"Faillure" in Vegapunk eyes just means "not a perfect copy". Sure he was close and most won't see Momos fruit as DF Copy nor the Numbers as Giants as "faillures", but Vegapunk does cause they are not "perfect".

Thus means at this point of the story we already know Vegapunk is a perfectionist.

Maybe i agree with this.

In the last chapter when the artificial devil fruits was mentioned, then after that Oda pointed out about Momonosuke's failure/incompetent leadership too, i think we will see later in this arc when Momo prove himself that he's not a failure, as a leader and as a devil fruit user.

1. Yes, i could be wrong too, but what i mean is "if" these laugh was more specific than "wahaha" which many people used that, it'll be stronger clue or proof. These sfx, "stromp stromp", "gyahaha", "hahaha", "wahaha"...was heard all over places in Onigashima. And if Oden was the one who laugh like that, everybody can hear it. With the latest introduction of cyborg spies all over Onigashima, i doubt that he wont be spotted by one of those cyborg.

3. Why not ? Look at Buggy, he was nothing then. Spoiled child which we even don't know when he exactly join Roger's crew. Maybe at 6 or 7 years old. And if we understand carefully with what Yamato said in Oden's Journal, Momo's the one who the world needed, not only Wano. He's an important figure not just for Wano. Then, if Vivi can lead Arabasta as princess, why Hiyori can't.

4. I know, it was different with masked Yamato first introduction, since we saw "Oden" this time. That's why we should analyze who is he, real Oden or not, how is he alive, and try too explain all that happened before if he's real Oden, like the one I mentioned about Toki, and so on. Not just stated an assumtion or intangible proof. I need explanation about many now questionable moments, not just random intangible proof. Because i thought this thread was for chapter discussion, not a Theories thread, that's why i don't visit Theories thread.

Toki cried after she read Oden's letter, and it was his death letter, so she read that after Oden's death, not before. At those circumtances, it's weird to cry if she plans or already sent Oden to the future. Also, she was at Kuri Castle, and Oden was at Flower Capital, yes we don't know how her power works, but is it weird if she can cast her spell that far ??

The only reasonable explanation if that's true, is the one who boiled was not Oden. It's just too absurd, when Oden was boiled, headshoted, and drowned into boiling pot, then she cast her spell from far away from Kuri to Flower Capital, in that exact moment after Oden face can't be seen anymore, it's so funny just by imagining it.

I don't even remember what Yamato had in that journal. Either way I will go with the flow if it happens. Buggy and Shanks could have very well been around that age and it seemed they had no real purpose tbh.

As for Oden the only thing I could think of was the spirit wolf which kind of slightly ties into Rej's theory which was why I like it. Now I know you don't like theories but think about it, did Oda explain how that wolf was able to manifest into a human and they disappear as if it never existed. Something strange is going on. If that is not really Oden how can he be there? It can't be an illusion as their wounds were treated, no one Kaido's side will help the enemy and we don't have anyone on Luffy's side who we know that can do that. So either Oden is:
a) actually alive
b) some form of a spirit
c) maybe an unknown ally DF ability
d) kinemom and the scabbards smoking that kush and done lost their minds.

As for Toki powers that what's I thought as well. It would be strange to activate her power from that far. However I don't fully understand her DF limitations. Every devil fruit has at least one and Oda never stated what hers was so its open to interpretation.

I think the safest bet is that this is Onimaru who tagged along with Hiyori.
Though i also like the Spirit of Oden Theory. There is even an explanation for why his swords are different.
Enma and Ame no Habakiri are high ranking swords, and would have their own spirits, residing in the swords themselves.
The two swords we see Oden wearing are either two random sword spirits he picked up in the spirit world or a manifestation of his two sword style itself.

Yup, if Oden was really alive, then Oda should really explain all of those question, how Toki's power works, why she didn't use her power when Oden was still in jail and gave her his sword ? Why bother wait after Oden was boiled and headshoted ? And so many other big question...

Oden is such an important character, not some side fodder like Pel, or Lola/Chiffon's father, who i don't really care if they're alive or dead so i don't bother questioning how they're being alive...

After watched this week anime episode, once again, Oden himself remind me his favourite catchprhase which i actually forgot, and this one was absolutely why he was named Oden and a hint by Oda how he will die.....yeah, "Oden wouldn't be Oden if it wasn't boiled". Whatever the reason he's alive right now, then he should be die by being boiled in the future.
