About a better me
The very one
I promised I would be.

Now I look at you
And realize a deadly fact.

I refuse to let my mistakes become yours.

Some days I want to disappear
My body feels numb
And I can feel myself
Being less than my actual sum.

Sometimes I’m upset you actually care
And miss me when I’m away.
Because it makes me uncomfortable
Knowing I’m worth apart of your day.

You’ll never know how much I care.

I don’t always feel the best
And I won’t hide the bad days.
But I hope when you leave
You won’t feel this way.

I will never ruin the young.

woah that's really nice. Reminds me of some people I have met throughout my life I guess. Single lines and verses but I really like the vibe of this overall because it feels familiar to me
