The fight would last 2 more chapters, Karyo Tan n Neki are also arriving hinting Hara is gonna make it look like Shin final moments are here and he is bout to be killed, thn a twist in the next chapter with Shin slaying Houken. The very fact the fight continued for so long and Houken got a back story, i believe he is done in for good.
And the General weight thing can explain how someone like Houken who is at Martial peak could loose bt i think the story would have been much better without it, it will only bring in inconsistentencies later on. This sorta stuff isn't appreciated in other Mangas, so would have been better if Hara completely avoided it or, kept the involvement to minimum/ less degree. But here Shin is basically standing due to the support of the past fallen warriors. Houken blows having no weight part was kinda acceptable to me tho. Anyway, i still enjoyed the chapter.
I am also wondering how Riboku is escaping from here, with Houken ending up dead. Or he won't? He has to imo, his role is yet to be finished.

Btw, on another topic, fucking mangoku being on the big picture on the last chapter but not Shousa and the guy Houken just killed(cant remember his name)?
