Vincent Brothers found good hiding spot ,from where three barrels ready for transportation could be seen. Grid Wall filled with bottles of whiskey could cover Cipher Pol agents. Snipers pulled out their death instruments and filled two empty bottle spots.

The two undercover agents approached the bouncer who was standing in front of a door labeled "V.I.P." with a ploy to help gain entrance.

The bouncer doesn't react to the bribe or the story much, he just stands their arms crossed...

The bouncer is getting noticeably irritated by the two, and starts to grumble..

Outside Hiding

The two snipers take up watch from an advantageous and hidden location, watching for the soon to be returning pirates.

Inside the Distillery

As the busy work of the employee's continued, they barely noticed the new "customer" it wasn't until he called out that they even acknowledged him.

One of the workes stopped what he was doing and approached Bond.

Worker 1: Then go to a Bar! this is a mass production plant, and we have large orders to fill, and are very busy... Piss off

The worker turns around to go back to pushing a cart with 3x barrels of whiskey, pushing past Bond he sets them on the receiving dock, and pushes the empty cart back to where he was originally, and goes back to work.

Feeling entirely ignored, Bond put two and two together and came out with the thought that those three barrels must be for this Bellemy character.

"Indeed good sir I am not daft, I am looking to purchase in bulk. That is what you do is it not? Perhaps these three barrels right here, I was planning on shipping the goods soon and these look prime for hauling."
Bond works his way to the three barrels and begins inspecting them, I wonder if starting a scene is the best? The loud noises might hide the gunshots when the pirates arrive.

The two assassins continue their lookout watch, when at the top of the hill three Pirates can now be seen walking towards the Distillery.

Inside the Distillery
Bond is basically ignored as work continues for the production of Bellamy. As he makes his way over too inspect the three Barrels set aside for Bellamy the Dock manager rushes over yelling..

Manager: Hey! stay away from those! Those are for the chief! If he doesn't get it on time he will kill us and you, so I suggest you get away, we have no business for you!

Ah, there is the reaction I was hoping for. Bond looks from the manager to the barrels and back. "Surely there is an amount that I can offer even to this chief that will allow me to continue my business with this town. One man cannot drink all of this, and why would he kill over booze?!" Bond looked back to the barrels allowing his observation haki to go to its limits trying to sense potential hostiles from the up the hill and potentially within the distillery.

Solitaire looks at the hazy individuals in the room. Not what I would call an inspiring sight. Not willing to give away her identity just yet, she turned to the voice that spoke first.
"I was the one who you gave the invitation to, good sir. I however gave it to my employer so that he could discuss with you. He is on your side in this endeavor, I have not shown you my face before, nor will we until we are certain know that your intentions are serious." Solitaire motioned Weil in. Keeping an eye over any sudden movements of these individuals.

Bond was beginning to draw the appropriate amount of attention and he could sense the three individuals arriving down the hill. Now for the show to begin. Bond began to pace around the barrels feigning deep thought.
"Surely there is something that can be done, these individuals can surely be reasoned with yes?"
The pirates were nearly there. Bond began to yell in an effort to draw their initial curiosity.
"Is there no possible way for me to buy these barrels!" Positioning himself so that as the pirates approached they were to his back and he is looking at the collected laborers.

The man talking steps out of the shadow to reveal his identity.. It's Homer from the Bar (shocker)... Speaking directly in front of the Agents.

Homer: I personally gave that Pin to a Young woman from the bar earlier this afternoon, she was with two other people, non of which were wearing masks, or a 13ft thing that wreaks of the ocean!... Homer turns around and sits down its hard too see but he's smiling. As he sits the unknown person in the middle stands up and starts too speak. Of what can be seen, the Unknown figure is tall, well built, and covered head too toe in bandages...

C: It seems your instincts were right Mr.H (The unknown figure speaks with a masculine deep voice) It seems they ARE here too help... My only question before we go any further... You obviously have the means and ability too change things here, that much is obvious... But what do you plan to do about all of the innocent and damaged people of this island? are you just here too "beat the bad guy?" or, are you here to "Actually Help" the people of this island.... Are we a JOB?

The unidentified person had worked themselves into an emotional frenzy when they started discussing the livelihood of the island inhabitants, and the cause and effect of their potential actions...

C (now with an emotional tone in their voice): The amazing people have lost soo much recently, even if it seems like freeing the island from the rule of Bellamy will be an improvement on its own, what promise can you give that the WG will help rebuild and reestablish this island back to its former glory?

The now standing the anonymous figure slammed his fists on the table in front of him to extenuate his point, and passion as he awaited a responce from Solitair and Weil

Cipher Pol agent was a good listener. Plus as a fishman, he could truly understand concerns of person in front. Weil let bandaged man speak from the heart and answered only then...

Weil: Correct me if I am wrong, but you people are only ones opposing Bellamy ,right? Cipher pol will gladly leave this island to patriots who can sacrafice for justice. Our organisation certainly can plant agents to prevent future disasters..... However for guaranteed safety it's important to pay Celestial tribute. After that marines will send ship to to protect this place.


Agent than removed his mask and smiled friendly. Fishmans tone suddenly became warmly gentle.

Weil: I am sure that World government will take way less money from your pockets than Bellamy . Plus locals can be enlisted as recruits. You can use marine soldiers as rebuilders in peace and as defenders in war.....

The mood was changing, from a tense high anxiety setting to a more relaxed welcoming feeling. The Middle figure, as well as Homer relaxed a bit, and a sigh of relief could be heard. It seemed the CP agent said the right things. The Bandaged person in the middle stood up with noticble tears in his eyes. speaking with a shaky and breaking voice due to the recent events.

C: I knew it! the WG is still out there, they do still care!...truth be told a long long time ago I was once a Highly influential and powerful member in the Marines, I Retired too this island too relax in my old age, a Luxury few marines get these days... Except shortly after my retirement.. Bellamy showed up and murdered the old chief and assumed his tyrannical control over the island. Not being one to stand for injustice, I single handily Wiped out most of his forces, before making a rookie mistake that cost me the battle.... I "Died" that day, confining myself to the shadows, abandoning my previous life, my friends, and my eyesight, in hopes that i could build up a strong enough resistance to free the island from its new tyrant... Your "appearance" today is a sign that my efforts and sacrifce were not in vein!...

Standing up abruptly the lights of the V.I.P. turn on revealing Homer, Lisa, and....CARL! not dead like his friends and inhabitants believed. The three leaders of the Coup agree to help the CP agents best they can...

Reaching his hand into his pocket, Carl pulls out a small Den Den mushi and begins to make a call....

Inside the Distillery

The Distillery manager reaching into his pocket pulls out a matching Den Den Mushi...

Manager: Understood, the current batch is ready, switch it now or wait?

The dock manager and staff quickly start to alter the Booze Barrels, but it seems the Bellamy Pirate retrieval team is at the door getting anxious...

Dock Manager: Shit! we need a bit more time otherwise these creeps will get wise too our plan...

It seems the Distillery is part of the Coup, But the Workers, and CP agents in and around The Distillery are not aware of the fact that they are now allies. The Bellamy Pirates are about to break down the door to get in and collect their bosses booze, while the Distillery workers are loading explosives into barrels marked "Whiskey"

The situation at the Distillery is reaching a climax while the members in the V.I.P. continue their converstaions...

In The V.I.P.

Carl finishes his conversation over the Mushi, and begins to explain his plan to the CP agents...

Carl: Ok its done... I have ordered my team to send 3x barrels of dynamite up too the Pirates hideout... if they are not alerted it should destroy the entire building along with all of his weakling crew, leaving just Bellamy and his first mate in confusion and alone.... If you could sneak in another way you could gain another advantage, but I have looked and looked, and no such path that i could find exists...
This is all the help I can currently offer... anymore exposer and I risk the Lives of my few allies, I hope this was helpful, and I wish you luck.
It seems the Meeting in the V.I.P. is about to be over, if anything else needs to be brought up, now is the time, otherwise it seems the last stage of the Island is starting. All wheels are set in motion now, regardless of if the plan is successful or not,their is no stopping it now...

Bond could nearly feel the annoyance of the men behind him. Seems we do not have very patient customers at this establishment. How best to treat such individuals? Weil's idea was that we would take them out without bloodshed and take their place. Hmmmm best way to kill a man without blood. What did eliccit a a tiny bit of excitement was the thrill of having to kill them to later blend in using their clothes with no one the wiser.

I will have to be fast, eye? No, that will not do, too much blood when the brain hemorrhages. Heart? Fast, but would be far too messy on the clothes. Spine? Would necessitate complete surprise, cannot have the man tensing up on me. Buuuuut would cause no blood. Spine it is.

Arriving at a workable solution to the blood conundrum Bond tilts his head a bit towards where he knew the Vincent brothers should be hiding. He gave the barest wink, and turned to the three pirates. Wolfish smile taking over his face Bond propelled himself at the first pirate.

Attempting to rush past the pirate Bond tries to position his arm grip around the mans neck. Dropping, Bond tries to pull down and fracture the man's neck.

Turning to Weil Solitaire smiles. Well it seems that was handled rather well, I hope Bond is in a proper position to take advantage of the situation.
"Our compatriots are actually at the distillery at the moment."

Vincent brothers managed to see Bosses Wink. After receiving signal, Cp agents quickly dashed out from hiding spot using soru. (speed becomes 38) Jan and and Michael hoped to catch remaining two pirates off guard, while they were distracted by Bonds actions. If successful ,those two will approach enemies from behind and point rifles at pirates heads while saying (Do not move)

Inside the V.I.P.
Weil stood and watched as this bandaged man started moving ''chess pieces'' on the board..Cp agent couldn't understand what was going on until Rebel spoke again....

Carl: Yes, There are people there, "Citizens".. NOW that's an interesting term, those who sided with Bellamy are not Citizens of any Island i am familiar with, Besides... the Booze is going too the crew barracks, where no one but Pirates are allowed... They have detonators are on a timer set for midnight. The Crew will all be in the bunks by that time...Their party started at 10AM...

Picking back up the Den Den Mushi, Carl attempts to Reconnect with Distillery....

At the Distillery

A Den Den Mushi rings in the background as a squabble breaks out in the loading dock, as the three Pirates approach wanting their shipment. The Distillery crew needing more time to "secretively" switch out the barrels, looks in shock as unannounced to them the undercover CP agents turns and jumps the trio of pirates with murderous intent.

The Undercover agent catching EVERYONE by surprise with his sudden charge and connects with his "close line" style attack on the unsuspecting pirate. Driving him too the ground, knocking the wind out of his lungs and nearly breaking the pirates neck, Bond stood over the nearly defeated pirate as the other two just started to realize what was going on. The two Pirates quickly brandish weapons (one a sword the other a gun) and quickly Jump back a few feet, now standing in a "V" shape.

The two pirates attempt too attack the undercover agent, one Aiming for Bond's head, the other attempting a stab for his stomach, all this taking place in line of sight from the Vincent brothers "vantage point" The two Assassins abruptly jump out from their vantage points....
Vincent brothers managed to see Bosses Wink. After receiving signal, Cp agents quickly dashed out from hiding spot using soru. (speed becomes 38) Jan and and Michael hoped to catch remaining two pirates off guard, while they were distracted by Bonds actions. If successful ,those two will approach enemies from behind and point rifles at pirates heads while saying (Do not move)

As the Two assassins position themselves behind the the two other pirates currently (using superior speed and surprise to their advantage) about about to attack Bond, they issue an ultimatum... "Do not move" is yelled as the brothers stand guns drawn in an advantageous position too the two Pirates.

The Bellamy Pirates (unfamiliar with resistance ,start to turn to face and attack their new aggressors...( The Pirate with a sword starts to turn and lunge at Jan, while the Pirate with his pistol drawn steps aside and takes aim for Mike's head)

Still breathing? This man is down but not quite out yet. Bond looks up and the men positioned to attack him. These two did not miss a step. Not at all, they intend to kill me. Well, turn about is fair play I suppose. His smile becoming almost wolfish, Bond immediately ducks the shot from the one pirate. Moving to avoid the sword thrust might allow the downed man to get up. It seems I will be getting stabbed.

Bond initiates Tekkai to tense his muscles in his abdomen, and for an extra bit of safety covered himself in haki. Trying to ignore what was still steel slicing through the fabric of his finely tailored suit, Bond proceeds to try to grab the the prone pirate's neck and twist waiting for the tell tale pop, relieving the man the burden of this mortal coil. Feeling the presence of the two Vincent brothers descending upon the pirates, Bond relaxed a bit and looked up again.

"One more murderous action and I will be forced to bloody up those fine rags you are wearing."

Even though weapons were pointed at them ,For better or worse pirates didn't listen to the warning. Moment Brothers detected hostile movement , they both pulled triggers to leave some holes in hostile brains. (35 Mastery, B rank Bullet . (5 bullet manual load, 4 bullets left, 17 bullets in the beginning 16 bullets left) Two bullets were fired , while Den den Mushi rang relentlessly, making scene even more chaotic.
