Kanda's blades as they snapped in two, the tip of the swords in his hands cleanly sliced off, without a chip to be seen. Blood flew out of two large wounds on his shoulders as the man coughed up blood.

"Ugh!"

The Vice-Commander of Foxhound's eyes blacked out, his knees tumbled to the ground as a feeling of disgust and regret lingered in the back of his mind.

Was this all Kallavan's second in command amounted to? To say he was a disappointment would be an understatement.

Whatever Akira's mind was at this moment would be rudely interrupted by the sound of metal shifting and turning.

"Get out of my base you hellspawn!"

A voice said from Akira's left, on the man's right shoulder a massive rocket launcher-like object. Primed and ready to fire. In that singular moment, however, he'd notice that Grount had moved to Kanda's location and whisked him to safety. All in one impressive soru technique, a pool of blood and broken weapons remained.

"MOSAR CANNON!"

81-100: 3. Large Building Level +S(4) +2(Haki) =9. Small Country Level

Prodi, the chief of Fron Island bellowed. Unleashing a beam of intense and concentrated light with force enough to even push Akira through and out of the building. The quick succession of everything that happened coupled with his disappointment in Kanda was perhaps enough to catch the assassin in a moment of silence. Where his guard was at its weakest.

But if that didn't do the trick, the fact that this beam was wide enough to incinerate 1/4th of this floor made any future battle on it a dead choice. Whatever Akira did, tank, deflect or parry. The floor he was on would be at critical risk of toppling down.

Clearly, the battle with Zapa and Kanda had given them enough time to evacuate the building. Whatever happened to it now was none of his concern.

"Keep it together Kanda-san! It's too early for you to bow out here!" Grount said, pleading to an unconscious Kanda.

In a single sword clash, using powerful sword techniques to defeat one another – the clash would announce its winner as Twilight’s Edge broke Kanda’s swords through cutting the tip of the blade cleanly before cutting into flesh. In an instant, two large slash wounds appeared onto the Marine’s body as Kanda fell onto his knees, falling unconscious. The boy however did not have much expectations, he knew how strong Kanda is when he first appeared in front of him – thus disappointment wasn’t really what Akira felt. The boy felt enjoyment in combat, even for a fair bit. But alas, Akira’s mission stand above that enjoyment. His feelings and emotions is very quickly snapped back into reality. Yet, no matter – his thoughts would then be quickly interrupted as Prodi appeared towards his left – with a powerful rocket launcher mounted upon his shoulder, primed and readied to be fired. The boy, having an incredible reaction could quickly react and process that information, immediately attempting to use Haki to sense his surroundings once more, but just as does it – Grount’s appearance and disappearance caught Akira’s off-guard for a sheer moment as he thought another would arrive to fight, prompting that attention before he would disappear alongside Kanda, with Prodi screaming out loud.

!!..

The boy could barely react, only able to bring about his arm to block the attack, but while certain parts of the blast were blocked, the rest instead hit the rest of Akira, prompting damages not just Akira, but also his raid suit – enough force to blast Akira successfully out of the building.

DPR equal to dura: normal damage

The boy took some damage, with several parts bloodied though still covered within the raid suit for most part, the suit however sustained damage, with a couple of parts of the suit destroyed. The boy however, quickly sensed his surroundings once more, this time paying attention to the outside. The main reason Akira choose to fight in the building was to prevent an open-area combat where the Marines could easily find ways to utilize surprise tactics to defeat Akira. Once Akira was blast out of the building, the boy immediately turns and spun with his smaller wings as he generated a tornado in mid-air through his sword, aimed to defend himself against any traps lying in wait for Akira to be out of the building.

Name: Autumn's Great Wind
Rank: S
Description: The Ittōryū version of Kokujo: O Tatsumaki (Dragon Twister) but with greater potency. (91 Shuurin, 91 Movement, 91 Strength)

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + S: +4 + 2 (Black Blade) = 12. Large Continent Level

Within the tornado that would slowly subside, should Akira detect Marines that grouped up together – he would immediately dash straight out from the dissipating tornado towards them on ground, jumping around in an erratic manner as he
wildly swings Twilight’s Edge, generating both normal and thin air blades around him to both attack and defend himself against them, Akira would make several jumps, swinging multiples time in each jump in an attempt to kill as many Marines as he could to pile on the casualties, aimed to destroy the Marines’ morale.

Name: Autumn’s Dance
Rank: S
Description: The user jumps as he swings his sword around him horizontally in several arcs, combining both normal swings and thin air blades (See Autumn’s Reach) to achieve multiple attacks in a single jump. Each swing of his sword as well as firing an air blade are erratic and random, thus making it harder to define the range of the attack to dodge. The motion of the swing as well as the air blades are enough to cover the user’s back with a couple of swings as well – allowing the user to both attack and defend at the same time. This would continue into several smaller jumps and even flips into the user as the user continues to swing – until the user stops into one last set of swings and air blades, and then finishing the move with several air blades around the user with the final swing. A technique most suited for dealing with a group of enemies. [Pic 1] (91 Strength, 91 Shuurin)

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + S: +4 + 2 (Black Blade) = 12. Large Continent Level

If the marines however are not grouped up outside the building, whether they would have retreated or completely in hiding – Akira would instead just dropped onto the ground, sensing his surroundings while waiting to see if the marines have something up their sleeves.

Prodi and Grount their gambit paid off as they managed to slip through Akira's incredible guard. Through a rocket of flames and energy Akira was launched outside into the open courtyard of Fron Island base. Despite all the set-up, the damage to the young man was minimal, granted by his zoan bulk. This was further emphasized by the quick spin the young man did in mid-air. Sweat rolled down Prodi's head as this attack had slain many of his foes and yet this creature before him seemingly shrugged it off like nothing.

Weirdly enough when Akira spun around, no attack came his way leaving the tornado to be nothing but a way to stabilize his momentum. Dropping to the ground and deploying a sensory scan, the shadow would feel a congregation of auras to his left. Close to the main gate out of this island, having decided to fall back the entire forces there. Rendering the loss of life at an absolute minimum seeing as most of these people would be nothing but cannon fodder. Essentially this courtyard was their final and last stand. To his left, Akira could sense both Prodi, Ground and Kanda who seemed to be pretty much at death's door. The foxhound commander's flame is the size of a little candle. Besides these 3 there was someone else on the lower floor of the building but their power level was insignificant, as high as a common villager if a comparison was needed.

Prodi leapt out from the upper floor while Grount walked towards Akira from what was essentially the regular entrance floor. Both men looked what might be death in the face, yet their souls and convictions were resolute. Their eyes were dead-set and ready to take on Akira two versus one.

"Looks like he's wearing some kind of Armour Grount-kun"
"Yeah, looking at the spots you burnt off I'd guess its more a suit than armour though."

The two men conversed in whispers towards one another. Eventually ground rose his left arm and pointed at Akira.

"Yo, you seem an awful lot like Spada her shadow. Did she throw out the dog to bark?" Grount said with his infamous sailor's mouth. His right arm transformed right afterwards, doubling the size of his other and resembling that of an ape. This youth had zoan-like abilities. But his mastery was lacking, to say the least.

"Do your worst! We are the best this base has to offer." The man said, clenching his hand into a fist.

Prodi on the other hand took a few steps back, attempting to wait in the back as long-range was more or less his forte compared to the short to mid-range Grount.

"We're counting on you Kanda-san." Prodi said, whispering softly under his breath.

Akira anticipated a potential trap lying in wait, making sure to protect himself in case it turns out to be true – in such situation of life and death, caution is a powerful mind-set to have. Thankfully, nothing would come to harm him, as Akira senses his surroundings to have seemly almost no one by the courtyard, only that a congregation of auras, weak – gathering elsewhere on his left. But quite a distance away, it has become quite apparent what the situation is for the marines, they have evacuated completely or so it would seem anyway. Leaving 4 souls nearer him. Two of which is Grount and Prodi, the other one is Kanda whom aura is burning out. The last one, unknown – could it be Zappa? The Marine that first came to fight him. Hard to tell, but it could be logical since Kanda was also left within the building whom was taken away by Grount.

Regardless, it will be hard to determine, and the last line of defence would seem to come down to Prodi and Grount where the latter started to talk, or rather he would seem to taunt. The news of La Spada and the Shadow has start to appear. Not exactly a good thing for Akira. Grount would transform afterwards, his hands doubling in size resembling an ape. Yet, Akira paid no heed to such provocations. There’s little reason to get work up on such taunts when they are already one foot in death’s door. Then, almost as if mocking them – Akira placed Twilight’s Edge onto his mouth, his face concealed under the dark black hood of his own raid suit. His wings transformed into a larger set of wings, making his new Zoan form resembled the infamous King’s Zoan Hybrid Form. One could easily deduce Akira was doing some kind of three-sword styles, much like Kanda. But unlike Kanda, Akira has no actual skill in it, the sword on his mouth is merely for him to make use of his sword if he ever needed to. Unlike Zappa and Kanda, neither of them seems to fights with a sword – and one of them showed transformations of a Zoan, thus he would fight much like them.

Akira has two choices. Go after the congregation of enemies on his left, but that might be a problem due to the possibility of non-Marines. Doing so however, will completely destroy the Marine presence in this part of the New World. Yet ensuring the defeat of all high ranking officers will prevent them from reinforcing the war later on, as well as weaken the World Government, but there is a chance the rest may escape into the sea. Though for someone like Akira with the ability of flight, that wouldn’t be too much of an issue. With only a few seconds of thought, Akira suddenly jump and started flying towards the left – heading for the congregation of the supposed marines.

They seem to have a plan, well – in Akira’s eyes at this point from Zappa to the duo, they seem to be always stalling for something. As such, Akira choose to do something else. He would look for a way to get to the evacuated marines. But at the same time, the boy wanted to see Grount and Prodi’s reaction to what Akira would assume to be ‘not part of the plan’. No matter how it is, given how fast Akira is and that this is an island. Escaping won't be easy for the Marines. Akira still have to assume that reinforcements may be on their way too. Thus, time may not be on Akira's side any longer.

Akira quickly decided that it was better for him to eradicate any possible reinforcements. Flying to the building at incredible speeds Prodi and Grount had to intercept quickly and quickly they did. Without as much as uttering a single word, Prodi would crouch down and aim with his rocket launcher. Meanwhile, Grount would go the distance and accelerate his speed through soru. Given the direction, both of these men knew instantly what Akria's new directive was. But would he be able to 'ignore' both of these men?

"Culverin Missiles!"
81-100: 3. Large Building Level +S(4) +2(Haki) =9. Small Country Level

Prodi shouted as from his launcher a singular rocket blasted off with incredible velocity, cracking the ground behind the Vice-Admiral's feet. The Missile itself while it flew detached itself into numerous smaller projectiles that increased in speed. At the very same time as the first missile detached itself, Grount would accumulate all of his built-up momentum into a singular kick.

"Rankyaku: Nami!"
101-119: 4. City Block Level +B(2) +1Haki = 7. Mountain level

The rankyaku that followed wasn't one with the idea to destroy or 'hurt' Akira. But one that'd arc around the flying dinosaur. Using built-up momentum, curvature and incredible power to hopefully arrive in time. And even if it didn't fully what would come out in front of Akira was a massive wave of forced air. Much like a cushion it was designed to push back an opponent or in this case, turn on the literal brakes for Akira's pursuit.

With this cushion set in place, the Culverin missiles that flew from behind would essentially allow them to catch up and swarm him from multiple angles. Akira would realize only at this point that these missiles were heat-locked, tracking his every move and attempt to disengage or avoid the attack.

"Take this! Culverin Wave Bomb!"

Prodi shouted from afar, trying his best to catch up. Grount himself not deciding to watch how it'd end and simply continued towards the base where everyone had retreated towards.

Akira attempted to chase for the hidden Marines evacuating away from the base itself. However, his main goal was to watch for the reaction of his combatants to determine what they are planning to do. And for sure, it seems like that they knew what is going on. Akira would fly towards where the rest of the Marines are, prompting the two to chase after him, with Grount following him from below while Prodi would fire missiles off from his body, courtesy of their shouting. Understanding that the missiles are going to chase after him, Akira focused more of his attention towards Grount whom is closer to him. As Grount kept up, he would fire a Rankyaku yet it is not like an ordinary Rankyaku, a powerful massive wave of air was generated much like a blanket. Sensing that this is a good opportunity Akira immediately went to deal with the incoming attack. Turning around whilst in mid-air, Akira immediately clapped his Haki-coated wings together – creating a powerful wind gale that would quickly disrupt and overwhelm Grount’s blanket of compressed air before travelling towards the incoming missiles, despite the weakened blast from clashing against the Rankyaku – the wind gale managed to shred the missiles with cutting winds, causing the missiles to explode before they could reach Akira. Due to where Grount is, there is a chance that the wind gale itself may affect him outside of the missiles.

Name: Wind Gale
Rank: B (True Hybrid) | A (Hybrid/Beast)
Description: Akira claps his wings, creating a powerful wind gale in front of him capable of shredding objects with ease. The power of the wind gale is dependent on the wing size. (51 Mastery, 45 Strength | 71 Mastery, 71 Strength)

Akira's DPR: 120: 5. Town Level + A: +3 + CoA: +3 = 11. Small Continent Level

vs Rankyaku: Attack is 3 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 2~DPR
vs Missiles: Equal DPR: Attacks cancel each other out, though the area around the clash may still take damage.

While dust clouds would form that would more than likely obscure Prodi’s vision of Akira visually, the boy immediately drop down onto the ground where Grount could see more clearly from where he stood but he would find a blur of speed moved right behind him, a mere couple of metres between them. Now in between the two Marines stood a metaphorical wall. Aimed at Grount, Akira’s right wing coats in black, signifying Haki though its coloration isn’t very obvious given the already dark coloration of his Zoan form. No matter however, Akira would swing his wing horizontally, generating a powerful air blade. This however, it is aimed at the lower half of Grount – but that’s not the main reason. Grount stood in between Akira and the clusters of Haki, where the supposed Marines were. If Grount dodged, the air blade would cut into the ground and quite literally speaking, cut the plateau off cleanly – it may not expose the Marines, but it is more than enough for the duo to realize the dangers of the Assassin’s capabilities should they attempt to dodge. But if Grount were to stand his ground, a powerful attack awaits. Yet, this is an attack with a hidden meaning and Grount himself may not realize what Akira is doing beyond an attack designed to take him out.

Name: Blade Wings (Passive)
Rank: B (True Hybrid) | A (Hybrid/Beast)
Description: When he is in his Human-Beast or Beast Form, Akira is able to use his Pteranodon wings like swords, allowing him to release powerful air blades by swinging them. These slash attacks can deal massive damage, and he can launch them in rapid succession. Akira is also capable of using the wings to attack normally, as the wings are both strong and durable enough to utilize it in melee. Doesn't stack rank bonus with other techniques using the bladed wings.

Everything was unravelling at an incredible pace. Akira turned around and intercepted both the rankyaku and the missile cluster. He decided not to waste any more time and travelled immediately to the ground. Standing between Prodi and Grount with his focus being the latter of the two marines, he stood right before his target. What followed was a razor-sharp cut from the pirate's wing, easily capable to slice of a large section of the plateau they were standing upon. Grount didn't have a lot of time to think things through, the position of the slash, power and swiftness all made one thing very clear to him. Dodge and those behind him were in critical danger.

Evading was never an option.

Grount said as he threw an insanely swift right punch towards the air. His oversized fist and arm rotate with the forward punching motion. From that gear shift the young man deployed an attack that released all of his kinetic force into a solid bullet of pure air. But even with the young man's absolute best his bullet of air gave the pristine air blade only a bit of a struggle. Eventually, the slash continued on its path, weakened, but still extremely deadly. Still heading in the same direction, Grount flexed every muscle in his body to its absolute extreme. A thin layer of haki assists in the matter as well.

"Tekkai: Gou!"
120: 7. Mountain Level +1 Haki = 8. Island Level (121+, Zoans only)
DPR 1 higher than dura: quite effective

Grount was forced to use his strongest form of tekkai and together with his haki, this made him a figurative block of pure steel. But even with all of that in mind. The blade still made contact and dug deep into his flesh, penetrating every layer of defence he had. His massive right arm lying at the forefront of the defence. Grount was eventually swept off his feet and pushed back onto the ground, the air blade at this point had exhausted all of its momenta and was finally left to scatter. But what it took to deal with just a simple attack made everyone realize just how much they were removed from Akira's level. Once on his back, Grount would flip back on his feet, blood seeping out of the wound on his right arm. Prodi at the very same time was rushing towards their location. It wouldn't be very long before he'd catch up, his launcher had expelled its empty case allowing him to reload a new one. All the while he was running towards Grount's aid.

Meanwhile, within the building this entire adventure had started Kanda was undergoing emergency treatment. The young Rear-Admiral was still unconscious and plagued with terrible wounds, still fighting for dear life. Besides him a young woman with pale complexion, blue bangs below her eyes and dark hair. Fron base's most esteemed surgeon, Ieri-san. While wielding no real combat power and thus hardly registers on mantra radars her medical skill was beyond compare. "Semei Kikan Hanten: Soten Kisshun." She'd say before putting her palms on the young man's chest. Her hands immediately heated up as the same vapour entered Kanda's skin, slowly progressing over his body. It only took a moment but the man softly spoke.

"My Primarch forgive me."
"I will seek victory."

The Second Ideal was activated.

The attack designed to force Grount to make a precarious decision has quickly showed results, one that is rather successful. Grount whether or not he would decide to evade or to defend himself (and others), didn’t necessary matter to its results. Akira wanted to separate them such that they could not cover for each other quickly enough, and that plan has worked quite well. Grount threw himself into the attack, doing whatever it takes to ensure his own survival in regards to the attack, though not before punching literally a compressed air bullet to weaken it first. Before long, Akira’s attack would eventually overwhelm Grount’s attack and struck the man, cutting deep into his body before the clash would slowly scatter the air blade away into nothingness. While the clash happened, Akira took note of Prodi’s movement, he wasn’t able to completely reach where Akira and Grount is in combat range, still taking some time – shells expended from his launcher as no other attack seems to come.

The opportunity as arrived. Akira pulled quite an elaborate stunt to ensure that all three of them may be in such a similar situation. As Grount fell onto the ground momentarily before he would quickly get back up on his feet, Akira immediately followed up on his attack – primarily aiming Grount first. Not letting Grount a moment of rest, much like Kanda – the Assassin’s aggression continues as he leaped forward towards Grount, hopefully before he could fully process what Akira is doing. Swinging both bladed wings in a cross-fashion, coated with Haki right at Grount – Akira aimed to mortally wound Grount in a single strike by aiming from the shoulders down to the waist such that with enough damage would physically weaken Grount to make use of his Zoan, and enough to hopefully defeat Grount and turn the fight 1v1 against Prodi.

But at the same time, given what that has happened – Akira expect Grount to most likely back off from the attack, which if he were to do to so, Akira would reverse his bladed wings motion after performing the attack, and from the ground his wings slide back up to the sky, generating two powerful wind blast at him near point blank.

Things again escalated at a rapid pace. Before Grount could even position himself or catch a breath. By the time he landed on his feet, Akira was again right in front of him. With his wings, he slashed the air with a cross-like formation forcing out an attack that'd wreak havoc on those behind him. Grount, like a stalwart, chose the hard path and kicked with his right leg straight upwards. "Rankyaku Gaichou!" He shouted in desperation.

101-119: 4. City Block Level +4(S) +2 = 10. Large Country Level
Attack is 2 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 3~DPR
Final DPR: 9. Small Country Level

Super effective damage

The azure blade of air flew from Grount's leg, powered by his dormant strength. It'd hit Akira's attack putting up a reasonable amount of resistance but yet again the attack was outclassed. In a matter of moments, the cross-attack pierced through the rankyaku like it was nothing and continued on its path towards Grount. With his eyes wide open Grount could do nothing else but take the attack and be swept off his feet, blood trailing the path the young man took in the air. Until his eventual drop to the ground, alive but gasping for air and in critical condition.

"Grount, NO! You'll pay for this, you FIEND!" A voice said, suddenly from the Akira's right.

There stood the chief of this base, Prodi, rocket launcher on his right shoulder. Its power priming.

"Death Ray!"
81-100: 3. Large Building Level +S+(5) +2(Haki) = 10. Large Country Level

Prodi said the earth cracked beneath his feet as from the launcher a single ray of energy was launched straight towards Akira. The power this shell had was so high that it damaged the launcher itself. A volatile base of energy and a complete prototype. But this was no time to keep power hidden, it was time to throw everything at Akira. Who'd find that this ray of energy flew at him at a speed equal to his own, mimicking the acceleration of the man of light, Kizaru. Simple evasion would be a hard feat to accomplish in this instance.

Back at the main base of Fron Island, Iieri was still completing Kanda's recovery. His status was around 60-70% but the progress at which it was going would mean the young man would be far too late to arrive and help his comrades. Cursing below her breath she was slowly moving into a state of panic but the brutal reality was that this was as much as she could do. It all depended on Kanda if this would go quicker or slower.

"Victory?" - A voice called within the dark canvas.
"Even at the cost of death?"

There would be no response. But what came next was an explosion of power, bursting open the floor Kanda and Iieri were resting inside. Windows would shatter as the wall in front of them would be thrown out, brick and stone in its entirety. "95...100....120% what...what on earth is this??" Iieri said, backing away from the entity that stood before her. Kanda slowly stood up, in awe of the power that was radiating within himself.

"To grant this world its new herald, I would cast away all of my oaths. Even my life if it must."

With power radiating without control Akira would be instantly alerted to this incredible threat. To which an assessment he could not make. Not yet.

For it was still growing with each passing second.

Akira struck Grount with incredible power and speed, forcing the young Marine himself to barely able to shore up his defense, using a powerful air blade kicked up at the last second to defend himself. However, the difference in power is too much as Grount’s defense was quickly overwhelmed, allowing Akira’s bladed wings to cut deep into Grount in a cross-shaped fashion, gravely injuring the marine in the process as he fell to the ground, gasping for air as blood seeps from his wounds, without medical treatment, the chances of bleeding out is substantially higher. However, before Akira could fully deliver the last strike – Prodi shouted which prompted the Assassin’s attention immediately, recognizing the state of the battle has turned into a final battle in Fron Island. Almost immediately, Akira notice the rocket launcher already well primed to fire before Prodi shouted once more as he unleashes his own attack, this time with energy fired at such impossible speed that even surprised Akira for a moment, though only before the boy quickly strike against the incoming beam of energy with his wings to defend himself, having no possibility of just evading the incoming attack.

(Normal attacks: 41 Mastery, 41 Strength | 61 Mastery, 61 Strength)
(Air blades: 51 Mastery, 51 Strength | 71 Mastery, 71 Strength)

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + A: +3 = 9. Small Country Level
Result: Attack is 1 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 5 DPR. New DPR: 120: 5. Town Level

Akira's Durability: 8. Island Level (121+, Zoans only) vs 120: 5. Town Level
Result: DPR 2 or more below dura: Not very effective

With almost no time to better defend himself, Akira could not coat his wings with Haki in time – yet despite that his power has more than enough to compensate and bring enough firepower to deal with the attack, but not nearly enough. The beam of energy would push Akira from the clash of attacks, burning his left wing that he used against the attack with 1st degree burns throughout. The raid suit took more damage in the process as well, burning away some parts of the suit before the clash of attacks imploded, causing dust to rise up into the air, obscuring each other from their vision.

As the smoke starts to settle, a sonic boom disturbs the dust cloud as Akira dashes right towards Prodi, this time his wings has revert to the other hybrid form which allows the boy to wield Twilight’s Edge once more. Prodi’s attacks are far more powerful than Grount but in return seems to have a cool down as seen with his missiles and then followed by a period of grace. If Prodi could react to Akira’s speed – he would notice the damage in which Akira’s raid suit has taken, and burn marks on his left arm/wing, indicating some level of damage has been dealt to him. But perhaps what is more important is Akira’s counterattack, in which Akira would dash at such high speed in which he would use the momentum generated by his speed to swing a devastating diagonal downward strike across Prodi’s chest, most likely hitting the launcher on his shoulder which may more than likely destroy the weaponry at the same time.

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + A: +3 + Black Blade: +2 = 11. Small Continent Level

The power gap between the Assassin and the Marines are too far apart. If Prodi would fall prey to Akira’s attack, the boy would turn away – leaving both Prodi and Grount whom may have been sent flying away from the previous clash to their fates. All that would be left should be the Marines hiding. However even if Prodi has yet to fall, in both cases, Akira’s sense would tingle – as a unknown powerful aura has suddenly flared up in Fron Island.

An indiscernible aura. Akira is quite shocked that someone of such aura would appear out of nowhere but quickly regain composure. The boy has a hunch, but seems very unlikely to be the case, and either way he has not sense someone incredibly strong outside of Kanda throughout the whole time in Fron Island. If Prodi lays defeated, Akira would instead slowly walk towards the being, or person – choosing not to engage immediately. But otherwise, Akira would continue the fight against Prodi, intending to defeat him as what should have been the last Marine to stand in his way before things potentially goes south.

Prodi's attack hit the assassin at point-blank range, causing a large plume of dust and smoke to fly up into the air. With a smirk, the Vice-Admiral marvelled at the newest range of marine technology. But that same smirk would soon fade for the target himself darted through it, appearing before Prodi within a matter of seconds. And to make the psychological damage even higher, he had only caused structural damage to the man's suit. The warrior below it hardly had a scratch on him. Prodi widened his eyes upon this realization as a solitary slash followed, dicing the man's chest and breaking his launcher in two and catching two birds with one stone. Haki would come to aid the Vice-Admiral but far too late at that point, the Kokuto blade quickly slashed through everything the man could throw at it. Blood flew up into the air and painted the ground below and Prodi fell to his knees. In the corner, Grount lay on his stomach crawling forward his survival all thanks to his zoan capabilities.

Alerted by a new presence Akira moved towards the location he had been just moments ago leaving a barely alive Grount and a knocked-out Prodi behind him. Once he was 20 meters or so away a person exited the building, standing before Akira. A man he knew from physical appearance but the power he exuded was an entirely different person.

Yuu Kanda.

Standing before Akira yet again with 3 unnamed swords, most likely from the barracks, longer hair and perhaps slightly taller? His physical appearance didn't seem to have changed all that much besides the obvious miraculous healing he had gone through. What was the most remarkable, however, was the stark difference in terms of power.

"Yakko...Dori."

Kanda said as he slowly lowered the weapon in his right hand, haki flowing through it as he went through the motion. When the tip had reached the ground a massive
force of air flew towards Akira, like a bulldozer it flew straight at him with incredible force. While the strength wasn't that far removed from what Kanda had established in their first round. What was most impressive was how nonchalantly he pulled it off. A few minutes ago to release this much force Kanda had to activate one of his most powerful attacks but this time he achieved it with a mere air blade. Even the amount of haki he wielded was perhaps doubled compared to before. And the most notable fact, his breathing and heart rate hadn't increased a bit. Kanda continued to walk forward step by step as he unsheathed his second blade while doing so.

"Come child, show me how far your rage can push you."

In a few short seconds, the battle is all but over – at least for Prodi and Grount. The quick actions of Akira, following his survival in regards to Prodi’s massive ray of energy surprised the Marine, such that his own hubris to his capabilities would quickly lead to his downfall – the man could not react to Akira’s movement, and before he knew it – a single powerful cut followed by a line of blood spewing from his own body would greatly injure the Marine. With that, the Marine fell to his knees, ending what should have been the final battle. However, before Akira could finish his skirmish in this island, the arrival of a newly indiscernible aura prompted Akira’s attention, though he did not charge straight at this entity, Akira’s ability in sensing aura simply led him towards the building.

The boy had a hunch, but he chooses not to delve too much into that thought, considering the situation to be quite literally impossible, to him at least. However, as Akira closes in onto the building, a shadowy figure finally appears from the entrance. It was Kanda, well not exactly the same as before – but the physical appearance did not change much. Shock and surprise coming from Akira is quite an understatement to say the least, though his facial expressions could not have been shown. The man that is supposedly one foot into his grave returned, with very little injuries no less – as if he recovered very quickly.

Before much could have been fully processed, Kanda immediately attacked – firing a powerful force of air towards Akira, prompting the boy to quickly swing his sword to deflect the attack. While the boy was able to easily deflect the incoming attack with a swing from Twilight’s Edge, the boy noted the increased power as compared to the first time they fought. The attack got stronger. And by extension, the man before him got stronger.

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + A: +3 + Black Blade: +2 = 11. Small Continent Level
Result: Attack deflected away

Something has changed within Kanda. But Akira lacked much knowledge in how. Life Return seems to be the most logical choice, for the boy himself has acquired those skills as well. But if that’s the case, there is a chance in which Kanda runs on a time limit himself. Regardless of the exact nature of how Kanda returned, not just physically different but also much stronger. The problem stands are that there is one more fight Akira has to content with before the completion of his mission. Kanda would attempt to provoke Akira, even going as far as calling him a boy. Though how the man knew is a mystery. Perhaps the shorter stature of Akira could be a reason. Yet, being an Assassin and one that hide his own emotions incredibly well, the boy remains calm.

The boy has seen and heard worst things in life coming from the Spada Pirates. The fight between swordsmen continued. And to Kanda, Akira would repay the favour, air blade with air blade. Making a small jump upwards, Akira immediately thrust and slice towards the air – Twilight’s Edge glowed bright blue as blackish blue smoke emanates from the sword itself. In a mere instant several air blades, each generated from every thrust and slices of motion in which Akira performed in mid-air, causing a storm of powerful air blades to be fired upon Kanda at high speed. Unlike most air blades, Kanda would find the storm of air blades doesn’t necessarily move at a straight line, with a little twists and turns that makes the attack a little bit more erratic.

Name: Autumn's Storm
Rank: A
Description: Similar to Pelting Rain, the user thrust and slice while firing an air blade at each strike, which can be done from a distance away to create a powerful flurry of air blades. It has enough power to take out multiple targets in an area at once. One of the few flashy and destructive moves that this particular style has. [Pic 1] (71 Shuurin, 71 Movement, 71 Strength)

With a singular swing, Akira tossed Kanda's attack aside. With swords now in both weapons, Kanda continued to be in awe of his current abilities. Everything was enhanced beyond the regular human limitations: speed, strength, mind, and willpower. A red glow was visible beneath his eyes as his mantra had achieved a particular wavelength, even the most buried emotions now visible to him. It allowed him to see this enemy for what he was beneath all the black - a traumatised young man. But it did not deter him, not one bit.

Akira jumped up, weaving and thrusting his weapon with purpose releasing a storm of air slashes that curved and arced. Aiming to attack him from all sides and to limit his evasive options.

"Nigiri" Kanda said, placing his weapons perpendicularly above one another.

Kanda dashed forward with speed eclipsing his previous state, reaching the apex of this torrent of slashes within a single powerful step. Each hand gripping the handle of his weapon, forcing the flow into his arms and expanding his strength considerably.

"Toro Samon!"
120: 5. Town Level +4(S) +3(Haki) = 12. Large Continent Level

With one swing after the other Kanda unleashed two deadly slashes towards the air, crashing and destroying Akira's torrent of pellets with two singular massive slashes. The two attacks equal in strength received no victor. But Kanda wasn't done yet, after he had delivered this attack his feet touched the ground once more his left blade pullet back and eyes narrowed, scanning his opponent. With a sharp inhale he'd start his follow-up attack, aura spiking in response to it.

"Ittoryu: Gatotsu San Shiki"

Kanda said putting all power into his legs to propel him forward like a bullet, deploying an attack akin to Soru he'd vanish from sight. Boosting his acceleration dramatically. And within a flash, he'd be upon Akira, the sword now snapping forward with a thrust to shatter a boulder to dust. Aimed straight towards the young boy's chest.

120: 5. Town Level +5(S+) +3(Haki) = 13. Moon Level

With each passing moment this fight went on Akira would begin to see the vast amount of power that stood before him. An awakening unlike any he had ever seen in his life, just who was this man before him? This isn't the power of a regular Rear-Admiral and just how far would he go? This increase didn't seem to halt and kept going on.

Could he soar higher than Akira?

Akira repaid the favour towards Kanda as he fires a storm of air blades towards his newly invigorated opponent. However, this time round, Kanda was able to gain new power and strength necessary to fight Akira. With a powerful strike with is swords, Kanda tore through the powerful air blades, but would ultimately lead to an equalized force between both attacks as Kanda’s arm strength grew physically in size. With the both attack neutralizing each other, both of them would finally land on the ground by their feet. The boy remained quiet, observing the sudden change within Kanda. No matter what is the cause of Kanda’s growing powers – Akira accepted the man’s power, that he has went all out. Regardless it is a temporarily state of empowerment or a permanent one. The boy responds to that power.

As Kanda propel forth to strike, dashing towards Akira with incredible speed. The boy instead positions Twilight Edge in front of him diagonally facing downwards. A counter stance. The boy’s eyes closed momentarily as Kanda rushes forward towards him. Due to the raid suit despite sustaining damage, the face of Akira could not be seen. Thus it is difficult to determine what Akira was doing. As Kanda appeared right in front of him – the boy opened his eyes as the man thrust his weapon like a spear running into him like the speed of a bullet.

In this instance, if Kanda is continuing to sense Akira at any point he will find something to be completely wrong, or off with the Assassin. Suddenly, as if Akira’s underlying emotions were cut off, all Kanda could felt is emptiness. A state of calm. Beyond that, the irony in which while Kanda’s aura, his power grows – Akira’s aura completely plummeted to the point of the same as an ordinary citizen. In that next moment, Twilight’s Edge clashes against the incoming spear-like thrust from Kanda, notably with the blade glowing brightly in blue as blackish smoke emanates from the blade itself.

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + A: +3 (Sword Rank) + CoA: +3 = 12. Large Continent Level
Result: New DPR: 8. Island Level

The sword slides against each other, with the Twilight’s Edge still positioned diagonally faced downwards to one side. It does not take much for either of them to realize that Kanda’s attack is slightly stronger, as despite Akira’s attempts to push it, it quickly slides inwards towards the boy’s body. However, the boy isn’t done yet. The attack was never much of a block; it was a counter. Using the momentum of the thrusting strike from Kanda, Akira push his blade upwards while angling his body as Kanda’s blade slides quicker in, though mostly the force of the strike has drastically lessened, enough to however pierce into Akira’s waist quite easily, though avoiding serious injuries in the process thanks to Akira angling his body.

Akira's Durability: 8. Island Level (121+, Zoans only) vs DPR: 8. Island Level
Result: DPR equal to dura: normal damage

However, Akira made use of the momentum from Kanda to quickly perform an overhead strike almost immediately after Kanda’s blade pierces into his body as if the pain is non-existent. With very little time to spare for the man to react if he has not yet caught up to Akira’s action yet. In one fell swoop, enough to quite literally cut a man in half. Akira aimed to trade blows, mostly to gravely injure Kanda in this action. Given Kanda's speed, they would most likely pass through each other, gaining some distance between them. However unbeknownst to Kanda, Akira has entered Mushin.

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + A: +3 (Sword Rank) + CoA: +3 = 12. Large Continent Level

A state of clear mind. However, perhaps not to the same of Kanda, Mushin is a state that drains mental strength. Which meant that the longer he uses it the more mentally draining it is of its aftereffects. However, it is what Kanda deserved for his newly found strength. And it would be an important test to limit test this state of mind in the future.

- Mushin (無心): A mental state that Akira achieved after his failure to kill La Spada. Upon further training in the Valley of Peace, Akira took upon the words of Oogway that inadvertently allowed him to enter a state of no mind, or rather a state in which his training as a warrior and as an assassin allows him to laser focus into his fights with incredible concentration - a clear mind.

During Mushin, the boy removes his killing intent completely - essentially preventing any forms of reading including Haki to be able to sense Akira's emotions beyond an empty state of calmness, this also makes his aura 'quiet' to the point of being similar to any other ordinary being that is indiscernible in a crowd - thereby making it difficult to gauge his power through Haki. His facial expression maintains essentially a perfect stoicism, similar to apathy to a certain degree. In this state, one may consider it to be the same as being 'in the zone', Akira's mental state becomes much greater than before - resulting in greater adaptive and intuitive mind, cognition and perception which meant not only is Akira is able to fight with no hesitation nor distractions, but also allow him to temporarily ignore pain - providing Akira with extreme efficiency during combat regardless of the injuries, damages or even death.

As Mushin is mental state of total concentration, the downside of this is mental exhaustion once he exits said state. This also means that longer usage means greater exhaustion.

From one moment to the next Kanda's sensing was shut down, no longer could he sense any emotion from the young man. It'd prompt the Rear-Admiral to narrow his eyes not in frustration but confusion. What did he do? It was a technique he was unfamiliar with even though his Commander had access to something very similar.

Akira quickly parried the concrete-breaking thrust and used that momentum to return a powerful overhead swing. A quick reaction from the young Admiral himself was to swap the position of his secondary katana. The weapon in his opposite hand was now parallel to his upper arm, a sideway position he'd move in to intercept.

Kanda Durability: 101-119: 6. City Level +1 Haki

This exchange happened in an instant and both fighters arrived at their opposite locations. Akira with a slash at his waste and Kanda with a small wound on his shoulder. With a sharp exhale the Rear-Admiral would turn around, drawing his third and final weapon and placing it in his mouth. A small change but in terms of power output this was a different matter. Aura started to overflow from his body and into his weapons, cladding them black once more.

"Santoryu..." Kanda said, earth and dirt cracking beneath his feet from the sheer pressure of his presence.

And with power charged completely the young man rushed forward and flashed towards Akira like a bullet, speed enhanced through a movement technique. Before most people would even realize he'd be in front of Akira, three deadly slices were delivered in quick succession one after another. All aimed towards the young man's core, his chest and torso. But what the young man, a master of the sword, would immediately notice was that his deployment here was insanely fast. Much faster than while handling one or two swords, clearly the 3 was where his true mastery was on display.

"Rengoku Onigiri!" - Kanda shouted channelling power unseen for a regular human.

Akira and Kanda exchanged blows, and in return took the same amount of damage. Moving past each other, Akira much like Kanda would quickly turn towards each other. One side whom took up a third sword and very quickly rush to pursue that aggression once more, the other - enhanced by his Zoan capabilities could clearly see what he is doing, and thus reacted fairly quickly on his end. The moved his body with minimal effort, only positioning himself as he positions his sword to a thrusting like stance, much like how Kanda did it – almost too similar in fact.

Taking a step forth, Akira sprang forth while he thrust Twilight’s Edge forward with a twisting like motion, Haki enveloping the blade with its smoky effects as a powerful wind encircles the blade like a miniature tornado, giving a drill-like attack around Twilight’s Edge.

Name: Autumn’s Breath
Rank: S
Description: Going into an attack stance by arcing his katana towards his back, and position his body in a slightly lower stance, the user sprang forward with a single twisting, thrusting motion, whilst doing so, a powerful wind effect similar to a miniature tornado is generated around the blade – resulting in an extremely powerful drill-like effect at the katana’s tip while at the same time slicing anything that touches the wind, much like an air blade. [Pic 1] (91 Shuurin, 91 Strength)

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + S: +4 (Sword Rank) + CoA: +3 = 13. Moon Level
Result: Equal

With the powerful and much larger attack, Akira clashes his sword once more against Kanda’s three swords, with the tornado big enough to hit the entire technique from Kanda. Both attacks are equally powerful as the clash would eventually implode, causing a powerful impact that likely force both swordsman back to a small distance. But for Akira he would immediately follow up with another attack, instantly wielding his sword in reverse grip as he made use of the rebounding shockwave to spun around himself, causing a powerful vacuum like effect that would seem to ‘suck’ Kanda into a cutting gale wind into Akira. However, even should Kanda may attempt to utilize the vacuum effect to his advantage, Akira immediately stop and counter-spin.

A secondary wind gale would clash against the first one, colliding itself before imploding outwards as wind gales would erratically explode outwards – cutting everything around Akira and pushing them away. If Kanda is caught by the wind gale, the wind itself would engulf him whilst cutting around his body at the same time before eventually leaving Kanda with potentially serious wounds. With that, Akira prepared himself to see what else Kanda have in mind. Quiet and hyper-focused, Akira lasered all his attention into defeating Kanda once and for all. A plan of action has appeared within Akira's mind.

Name: Autumn Phantom Slash
Rank: S
Description: The next step after Winter’s Breath, wielding the weapon in reverse grip the user spun around many times, generating strong wind gales all around his or herself, creating a vacuum-effect in an area around, sucking in objects or enemies as well as cutting them with the surrounding wind gale. Afterwards, the user stops for a split second and immediately spun the other direction, creating another layer of powerful wind gales, disrupting the first set of wind gales as it collides with each other, It would cause wind gales to erratically explode outwards, cutting any objects and pushing them away from the user whilst enemies caught by the wind gales became engulfed by it and is cut from all around their body as it swirls. Impressive. There was no other word for it. Even with all of the strength he had gained through his oaths, Kanda had the impression he wasn't pushing this opponent to his limit. The thought alone disgusted him but that disgust would soon vanish and be replaced with sheer shock.

"Unbelievable," Kanda said as he was blown back due to their collision.

But Akira didn't end it there, from that singular thrust he'd instantly move into a rotation. A rotation that it'd immediately pull in Kanda, a slave to the technique the man was being pulled forward. Putting his blades into the ground to resist as much as he could. But Akira would for a split second halt his technique for it had a second layer. This moment of pause Kanda used without a second of doubt.

"Kokujo O Tatsumaki!" Kanda said, releasing a whirlwind of his own, filled with imaginative razor blades.

Kanda's whirlwind put up a decent defence against Akira's incredible dual-layered attack but still, it wasn't enough. The young man's sheer ability and mastery over his weapon and ranking eclipsed Kanda's regular weapons. Eventually, the young marine was overwhelmed and sliced up all over his body. Blowing him away with numerous cuts on his body. But compared to the last time the marine wasn't done yet performing a flip and landing on his feet once more. The damage, power output and stamina drain were starting to get to him, his breathing was elevated and sweat broke out on his face. As a result, the volume of his aura and power was starting to decrease, a fact that Akira would surely notice. A strained and troubled look fell upon his face as he went deep within his mind.

"It's still not enough...is this the limit of my conviction?" Kanda would say before a flash appeared in his mind, a vision.

A vision of how fate needed the move.

Meanwhile above the island of Fron clouds started to form, thick and pitch black as if a storm was approaching. But no drop of rain fell only the occasional lightning bolt off in the distance. But another thing appeared if Akira would squint but whether it was a trick of the mind or not was up to him to decide.

"That is what will happen, young child. A terrible fate indeed. The choice is yours." A voice said, speaking straight into Kanda's mind.

But the man did not answer. Contemplating his decision.

Akira struck back hard against Kanda, unleashing a powerful set of wind gales that would bombard everything around the boy, forcing Kanda to defend himself after the previous clash, unleashing his own tornado to defend against the onslaught of cutting winds. The attack hits Kanda hard as winds swirls around him as numerous cuts were produced by the gales like a slice and dice. But thankfully unlike the previous battle, Kanda maintain enough power and strength to continue the fight, performing a backflip to regain stability. However, the damage has been done, the injuries are rather severe and not only that the aura that Kanda once had before their rematch has started to wane. Whether is it due to the injuries, or that Akira’s theory on a time limit or even a combination of both – the conclusion has become clear. The battle would most likely be close to its end. This is further proven by Kanda’s small movements; his breathing became disturbed as Kanda’s focus has seemed to slip.

However, time has taken its toll. Not on Akira – for the Assassin, well powered by his Zoan allowed him to drag out an incredibly lengthy battle if need be. However, time is not on the Assassin’s side as well. The boy is tasked for a suicidal mission of sorts. And soon that time would be up where Akira is forced to leave. The Sovereign War is about to start, perhaps the most pivotal historical event of their time yet. Defeating every single Marine is becoming less possible. Any longer and Akira would have no choice but to leave. The boy understood his mission and time. A thunderstorm brewed above Fron Island, hard to make out of what is happening however – yet the boy seemed more focused on Kanda than anything else for the most part.

“Let’s hope your conviction prevails.”

Akira suddenly spoke for the first time, responding to Kanda's words as Akira restarted his offensive, likely proving assumptions regarding the boy given his more 'youthful' tone. Not planning to waste more time, Akira would take advantage of the weakened Kanda to pressure him into making a fatal mistake in their battle where his defeat would become momentous to the mission on Fron Island. Suddenly, Akira would swing his blade once more, firing a gigantic air blade from its tip where the air blade quickly turns black with red-like wisps dancing around the powerful attack. Not only was it longer and larger, one unique aspect of Akira’s newly fired air blade was the bird’s head like shape on its tip. Akira did not swing his blade normally as well, swinging his sword from a full horizontal sweep into a vertical downwards end as the air blade swirls accordingly to the swing of the sword, making its movements much more erratic to simply dodge without making a larger effort.

Name: Nightingale’s Fall
Rank: S+
Description: The strongest form of air blade in the Shuurin style, unlike the typical air blades – this air blade is longer and massive, and is shape much more like a bird’s head. Depending on how the user swings the blade, the air blade may swirl accordingly – making it harder to move out of the way than a normal air blade would be. [Pic 1] (120 Shuurin, 100 Strength)

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level (121+, Zoans only) + S+: +5 (Sword Rank) + CoA: +3 = 14. Planet Level

Could Kanda survive an air blade worthy of one that could be considered the world strongest slash? Or would he falter? No matter the case, the incapacitation of Kanda becomes a key focus for Akira’s mission.
