Dark, disturbing, yet eerily beautiful, Limbo is a hidden island that deserves to be explored. Limbo is a twisted hidden island in north blue that named Limbo due to its eerily atmosphere. There is a constant wind blowing in Limbo that is filled with particle effects. Its appearance can vary dramatically with twisted buildings, massive oceans, floating statues, and even an inverted city. The place possesses dark clouds covering the skies, an emerald-colored thin fog, and mist.

Limbo is a place of great horror and suffering for anyone who has the misfortune of ending up there. The only means to find the escape route in Limbo is to defeat the main boss of the area, so once someone has entered this dark eerily hidden island they must fight to survive.

To a land forgotten - Limbo @Mr. Anderson

Foxhound found itself without a primary objective. Or so they'd think at least. Their commander had left them with a single envelope, a mission. One he pursued throughout his early career. The reason why he hadn't accomplished it yet? Simple. It's because of the bizarre nature of this island. An island called Limbo on the North blue. It only exists as a myth, legend and old wives' tale. But Kallavan knew better. He saw the missing person reports on the surrounding islands. Men, women and children one day existed and another, poof they were gone. Days, weeks went by and island by island seemingly got raptured. This couldn't be mere coincidence the commander figured.

Years went by collecting evidence, reports and first person accounts on the nights people went missing. Searching through their homes with each breadcrumb he collected he came one step closer to locating this Limbo island. And finally its location was known to him. But then the unexpected happened. Among the trail their commander, Kallavan himself vanished as well. Perhaps he had gotten too close to the source of it all? Alpha and Bravo set out to find out what happened to their Commander following the clues he had left behind for them.

It is on those waters, on the North Blue that we find these brave marines sailing on a brigantine.

"So, what do you reckon we find there? Commander?" Trevor would say with a jest towards the man to his left.
"Impressive, seems like you added another word to your vocabulary." The young man with jet black hair replied.
"But to answer your question. No idea. There are no descriptions, no records. Nothing. All those people allegedly just vanished through thin air. Who knows what kind of person or creature is capable of such a feat. Best to prepare for anything really. Especially if they managed to get the jump on the Commander himself. Whatever they are they're cunning to say the least."

A straight answer by the youth to which Trevor couldn't really help but scratch his head. He was surprised at the forwardness of Kanda. Ever since Vinlandia he really did change. He'd sigh and shrug his shoulders.

"Well, if you see something do give us a holler."

Trevor would turn his back and returned to below deck there he'd find two other of his companions having a casual game of cards. These were Lieutenant-Commander Mirio and Ensign Caitlyn Kiramman.

"Alright, what do you say about this!"

"Not bad, but unfortunately not good enough!"

Caitlyn would deal the winning hand with a flush, beating Mirio's hands. The youth would frown but take his losses. Trevor would chuckle and scratch his beard before having a nap in his bunk bed.

Last but not least was the final member of the group. Up high in the crow's nest looking at the never ending ocean. Here the man known as Grey Fox was situated. Taking comfort in the solitude so high up. His arms leaned on the edge of the railing and enjoyed the breeze upon his face. With a small dinner before him the man would take the joys and started to eat some leftover fish from today.

"Ah, this is just perfect!"

For now there were weirdly enough no troubles or even a glimpse of worry from these individuals. They didn't seem to be the least bit frightened about going into the unknown nor worry about the fate of their commander. They knew that he was alive. Not only that, but they had seen what he could do on first account. Whoever it was that managed to kidnap Kallavan was someone who did it through indirect means and measures. A seal or a prison would be their best bet. But all of them firmly believed that he was still very much alive.

Just what had Limbo Island in store for them?

Limbo Part 1

The Hellbound

Limbo. A twisted hidden island of great horror and suffering for anyone who has the misfortune of ending up there. With it's twisted buildings, massive oceans, floating statues, and even an inverted city. The place possessed dark clouds covering the skies, an emerald-colored thin fog, and mist. Always accompanied by a constant wind that, filled with particle effects and the screams of the damned. The warriors of the dead patrol the twisted streets of this realm, while the souls of the depraved guard the sky, actively seeking unfortunate stragglers who have lost their way.

Taking residence in the center of the city, stood the gates to the underworld...

Where unlucky souls that get caught are taken, never to see the light of day. Nobody knows what truly happens to them once they pass through, for nobody has lived to tell the tale. Within the Limbo Underworld a castle stands strong, engraved into the walls of dark cavern.

Here lives is the champion and god of this island, The Hellbound and his five disciples. The Keeper, the Hellbound's most loyal companion, makes his way to his master's quarters. Eager to tell him the good news. The Keeper entered the god's sanctum, bowing in reverence, before advancing towards the throne. He stopped in the center of the throne room, waiting patiently to given the permission to speak. The Hellbound would give it to him.

"Speak now, Keeper."

"Yes my lord." He bowed again in reverence.

"We've managed to get our hands on a powerful one this time. He had almost obliterated our forces, however we have managed to trap him using an imprisonment rune." He continued, head still bowed.

He stood at his full height, now holding eye contact with the deity.

"This is the one my lord. His soul should be powerful enough to summon EREBUS! You will finally be worthy of receiving his blessing."

The Hellbound was elated. Decades of sacrificing souls to no avail had finally come to an end. The day Erebus was coming close, there was no better time that this.

"Hehehehehehe...you have done me proud Keeper. Tell me, who is this man?"

"He referred to himself as Vice Admiral Kallavan. A soldier from the marines."

The Hellbound stood to his full height. Grabbing his massive axe, he lifted it into the air in victory. He roared, voice booming at such high levels that it could be heard throughout the entire castle.

"THEN I'LL HAVE TO THANK YOU KALLAVAN! WITHOUT YOU, MY GOAL WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ACHIEVED!"

Arrival - Limbo @Mr. Anderson

Foxhound continued its casual pace towards Limbo island. So far the crew worked together to keep things as smoothly as it's been. Together with the few privates that ran around these men and women were a well oiled machine. All linked up and used to working together on a daily basis. As a commander Kallavan couldn't have been more proud to see his comrades and colleagues working so well without him. It is what he had always envisioned Fox Hound to be, a seedling to his grand dream. A navy. A World government that worked together without ulterior motives, working towards a grander place. One where Children could grow up without any care in the world.

But such an ideal was a long way off and perhaps unachievable. But Fox Hound was a prime example that there was hope for the future.

Eventually the senior officers had moved above deck doing their final check-ups as arrival should be any moment now.

"Hmm. According to Kallavan-san's estimates we should've seen Limbo Island by now."
Kanda said, questioning the map before him. Trevor would move up besides him and took a glance at the map as well.
"Yeah, we've passed those rock formations more than an hour ago. Odd. But then again, it took him years to find it. Perhaps there is something else we're missing."

Some steps behind the two leaders Caitlyn would clean her rifle and did some last check-ups on her ammo and equipment. Mirio stood next to her with his arms crossed, a worried expression upon his face. "I also haven't picked up any disturbance yet." She'd say, being the one with the highest mastery in observational haki. A sudden bell would then ring from high up as fog would start to settle in around the ship.

"I think we're there, everyone!"
Tengen would shout from high up, forcing everyone to look ahead.

"Oh wow." Mirio would say as he looked at a curtain of dark omnious clouds. With behind it their destination.

Limbo Island.

"We've...got to sail past that, don't we.." Caitlyn would say dreading the next few moments.

------------------------------
Castle

Bound and chained against the wall Kallavan would wake up or at least tried to come to his senses. Clearly the man was still drowsy from whatever affected him, seastone shackles kept him in check. But there was something else at play here. With his eyelids half covering his eyes the Admiral would look at whatever creature had successfully captured and bound him.

"You're underestimating my subordinates if you think you'll get away with all of this. You may have sealed me but they're strong. You won't succeed in this master plan of yours."

Kallavan would say falling back into an unconscious state drifting in and out of it. The man could hardly keep his eyes open, but he'd try his damn hardest to do so.

"Just what foul creature are you..." The man continued in his delirious state.

Limbo #2 - Arrival
@Guren

Greeted by the dark clouds of the enigmatic island, Foxhound finally had Limbo in sight. But getting there would not be a simple task. As they drew closer, the natural emerald coloured fog invaded their surroundings and with it came immediate danger. The souls of the depraved would take notice of them immediately. They numbered in ten and while blind, could sense their arrival thanks to the high concentration of spiritual energy surrounding the island. Foxhound's souls were strong, while not as strong as Kallavan's, the more the merrier to make their master's goal a reality. It was time to hunt. The spectres approached the vessel all at once, screeching grotesquely with intentions of wearing foxhound down and pick them off one by one.

Castle

The Vice Admiral, bound and chained in bowels of the the castle, had finally awoken albeit still groggy from capture. With him, was a primordial creature. Tasked with guarding Kallavan's body until the fated day arrived.

"You're underestimating my subordinates if you think you'll get away with all of this. You may have sealed me but they're strong. You won't succeed in this master plan of yours."

It would not respond. It rose to it's full height instead. Drawing closer and closer as the Marine slipped in and out of consciousness. It was the biggest contributor to Kallavan's capture and an acolyte of Erebus. The only one on Limbo capable of performing the ritual. It's body shifted effortlessly, each movement filled with grace.

"Just what foul creature are you..."

It stopped right in front of the marine, so that it would be seen clearly even in Kallavan's delirious state. A gigantic wolfhound made of shadow. With a fearful, gaping maw. Unknown to Kallavan, it wasn't alone. The other kept itself well hidden, not interested in interacting with the man, but there all the same to ensure it's companion didn't kill the marine before the day arrived.

"Your friends won't save you. They will never make it here. Even if they do, by then your soul will be in my jaws. Your end is near human. Hahahahahaa."

Arrival - Limbo @Mr. Anderson

Limbo Island was finally in sight and the crew prepared themselves to disembark once they sailed through the fog. Crewmembers were rushing and moving throughout the deck. Some adjusted the sails while others pulled on the ropes to raise them and therefore adjust speed. Kanda and Trevor kept their eyes at the front of the ship, looking for anything out of the ordinary. Tengen would do the same even squinting his eyes as he noticed the fog came closer and closer.

"We've got company!" Tengen shouted his eyes darting, awaiting his opponents.

"I hate this island already, it gives me the heebie jeebies!" Caitlyn said as she drew her revolver from her right hip.

Before long the entire crew was surrounded by a thick and ghastly fog. Kanda narrowed his eyes and drew a single sword from out of its sheath, the other two still resting on his hip. Tengen leaped to the deck before shouting to his Bravo Unit partner.

"Let's go Kiramman! Let's dispatch these howlers as quick as possible!"

Tengen would come to a stop not onto the deck itself but seemingly floating between two of its masts. A single wire connecting the two and with him balancing onto that wire with the tip of his feet. His hands would fold into one another to create a hand seal while focusing his haki at the same time.

"Ninpo: Tomaito!"
81-100: 3. Large Building Level +1(C) +1(haki) = 120: 5. Town Level
Tengen said pointing his two index fingers at the spectres and launching 5 condensed string bullets from them. One for five spectres respectively. Caitlyn on the other hand twirled her revolver around her index finger and focused her senses to aim at the spectres their heads, or what she'd assume to be their head. Invisible haki flowed through the chamber, channelling power into it. She, too, would fire 5 rounds aiming to dispatch the other five.

"Let's hope they got some meat on their bones! High duster, fire!"
81-100: 3. Large Building Level +1(C) +1(haki) = 120: 5. Town Level
Unlimited C-rank bullets

10 bullets, each aimed at a single spectre. The others would wait to see how these howlers reacted to the attacks of their crewmembers. Eyes filled with focus Foxhound would react at a single moment.

------------------------------------------------------------
Castle - Final

The creature finally revealed itself before Kallavan. A massive hound seemingly made out of physical shadows, its maw open and shaking with excitement. It couldn't wait to devour the Admiral. The other fellow present kept himself to the shadows, a guard for the hound. They're there, for now, to prevent the creature from eating the marine prematurely. Kallavan would chuckle when he heard their remark.

"Good luck...You'll...notice." The man's eyes drew dim as he started to slip back into unconsciousness.
"That... I...am..." Kallavan's head dropped forward, eyes fully closed.
"Not alone..." His final words echoed through the castle.

This time the Admiral spoke about himself. His words a double meaning. His crew was on its way to save him but within himself he also was not alone. He carried the wills of the people of Ivarice. Their souls intertwined within him. And should the guardian of Limbo peer into it, he'd find a light as bright as the sun casting its glance back at him. Within the light and fire gazes would look down upon the guardian sending a message to the being.

"Until our friend is released. We shall hold the line."

Limbo#3-Arrival
@Guren

The benevolent spirits homed in on the vessel with great speed and confidence. They would have never thought their prey would be capable of combating them, until they drew closer.

Tengen would leap to the deck, stopping in the air. He seemly floated between the two masts of the vessels, an assassin that defied all logic. He weaved hand signs with quick precision, firing five projectiles from his fingertips at the oncoming party that pierced the bodies of five spirits out of the group. Caitlyn followed up with her revolver, firing ten bullets at her opposition with great speed and precision. At closer range, the spectres most likely would have found these attacks difficult to avoid. However, thanks to the distance they managed to move out of the trajectory of the projectiles. Hissing loudly, they surrounded the vessel, cautious as they they sensed Haki from those attacks. The Evil Spirits were invulnerable physical attacks, only the strongest of wills could damage their spectral bodies. All they could do now was circle the vessel and wait for one of Foxhound to slip up.

-------------------------------------------------------

Castle

Kallavan chuckled at it's remark, angering the beast. It growled, shaking the entire surroundings.

"Good luck...You'll...notice." The man's eyes drew dim as he started to slip back into unconsciousness.
"That... I...am..." Kallavan's head dropped forward, eyes fully closed.
"Not alone..." His final words echoed through the castle.
It's companion that stayed in the shadows calmly clenched it's bow, mesmerised yet on guard. It addressed the beast, it's voice calm and smooth like silk.

"Do you see it, Wolf?"
"I see it! My dear Lamb." It growled from it's throat.

A performance only they were capable of seeing. Light as bright as the sun, surrounding souls that swore to protect. Their souls gazed down at the wolf, with a message. Or more accurately, a warning.

"Until our friend is released. We shall hold the line."

The beast snarled and licked his lips, enticed by the display. This one was a fine prey. However, to this duo death was inevitable for this man. He and his army of souls would have no choice but to succumb to their fate once the day comes. The other would leap into the air and land next to the beast, revealing itself in full for the first time.

"HA! Try your hardest! You'll still fall!"
"By arrow, or by teeth."

Arrival - Limbo @Mr. Anderson

The combination of Tengen and Caitlyn had been easily avoided by these spectres. Tengen would respond with a sly grin while the blue sparrow would show her annoyance at the matter. The spectres would finally catch up and surround their vessel prompting Tengen to not waste any time. The others were preparing for combat in their respective ways, but it was Tengen who'd deal the first strike yet again.

"Ninpo: Goshikito !"
81-100: 3. Large Building Level +1(C) +1(haki) = 120: 5. Town Level

The man roared as he delivered two swipes from both his hands, sending out five threads of wires that joined together and created a net through their movement forward. Invisible haki coated the wires making it a hard task to move out of it. Caitlyn also at the ready with her revolver yet again aiming to pick out those who'd manage to avoid it in time. The spectres that'd make out of it would be hit with one of the rounds they avoided earlier.
81-100: 3. Large Building Level +1(C) +1(haki) = 120: 5. Town Level

On the other end of the boat Kanda stood with his katana drawn out of its sheathe. The black Raven narrowed his piercing cold eyes as haki radiated through his weapon.

"Yakkodori"

81-100: 3. Large Building Level +1(C) +1(haki) = 120: 5. Town Level

A single word. Delivered stone cold and straight to the point. The Vice-Commander had no patience for this spectre for from his weapon a powerful air blade radiated off of it. That blade aimed to annihilate the phantoms. Two sides of the ship were completely covered and the two left standing, Trevor and Mirio remained on the defensive. For they lacked the long range techniques from their comrades. They'd wait for the remaining spectres to move in close before they could act.

The attacks from Tengen and Kanda were delivered with precision aimed to prevent damage to their own vessel. Obviously.

The spirits of Limbo quickly continue to harass Alpha and Bravo units by merely circling around the ship, waiting for the opportune time to strike, likely when any moment of vulnerability would show themselves. Tengen would be the first. Utilizing Haki and wires to ensnare the ghost, several spirits would avoid them though there are some quickly caught upon the net. However, whether or not wires were clad in Haki did not truly matter, for they are in Limbo – the denizens of Limbo were either demonic in nature, or spiritual. These evil spirit lack a ‘physical’ body to put it simply. The nets create opening and holes in between – and all the spirits have to do is to simply slip through them. But the net creates a small brief moment in time, that the spirits would have to weave through the netting of the wire means that the spirits are slowed down in their movements, but Caitlyn instead focused upon those that would avoid the netting.

BANG
BANG
BANG

Several bullets were quickly fired from her revolver, and with the spirits’ weakness in Haki, bullets would quickly shoot through the spirit’s core. Several would quickly burst into dusts as they screech in their deaths. Numbering almost 5 successful shots, the rest of the spirits would quickly weave past the netting and continue circling. On the other side of the boat Kanda fired an air blade towards the phantoms, coated with Haki – it would hit one of the seemly unsuspecting spirit, immediately vanquishing its existence. The remaining spirits would continue to encircle the vessel that Alpha and Bravo unit stood on, moaning and screaming. But soon after a short moment of time the spirits finally stopped. They would turn back from whence they came and flew back to Limbo itself. What came of their sudden change in mind?

The ship continues to sail towards Limbo, soon they would notice an emerald fog would set in as they close onto the island. As they travelled towards the shore of the island, it is not just that the fog is green in nature. Wisps of energy dances around the fog itself, and through those wisps they would reflect against any beings that sees it, like a mirror. Alpha and Bravo units could see reflections of themselves as well as the ship that they stood on through the appearing and disappearing wisps dancing around them.

Soon the silhouette of the island became visible, but it is perhaps beyond what they would expect. Tall rectangular structures could be seen far off from their view, around them clouds would start appearing on the waves their ship is sailing on. Fishes could be seen swimming above their heads as if they are flying whilst birds could be seen flying near the water as if they are about to swim. Above them, splotches of ponds could be seen around the island, twisted and warped. It is as if they are sailing in a world of inversion. Soon, what appears in front of them is a shore. The sands are black, dark as obsidian. The fog covers the island in its entirety, it is rather difficult to see too far ahead. But for now they could make a landing onto the shore.

Once the members of Foxhound would find themselves onto the shores of Limbo, the first thing that would become apparent is the sands. Several sands would start to float upwards, hovering in mid-air after reaching a metre from the sandy grounds. Trees could be seen towards end of the shore in which they stood, though some were dead for the most part. Should Foxhound walked for a brief moment forward, they would eventually notice a singular figure standing in front of them, mostly obscured by the emerald fog. Dark. Hooded though not tall. A small single staff-like object just right beside it as if the hooded figure is holding onto it. The emerald fog wouldn’t go away, only amplifying an aura of mystery and creepiness to it. The figure seems to be staring right at them, it was as if the figure was waiting for them.

The Stranger - Limbo

Tengen's wire net seemed to have no real effect against the spectres. Luckily both Kanda and Caitlyn could pick up those that choose for evasion. But despite continuing the pressure these ghosts halted their movement and returned to the island itself, as if they were called by someone. Their vessel continued onward but the crew would quickly notice a strange fog that settled around them. A lingering emerald hue that contained bright particles that buzzed with a strange energy. These wisps, when observed, bounced back the reflections of those that did. The entire crew would notice this utterly bizarre phenomenon.

"I've got a bad feeling about this." Trevor said, his deep hoarse voice booming throughout the silence.
"Why does it have to be ghosts..." Caitlyn commented yet again, the creepiness factor was slowly starting to get to her.
"Steel yourselves, we're nearly there." Kanda said trying to uproot this feeling of fear that was starting to permeate throughout the crew. It was a dangerous poison and once he'd try to get rid of as quickly as possible.

Soon the actual Island of Limbo came into view. Tall rectangular structures that pierced the skies but soon clouds would cover their ship while the fish swam above them.

"It's like everything..." Mirio wondered.
"Is inverted." Tengen finished.

Kanda would point and direct the privates to a point at the shore where they could dock. Once in place and settled the group would disembark and moved through the black obsidian sands that covered the shores of Limbo Island.

"Such a weird place, even the gravity here is distorted. Sand is moving upwards."
"Or we are flipped but how that'd function is beyond my comprehension."
"Odd that there's an island such as this in the blues. You'd expect to find something like this in the Grandline."

Soon Kanda would move up his arm, alerting his comrades to halt as a stranger finally revealed itself before them. Kanda would take the lead as the second in command and pulled one of his katanas, in its sheath, forward. The hilt of his weapon aimed towards his right hand, allowing for a quick strike if he deemed it necessary. His left hand below the hand guard, a flick ready at a moment's notice.

"Identify yourself." Kanda said quick and as cold as he always was.

The Foxhound would find themselves both in awe and in terror of the strange phenomenon happening in the island. The combination of spirits and the inversion of the island came into a sign of something very wrong. Their instincts allowed them to understand what may await them in this island, and that there is nothing good about it. Especially considering that they lost contact with the now missing Kallavan on this island, it is only logical to have an escalating sense of foreboding. They would feel the unnaturalness of the island grinding against them, an island of illogical sense. Traversing forward from the shore, they would come face to face with this creepy figure in front of them, quickly alerting the rest of the Foxhound of their attention, particularly with Kanda whom took the lead and quickly question the mysterious figure, readily his weapon to strike down the unidentified entity should it proves to be an enemy. But Kanda would only find no response to it. The figure merely stares at the group quietly.

Should he however, continues to get closer and closer. The mist would slightly clear their vision – and in front of them would instead be a statue, simply looked to be humanoid in design, squatting upon a rock as it wields onto the staff as part of its statue design. Made out of stone, but almost completely black. Unlike previously, the ‘face’ of what they would notice prior would be nothing but an almost covered face.

A hallucination? Kanda and the rest of the Foxhound would find nothing else to the stone statue. The event might set off their nerves further for some of their entourage. But should they continue to move past the statue, presumably – with Kanda in the lead. Almost only two metres past the statue, with the heavily obscuring green fog that he would eventually reach a cliff’s edge, though with their vision heavily obscured the one in the lead may likely notice a little too late before overstepping past the end of the ground.

In front of them are all that is, a sea of green fog. But below the – a sea of clouds. This time however, they would notice floating concrete blocks, acting like a staircase down into the sea of clouds. Whatever lies beneath is heavily covered by clouds, which means one misstep would likely be disastrous. But it is a path somewhere. A leap of faith to be precise. Would the Foxhound attempt such leap of faith? Or would they look for another way?

The individual did not respond to Kanda's calls. The Vice-Commander narrowed his eyes and moved closer, close enough until he could finally see it for what it was. A statue, a black one completely made out of stone. Kanda would relax himself but not fully for this place was starting to weird out even the stoic second in command.

"I'm beginning to understand why it took the commander years of his life to even find clues about this place." Trevor called as he took in his surroundings.
"Yeah, it's definitely playing with us as if it's alive." Tengen replied with his own opinion.
"The sooner we get out here the better..." Caitlyn said, clutching her revolver close to her chest.

The five officers of Fox Hound continued their path forward under the careful guidance of Yuu Kanda. The green mist made traversal a tricky thing as the ground suddenly vanished from his feet. Tengen and Trevor who followed behind Kanda were quick to react and grabbed the man by a respective shoulder, pulling him back to solid ground. Kanda caught off guard from the matter fell on his butt together with the other three.

"Phew, close one." Tengen exhaled.

The trio would quickly recover and stood up looking over the edge. A sea of clouds with below them a set of floating concrete blocks it'd lead them down towards an unknown location. With no real direction to go to the group had their first choice to make. Kanda would turn and looked at Caitlyn. "Try and feel out what lies below this earth. Start careful, I have a feeling this place will react odd to observation haki."
"Urgh, why me. The kid can do it just as well."
"You have a much better feeling for it Kiramman-san."
"Again with the formality. Ok, fine."

Blue sparrow acknowledge and started to feel out what was ahead of them in a range of 162 meters. It was her maximum limit at the time. Regardless if something was found or not the group would continue through the set of stairs that'd lead them down. Most of them knew this was a high risk of being a trap but without any information, a map or even a direction to go on. They had to follow something or risk to wander aimlessly in a place where logic didn't apply.

The strange situation with the statue have managed to disquiet the Foxhound. Crept out by the island’s peculiarities to a certain extent, the unit would proceed carefully, understanding that even should they are unable to understand the logic of this island, they knew that they cannot lower their guard for even a second. The wrongness of this island would sooner devour them whole should they not caution themselves whilst in Limbo. The unit would continue to wander forward under the incredibly limiting emerald fog that they set in, until they reached the end of the ground, almost causing Kanda to fell off the cliff as rocks. A sea of clouds stood in front of them, as were these strange concrete blocks acting as ‘steps’ into the cloud.

Quickly organizing themselves once more, Kanda had Caitlyn took the lead this time, using her skills with Haki to sense their surroundings. They would forge a path down these steps. Caitlyn’s senses would be completely fuzzy, she could sense auras of beings beneath them, but these auras would continue to pop in and out of her senses in random positions, from just beneath them to even out of her detection range like a damaged radar. Yet nothing would immediately pop out to them as enemies. A few steps, the unit took down the clouds. But just then, as if regardless of their positions, a clear, mature and feminine voice would speak to their ears, as if someone else is literally behind each one of them speaking close.

“Watch ye steps o’ visitors to Limbo… Else eternal rest awaits eall. Kekekekeke!”

Should the unit be to react to the voice, likely turning their head behind as due given the source of the voice behind them. They would notice the statue, last previously seen to an illusion of a dangerous hooded figure – now completely disappeared. Regardless of the warning, presumably that Foxhound would only choose to walk down the only path before them, they would soon find themselves continually walking down steps upon steps, though this time completely surrounded in clouds. Eventually they would walk down one more step of concrete block, and from there, a light would emanate off a cloud just directly on the next step. Signalling the end of the stairs. Should Foxhound continue on, passing through with Caitlyn in the lead – they would eventually be visually overwhelmed by the bright light.

Caitlyn’s eyes would likely be temporarily blinded by the bright light as she passes through, more than likely closed in response to it. But soon after a few steps forward, the bright light completely disappeared and became darker. When she finally opened her eyes, the very first thing she would notice is the emerald fog persisting. But now she is in a deserted town. Quiet. Silent. Should she however turn behind, an open door of a building, as if she only just stepped out of. But a major fact would likely come to her realization, that no one else followed her. She got teleported elsewhere, alone. Even should she take a step back into the door, she would only find herself within a structural building. No matter how long she would wait, no one would be appearing out of the door like she did. She would seem to be the only inhabitant of this ghost town. But when she would use her Haki once more, she would find herself surrounded by several auras, though unseen. An empty dark street, the sky above her is completely dark, casting shadows as the clouds obscures sunlight. Any attempt to utilize any form of communication device – would become fuzzily unusable.

As Kanda steps through the bright light, he would find himself stepping out of a rooftop of a segmented tall building. The skies in its crimson hue, only partially obscured by the emerald fog as the rest of the fog could be seen densely populated upon the lower level areas. The buildings are strangely segmented, like blocks of the building combined together that wouldn’t make sense structurally speaking. Even blocks of buildings can sometime be seen floating around individually. Sometimes buildings around him start to combust in flames while sometimes such flames would die down later on. Birds and fishes would continue to fly around the island. Like Caitlyn and the rest, he would find himself isolated as well. Teleported to a different area. Though with the given situation, staying around buildings may ultimately not be a wise choice.

Trevor would soon past through the light as well, though in that instant he did – he would find himself drenched, wet and likely unwilling to breathe – as if he is underwater. Though by the very surface of it. Should Trevor aim to quickly swim up into the surface – he would find himself back in a similar location, but this time somewhat different in atmosphere – a shore filled with obsidian sand. Similarly, emerald fog would be casted upon where he would be – alone. But unlike the previous shore he passed by, the sky is dark. Clouds… shaped in ominously as skeletons in the night sky. A boat beached near the shores whilst in the horizon – movement could be seen through various figures.

Lastly, perhaps the luckiest and closest ones – Mirio and Tengen would find themselves in an abandoned prison. But similarly, while they are teleported to the same location – they are not together. Within this vast massive prison, Mirio would find himself walking from the light into a cell room, though the cell door isn’t closed. The skies shone in its crimson hue into the prison. Tengen however would unlikely to realize himself in a prison. Several levels down – the man instead sees himself walking through a lab, though filled with dried blood and random equipment.

Unbeknownst to the Foxhound, they seemed to have been dragged deep into the clutches of Limbo.

--------
Castle
Back at the castle, the Hellhound’s conjured companion, a hound – would be seen with its mouth opened, bright orange lights appearing on the unconscious Kallavan’s body as it seemly flows from the man’s body into the mouth of the hound as if consuming whatever Kallavan is emanating. Souls. It’s form that seemly took on the physical plane, or perhaps in the manifestation that the hound utilizes. Slowly devouring them to weaken Kallavan’s own soul. Hellhound itself would seem to watch with complete focus. But soon, voices would appear. Whisperings. And the entity would finally smile, its wicked teeth grins as he casually commented into seemly no one else.

“Hahahahaha! Seems like your friends have arrived…. More souls to take it seems! But they too… would succumb to Limbo. And once they do, their souls will be yet another perfect sacrifice for Erebus!”

“Keeper! Make sure you deliver their bodies to me! Hahahaha!”

Caitlyn
Caitlyn took the lead for her mantra would hopefully give her the time to alert the others of imminent danger. Unfortunately things did not go that way. A voice would call to them surrounding them into a thick fog and eventually a bright light would rapture the Fox Hound crew. Each member moved to a different location. Most of them were alone and all of them were scattered from each other. The blue sparrow would open up her eyes finding herself in an abandoned town or it seemed that way at the very least. Haki would soon reveal that weren't the case. An empty street, empty buildings and desolation Caitlyn found herself alone. Switching from her revolver into her 9mm pistol she'd continue the path forward. "Just what did we sign up for?" The young woman cursed her fate, her senses on high alert.

Kanda
The second in command would equally open his eyes only to find himself but compared to Caitlyn he found himself in clearer weather if you don't account the fog. Buildings were floating and moving in odd directions before seemingly combusting into flames. The flames would fade and die out, ending that particular building at the same time. Kanda kept his hand on his weapon and looked for a general direction to move towards, he'd try to find a safe spot for some high ground. Was he still on the island?

Trevor
Light also engulfed Trevor. But unlike his colleagues he'd be swallowed by water the sudden jump into being submerged shocked the young man. He'd move around frantically for some time before he gathered his bearings. The man would swim upwards and got out of the water. Obsidian sand filled these shores and the man once on solid ground would fall to his back. Gasping for air while his eyes were wide open.

"God...damn...FUCK...piece of shite." The man cursed like a sailor and moved himself upright, still sitting on the shore.
"Just where the hell am I? "

Trevor would say taking in his surroundings. All of it was pretty gnarly and creepy from a first glance.
"Dark clouds. Check."

"Creepy skeletons in the clouds...check"
"And some shadowy figures beyond the fog..also check."

"Seems like I got the horror bingo right there."

The rugged man would finally stand up and moved to the general direction of those odd figures in the distance.

"Alright Limbo, Daddy's home."

Mirio and Tengen

Unlike the other foxhound members these two were the only ones who got grouped up. While not exactly together they were in the same general location. Light would fade and Mirio would find himself in an open cell room. The blond youth would look around and when nothing of value was found would open up the door to his cell and try to feel out the place. Mantra would, hopefully, give him the location of Tengen. But this would not be assumed. Regardless if he'd notice it or not the young man would move through the halls of the prison.

Tengen on the other hand found himself inside of a lab. Old pieces of equipment and dried blood was scattered throughout the room. All of it seemed abandoned though. The Shinobi would take his time and looked through the room, seeing if he could find something of value or at least something that'd make sense. Tengen wasn't particularly stressed that he was on his own. In fact this was more his playground that most members of FH. He was their primary scout. And scouting he'd do.

Caitlyn
The lady made use of her Haki to catch a glimpse of the town and its inhabitants. After all she is now forcibly teleported into a location she could not fathom. Alone as well. Using her pistol, switching from her revolver in the process Caitlyn walked forward onto the streets. Silence. There is nothing else on the streets, only that the emerald fog would obscure her vision, making it harder to truly see what’s ahead. But eventually, she came across a crossroad, the road ahead of her split into two paths. Left and right.

Should Caitlyn check the ends of both side? She would notice a tall, imposing figure – almost twice as tall on her left. Obscured by the fog that she would not be able to catch the identity of the figure from where she is. On the right however, is an empty street, almost dark beyond the horizon. But a strange feeling – a humanly intuition. That someone or something is beyond the right side of the street.

Should Caitlyn go for the left side to identify the imposing tall figure – she would slowly find the figure facing away from her, its back towards Caitlyn. But soon, that back becomes familiar. That is the back of Kallavan in his unique outfit derivative of the standard navy outfit. A beret could be seen on his head as well. But Kallavan would eventually start to head towards his own direction, walking away from Caitlyn, not responding to any callouts from Caitlyn.

However, should she take the right side, she would find herself not just walking into the emerald fog of a seemly endless path. But the path she would walk would become darker as the skies seems to completely cast down this strange path. But what truly lies beyond the path is not known.

Kanda
The second-in-command would notice the crimson skies, a vastly different location as compared to the rest. Unbeknownst to Kanda himself – he would be the closest to his objectives. His surroundings remain to be strange, noting the details of the strange combustion of flames on buildings. Looking around, Kanda would attempt to search for ‘safe spots’ likely of the combusting nature of the buildings that he would likely aim to look for more of earth that is considered high enough for the man to keep his surroundings in check. But she would find no such things, well at least from what Kanda would be able to see so far. The only high ground he would note are buildings, with likely ground on the bottom of building. But time is not on Kanda’s side. There is no indication when the building he stood on would simply combust into flames. There are square blocks of buildings that floats around the area yet they are few and far between, and would not feel safe to simply stood upon a block of concrete building.

Yet should Kanda look down, the emerald fog obscuring his vision, he would note a silhouette of a bridge – at the middle of the building. Though straight up jumping down onto the bridge would not be recommended. Creaky, shaky – the bridge may simply break from the impact of his jump. But it is a way out of the building. But what lies inside the building?

Should Kanda decide to head inwards of the building – he would find himself inside a
church interior, the building was technically one-half of a church structurally speaking. But he would see pillars and open windows showing the view of outside easily. Exit galore – there are many ways to exit the building, not just stairs.

Note that the building you are in is actually the middle left building (where the bird is positioning at in the picture).

Trevor
On the dark beach stood Trevor, overlooking him was the clouds taking the form of harrowing skeletons casting their hollowed gaze down upon earth. The man would take a look at his surroundings. Not much to garner from – it’s almost identical to the shore he disembarks from just a while ago. But perhaps what would be the priority in Trevor’s mind would be the figures of the horizons. After all he is not alone on this beach itself as far as he is concerned, these entities, malicious or not would be far better to work with than alone. And perhaps with that in mind the man would walked towards the figures, it is the only visible objectives that the man could look for. The emerald fog continues to set in, though not thick enough that it would completely hinder Trevor’s sight of his objective. The man would continue to walk.

Minutes past. Then 20 minutes. Then 30 minutes.

Trevor would soon notice that no matter how much he walks, the distance between him and the figures have yet to decrease, they are still on the sights at the horizons. Even if he were to speed up, or even run – that distance couldn’t be closed. The large skeleton cloud harrowing above him continues to gaze down, it would still be seen as the same size as Trevor may very likely notice – as if the cloud is moving back whenever he walked, or that is simply too large and far back that that its size in relative to the distance barely changed. Further movement towards the direction and soon, Trevor would notice something on his peripheral vision. A boat. Beached near the shores. Its as if, Trevor just walked one big round.

Mirio
The boy would attempt to utilize Haki to locate his surroundings, hoping to get a glimpse of someone’s aura he would recognize to regroup with. But he would find his senses going wild. A large pockets of aura appearing around the boy’s surroundings. Though not necessarily far, but he would notice there also similarly of such auras popping around underground as well, though they may not be underground considering it is fairly unknown if the prison Mirio is in, is on the ground level. With his senses wild but a well-deserved attempt to locate. Mirio headed out of the cell door and into the hallway.

Mirio would look out for his surroundings, though he would find the cells empty. There would appears to be no one else despite his Haki telling him otherwise. But soon. Mirio would find himself be alerted to sounds.

BANG BANG BANG.

As if someone is hitting the cells. Moans and groans would start to appear, echoing all around Mirio, making difficult to actually pinpoint a source of everything that is happening. Yet, one source of a girl could be heard, on the uppermost floor of the cell level which Mirio stood.

“Please! Help me!”

Should Mirio attempt to investigate this by getting to the upper levels of the hall, he would notice strange dark hands now appearing off the various cells doors on different levels. But pinpointing the source of the girl however, he would find a small girl, locked behind her cell. Weeping as tears would flow down to her cheeks as the girl sat near the cell bars. There are no doors however, as if she is locked permanently behind her cell. Wearing ragged, torn and dirty dress, a seemly poor girl trapped within the cell. But is this reality? From Mirio’s experiences up till now, he could conceivably come into a conclusion of something strange about this island, is he hallucinating? Or did a girl truly got captured and is placed into the cell by an unknown entity? Not much is known about Limbo and its inhabitants, not even in history.

Yet what would Mirio do?

Tengen
In this strange lab, streaks of blood could be seen on the floor, splattering walls. The lights flicker randomly. Lab equipment could be seen all around him – whether in a room or in the corridors. Tengen wouldn’t find much of something ‘out of the ordinary’ in terms of objects around his surroundings. The exception of this, is of course the strange random blood trails and splatter found around. Upon closer inspection of these blood, Tengen may quickly notice the blood is fresh, as if Tengen has arrived during some kind of massacre.

Lights continues to flicker around Tengen, he would notice some hospital beds, and atop these beds are covered up by hospital sheets, stained in blood. The silhouettes of what’s covered by these sheets are rather quickly concluded – they would resemble human beings. Even without looking, Tengen could understand the strange situation of the lab. Soon afterwards, a loud scream could be heard from far away of the northern direction of the lab.

“AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”

Suddenly, footsteps of various intervals and heaviness could be heard loudly from that direction. Not just one person running. There must be a large number of them seemly scurrying around the lab.

Caitlyn
Wandering aimlessly, Caitlyn found not a soul alive on these streets. But the eerie feeling that someone was watching her continued to persist. Eventually, her path diverged into a choice between left and right. To her left she'd see a tall imposing figure, but she'd not be able to identify the being, the only thing she could tell that it was a lot taller than her. To her right, she couldn't see anything that'd catch her eye, but her gut told her that something was there, waiting for her. From the point there wasn't really a choice that she felt was the 'best' option and as such she'd let fate guide her like it had done time and time again. With her right hand, she'd take a coin and placed it on her thumb.

"Heads is left, Tails is right." She'd say before flipping the coin into the air.

The coin spun through the air, showing its various sides numerous times, before dropping onto the ground with its designated side upwards.

"Tails it is then..." She'd say with a sigh of hesitation.

Turning, the young woman went into the path that grew darker and darker as the skies started to overtake the cloudy sky. Her awareness haki would act like a radar, hoping it'd alert her in time if someone came to ambush her.

"I hope the others are fairing better than I am..." She said, trying to act braver than she actually was.

Kanda
The Vice-Captain walked through the scenery of floating buildings. Trying to find some sort of vantage point that wouldn't combust or vanish beneath his feet. He'd walk for minutes on end, but to no avail. He couldn't find anything of the sort that he was looking for. And he also couldn't determine a pattern when one of these buildings would explode. It seemed a random event. One building block combusted in a mater of minutes, others the moment he'd lay his eyes upon them. Such an odd land. The man would exhale before casting his glimpse to below himself. Only there he'd finally be able to spot something interesting out of these floating buildings. A bridge!

"Finally." The Vice-Captain said in frustration.

Through a series of hops and careful walking, Kanda would eventually make his way towards the bridge and the inside of the building. The inside looked like a church, the man would notice the various windows up high and made his way towards one of them. He'd stand on the frame of one of these windows and would peer outside, hoping to get a better look at the area he was in.

Trevor
Out and about, Trevor walked into the direction of these eerie figures, but no mater how much he walked or ran even. The distance between them would never be closed. An ordinary fellow would've noticed that ages ago, but Trevor ran almost for 20 minutes straight before he finally gave in, huffing and puffing with his hands on his legs. Cursing through his bated breath on his situation, which seemed like more of a closed loop than anything. But this is something that narrator figured, Trevor himself was still as clueless as anyone could be. Through the corner of his eye, he'd spot the boat that was there from the very beginning. Has he really been running in circles this entire time? Seeing as going forward had no real benefit to him anymore the man would try something else. Trevor would take to the skies, through a series of geppo he'd try and see if he could get a view of the land and or beach he was in. Perhaps there was something across this body of water that gave him something else to go on.

Despite their differences, both Trevor and Kanda were looking for higher ground to make sense of this strange island.

Mirio
The young man's first usage of haki within these prison grounds returned to him like an intense migraine. Numerous pockets of high energy readings were all around him and even below him something was messing with his reading ability. Once he received this vague information, Mirio would lower his level of sensitivity and continued to scout with his other senses. In contrast to what his mantra told him earlier, none of the cells were occupied, those he looked into were all empty. That was until a large sound echoed through the halls and a cry for help. Not a person to ignore a cry for help, Mirio dashed into the direction of the sound. As he ran, various dark hands sprouted to live from the cell doors.

"What on earth?" Mirio said, trying his best to avoid getting caught by these hands.

Eventually, the young man would come across a cell room with a young girl as its inhabitant. She looked worn out, her dress, ragged, torn and dirty. The iron bars preventing her from leaving as it oddly enough had no door to open up. Mirio would take a hold of one of these iron bars, trying to determine its consistency and if he could break one of these with his physical strength alone. While he did so, he sought contact with the little girl.

"Hey, it's going to be fine. What's your name?" Mirio asked, showing a very harmless expression upon his face and demeanour.

The boy instinctively knew that something wasn't right here. The idea that all of this was in his head came to him a few times already. But the thought of him ignoring a plea for help, fictitious or not, was out of the question. That was just how the young man operated. Naive and gullible, but he backed that up with impressive power.

Tengen
His quick look through the lab didn't give him much to go on. No names, no locations or any sort of history he could build on. The only thing he would find was blood that was still fresh and warm to the touch. Human beings, dead, most likely laid on top of beds in this laboratory. More and more it looked like a human experiment facility. Suddenly, a loud scream would jolt Tengen to live as he turned to the direction of the sound. The Shinobi was about to dash to that direction until he'd feel the source or sources of various footsteps running, it'd seem like a horde was running behind the source of the sound. Or it was the source of the sound itself that carried those footsteps. No time to think, Tengen quickly went off into a dash, to the source of those sounds. From most of his FoxHound members, he was the one best equipped with handling an outnumbered situation.

Caitlyn
Caitlyn wasn’t able to decide upon her own decisions as she found a choice between the left and right side of the street, her left was an imposing figure whilst the right has seemly nothing, yet she felt something is calling her there. And so her decision is to leave it to fate, a coin toss. With a flip of her coin, she would be presented the tail side of the coin, thus she would head right, the path that seems to enshroud in darkness. Ignoring the left, Caitlyn walks into the empty streets in the midst of the green fog. The fog remains to be thick, barely anything could be seen. And in the midst of walking down the desolated streets Caitlyn would hear a laughter echoing around her.

“Hehehe!”

A laughter of a young girl, a silhouette would soon appear ahead of Caitlyn, small but barely visually processed. The girl’s face stared directly at Caitlyn before turning and running into the mist. Attempts to chase the girl would quickly result in failure as the girl would disappear. But eventually, Caitlyn would find herself back from where she was. A street with two ways. On her left, a tall silhouette continues to stood by the edge, and if she were to take the left once more she would find the same situation as she would’ve originally see. Kallavan. But on her right, a street continues to be dark, but she would notice the growing darkness – it is much more obvious this time round, slowly expanding and creeping upon this particular section of the foggy street. Would Caitlyn attempt the other side or continue with her instincts on the even darker street?

Kanda
Kanda has the scenic route, looking through around him is the skies and environs of Limbo, or so he would assume to be. Having seen what’s beneath him, a bridge and likely an exit to this particular buildings, Kanda made his plan to get into the building and down. Within the church-like interior, Kanda would notice another path now appears before him as he peers out of the windows, another possible exit than the bridge. Several blocks of concrete, based off parts of structural buildings floats much like steps into the emerald fog. Visually it looks heavy enough to support Kanda’s weight, in the sense that he would likely be able to stand on it without the block falling, from what he would be able to see, three concrete blocks stood apart of each other, a big jump would be needed to get between each of them but afterwards the fog would be too thick to see further until the Kanda made to the third block, where he would only be able to barely see one block ahead.

The new path leads to nowhere from where Kanda would be able to see from where he currently stood, and so is the bridge. He would need to explore either options mid-way before their path becomes clear to its destination.

Trevor
The man realized that he would quickly walked in a circle after spending a long time attempting to chase the figure resulted in no progress. This lead him to decide another way, taking into the skies. Utilizing Geppo, Trevor made his way high up into the skies, and he would notice that at least for the moment, he was able into mid-air with no problems. His depth of perception however has varied strangely. He would notice the change in distance from where he is and the beach and the sea, even the trees. But the figures, their distance did nothing to change. But this time, the skeleton cloud felt closer than before. He would notice changes to the cloud, this time the eyes of skeleton, even though hollowed seemed to stare directly upon him, as if Trevor now ‘catch’ the attention of this strange phenomenon. The clouds have slightly change, a new cloud now forms new the cluster of it, like a hand in shape drifts a little closer to Trevor.

An unsettling fear would start to nervously affects Trevor if he stares too long onto the cloud, something in which Trevor would find it strange himself. Something is wrong in here. Not just the area he is in but he himself felt an unnatural sense of change. Something is directly affecting him psychologically, but whether it is something of from his heart or that an effect of Limbo makes it hard to tell. But no matter what he does, he seemed to be unable to close the gap between himself and the figures. Even if he were to chase them from the air, the distance would also remain the same. His option is severely limited, but why?

Mirio
Not one to ignore the pleas of help, whether real, a trap or even an illusion – Mirio quickly heads for the source of the cries. A young girl behind bars, but with no cell doors. Trapped with no way out. Quickly trying to determine the iron bars with his grip alone, Mirio would find that while visually it looked like a normal prison bar, its durability, strength of the prison seems unmatched, no amount of strength could tear the prison bars. Almost as if… it is made out of seastone or diamonds, unbreakable iron bars stood between himself and the young girl. Yet it would not deter Mirio’s efforts, for he would likely continue an attempt even though futile.

Mirio immediately asked for the young girl’s name, using a gentle expression to reassure the young girl’s fears. The young girl slightly calmed down with the appearance of another, her saviour in her mind.

“Please! Save me! They are coming!”

The little girl continues to plead for Mirio’s help. In the corner of the cell behind her however, a speck of darkness starts to grow rather quickly out of the corner, expanding.

Tengen
Hearing the various footsteps, Tengen quickly made his way towards that source and direction. His location was completely unknown to him, but he would thereby conclude that his location is some form of experimental facility – a rather accurate guess based on his own reasoning given what he has observed of his surroundings. Making a mad dash to that direction, Tengen would go through doors until he would reach a cross junction of corridors but soon – he would see various people running towards him, dressed in hospital gowns. Bloodied but not carrying any weapons, they would run towards him. The first thing Tengen would likely notice is the familiarity of the people running towards him and they would quickly run past Tengen and start to split off into the cross. One would run straight towards Tengen, likely crashing onto him without realizing whilst the figure looked back in fear.

Regardless of it, Tengen would soon, and very quickly realized – either beforehand or at this point. The figure of whom either crashed onto him or not would turn – it is the face of Tengen’s siblings. Deceased that he would know of. After all – he did him in. The various figures that would run past him all takes on the face of his siblings, killed by Tengen – whether brother or sister, even multiple of them. The one that came close to Tengen would notice Tengen, but soon he quickly screams in terror – and he would push Tengen away, if he stood in front of him like an obstacle, and he would run away in fear, presumably should he not be stopped by Tengen himself.

Then from where they ran from, a larger source of footsteps came, heavy – and judging from it – a singular entity. A growing darkness came, slowly expanding onto the cross junction of the corridor.

Caitlyn
A choice through chance and fate, Caitlyn took to the dark street. Nearly devoid of vision, the laughter of a child echoed around her, turning this already nerve wracking walk into something more sinister than it need to be. The sound quickly became apparent as the child appeared in front of her, only to vanish shortly thereafter. Attempts to chase would be ill-advised because the girl had vanished and Caitlyn herself found her back at the place where it all began. She had found herself into a loop of some sorts. Again, the same left and right choice was available to her. The only difference this time around was that the right side had gained even more darkness. Not trying to attempt doing the same thing over and over again, she'd choose the left side this time, eventually coming across an individual that closely resembled Kallavan.

"Chief!" She called out, sincerely doubting it was the man himself. But she couldn't help but hope it was him.

Kanda
Through the window, a new path and choice was revealed to the first mate of Kallavan's almost private army. Several big blocks made up a path into the emerald fog, just like the bridge down below to where they lead towards was uncertain. Only by taking the respective paths would he realize where they'd lead to. The swordsman would leap off from the window and back onto the main floor of the church, arms crossed in front of him as he turned towards contemplation. There wasn't much to go on, frankly. Communications were non-existent, and this place defied logic, nearly all of his decisions had to be made through a gut feeling he felt like. He sighed and eventually went with the bridge purely because of the combustion event he had witnessed earlier. So far, this bridge was the only thing that truly stood out in this place of odd buildings and blocks.

Perhaps it was man made? But that, he felt, was too convenient of a thought. But Kanda went with it either way.

Trevor
Taking through the skies, Trevor decided to see what changes this would bring. He'd get higher and higher without any problems or that he'd eventually reach the ground again. While his distance between the solid ground and everything that it surrounded grew larger, the distance between him and the sky seemed a static thing. At least from a visual perspective. The skeleton itself felt closer than ever, and the hollow eyes seemed to stare at him directly. Eventually, the clouds started to shift and form a hand that'd start to drift closer to the rugged man.
"What on earth?" Trevor whispered, honestly stunned on what on earth was happening before his eyes.

A deep-seated fear started to settle within Trevor as he stared upon this cloud and skeleton figure for too long. This was something unnatural, and he couldn't honestly explain the logic of it. Something or someone was affecting or attacking him mentally. The same phenomenon as earlier now occurred too, the distance between him and the figures would remain the same, a distance he'd never close through any means. Trevor would move back to solid ground, trying to see if that odd feeling persisted or went away. It'd establish a link between it and the odd clouds in the sky. As to where he'd go next, the muscle man was honestly lost. Moving forward made him go into circles, upwards the sky would try and attempt something mysterious, and in the water a destroyed boat remained. No other path seemed to reveal itself to him. With his arms crossed in front of him, Belmont sighed in frustration.

"I hate this fucking place."

Mirio
With a firm grip on the iron bars, Mirio almost instantly deduced that they were made out of a material that was definitely not iron. They were far too durable and tough to be iron. A quick test of his grip made him realize that, for the material did not budge an inch when he exerted his entire might unto it. The young girl calmed down as she noticed Mirio's harmless expression and started to talk to him. She pleaded for him to save her as they were coming. But who were they? Mirio didn't really see anyone else present besides an odd darkness that started to expand behind her, going from a spec into something nefarious. Most likely.

"Who's coming?" Mirio asked as his eyes trailed and scanned the cell itself. If the inside of her cell were brick walls, he could perhaps go around the impenetrable cell door. Or perhaps go into her cell through an adjacent one, unless all these cell doors were locked and made out of the same material. Whatever information went back to the young man, for now he kept a close eye on the young girl and the darkness behind her. Something was aching in the back of his mind, a sense of urgency. Something was definitely wrong here.

"What is this place and how did you get here?" Mirio asked, trying to make sense of where he had arrived.

Tengen
Rushing to the disturbance, Tengen would find himself in a cross junction of corridors with various people running towards him. All of them dressed in hospital gowns, the live experiments? Crossed his mind as he observed them. All of them were bloodied, but without a means to defend themselves. Some of them even bumped into him but hardly registered the man, falling on to the ground the Shinobi would not finally realize just who it was on the ground. One of his various siblings, an emotion of pure shock and horror moved on Tengen's face and only now did it dawn on him. Everyone in these hospital gowns had taken on the faces of his siblings. The very same ones he had to murder to climb the hierarchy within his family. The copy of his brother tried to push Tengen away, but the man, face obscured by shadow, stood firm like an oak tree. Immovable by the shallow attempt. His hand clenched into a fist as anger seemed to take control over the man himself.

From the direction they came, the sounds of large footsteps echoed throughout the halls. From the sound, it seemed like a single individual or creature, but it was accompanied by a growing darkness. Tengen didn't care, however, and simply went to meet with this darkness and whatever creature it obscured. Breaking his mind or trying to pierce his defences through emotional means was an ill attempt with Tengen. To do what he did to his clan was one of the toughest choice in his life. But it was a necessary evil, to doubt that would be doubting his entire character.

He'd do such a thing everything if he was given the choice to do it again.

"Show yourself, and where are the others?!" Tengen bellowed, demanding to know the location of his comrades.
