Ryu drew his sword as he slowly made his way through the palace, looking for any pirates or Alabastian guards. As he came to the private wings of the palace, he saw some simple soldiers.

The mad agent kept on harassing the Royal Guards having killed a few already. He was still at the gate, insulting not only the guards for defending the Vampirates but the King and the Rising Emperor himself, King Cobra and Lord Gambit respectively. It is true that the King succeeded the throne once more with the aid of then Silver Hair Larsi, founding captain of the Silver Haired Pirates, rebranded to Silver Vampirates following the presumed death of the old man.
Just recently, a piece of newserupted from Impel Down that quickly spread out across the globe about his recent escape. Second time this month. Thrice during the new era of the age of piracy! An ultimate humiliation! This is what the World Government had been doing since. A never-ending loop of losses and shame against the accused criminals of the world.
And now, their dogs who are scattered around the globe have been doing the same. Agents from the CP5 have recently taken down a family of 10, including a mere child. It was deemed as an accident. But the proximate cause of this incident is rooted in the power their patriarch had, Atsu-Atsu no mi. A devil fruit, one of a kind. Revolutionaries have started to notice the uprising of both factions. And whilst the pirates have been doing malicious intents such as the Spada Pirates; the Vampirates only focus on the technological advancements. If they are using the kingdoms allied with them for this lone cause, is yet to be unveiled. But one thing is certain, they would keep on rising until the entire world has finally realized the evolution that is long nigh. Alas, in this city of peace and camaraderie, an agent of mysterious roots has would continue to dirt their brands should more crimes were incurred by all parties.
"Gwaaaaa!", some of the guards writhed in pain and agony as the agent blitzed them, striking his sword. How long will he keep on doing this? How long till the reinforcements will arrive?
Suddenly, two mysterious figures would be seen from the top of the palace, lurking with all that's happening. It has been some time since they last engaged in a battle for Alabasta has become a shelter of harmony. If anything else, a daily military exercise would be employed at the training ground situated at the back of the palace but that's it. They are after all the finest generals of the royal troops.
Presenting. Pell the Falcon and one of the two head guards in the Arabasta kingdom that serve under Igaram, the other being Chaka. They are remarked as the strongest fighters in all of Alabasta.
Beware, agent.
"Let's greet the visitor, Chaka.", Pell cursed under his breath.
"I have been itching to.", the other said, smirking.
And with that, the two royal guards of the highest colors would dive into the sands. As they did, Pell would quickly morph into his full beast form as wings sprouted from his back, and beaks and talons followed. Simultaneously, Chaka also took the form of a black hound, the jackal wielding his sword while Pell's talons grabbed his body to land safely.
In a moment, Chaka would meet the ground, landing gracefully. Pell on the other would hover over him. The two royal guards glared at the stranger.
Meanwhile, all of the royal guards (300,000) would start to gather around the palace, securing its safety. Tom and Jerry, watching from the terrace. King Cobra standing at their backs. Ten of them would rush to the fallen comrades, checking their pulses and all. Surprisingly, only one of them met his end. "Take the injured men to the hospital. Prepare a hero burial for the fallen one.", Pell ordered.
From a distance, Tom and Jerry commented, "Only a fool would try to do harm in our peaceful country."
Pell: "You just committed a crime in a kingdom beyond your jurisdiction."
