I’ve read something in the internet (Reddit). Someone was stating that Buggy talked with Shanks about Teach. Buggy was saying that Teach has never slept since the day he was born.

The person stated that there was a story about an Orphan called “Edward” in the story “The Monster that never sleeps” - Oda might got his inspiration for Blackbeard from there.

If this is true this is gold material for Theorists, maybe someone knows this story ? Maybe there is a clue in the story about a strange body just like Blackbeard’s ?
