Vice-Admiral Momonga stopped Shaarib's attack. That man couldn't keep his focus; he always had to intervene, always had to act mightier than thou. He didn't see the bigger picture at all. Shaarib landed in the crowd and looked at his comrade with anger. If looks could have killed, Momonga would be six feet under already.

For a fleeting moment, the outcome hung in the balance, the sheer power of the clash threatening to tear the very fabric of reality apart. And then, with a deafening roar, the rubber fist was repelled, its momentum halted by Momonga's tenacious intent.

As the dust settled, Vice-Admiral Momonga stood triumphant, his Haki-clad form a testament to his indomitable spirit and ruthless loyalty to the Marine Corps. And though the struggle for Loguetown raged on, Momonga's actions had bought precious time both for his comrades, and the rebellious citizens of Loguetown!

"These are my people, and the citizens are very much innocent," he declared, his tone tinged with a mix of determination and disappointment. "You did not change at all despite your numerous travels across the Grand Line."
-"These are not your people, old man. They are not here anymore. They are not considered civilians anymore. Haki doesn't work on them. They cannot be knocked unconscious...It's you who does not understand things, Momonga-chan. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. If I have to kill the hundreds here for the whole island to be safe I will...Loguetown is our most important hold in Est Blue you damn fool ! And if I need to, I will put you don myself ! " yelled Shaarib already regretting his old body, he wasn't used enough to his new powers. He will have to adhere to the basics.

Momonga trained and got stronger, but he lacked one thing. He wasn't chosen, Shaarib was going to show him why they called him "Hero of the Festival". The ground cracked and shook under the younger Vice-Admiral. Black lighting erupted from his right arm. The muscles on SHaarib's arms doubled in size as they got covered in Ryuo. Shaarib took one step, then two, making sure that most of the soldiers were behind him and ushered hell on the people before him. A shockwave made of Conqueror's Haki. Strong enough to raze a city. This was the big league. You either go big or go home.

Bunny Joe and Ahiru worked together efficiently to deflect Vice-Admiral Shaarib's vicious needles. Despite the uproar surrounding them, their coordinated movements prevented any harm from coming upon civilians or Marines. Thankfully, Vice-Admiral Momonga intervened right on time to stop Shaarib's dangerous assault before it could inflict further damage.

Despite the rebels pushing forward, the Marines were burdened by remorse, as they faced their fellow citizens. With heavy hearts, Momonga and his comrades felt a deep sense of responsibility for their actions - especially in recognizing that excessive use of power had resulted in unforeseen repercussions.

Momonga and Shaarib stood face to face in a charged debate, their words infused with unwavering conviction and defiance. With determined resolve ringing clear in his voice, Shaarib disputed Momonga's interpretation of justice.

"These are not your people, old man. They are not here anymore.," Shaarib announced sharply. "They are not considered civilians anymore. Haki doesn't work on them. They cannot be knocked unconscious...It's you who does not understand things, Momonga-chan. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. If I have to kill the hundreds here for the whole island to be safe I will... Loguetown is our most important hold in Est Blue you damn fool! And if I need to, I will put you down myself!"

Expressing a cascade of disgust and regret, Momonga persisted, "You fail to comprehend the gravity of this situation, Shaarib-kun. The welfare of the masses surpasses that of any individual. Protecting the people. No! The nation has always been our top priority!"

Beneath this discord, Momonga highlighted the intricate nature of justice and ethical predicaments faced by those responsible for maintaining it. "I summoned you here to stop them. Not to eradicate them! Know your lane. I am still the harbour of this nation. You have so much to learn!"

Shaarib refused to calm down despite Momonga's efforts. He stepped back multiple times and focused his energy into his dominant arm. By utilizing Haki, his arms grew in size as he fiercely swung them forward towards the older Vice-Admiral who was unable to withstand the brutal attack and cried out "Noooooo!"

The marines who were stubbornly refusing to give in and engage in a tug of war with the civilians found themselves congregated together just as it happened. Suddenly, an enormous arm made contact with the ground causing widespread destruction that obliterated both Shaarib's companions and innocent bystanders alike. By then, however, there was no chance for anyone to escape unscathed from the explosion reminiscent of an atomic bomb blast.

As Momonga emerged from the debris and surveyed his surroundings, he witnessed several of his allies lying defeated. Yet to his astonishment, countless civilians continued to stream in from every direction with unwavering determination.

"This is your answer?"

"You killed many of our men!"

In some tower within Loguetown
Without anyone realizing it, a broadcasting snail captured Vice-Admiral Shaarib's ruthless attack on Loguetown after the turmoil had subsided. Consequently, footage of civilian casualties was transmitted worldwide to reveal an unjust act perpetrated by the World Government. The revelation of this news caused widespread outrage which exposed how war truly affects global communities and drew attention towards negative perceptions surrounding Marine conduct.

Elsewhere
Big News Morgan quickly acted amidst the commotion sparked by Loguetown's televised events. Known for his exceptional ability to capture sensational stories, he mobilized his team with unmatched swiftness and produced a special newspaper edition that ensured those who missed the live broadcast were still informed.

The printing presses thundered into operation, spreading headlines that exposed the stunning revelation of Vice-Admiral Shaarib's brutal assault and its disastrous aftermath. The tragedy in Loguetown was broadcast to every nook and cranny of the globe with each circulated copy inciting more condemnation and anger.

Big News Morgan's newspaper became a symbol of truth in misinformation, reaching millions who have empowered it. It has uncovered the World Government's flawed justice system and revealed its dark underbelly. These revelations made people contemplate their significance, proving that press power can shape history again.

The Revolutionary Army continued to march, following the sacrifices of many and the leadership of Belo Betty. She roared, "This is the real face of the World Government. Veiling themselves from a facade of Heroes but in reality, they have always been our enemy. Look what they've done to our civilians and even their comrades!"

"This is unacceptable!"

"You fail to comprehend the gravity of this situation, Shaarib-kun. The welfare of the masses surpasses that of any individual. Protecting the people. No! The nation has always been our top priority!"
Shaarib smiled at Momonga wide "If we agree on it, then it's fine. East Blue matters more than some civilians. " He waved his hands in the wind
"I done what I had to do ! They decided to follow your stupid leadership and didn't back out like I ordered... Either way" the marine took a pause " I will take all responsibilities here, just protect the ones behind you..." finished Shaarib as he advanced forward.

SHaarib was disappointed. The revolutionaries were playing mouse and cat, and putting the meat shield in front of them. The snipers that previously countered his attacks were nowhere to be seen. Belo Betty was absent from the ruins. Another group of countrymen were running toward him. He would have to control the crowd. As they tried to overcome the numerous obstacles caused by Shaarib's attack, the Vice-Admiral's arms shrunk back to their normal sizes. In another pocket, Shaarib took out two blue shells, and seawater hurled when he pushed on them. Flooding the two main streets where the citizens were coming from. He would let Momonga defend the other paths. He had a leader to track, the Vice-Admiral ran and bounced in the air using Geppo, running full speed with mantra activated. He was going to kill these cowards.

Shaarib and Momonga
Shaarib's bold reply caused Momonga to stiffen his expression. "Your audacity is limitless, Shaarib," he replied contemptuously. "It was a serious misjudgment on your part to place more importance on East Blue instead of the safety of innocent lives."

Momonga interrupted any possible protests from Shaarib by raising his hand. He went on to remind the Vice-Admiral that there are repercussions for one's actions, keeping a steady tone throughout his statement. "Your hasty and presumptuous behaviour resulted in innocent civilians suffering as a consequence."

Momonga's stance was resolute as he fixed a stern glare upon his target. "I won't allow you to endanger innocent lives recklessly," he declared emphatically, emphasizing each word. "Your actions have consequences, and I will see that justice is delivered accordingly."

Momonga briefly nodded before turning his back on Shaarib, showing his stubborn resolve. The safety of innocent people would always be more important to him than any individual goals or aspirations. "Let him do what he wants! Surviving marines, attend to the wounded and carry their corpses back to the station!"

The Townsfolks
The crowd looked on in disbelief as Vice-Admiral Shaarib's disappointment gave way to determination. "Will he actually harm his own comrades?" whispered a citizen, their tone laced with incredulity.

As Shaarib launched two blue shells, drenching the streets where the citizens were marching forward, his arms returned to their ordinary size. A bewildered rebel queried, "What's he up to?" as astonishment resonated in his tone.

Shaarib activated his mantra and launched himself into the air using Geppo. A surviving Marine exclaimed, a blend of amazement and intimidation in their voice as they witnessed him going after them. "He's going after them!"

The Mecha
Despite the madness engulfing them, both citizens and revolutionaries marched forward with resolute determination. Belo Betty shared their tireless willpower but also felt a sense of urgency urging her to take action. However, before she could jump into battle, one robot similar to the looks of Ahiru but 4x herself in terms of build started marching forward to the front line. Its footsteps are heavy and signified the tremendous strength it holds, not physically but destructively. As Shaarib pushed forward using Geppo, it started firing numerous light beam projectiles in his direction.

The Human-Sized Medics
As the battlefield descended into chaos, two human-sized robots clad in pristine white gowns emerged. Their first order of business was to drain Shaarib's rampaging flood before quickly tending to those who had been injured. Vice-Admiral Momonga was taken aback by these unexpected saviours and couldn't help but question their motives amidst such a tumultuous scene of war. "What's going on?"

The live footage of the battle would capture this moment and would make the Revolutionaries heroes in their own rights while demonizing the ranks of the Navy, needless to say Shaarib.

The owner of the robot, Ahiru also launched her three drones to survey the area while unleashing black smoke at the location of Shaarib, concealing his vision. Even if he has the power to sense anything within his capacity, Ahiru and Bunny Joe will only use their raid suits to prevent being sensed by the enemy within his range. As they do this, Bunny Joe capitalised on the rocket launchers to change his location one after the other while continuously firing his shot. As they kept their range, he already shot twice in Shaarib's direction but effectively targeting his shoulders.

Belo Betty
Anticipating that she would be the main objective, Belly Beto promptly geared up for battle instead of procrastinating. She knew it was inevitable. As soon as the floods receded and vanished completely, Belly confronted the Vice-Admiral who was fiercely charging towards her. Swiftly removing the revos' flag from her polearm with determination in her eyes; "Show me what you're made of," she challenged him bravely.

"Come over here!"

Belo Betty let out a mighty roar as she aimed her polearm in the direction of Shaarib, unleashing an attack that was infamous for its destructive force - "Tempest Requiem!" The velocity with which her weapon sliced through the air created a powerful gust clad with Haki that ripped apart anything in its path like a sharp scythe. As the attack surged forward, it brought along winds so wild and fierce they promised nothing but devastation to Vice-Admiral's advancing figure.

Shaarib was done waiting. It was time to attack. The revos could try to do whatever they wanted, smokescreens, bullshits weapons or meatshields. They were just running away from the inevitable. Belo Betty realized it, and attacked. She hadn't been courageous enough to come directly but still, she decided to attack.

It was time to attack, but still, it was time to show them kids who they were fighting. Shaarib had been set on using his fruits but it only slowed him. He could go over that barrier, he had an ace left, but revos weren't a problem that serious. They saw how the Vice-Admiral destroyed the streets behinds, he could repeat it but he chose to focus on his Rokushiki. Especially the ultimate attack, a technique that can only be used by those who have fully mastered all six basic forms. He was going to create a massive shockwave by releasing energy right in front of himself targeting the opponent. This shock wave was usually capable of causing severe internal damage to the target, often resulting in significant injury or defeat. It was created to serve as a body-to-body attack, but what the Vice-Admiral was about to do required not only ultimate mastery of Rokushiki techniques but also immense physical strength and precision to control it. He was going to let the pent-up energy swallow the whole street.

So, as he was targeted from all directions, Shaarib let it fly, shockwaves destroying the rockets, blasting away the smoke and eating up Belo Betty's attack.

So if we go, missiles first ==> Clashes are :
  • Attack is 4 or more DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack and is largely unaffected. ==> Still 12,Large Continent
  • Attack is 2 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 3~DPR ==> 12-3.==> 9. Small Country Level towards Belo
If we go with Belo's attack first ==>
  • Attack is 2 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 3~DPR ==> 12-3.==> 9. Small Country Level towards missile
  • Attack is 1 DPR higher: Overwhelms the weaker attack but loses 5 DPR ==>9-5 ==> 101-119: 4. City Block Level
You sent the attack, so let us know which should go first.

The Deputy Commanders launched their attacks first but from that distance, Belo's attack would have landed first if the circumstances allowed. However, Shaarib prepared a counter-attack that decimated Belo's air slash, rendering it useless. The same fate would go against the missiles and smoke screens.

Belo quickly responded from a distance and utilized the jet pack the Germa Kingdom provided to them following their allegiance conducted by Morrow and Dragon. With the raid suit in tow, she sprang sidewards to dodge the remnants of Shaarib's attack with otherworldly speed (Movement Speed: 101+Jet Pack: 10: 111), now gliding through the air before preparing another attack that should go in sync with her comrades in range as she moved into the air.

First, she launched a flurry of air slashes towards the Vice-Admiral with a speed akin to Kizaru's attack velocity (120). At which point, the rebels and other civilians that remained pushed forward with newfound vigour. "Continue to push!". And they did.

"Our goal is to show the world that we go against the World Government! We already won the moment other nations revolted against them!"

The crowd clamoured and pressed forward. Momonga only stood as the people rallied past him. They were no longer hurting each other. The people only targeted their base to claim. The medic-robots continued to tend the wounds of both the civilians and the marines and at this point, Momonga realised who might be the real enemy. He locked his gaze into the sky and then to Shaarib.

"All my life, I live by the code. And the code was simple. Justice. And justice we are. But is the Revolutionary Armies' motivation for doing this? Dragon, what have you been thinking? What have you actually discovered?", Momonga thought deeply.

The people continued to march. Fueled with the sense of liberty and freedom. "Libertad!", one of them screamed at the top of his lungs.

"Independencia!", his twin brother roared in sync.

"These people are merchants, farmers, factory workers, and many more who live the day to survive.", Momonga continued to murmur.

As he did, the smoke screen would have already been re-launched by the other robots and more missiles would have been fired by the drones and the huge robot with the same ferocity as before. This time, their attacks became even faster courtesy of Belo's power.
Sniper Shot: Small Country Level x 2 but faster
Drones missiles: Island Level, AOE but faster

They might have known that no attacks would be helpful against the strongest Vice-Admiral they have seen and yet they kept on fighting. Belo would launch another attack called, "Liberty for Loguetown!!!".

As Belo Betty invoked the name of her attack, "Liberty for Loguetown!!!", she channelled her revolutionary fervour into a devastating assault. With a mighty swing of her polearm, she unleashed a barrage of swirling energy imbued with the spirit of freedom.

The air crackled with electricity as the swirling vortex of energy surged toward Shaarib, its forceful momentum tearing through the battlefield like a tempest unleashed. Each strike carried the weight of the people's fervent desire for liberation, fueling the attack with unparalleled power.

As the cries for liberty echoed through the air, the energy surged on, cutting through obstacles. With each impact, the very ground trembled beneath the force of the attack, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the struggle for freedom in Loguetown.
Speed = 120

Total DPR: 101 + S + Haki = Large Country Level

And the moment she invoked that shit, the people suddenly moved even faster and their eyes set ablaze. The wounded marine fodders suddenly went up and for the first time ever, Momonga's eyes widened in shock as he witnessed a remarkable protest from his own men, "LIBERTAD!"

"FUCKING SHIT. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME.", he cursed.

The people from every corner of the earth who watched this livestream yelled and raised their hands up high, seeing how the Revolutionaries turned their enemies in favour of them. And as they did, the people of Lulusia Kingdom marched outside their dwellings. The Eigis and Tajine Kingdoms also underwent rebellions of their own shortly after seeing this event.

Tensei of the marines immediately reported the incidents around the globe. "Fleet Admiral Sengoku!"

"Multiple nations have started their revolt against the government."

A little vein had appeared on Shaarib's forehead since he yelled at Momonga. The vein did not cease to grow during the skirmish against the Revolutionaries. They tried to distract him, to stall until the mob won over the other soldiers. Shaarib had proved it once; he was going to do it another time. These lives did not really matter. If they were against Justice, they were worthless. Black lighting began to crackle in the air once more. Red eyes shone in the darkness. The position of the Vice-Admiral did not change. His two arms were still linked together…If the first Rokuogan did not do enough damage, it was because, deep down, our hero had been afraid to destroy another part of the city. He had been underestimating them, but he would try again to stop them. He prayed it was going to work this time.

Rokuogan ==> 4 +5 +3 +1 ==> 13.Moon==> AOE is x3

Quick Question: Does she have 120 in movement or 120 in Mastery ?

Swiftly countering the Deputy Commanders' attacks, Shaarib rendered them futile. Belo zoomed away using his Germa Kingdom jet pack and evaded Shaarib's retaliation while launching air slashes with Kizaru-like speed. The rebels gained newfound energy as they pressed forward; amidst chaos, Momonga raised doubts about the Revolutionary Army's intentions. When Belo led a charge cry of "Liberty for Loguetown!!!", it electrified the people and stunned Momonga. The livestream depicted worldwide turbulence that sparked rebellions everywhere. Tensei rushed to inform Fleet Admiral Sengoku urgently about this global upheaval signalizing danger looming at a large scale ahead!

With a sudden gleam of red in its eyes and crackling black lightning, the Vice-Admiral stood firm with his arms linked together. Despite his fear that the initial Rokuogan move could cause severe damage to the city, he refrained from using it initially. His underestimation of its power led him to attempt it again in hopes of achieving success.

Shaarib's assault charged ahead, consuming any resistance from every angle with an insatiable ferocity. The whirling tempest of power raged through the warzone, sweeping up all in its path. Onlookers- civilians as well as rebels and Marines- gazed upon Shaarib's unstoppable force in wonderment; it smashed into the midst of chaos and dealt out a crushing blow to those who rallied against him.

As the chaotic environment unfolded, Momonga's face contorted into a look of repulsion at Shaarib's careless recklessness. The Vice-Admiral showed no regard for any potential harm inflicted upon companions or foes alike, increasing Momonga's growing contempt towards him. In contrast to this disregard was Belo Betty who persevered through her injuries caused by Shaarib’s attack and recognized his exceptional strength that he wielded against them all.

After the commotion had ceased and the dust cleared, Loguetown's battlefield was desolate in ruins. Shaarib's destructive assault left an enduring impact on all who observed its aftermath.

Despite being injured by Shaarib's powerful attack, Belo Betty didn't lose her determination to fight on. With the dust settling and chaos calming down around her, she expressed a mix of astonishment and resolute commitment as she commented about the Vice-Admiral's unmatched strength: "I've never seen an assault like that before."

As Shaarib displayed his reckless and careless actions, Momonga's face contorted with disgust. "You utter fool," he snarled in a tone dripping with disrespect. He expressed concern for the safety of everyone on the battlefield who had been put at risk because of Shaarib's recklessness, intensifying his frustration with each passing moment. His aversion towards Shaarib grew evident as he showed contempt over his disregard for collateral damage that not only endangered allies but foes too.

While watching the turmoil unravel on the global transmission, Fleet Admiral Sengoku grimaced in dismay. "Unacceptable," he stated firmly, disappointment evident in his tone. "Immediately contact Vice-Admiral Shaarib and convene to tackle this issue."

The advisors solemnly nodded their agreement as one of them promptly relayed the command to commence an inquiry into the occurrences at Loguetown, addressing the Fleet Admiral.

"There is no compromise when it comes to accountability," stated Sengoku, his voice resolute. "The welfare of both civilians and Marines must be safeguarded at all costs. Negligent actions cannot evade repercussions."

Amidst their talks about the following actions, Sengoku unwaveringly affirmed his dedication to preserving justice and honesty throughout the Marine Corps. He was even willing to impose disciplinary measures against a team member if necessary.

During the discussion between Sengoku and his advisors, Tensei quickly transmitted the orders of Fleet Admiral to Vice-Admiral Momonga. Through Den Den Mushi, Tensei declared "Momonga, Vice-Admiral Shaarib is required by Fleet Admiral Sengoku for immediate questioning."

Momonga exhaled a deep sigh, expressing his evident frustration. "I comprehend your point, Tensei. However, Shaarib's stubbornness is well-known to us all; convincing him won't be effortless," he answered with a tone of resignation in his voice.

Upon being directed to bring Vice-Admiral Shaarib in for questioning, Momonga was burdened with the daunting task ahead. Considering Shaarib's determination and physical prowess, successfully confronting him amidst Loguetown's chaos presented a significant risk.

"This won't be a straightforward task," he pondered to himself that the task ahead was far from uncomplicated, fully aware of the potential dangers involved in interacting with Shaarib. He mentally worked through various plans to lessen any negative consequences their meeting might bring about. "Vice-Admiral Shaarib is stronger than me. I need some─"

As he contemplated how best to proceed from this point on, two silhouettes emerged nearby - symbolizing potential encouragement or aid towards capturing Shaarib and restoring tranquillity within Loguetown.

Yes, her attack speed is 120 due to boosts.

It's your turn to attack. :pepeclown:

The Vice-Admiral landed on the ground, not far from the woman. He wanted her to see the chaos her actions had caused. Many lives were lost, and many people were hurt today. Despite all this, she had not relinquished her hold on the citizens of Loguetown. Belo Betty wanted blood, and Shaarib will drown her in her comrade's. Only a fool and a coward would use others to fight for them. She had manipulated innocents and sent them to their deaths. A power like this should not be owned by her. A leader should be at the vanguard.

Reconstructing the city will take time and probably cost him his salary for the rest of the year. But the government will not yield to revolution. Shaarib, as the hand of Justice, would crush this puny uprising and nip it in the bud. He would prefer to raze the whole place down before it fell into the hands of enemies. He really hoped killing her would free the rest of the citizens.

The Vice-Admiral's right hand cracked with electricity. It instantly turned black when our hero covered it with hardening. Coupled with Shaarib's shigan, it could cut through anything. Shaarib was sure of it. Usually this attack would leave him with a minor paralysis but he was now able to use it with his rubber body fully. The man disappeared with a sour and readied himself to stab the woman.

Belo Betty stood still as Shaarib advanced, her eyes unwavering in the midst of so many troubles. She was not oblivious to what had befallen them; many lives were lost and their clash brought devastation. Regardless, she kept her faith intact, for she was unyielding in her determination to fight for what she believed in.

Shaarib’s hand crackled with electricity as Belo Betty braced herself for the coming confrontation. The stakes were high, but she wouldn’t back down from this fight. To her, a cause that is worth one’s entire life is worth everything else as well. She wasn’t going down without fighting despite insurmountable odds.

As a sign of defiance, Belo Betty stared at Shaarib directly and prepared herself for a front-on collision. His threats weren’t enough to intimidate or confuse her into surrendering. Cost notwithstanding, she was ready to resist anything and face whatever came on her way while pursuing freedom and justice.

Belo Betty reacted quickly and rightly when Shaarib charged towards her. By swerving around skillfully with her polearm resulting in an infusion of power that instigated Haki and made it glow with bright evanescent light. The air filled with energy as she unleashed her signature attack; the Haki-laced polearm sliced through the air at a dizzyingly fast-paced barrage of thrusts, each blow infused with the strength of her convictions. "Tempest Rebellion!", she roared.
Small Continent Level vs Large Continent Level = Loses 5 = Mountain Level

However, the attack wasn't enough to par against the strong Vice-Admiral. At the height of her multi-hit attack, the lightning-empowered Shigan broke through her offence and insulted her defence, piercing her right shoulder before reeling backwards and crashing through the range of bungalows. "Gwaah!"

As the showdown between Shaarib and Belo Betty was happening, Bunny Joe and Ahiru engaged, who are snipers of the Revolutionary Army. They released fire at Shaarib as though they were aiming at a target with guns that were burning like wildfires.
The cracking sound of bullets torn by came from the heated air while they tried to make an opportunity for Belo Betty to get an upper hand on him. Bunny Joe and Ahiru focused on their target even when all seemed to be lost. They never left their Commander’s side during this chaos; in fact, it seemed that they had become oblivious to anything else.

These shots even increased the tension further in this fierce conflict since Shaarib now had to deal not only with Belo Betty’s attack but also with unceasing gunshots that were raining into him from afar. Amidst all the confusion, Bunny Joe and Ahiru made it clear that they loved their Commander so much, as demonstrated by their actions and constant faithfulness.
Large Country Level for both series of projectiles

Before the series of projectiles were finished, Belo Betty rose, albeit staggering, she persisted. And by the time the bullets were all fired, she blitzed behind Shaarib and using her otherworldly attack speed and precision in using the polearm, she clad it with Haki and launched a barrage of thrust and swings at the mighty Vice-Admiral, bellowing, "Freedom Assault!"

A mischievous smile formed itself on the marine's lips. All that talk, and she couldn't even fight properly. Shaarib had been right, only a coward would hide behind civilians. He would have understood if they had decided to raise their weapons themselves, but manipulating them was pure cowardice. Revolutionaries were scum. The Vice-Admiral cracked his neck; the woman was lucky he still had no absolute mastery of his newfound powers. If she had met him weeks before, she would've been dead already. Shaarib was going to end this farce right now. He felt his attack go through her shoulder. With her previous wounds, Belo Betty was going to fall soon.

Shaarib was ready; his breath was regulated, and the veins had disappeared. He was calm, he still kept the rictus on his face, his vision was clear. The cowards would react soon, they would take advantage of the smoke to attack. He did not see corpses, so the mice were still alive. And react they did, shots were fired, unlike the first time, SHaarib had been prepared. He saw the bullets moving, and he felt their leader trying to blitz past him. Shaarib was going to pit them against each other. The Vice-Admiral used his size and allonge to spin on himself and let the woman handle the bullets.

Kami-E : "Pacifisme" :
Requirements : 21 Mastery, 31 Reaction Speed
Description : involves seeing and manipulating the "flow of power", using minimal motions to turn the opponent's attacks against them.
2 versions of it :

==> Shaarib using Kami-E has 120 in Reaction, so its fits, they have the same tier and same mastery (101,120)
Now behind Belo Betty, all the Skypiean had to do was finish the job, he tried to punch through her torso with a jugon.

Due to the mastery of Rokushiki by Shaarib, his enigmatic ability enabled him to effortlessly anticipate the path of bullets. Consequently, Belo Betty had no choice but to move with agility and swiftness in order to shield her superior from being struck. With an unyielding determination fueling her actions, she deflected back the projectiles towards their source using a combination of her jet packs' flight feature and explosive wind barrier tactics as a means for evasion.

Chaos broke out on the battlefield as bullets hit Ahiru's row houses and robots. Vice Admiral Shaarib saw his chance to strike against Belo Betty and quickly moved in, his fist poised for a catastrophic blow. He unleashed a potent jugon at her midsection with an unsettling smirk on his face.

Nevertheless, Belo Betty refused to be caught off guard and employed the same tactic that had previously been used against her. Although she successfully dealt with the Jugon, there was a slight disadvantage as it required too much force for her injured right arm to perform this feat twice. "Oppression Barrier!"

Small Continent Level at 120 speed

As a result of the clash, she was propelled even higher into the sky as an elliptical shockwave and fierce winds erupted across the battlefield. This caused destruction to nearby structures and dissipated smoke created by her comrades.

As the commanding officer of the revolutionaries, she had gained momentum from her previous attack and soared upwards into the sky. She positioned herself several meters above her opponent and let out a fierce battle cry before descending towards him with all her strength and Haki focused in a devastating twister thrust.

As Shaarib's mighty strike landed, its impact caused shockwaves to ripple across the battlefield. The combat between the rivals peaked as they both pushed themselves to their limits in pursuit of triumph.

"Whirlwind Liberty Blast!!!"

Loguetown was a witness to the clash of titans as the skies roared with their intense battle. The question remains: will Belo Betty emerge victorious in this high-stakes confrontation or succumb to Shaarib's relentless onslaught? As both continue unleashing their most powerful techniques, the fate of this fierce conflict hangs precariously on balance.

Shaarib was surprised once again, luck was on Belo Betty's side. She was surviving and defending herself from attacks when she wasn't supposed to. But now that she was a thing in the sky, it was time to end the war. Shaarib was done waiting, this bullshit adventure was ending now. Even if the clues did not add up, he would create new ones, he would forge a path with just his strength. Shaarib lifted his knee high, calve doubling in size, before throwing an high kick in the wind. Instead of a circular blade like most of the time when used Rankyaku, a literal blade made out of air appeared and went to cut the tornado Belo Betty sent at him and kept going straight at her.

Shaarib's preferred tactic entailed engaging in an intense close-range struggle with his opponent, where both fighters discarded all restraint and unleashed their most powerful blows. This resulted in the combined force of their attacks demolishing neighbouring buildings. In a display of his jumping smash injection technique, Shaarib split through Belo Betty's tornado attack and cut her defence mercilessly, despite guarding herself with her polearm.
Polearm durability: Mountain-level defence vs Small Continent Level = Super effective but having reduced by the weapon, the remainder of it would not be enough to kill Belo.

Despite her defeat, Belo Betty rose with an unwavering determination. Her body revealed a diagonal slash drooling with blood. She covered her exposed right chest with her left palm and drew a cigar using her other hand. With fierce resolution, she lit it up while roaring at Vice-Admiral Shaarib announcing that he had beaten her for now but the fight was far from over. As she called out to the people of Loguetown to rally behind their cause, she declared that the revolution's dawn was upon them! "You may have bested me for now, but the fight is far from over! People of Loguetown, rally to our cause! The dawn of revolution is upon us!"

The people of Loguetown were filled with renewed determination as Belo Betty's rallying cry reverberated throughout the streets. Even marine soldiers joined the fray, eager to fight for their cause. However, Vice-Admiral Momonga intercepted her declaration and gave her a chance to surrender. "Revolutionary Commander of the East, Belo Betty, you have been defeated. Would you kindly surrender to me?"

Belo Betty stood firm, knowing her fate coming in.

Ahiru from a distance was about to join the front line but Bunny Joe stopped him and shook his head. "We did not lose the fight. We were able to achieve something here. Go and report to Dragon. Although I know he's watching."

Back to Momonga, "Vice-Admiral Shaarib, you are hereby ordered to return to base for questioning," Momonga declared sternly, as he moved to enforce Fleet Admiral Sengoku's directive

"...you have my thanks for your role in defeating Belo Betty, but this order comes from the higher-ups," Momonga stated firmly, acknowledging Shaarib's contribution before emphasizing the seriousness of the situation. "This is not personal. Don't make any unnecessary moves," he added, his tone leaving no room for negotiation as he prepared to escort Shaarib back to base for questioning.

As the advancing crowds and threat of revolution swirled around in chaos, two figures from history stirred up. Their movements were shrouded in mystery as they prepared to make their reappearance known once again.

With Loguetown hanging on the brink of destruction, spectators around the world awaited anxiously for what was expected to be a fierce confrontation between these two formidable opponents who were battling it out over wits and strength alike.

Shaarib was already in front of her when she tried to revamp the people. He had smelled the bullshit from miles away, the hold she had on her puppets did not waiver, so it meant she was probably alive. The Vice-Admiral had hit the ground ten times, moving at lightspeed, hands already up in the air. Ten Fingers, each of them as potent as a bullet. He knew it already; with the little distance between them, none would intervene, and none would be fast enough to stop the hero. Betty knew the end was near. She had to know it was time to end this nonsense. It was ludicrous how she was conscious at this point. The fingers would not even have to touch her, he won't have to sink them into her abdomen. All the damages would be done internally, perks of having Conquerors Haki. and Shaarib would let out a laugh. He would wait to see if the citizens would be free of her powers, if not he would punch her repeatedly, he had all the time on his hand.

Shaarib's laugh become louder and louder, a genuine laugh for once. They wanted to question him, and Momonga wanted to flex upon him. Shaarib lifted his gaze and watch the older officer.

-"You already know what they call me, right ? We both know I'm not going to the base..." The Vice-Admiral wiped his clothes and continued, "We both know, you aren't going to stop me. You weren't that strong when I was a Rear-Admiral, and you still aren't..." Shaarib began to walk back to the port; he was feigning carelessness but still had his mantra deployed: " My job is done; do not make me fight you... We both know how it will end; better try to capture the Revo's left in the city and help the citizens... If they want to speak to me, they can call me."

As the powerful Jusshigan attack hurtled towards her, Beto Belly's eyes widened in realization of her imminent demise. With a last surge of strength, she attempted to summon a barrier of wind using her polearm, but it was futile against the overwhelming force of Shaarib's assault. The impact was catastrophic, sending shockwaves rippling through her body as she was thrown backward, crashing into the ground with a resounding thud. The force of the attack left her gasping for breath, blood oozing from her wounds as she lay battered and broken.

Ahiru and Bunny Joe watched in horror as their commander was struck down, unable to intervene in time to save her. "No, Commander!" Ahiru cried out, his voice filled with despair, while Bunny Joe clenched his fists in frustration, his eyes burning with determination to avenge their fallen leader. "We need to get out of here.", Bunny Joe advised.

The people of Loguetown, who had rallied under Beto Belly's banner, stood in stunned silence as they witnessed her defeat. Some wept openly, mourning the loss of their courageous leader, while others clenched their fists in defiance, vowing to carry on her legacy and fight for their freedom.

In the underworld, brokers and criminals across the globe received the news of Beto Belly's demise with shock and disbelief. Some saw it as an opportunity to seize power in the chaos that would follow, while others mourned the loss of a valuable ally who had championed their cause.

Across the Revolutionary Army, scattered forces received word of Beto Belly's defeat with a heavy heart. Dragon himself, watching from afar, felt a pang of sorrow at the loss of a trusted comrade and fierce warrior. But even in death, Beto Belly's spirit would inspire others to continue the fight against tyranny. "Belo Betty..."

Dragon's voice echoed with solemn determination as he addressed his commanders, including Sabo, urging them to press forward in their mission to fight against the tyranny of the world government. "Your sacrifice would not be wasted," he declared, his words resonating with a sense of purpose and resolve. With Beto Belly's sacrifice serving as a poignant reminder of the stakes they faced, Dragon implored his comrades to honour her memory by redoubling their efforts to bring about change. "Gather all of our forces and send a message to Prince Landayan Morrow! The time is now."

Big News Morgans wasted no time in broadcasting the news of Beto Belly's demise to the world, the dramatic footage capturing the attention of millions. The streets buzzed with talk of the fallen revolutionary leader, her legacy forever etched in the annals of history. "This is BIG NEWS!"

Big News Morgans's fingers flew across the keyboard as he rapidly typed out the headline, "The Death of a Revolutionary Icon will inspire the greatest war that is to come!" With the urgency of a man on a mission, he continued, "Who the players will be in this upcoming event is anyone's guess, but truth be told, the World Government will lose something in return!" As the news coo took flight, carrying the story to all corners of the world, Big News Morgans knew that this pivotal moment would shape the course of history, igniting a conflict of epic proportions that would resonate throughout the ages.

Vice-Admiral Momonga, witnessing the aftermath of the battle, felt a mixture of relief and regret at the outcome. "It had to be done," he muttered to himself, his expression grave as he contemplated the consequences of their clash. But deep down, he couldn't shake the feeling of admiration for Beto Belly's unwavering courage in the face of overwhelming odds.

Momonga's expression hardened as he listened to Shaarib's words, his jaw clenched in frustration. "Shaarib," he called out, his voice firm, "this isn't about strength. It's about following orders and upholding justice. I won't let you walk away from this. You may have defeated Belo Betty, but that doesn't absolve you of your actions here today. I'm ordering you to stand down and come with me."

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to them, the Revolutionary Army and the Sovereign Kingdoms were already plotting their next move, laying the groundwork for a conflict that would shake the world to its core. The events unfolding in Loguetown were just the beginning of a much larger confrontation between the forces of revolution and the might of the World Government.

As Momonga spoke, a message from Fleet Admiral Sengoku arrived, intercepted by his den den mushi. Sengoku's voice echoed with authority, "Vice-Admiral Momonga," he began, "the situation in Loguetown has escalated. Shaarib's actions cannot be overlooked. However, we're putting his interrogation on hold for now. Intelligence has revealed that Dragon and Morrow have been plotting something big, and all forces of the World Government are needed to counter this threat. Coordinate with the other Vice-Admirals in the area and ensure that Shaarib is detained securely. We cannot allow him to evade justice, especially at such a critical juncture."

The battle was over and surprisingly so some of the civilians did not let go of their weapons. Shaarib had thought the woman had manipulated everyone, but it seemed a lot more citizens rallied on their own. The Government had lost their trust, but it was fine. They were going to squeeze it out of them. The New World was in turmoil; a new dawn was on the horizon, and they couldn't let any spark of revolution in East Blue. They would suppress everything. They needed to. Shaarib let go of the body and paused for a bit. The young man wondered if he should try to knock all the people around. At least, it would help the Marines. It was then that Momonga responded once again.

The Skypiean let out a loud and long sigh "To order someone, you need to be above them...Justice, justice... What is justice for you ? Is it Justice when we destroy islands with Buster Calls ? Is it Justice when we let pirates do the job of stopping the like of Crocodile or Doflamingo ? Is it Justice when Vice-Admirals can shoot their comrades ? Really with the likes of Akainu, Doberman or Onigumo, " Shaarib stopped his tirade to take some air and spoke " Your men, your people, the one you trained with. But now, after I freed this island, you want to speak bullshit about Upholding Justice ? The Strong decides! It's always been that way ! "

Segoku's voice interrupted Shaarib and confirmed the Vice-Admiral's doubts. The rubber-man shook his head and kept walking away. Nobody was going to fight him now with a war on the horizon. If they wanted to demote him or put a bounty on his head, he would let them do it. But there wasn't any way, he would surrender himself to the incompetents of Loguetown.

- " Peace Old Man ! Take care ! "
