Theory:
Shanks was reminding WB his scar. Because probably Shanks is the son of Rocks D Xebec and they have similair facial expression, making him Rocks D Shanks
Maybe WB snitched on Xebec and Xebec gave WB his scar. Thats why WB said this particular words back then at the meeting with Shanks.
I think Blackbeard and Shanks will fight about who will lead the "rocks". Possibly both Kaido and Blackbeard were apprentices on that ship.

Ok bear with this thought process...
So Roger's was going for the end and found Rafael *cough god valley cough* but because he got to the end without the pieces he didn't know what he found, other than a fight with the strongest pirate crews of the time. Garp was there too and what was he doing there if not with the Celestial Dragons. He teamed up with Rogers to protect not just the CD, there had to be a greater reason. Soooo Garp learns part of the truth of the world, maybe Rogers fills him in on the rest before execution since he's a fellow D. Which let's math a bit Dragon a teenager? Is Dragon told a bit or the Rocks fight? Learns to hate CD more and revolutionary army idea starts forming (I mean I'm making Dragon pretty old now, but...) with knowledge of the world but not a complete knowledge.
....and that's where I'm at ?

Im baffled it makes sense. That way the god valley incident was probably forging the ideals of Dragon.
I still feel that maybe Garp got blackmailed to join the marines. Maybe he has no other choice plus there is an inner drive. Explains how he was able to connect with Roger...AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE. Both were in their twenties and they were rookies.
Back to that part of the theory. I feel Koby will have his growth and I feel pre-EoS Koby has to defeat a big Rocks caliber. Or Koby plus Luffy vs BB plus Rocks.

This Chapter actually answered many things
But also left us with many Questions
I don't think Rocks is Dead, i think this Chapter extremely hints that he is Im-Sama
The Height matches, his Ambition matches & we know that he met Celestial Dragons on God Valley
Not to mention that Oda wouldn't introduce such a Story to just tell us Rocks is Dead
Because before Rocks was even mentioned, everyone just assumed that WB was Roger's First Rival, Garp became Marine Hero for capturing Roger, BM & Kaido made fame on their own, no one questioned anything really
But the fact that Oda changed all of this and gave us a New Story means it leads somewhere, and Rocks & Im were mentioned at same time so makes sense, and let's not forget Rocks was very powerful so he fits someone who is sitting on Empty Throne
And WG hiding everything related to him is also another Major Hint
Rocks is extremely similar to 3rd Pirates of Caribbean Movie, basically the Best Pirates met in Pirates Island, chose their Leader and formed an Alliance even thought everyone hated each other, just like the Movie (PS: i find it interesting that Moriah had Oars & Ryuma & Captain John from Rocks in his Crew, that was Crazy, imagine if he found them better Shadows !!)
There is another connection that needs to be addressed, Teach & Rocks are heavily related

Blackbeard's Ship is named "Saber of Xebec" and he is ruling in Pirate Island (Same place where Rocks was formed)
His Goal seems similar to Rocks and the way he collected Strong Crew Members is also similar
We can make Theories about Rocks = Teach or Rocks living inside of Teach or something like that but for now let's just say there is a Connection
Shichibukai Bounties are being updated, but don't imagine big increase, both Law & Jinbe didn't get big increases after leaving Shichibukai on their own so expect like Weevil's Bounty being less than 600, Hancock less than 500 .... etc ofc unless they did lot of damage in these few days
We were also introduced to Two New Pirate Names who became Famous along with Shiki & Captain John who are Silver Axe and another Chinese Named Pirate. Silver Axe is an Epithet for a Pirate who obviously fights with an Axe, i checked Wikia for those who use Axes and found nothing, only one that could have been that strong is Scopper Gaban but can't be him since he is associated with Copper & not Silver
As for that other Chinese Pirate, no one comes to mind or maybe he was from Kano Country and former Boss of Chinjao,
however it should be noted that Shakky, Bakkin & Streusen all could have being part of Rocks, maybe Shakky is Silver Axe, who knows
Now regarding "God Valley", it should be noted that Sengoku clearly said that Garp & Roger happened to meet there and protected Celestial Dragons and their Slaves, in other words, they made an Alliance there and not before because otherwise Roger would say "Garp & Roger made an Alliance to defeat Rocks as a Common Enemy" something like this
Now the question is, what is special about that Place that Rocks, Marines, Roger & Celestial Dragons all met there !!
For starters the name of the Place & the way Sengoku talked about CDs and their slaves suggests it's an Island that belonged to CDs
And it makes sense that Rocks would attack such a Place
But we are left with two questions:
Why Celestial Dragons had such a Place, what were they doing there ?
And why Roger & Garp protected them ? In Garp's Case, let's just say he wanted to fight Rocks and followed Orders but what about Roger ?
Why would he even go there in first place ? Theory Guys, this is your job
Another thing to notice is that each of Yonko had a Different Word to describe his Authority
Teach is Admiral, Shanks is Leader, Big Mom is Captain & Kaido is General
I think this clearly hints at the difference between them, their Personalities and how they approach the word "Pirate"
Now Power Level Wise, this Chapter shows us that Roger & Garp were basically the Stars of Old Era with Rocks being the Greatest Rival
Rocks Crew at that time was like having a Crew made of Shichibukai, imagine a Top Tier having like 5 or 6 Shichibukai under his Flag and at that time there weren't any Yonko to stop such a Force, there were only Marines & Roger and maybe few other Pirates
Kaido was young and BM too and even though they were strong, they didn't reach their Prime yet, according to Sengoku they are on a whole different level now, same for WB
Finally we got confirmation that Akainu won't send Troops to Wano Country, since he said they are Busy (With Shichibukai ofc but also with Revos most probably), also something to notice is that Garp is shown leaving Fishmen Island which means this Chapter is happening One Day before Raid and few days after Last Chapter (756), in other words, this is Present Day or like Few Hours Earlier
Fujitora seems to be in Calm Belt, possibly going after Hancock, and if this is true then Kizaru & Ryokugyo were sent after the others too
Actually the fact that Marines send Admirals for Shichibukai hypes them so much
It's not the fact that an Admiral is needed to beat a Shichibukai that is interesting, since this applies to Commanders too and even Supernova but the fact that Marines can't ignore Shichibukai and rush to capture them as fast as possible and send most their Force to catch them asap, speaks of how much of a Threat they are (Law & Jinbe escaped because they were in Yonko Territory & Moriah was presumed Dead)
Last question is the Bomb that Sengoku dropped at the end, hyping Oden Flashback more and more, suggesting that he isn't just some Samurai who joined Legends and was killed by Kaido, Wano Country definitely have lot of Secrets we still don't know about
But also left us with many Questions

Oda draws Legends like Roger, Rocks, Shiki, BM, Oden, Shanks, Kizaru, Rayleigh, Aokiji, Fujitora, Ryuma, Captain John, Noland, Streusen, Giant Legends ... etc with Swords, even Current Era, we have Shiryu, Vista, Law, Hawkins, Drake, Cavendish, Oars Jr., Cracker, Smoothie, Jack, Inurashi, King, Snack, Nine Red Scabbards and much much more, even who don't fight with Swords now, trained in Swordsmanship before such as Akainu & all Marines, Marco, Sanji & Germa ... etc and not to mention those who have a Blade & Weapon similar to Sword such as WB, Weevil, Katakuri, Enel ...... etc
And ofc almost all Vice Admirals, Most Fodders anywhere, WB Commanders, Minks, Giants, Samurai .... etc
Of course, not all of these are "Swordsmen" but my point is that Oda associates Swords & Swordsmanship with One Piece so much that you can't ignore it, it's impossible, so Title of "World's Greatest Swordsman" isn't a Joke
I mean even if they aren't really trained in Swordsmanship, but like 99% of anyone who fights in One Piece holds a Sword, so when they hear someone holds title of "Greatest Sworsman In The World", it means a lot, and puts him among Best of Best

Just like to point out that Brannew said Roger and WB has the highest bounty among pirates which might imply there is a non-pirate with a higher bounty (Dragon).

When you think about it, it was Law who started all this with leading Luffy to defeat Doffy. At the end of the day, this is the type of shit that Law wanted. Absolute chaos and a disruption of the peace that the old generation created in the new world.

No, the island Roger and Garp fought against Rocks was God Valley. Kurohige's island is Beehive island, the island where the Rocks pirates were formed as a crew.
