Kano Country, a place located at the foot of Reverse Mountain. It served as a gate to any that wished to traverse it. As appropriate of such a land, they boasted considerable military might. It was a normal day in Kano Country. Sun beamed down on the land, trade was occurring everywhere, and it was a lively time. At the center of Kano Country was the King's Palace, a Chinese-themed multi-story home, housing the King of Kano, King Ramen. Spanning in front of the King's Castle was a massive training grounds. A simple block of flat concrete that spanned hundreds of meters in every direction. Practicing there were a thousand soldiers. Their instructor? Don Sai. With his arms crossed behind his back, and a big grin on his face, he shouted.

ROUNDHOUSE KICK!

AND AGAIN!

STANCE!

LEFT STRAIGHT!

RIGHT STRAIGHT!

KNEE!

Don Sai shouted, giving commands. And with every command he spoke, the thousand soldiers in perfect unison, performed. Suddenly, a man ran up to Don Sai. He bowed and then whispered something to him.

An unknown ship? No ship has the power to destroy our walls.

But, your have my permission to shoot it down.

Don Sai said, dismissing the threat, but giving the Navy the permission to do as they saw fit. The man relayed this message to the Navy via Den Den Mushi, and the sea militia started to mobilize. Four 50-man battleships went into formation, blocking the path toward the fort. Suddenly, the Marine vessel found themselves under fire. Dozens of cannonballs rained down on their ship and the surrounding waters, aiming to engulf the ship in relentless firepower.

It didn't take long for the people of Kano to notice an approaching Marine vessel. However, they were clearly underestimating Kallavan's might and the abilities of his crew if they thought 4 smaller vessels would be enough to stop him. " Prepare for combat!" Kallavan shouted for the entire ship to hear. From his crew came a single audible aye, confirming his orders.

The 4 smaller ships started their artillery fire when the Sunraiser, Kallavan's vessel, would turn for evasive maneuvres. The marine Vice-Admiral during this encounter still did not move from his position and kept his arms crossed in front of his chest. While the ship turned 6 cannons would return equal fire as the 4 smaller ships did together and perhaps even more. The vast number of Kallavan's crew allowed for quicker reloading and in turn a faster rate of fire. The massive cannons that stood at the top of the deck would fire once the ships began to start their own evasive maneuvres. As these cannons could move and hit moving vessels much easier.

Several cannon balls would hit the waters around the Sunraiser those that were about to hit the ship and its crew would find the valiant Captain who stood between their target. Two blades in hand the Marine Captain would jump up while bringing his weapons over his shoulders and swing them both with all his might when the salvo was close.

"Taka Nami!"
81-100: 5. Large Building Level + C Rank technique
Power 6. City Block level

From the swing came an incredibly powerful gust of wind that'd counteract even the incredible momentum and velocity the cannonballs were fired at. It'd push the objects back returning them into the sea where they'd do no harm. The ship once at the right angle would proceed with its forward movement attempting to circle around the 4 ships instead of moving straight at them. Hitting them from the flank where the marine vessel had the superior firepower.

Besides the few scraps and broken wood from the small number of cannonballs that made contact, the Sunraiser was still in top condition. But these 4 vessels were just the welcome committee. If the rumours were true a vast number of ships still had to embark Kallavan had to take advantage of the opportunity they had given him when they underestimated him.

"Keep firing at those 4 ships! Front cannons load and be ready for reinforcements. Privates drop sails. Full speed ahead, now!"
"AYE SIR!"

A new order was given to bull rush as close to the mainland as possible. With the wind as their ally and 7 sails this vessel was incredibly fast, Kallavan hoped to make as much progress as he could in this small window they had given him. For they'd need to be as close as possible to enter several ships if they wanted to reach the land without sustaining too much damage.

A Marine invasion, and Kano Country's counterattack. An event that would not quite shake the world, but definitely make it onto the front pages of the newspapers.

Vice Admiral Kallavan, with his trusted Captain, led the charge on the pirate country. However, they would not have an easy time. As the Marine vessel approached Kano Country, they found themselves under attack, facing Kano Country's brute firepower. The Marine vessel met the attack with their own firepower, using the side cannons to clash. The few cannonballs that made it past the clash, were dealt with by the Captain of the Marines in a swift manner, unleashing his blade and a gust of wind to parry. A number of cannonballs likewise made it past the clash and ripped through the air toward the Kano Country's vessels. Two of the four ships managed to maneuver out of the way, while the other two were struck.

The struck ships rocked. A blazing fire developed aboard, while water started to take the lower decks. A perilous situation for the two vessels, but the sea battle was not finished. The two ships that managed to maneuver out of the way, fired more cannonballs. They did not expect to have much more success, due to the Marines' superior ship. However, that did not matter, for little did Vice Admiral Kallavan know, this was child games. These four Kano Country ships were only stalling for time. As Vice Admiral Kallavan's ship started to flank, whether they avoided the new set of cannonballs or not, they would notice a significantly larger ship coming into sight from behind the rest of Kano Country's ships. The large vessel started to move, soon coming to the frontlines.

Standing at the front end of the deck was a tall man with a pair of double-edged axes in his hands. Commander Boo came to the frontlines himself, making sure the threat was handled. Eyeing Vice Admiral Kallavan, Commander Boo shouted loud enough for the Marines to hear.

ANNOUNCE YOUR MOTIVE FOR COMING TO OUR HOME. YOU BEST THINK ABOUT YOUR WORDS, MARINES! WE DO NOT TAKE KINDLY TO YOUR AGGRESSION!

The first little skirmish was a victory for Kallavan but the commander knew that this was nothing. The armada that had been hailed as rivaled only by the marines was nowhere to be seen. The return fire from the ship was handled by his crew and the rogue orbs were sliced down by Captain Kanda. The ship eventually turned to observe the larger vessel that arrived from the backlines but still it wasn't the big chief Kallavan was expecting. But instead one of his lackeys. Kallavan would twitch one of his eyes at the sheer disrespect this child was giving him.

"I'm here to make you fools submit. Get the chief here. I'm not interested in fighting his children." Kallavan said loudly with terrifying authority.

With his left hand, the man would draw his irregular blade of its sheath. The oathbringer was drawn, the blade that started and ended conflicts equally as fasts. By the visually reaction his crew gave by the sight of this blade it was often a thing of Kallavan's waning patience. With a strong but quick slash, Kallavan unleashed a powerful air projectile forward, towards Boo's ship.

Gale Slash

Gale slash: B Rank

81-100: 5. Large Building Level + 2 = 7. Town Level

The air slash while powerful in its own right was more or less a declaration of war for Kallavan while the blade soared over the waters awaiting its clash with the commander. Kallavan would turn and nod towards his crew.

"Open carrier lock B7/2. They won't underestimate us any longer."

"Yes sir!"

Kallavan's and Boo's main ships took notice of one another. Boo's ship started to sail toward Kallavan's, aiming to take this battle out of the fort and away from their land. When the ship started to pick up pace, Kallavan interfered. Stepping up and unsheathing his weapon, Kallavan swung it, unleashing a powerful flying slash. The flying slash ripped through air and sea alike, coming for Boo directly, and his ship as a consequence. Boo waited, letting the flying slash come to him. Then, in the last moment, he jumped off of the ship and straight into the flying slash. Crossing the two axes in front of himself, he uncrossed them in a powerful swing. Black Busou-shoku no Haki flowed through the two axes as they clashed with the incoming flying slash. The clash lasted for a few moments, until Boo's attack dispersed the flying slash while he himself landed back on the ship.

Kallavan's DPR: 81-100: 5. Large Building Level + B:+2 = 120: 7. Town Level

Boo's DPR: 41-60: 3. Wall/Tree Level + A:+3 + COA: +2 = 8. City Level

Cross Slash: Boo crosses his axes in front of himself and then uncrosses them in a powerful swing. Rank: A

Taking a deep breath, as if the clash took it out of him, a drop of sweat rolled down the side of Boo's face.

Hey, you! Call my brother. This is trouble.

Boo said. Immediately, the man that had been given the order took out a Den Den Mushi and made the call. The enemy that stood in front of them, was powerful. A nonchalant swing of his, took one of Boo's strongest attacks to deal with. This was not a battle that Boo could win on his own.

Kallavan would place his weapon back into its scabbard after declaring war on Kano Country. Unsurprisingly to the vice-admiral his opponent had deflected his attack. If they couldn't at least stop that this campaign wouldn't be the least bit entertaining. During this clash his ship kept firing on the small army to his flank, hoping to take them out once and for all. The front cannons would load and in turn, also start their salvo fire towards Boo's ship. During all this the carrier lock he ordered earlier finally opened up. In the middle of the ship, planks would shift and slide to their opposite ends allowing for something to be pushed upwards from below. Like an elevator, Kallavan's personal Pacifista would rise up from within the cargo hold.

Energy surged through the robot giving life to its red blinking eyes. Beeping and scanning its surroundings BT47 was ready to receive orders.
"Subjugate the enemy in front of us BT. Preferably alive if you can."
"Order received. Carrying out."

BT said as it would bend its mechanical knees while at its back, several compartments would slide open revealing some sort of thruster system. The system would flare to live bursting enormous amounts of energy and flames towards the metal plate it stood upon. It'd take a few moments but before long BT would be sent hurling forward with neck-breaking velocity. Scorch marks would be present on the metal plate and wood surrounding it.

Almost like a literal rocket, BT would fly towards Boo's main ship its mission to take down one of the commanders.

Boo's powerful double-axed attack managed to deflect and disperse Kallavan's attack. For now, it seemed like the situation was at a stalemate, though Boo knew better - and asked for reinforcements. Until reinforcements came, he would have to deal with the situation at hand. Just as he resolved himself, he saw something happening on Kallavan's ship. The deck opened up and a Pacifista was pushed up on a metallic platform. An order was given to the Pacifista, and it took off flying with a rocket thrusted on its back. The cannonfire from Kallavan's ship was met with cannonfire from Boo's ship. Cannonball for cannonball, they clashed, exploding and creating an ever growing smokescreen inbetween the two ships. The Pacifista came rocketing through the smokescreen and toward Boo's ship. Bending his knees, Boo pushed off of the deck of his ship and jumped toward the incoming Pacifista. He crossed his axes in front of himself, imbuing them with black Busou-shoku no Haki, and aiming to use them as a shield for the Pacifista to come crashing into.

In the meantime, Boo's older brother, and a Commander higher in rank, was called. Sai had been instructing the army, teaching them how to become even stronger. His Den Den Mushi rang, and he picked up.

What is it? I'm in the middle of training.

Sai said, but the voice on the other end of the line called for him with a tone of fear in his voice.

Commander, the invading force is powerful! Your brother has intercepted them, but he said he was not able to hold them off on his own!

The soldier said, much to Sai's surprise. His brother couldn't handle them? Sai was confident in Boo's abilities, so this reveleation was troubling.

Fine, I am on my way.

Sai said, hanging up. He instructed the military to keep practicing, and then disappeared, making his way toward the fort.

I'll get this over with. Tsch... what an annoying coincidence. An invasion on this day specifically... just when father is busy with that guy...

Those were Sai's last thoughts as he moved toward the fort. It appeared Kallavan's invasion had a bad timing.

Through the smoke and fire, BT emerged unharmed only to meet the commander in the middle. Boo with his axes crossed filled with haki aimed to intercept BT, shielding his ship from the incoming Pacifista. The robot's eyes blinked dozens of times in a matter of seconds, scanning and analyzing the enemy in front of it.

"Threat detected. Haki user, proceeding with combat mode." - The robot said as it cocked its right arm backward hands clenching into a fist.

Meanwhile, as it continued flying its left hand would switch rotating backward into its arm, while from below the arm a machinegun would appear. Like a waterwheel, the hand replaced the machine gun for attacking power.

3. Wall/Tree Level + C Rank(1) = 4. Small Building Level

A hail of bullets would fall upon Boo which was more or less aimed to keep him pinned down. When BT was around 4 - 5 meters in front of Boo the robot would utter another set of commands. " Activating auxiliary thrusters. Engaging in max velocity."

From BT's back thrusters a second row would unravel itself from hidden compartments activating a second boost and gaining even more momentum. With this newly added momentum, BT crossed that distance in a matter of moments and timed it so that its metal punch would connect with the center of Boo's axes.

3. Wall/Tree level + D Rank = 3

Upon contact, Boo would feel that he and this robot were equal in strength but the deciding factor would be the added speed boost it had gained previously. This in turn would add more strength and power to its punch allowing it to, hopefully, overtake Boo. The punch would hit and if all went according to plan, blast the man back towards his own ship. Crashing down towards it.

If it did BT would keep up the pressure and follow Boo towards the inside of the ship.

Meanwhile, on Kallavan's ship, the man was keeping a close eye on the coast. Reinforcements were coming he was sure of it.

Both Boo and the Pacifista rocketed through the air, fated to clash in the middle. The Pacifista fired bullets as the two neared one another, but Boo shielded his body with an invisible layer of Busou-shoku no Haki.

Pacifista's DPR: 41-60: 3. Wall/Tree Level + C:+1 = 61-80: 4. Small Building Level

Boo's durability: 41-60: 3. Large Building Level + COA: +1 = 61-80: 4. City Block Level

DPR 2 or more below durability: Not very effective

The strength of Boo's body, coupled with the protection of his Busou-shoku no Haki, allowed him to tank the bullets without an issue. And with that, the two clashed. The water of the sea rocked underneath the might of their clash, and it looked like Boo was about to be overwhelmed by the Pacifista's momentum. However, the Commander would be damned if he would be done in by a robot. Kallavan already showed his superiority, but Boo wouldn't let a robot do the same. Black Busou-shoku no Haki flowed into his axes and he uncrossed them, unleashing the same technique as before and aiming to blow the Pacifista back. Boo's ability to perform martial arts techniques, as well as use Busou-shoku no Haki, proved to put him over the top against the Pacifista.

Boo's DPR: 41-60: 3. Wall/Tree Level + A:+3 + COA: +2 = 8. City Level

Cross Slash: Boo crosses his axes in front of himself and then uncrosses them in a powerful swing. Rank: A

If successful, and Boo blew the Pacifista away on top of potentially damaging its hand, Boo would land back on the deck. There was a good chance that the Pacifista would use its thrusters to land on the ship as well.

In the meantime, Commander Sai reached the fort. The men there saluted him and alerted him to the invaders.

Get me a fast personal boat.

Sai said, and the men nodded. It appeared Sai was not going with a big ship. Instead, he would pay a visit to Kallavan and his ship personally.

Commander Boo would uncross his weapons delivering one of his earlier attacks, annoyance at how close he was to this robot brought out renewed power. Boo's attack carried a much larger force than the robot could muster providing with the inevitable, BT would be blown back. Thrusters would do their job to readjust this anomaly allowing him to stay in mid-air while assessing the damage.

Boo's DPR: 41-60: 3. Wall/Tree Level + A:+3 + COA: +2 = 8. City Level
BT's Defence: 41-60: 3. Large Building Level + 1 Regular plating + 2 Pacifista Armour = 7. Town Level

End result: DPR 1 higher than dura: quite effective

BT while in mid-air would look at its right hand, red eyes flickered, bleeping at an astonishing rate as it calculated the sustained damage. Electricity would spark from the warped right hand as it could only twitch its index and middle finger. Conclusion the hand was done for sadly.

"Damage threshold right hand exceeded, forcing a switch to weapons mode. "

Just like before the damaged hand would be replaced by some kind of weapon while his left returned to a regular old hand. The weapon that replaced its right hand was around the same size but instead emitted a short electrical current. BT would also land on the Nappo Navy vessel as the second row of thrusters would rotate back inside their compartments. While instead, a larger section would open up instead of several smaller individualized windows. From this larger 'window' a wide large barrel would reveal itself. This barrel rose higher than BTs head revealing that this also was some kind of weapon.

Just how many gadgets did this robot store?

Meanwhile, Kallavan kept observing BTs first test run on a battlefield. Battle data was fed to the commander through a specialized Den Den Mushi. With his index finger, the commander slightly tapped on his inner elbow, clearly annoyed.

Where was the main force? This wasn't the massive fleet that was promised to him.

Boo's and the Pacifista's clash ended in Boo's favor - at least one clash that was going his way on this day. Boo landed back on his ship, and the Pacifista, through thrusters, retook control of its own trajectory and managed a safe landing on the ship as well. From there, its damaged hand transformed into a weapon, and another large weapon reveal followed soon thereafter. Boo, with his axes crossed in front of him in defensive anticipation, simply observed. Rushing this Pacifista was not a good idea, given how many strange weapons it possessed. If Boo wasn't careful, he could be caught off guard by a secret weapon. As such, he would let the Pacifista make the first move.

With a temporary standstill in the Boo and Pacifista fight, the weight of the battlefield quickly shifted to Kallavan's ship. The man stood on his deck, observing the Pacifista's success. However, while he was distracted by that, Sai, Boo's older brother and the senior commander of Kano's army, approached Kallavan's vessel. He went mostly unnoticed, for Kallavan's ship was huge, while Sai approached on a fast but small personal boat. Once close enough, he bent his knees and pushed off with enough force to almost sink his own boat. He landed on the deck of Kallavan's ship with a strong stomp. The thud resonated all over the deck, and any weaker-willed people would quickly realize a dangerous beast just landed in their midst. With a focused glare, Sai looked around, analyzing how many enemies were around, how strong they looked, who the scrubs were and who the leader was. Kallavan stood out like a sore thumb, his presence powerful and commanding. Sai's right arm reached for the bladed polearm mounted on his back. Wielding it in his right hand, he spun it around once or twice and then slammed the pommel of the polearm into the deck with another thud, announcing his presence.

Invaders, state your goals in our country. We do not take kind to hostility!

Sai said with a demanding tone in his voice, clearly annoyed by what was happening, and on what day it was happening. Kallavan wanted to fight an army, but at least he now had a one man army in front of him. Commander Sai was no slouch.

A faint smirk would appear upon Kallavan's face. While he couldn't exactly pinpoint Sai's current location he could feel the man's anger from miles away. "Finally, someone worthwhile." His second in command Kanda would arrive next to him, acknowledging his feeling when the man's observation haki confirmed it. A short few moments later Sai would arrive on his ship, announcing himself and demanding an answer to the marine's aggression. Kallavan walked forward while stepping down from the elevated part of his vessel. The ship was deadly silent for their mere auras could and would slice open those of weaker wills. This wasn't a physical confrontation of haki but their fighting spirit.

"It's about time you showed up. " Kallavan said full of authority as he looked the commander straight in the eye. Both men were of equal height.
"I'm here to either subjugate the Happo Navy. Or destroy it." Two simple sentences but which carried enormous weight and consequences. But these men and women knew that when they set sail towards this country.
"So how do you plea?" Kallavan said with 0% BS in his tone. Fully confident in his ability to do what he said. And Sai too would feel that this man was no pushover.

This man came here with only one goal on his mind.

Elsewhere on Boo's ship.

Now in a standstill between the lower-ranked commander and BT the former opted to wait to see what this thing still had in store for him. He didn't have to wait for very long as BT would bow down, pointing the barrel that was on his back directly at Boo. From the barrel, BT would launch 3 grenades towards Boo. One towards him directly and another to both his flanks. These grenades would detonate upon impact, aimed to inflict heavy damage to personnel but also towards the structure they were standing upon.

Grenade launcher.

41-60: 3. Wall/Tree Level + 1 C rank technique = 4. Small Building Level

Should Boo defend or dodge he'd notice that these grenades would do some serious damage to the ship he was standing upon. BT after firing this first salvo would return to a straight back as he calculated and checked for Boo's reaction.

As soon as Sai boarded Kallavan's ship, landing with a powerful and commanding thud, he was greeted by both Kallavan and his second-in-command. None of the lower-ranked Marines got involved, as they immediately knew their place in the pecking order. However, Kallavan didn't seem worried. Instead, with full confidence, he announced that he would either subjugate or destroy Kano. Sai's eyebrows furrowed and he grit his teeth. Kallavan had clearly struck a nerve. With his weapon in hand, Sai spoke.

Subjugate or destroy huh... well, you are a Marine after all. That's how the World Government does things.

Sai said, clearly instigating an argument. But, it would be an argument of fists and brawn, not of words. With no choice but to fight the invaders off, Sai decided to go ahead and deal with it. Bending his knees, he pushed off of the deck and rushed toward Kallavan. Upon closing the distance, Sai swung his bladed polearm in a downward diagonal fashion, aiming to cut from Kallavan's left shoulder all the way down to his right hip. The long weapon kept Sai out of range of Kallavan's punches or kicks. Invisible Busou-shoku no Haki clad the bladed polearm, and a strange vibration danced around the blade's edge. For those who knew of Kano and their martial art, this was undoubtedly Hasshou-ken.

Vibrating Cut!

DPR: 61-80: 4. Small Building Level + A:+3 + COA: +1 = 8. City Level

Elsewhere, on Boo's ship, the Pacifista was waited upon to deliver the next strike. The nature of the Pacifista and its arsenal was highly versatile and unpredictable, so Boo didn't want to make any mistake. Observing, Boo saw the Pacifista suddenly lean forward and bend down, pointing the launcher on its back toward Boo's direction. From the launcher, three different grenades were fired. Boo quickly clenched his grip on his axes and answered in kind. Slamming the sides of the two axes together, a strong vibrational shockwave was suddenly generated in the direction of the three incoming grenades. As soon as the shockwave collided with the grenades, they erupted, but the shockwave blew the grenades' explosive force backward. The ship rocked, and some of the deck was damaged, though the clash mostly contained the outward exploding force, keeping the reach of the damage relatively contained. Boo, pushind off of the deck and dashing forward, came rushing through the obscurity, appearing in front of the Pacifista. With his right hand, Boo swung his right axe upward diagonally, aiming to cleave the Pacifista. Much like his brother's blade, Boo's, too, was clad in invisible Busou-shoku no Haki, and embodied vibrations of the Hasshou-ken Martial Art.

In the meantime, in Kano's central castle, on the top floor overlooking the training area where all of Kano's soldiers were training, a meeting was taking place. Sitting across from one another, were an agent dressed in black, and a large man with a bald head and a long, white beard. The leader of Kano, Don Chinjao.

Sai pushed off from his right foot, anger and the desire to protect his home fueling him. Kallavan noticed the man's intent and drew his own weapon to clash against Sai's strike. "Compass strike!" Kallavan shouted as he drew his blade diagonally upward, attempting to meet Sai's polearm in the middle. The Vice-Admiral's weapon coated in black haki to increase its defences and attacking power.

The two commanders would meet in the middle with the result being a stalemate their clash however would still provide ample destructive force towards their surroundings. Now clearly within a deadlock Kallavan would use his right hand and moved it in front of him, black coated index finger curled atop of his thumb. The stance clearly pointing towards Sai who was a few meters in front of him.

"Tobu Shigan: Bachi!" - Kallavan shouted as he flicked his index finger 3 times in rapid succession.

From these flicks, 3 air blasts were released aimed to pierce Sai at both his shoulders and chest. These air pellets having the strength akin to a high calibre sniper rifle and Sai would definitely feel it.

On Lieutenant Boo's ship BTs grenade fire was blocked quite effectively by Boo who in turn afterwards quickly assaulted BT with a powerful upward swing from his axe, aiming to cleave the Pacifista's torso.

Boo's axe cut would dig deep and ravage BTs outer layer and also bits and pieces within. While damage was being calculated indicated by the bleeping red lights. The pacifista would counter almost immediately, courtesy of the inability to feel pain. Jabbing with its arm BT aimed to deliver an electrifying attack with his taser. Should Boo not evade in time he'd be hit with the full force of this attack. In the event that the stun did its work, BT's other arm would fold once more unleashing a flamethrower. With Boo now hopefully slightly restrained the robot aimed to engulf the Lieutenant in a sea of fire.

* Moderate burn: using the burned parts hurts and will cause slight extra damage each turn (D rank). lasts for 3-4 turns. Requires at least 51 mastery

If all went according to plan BT would take a few steps back, stumbling in the process. The pacifista had received a fair bit of punishment could it continue this for much longer?

Commander Sai's and Kallavan's blades clashed, creating a strong wind an shockwave that rocked Kallavan's ship. However, the great vessel stood strong. Commander Sai backed away from Kallavan after the clash, but Kallavan went onto the offensive immediately, aiming toward Sai and unleashing three air blasts using a mere finger. Using his free left hand, imbued with black Busou-shoku no Haki, Sai struck against the three air blasts in rapid succession. It was one fluid motion, going from a smack, reversing to a backhanded smack and then accelerating to a punch, one for each of the air blasts. Hasshou-ken was used, the shockwaves compressed and tame, but more than strong enough to deal with the three air blasts.

Sai then pushed off, dashing toward Kallavan. After closing the distance half-way, Sai stopped and then punched forward with his free left hand. This time, he unleashed a long-ranged Hasshou-ken shockwave, aiming to blast into Kallavan. The shockwave had wisps of black Busou-shoku no Haki dancing in it and damaged the deck as it travelled toward Kallavan, threatening to damage the vessel more significantly, if Kallavan didn't deal with the attack appropriately.

In the meantime, Boo managed to cleave into the Pacifista with his axe. Static electricity and red bleeping eyes signaled that significant damage had been done to the Pacifista. Boo grinned at the thought that he could wrap this up quickly and go help his brother against Kallavan. However, the Pacifista had other plans. Jabbing forward, the Pacifista tazed Boo, running a significant amount of electricity through Boo's body. Wincing, Boo backed away stumbling. The Pacifista followed up using a flamethrower, unleashing a wave of fire toward Boo. Boo felt his body locking up to an extent due to the paralysis, but luckily it was only to a moderate degree, and he still managed to get off a lower-level attack. Turning the axe in his right hand into an upside-down reverse hold, Boo slammed the axe onto the deck. A Hasshou-ken shockwave blasted outward, and the concussive force of the shockwave, together with the wind that it generated, blew away the incoming flames.

Breathing heavily, Boo was getting somewhat tired due to the paralysis. His next attack would have to finish this off. Pushing off of the deck with as much strength as he could muster in his state, Boo charged the Pacifista. Holding his axes in his hands, Boo was attempting to close the distance and go for his strongest attack.

The Commander and Vice-Admiral clashed their bout looked to be on equal terms so far. Kallavan's shigan blasts were quickly dispatched by a wave of hasshoken energy allowing the commander to immediately reply with a counter of his own. With a dash forward Sai gathered strength and momentum allowing it to translate into a mid-range power punch. Once again Hasshoken energy blasted forward but much more violently while simultaneously being boosted by haki. Kallavan quickly retaliated as he too pushed forward holding his weapon in his right hand, clad dark with Haki. "Way of the storm..." the marine whispered as Sai's blast raged forward.

At the aped of his run Kallavan would dash forward once again but leaned his weapon into the blast itself, transferring his body weight, speed and natural strength into one singular blow. "Thunder Clap!" - The man shouted as the tip of his weapon and the hasshoken blast connected with one another.

Like a honed spear, Kallavan's weapon tore through the hasshoken energy allowing the man to continue his assault towards Sai who stood a few feet away from the marine. Kallavan's own attack was severely weakened by the initial clash but still enough power to inflict a serious wound. The commander had to think quickly for Kallavan's assault came to him as quickly as a bullet fired from a rifle.

On the other ship Boo's fight with BT was drawing to a close, electrocuted and burnt slightly BT had managed to deliver some serious damage. But the Lieutenant's exhaustion was finally getting to him. With a leap into the air Boo was preparing himself for one final strike or at least so it seemed. The man at least was channelling a great deal of power into his axes and BT's scanners detected this as well. Both BTs arms would shift into large Gatling turret rifles sparks still flown off the robot's exterior indicating that it too could not keep this up for much longer. The turrets began to rotate as they were warming up their incredible fire rate, hoping it could damage the pirate enough before it would deliver its final blow.

Kanda in the meantime had noticed BTs declining energy reserves and would observe the outcome from their battle, his wide range mantra would extend outwards. If Boo would move to partake in Kallavan's bout Kanda would intercept.

Commander Sai's punching shockwave and Kallavan's piercing spear collided, the vessel shaking under the power of the two warriors. The clash lasted momentarily, but Kallavan came out victorious, his spear piercing through the shockwave and proceeding to seek Commander Sai's flesh. However, much of the power and momentum had been lost due to the clash, so when Kallavan's spear came ripping toward Commander Sai, the latter brought his polearm weapon up to guard. Black Busou-shoku no Haki coated the polearm weapon and Kallavan's attack was blocked. However, what came next was a surprisingly fluid motion by the big Commander.

Instead of really stopping Kallavan's charge, Commander Sai only used his weapon to block momentarily, before spinning off of the block and letting Kallavan stumble forward from the surprise of barely meeting resistance. In that same motion, Commander Sai would shift his feet and make it to Kallavan's left side with his polearm weapon raised high up into the air. Then, his muscles bulging, with one powerful overhead downward swing, Commander Sai swung down onto Kallavan, aiming to cleave him in half with great determination. It was clear that the two men were out for blood, and there was no fooling around.

Black Busou-shoku no Haki clad Commander Sai's weapon, and Hasshou-ken vibrations reverberated around it, aiming to strike with great might. If Kallavan managed to avoid, there was a good chance that Commander Sai's shockwave weapon would rip into the ship, damaging it greatly. Even a block by Kallavan would likely still see energy and shockwave making it through the clash, greatly damaging the deck under Kallavan's feet, and hindering his footing for a few moments.

In the meantime, Commander Boo's fight against the Pacifista was coming to an end. As he was charging toward the Pacifista, Commander Boo saw it transforming its arms into what looked like firearm weapons - and dangerous ones at that. With how Commander Boo was running toward the Pacifista at full steam, it was clear that the two were about to engage in their last clash. However, their clash might never come.

C-c-c-comander Boo! Watch out! Abandon ship!

One of Commander Boo's subordinates shouted, alerting him. Off in the fort of the Kingdom, a large man with a potbelly and a long white beard was seen standing there. Gritting his teeth and clenching his fists furiously, the man was clearly enraged. Commander Boo's eyes widened in shock as he was running, and he immediately bolted for the side of the ship. The man in the fort suddenly imbued his bald head with black Busou-shoku no Haki and stepped forward. Then, arching his back backward for momentum, the man swung his head forward and downward in a full swing, headbutting the sea. An amazing shockwave erupted from the point of contact, ripping through the surface of the sea in a linear fashion. The cutting shockwave slice and ripped through Commander Boo's ship, aiming to engulf the Pacifista while destroying the vessel in the process. Commander Boo went jumping off of the ship in the last moment, jumping into the sea.

A grand entrance of who would be Kallavan's main target. The leader of this country. Don Chinjao.

Who dares disturb us on this important day?!

Kallavan's thrust was quickly deflected by Sai who in the same motion pivoted on his foot allowing him to circle around Kallavan on his now open left flank. Kallavan who was faster than the commander could see the incoming motion but quickly deduced that avoiding such an attack would be disastrous to his crew. In an utter shockingly event, at least to Sai, the Vice-Admiral would clench his left hand into a fist as he brought it upwards to intercept the strike. Muscles bulged as black haki sprang to life as quickly as it could, coating the entire arm in a thick layer of armaments. "Tekkai!" Kallavan shouted as his eyes shifted into that of a reptilian, Sai would also notice green scales appear around the Admiral's skin moments before his attack would collide with Kallavan's left arm.

The clash between Sai's attack and Kallavan's defence proved to be as destructive as initially feared. While not to the extent if he chose to avoid the strike it still did considerable damage. Crew members who weren't up to the task were swept off their feet, some flew against the boards of the ship knocking them out cold while the less fortunate fell overboard. Captain Kanda was one of the few who could hold himself together but even he had to brace every muscle in his body as to not succumb to the resulting shockwave. Planks, boards and all kinds of debris would be swept out of their respective sockets. As impactful as it was this clash faded with the flick of a switch. What was left was utter awe and smoke where both Sai and Kallavan stood in a deadlock.

Sai immediately upon delivering his attack would sense that something was off. His strike didn't go downwards completely meaning that Kallavan's defences were formidable enough to prevent him from losing his arm entirely. Still, the commander could hear blood dripping towards the deck combined with a terrifying low growl. The pressure was on as human instinct most likely would take over from Sai. "Congratulations, now let me return the favour." Kallavan or at least something akin to the man spoke. His voice completely morphed. Lower and more guttural as if a beast was speaking.

Kallavan would immediately swing with his left arm to the side, hoping to dislodge the blade from his arm with his enhanced strength. Blood would trail the movement if he succeeded. Following the swing from his arm, the Admiral would also bring forward his right arm and the blade it wielded. Sword coated with armaments it started a flurry of stabs, aiming to overwhelm him with the speed of the thrusts. The flurry making it appear Kallavan had numerous arms to strike with. " Lightning impacts!" He shouted once more, hoping to strike the commander full of holes and in turn defeat him.

On Boo's ship, the Pacifista before its ultimate demise detected Don Chinjao appear and deliver its most devastating attack. The robot tried evasive maneuvres to the best of its abilities. But the sustained damage and lower energy levels proved too much of a deficit to evade completely. It did what it was supposed to do Kallavan would return with this field data for a better model. The information stored in an offshore location. Both Kanda and Kallavan would detect the presence of the commander. But would not act for now. There was a possibility that Kallavan's bout with Sai was about to come to an end.

Sai's polearm descended, the black Busou-shoku no Haki and Hasshouken energy reverberating around and throughout the blade, seeking Kallavan's life on the spot. Kallavan's left arm came up to block, and the clash was tremendous. Powerful shockwaves and winds erupted from the clash, sending most of Kallavan's men overboard or knocking them unconscious. His second-in-command managed to prevail, but he knew he was outmatched and could not help his boss. When the clash settled, Sai momentarily thought he must have slain his enemy. However, that thought quickly shattered and a frightening realization took over. He saw Kallavan's arm, clad in scales, barely harmed. Blood had been drawn, and there was likely some muscle and tendon damage, but the arm was definitely still attached, and likely still usable. In disbelief that his strongest attack had been blocked by a barehanded maneuver, Sai was paralyzed.

Taking advantage, Kallavan unleashed a counterattack. A swift, rapid and relentless barrage of stabs erupted, riddling Sai with wounds as if engulfed by machinegun fire. Sai's body was sent flying overboard. Bloodied to a severe extent, his body came crashing into the sea. His brother, Boo, had surfaced just in time to see the terrifying scene. Don Chinjao, too, was a witness. With a terrifying look on his face, Don Chinjao roared.

S-SAAAIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!

Commander Sai has fallen.

Kallavan's relentless assault had won over Kano country's most prized warrior with relative ease. As the helpless Sai fell overboard, Kallavan observed from above deck. Standing on top of this bout both figuratively and literally, his red eyes and stoic face not the least bit surprised of this outcome. " It was inevitable, commander." He said as he quickly turned his gaze towards Kanda.

"Captain, go retrieve the commander. I do not want him to turn into a Martyr." Kallavan said as he in the meanwhile ripped a piece of his clothing to bandage the gaping wound on his left arm. Kanda and the rest of the crew didn't see this transformation that often up close and thus were still in a state of shock and awe. But the captain would quickly snap himself out of it and dove right into the water trying to retrieve Sai. His mantra well equipped for such a task. Kallavan would sheath his blade as he moved towards the front of the ship. " Lower the lifeboats, some of the crew fell overboard. Help them up at once." He issued a second order to the remaining crew members. While the ship slowed down its forward trajectory to a near halt.

With each heavy step, Kallavan would revert back to his original form preferring it to his zoan form next to his men. With arms crossed in front of his chest and bated breath, he'd eye his next victim. Chinjao could feel it from all the way on the island. The incredible and dominating presence of an apex predator. An overwhelming will and presence would land on the island, while not haki it was something relatively similar to it.

Blood lust.

For now, the Vice-Admiral took a moment to observe the results of this shocking event while his men and second in command executed their orders.
