I want to talk some serious talk.

We all might believe now that Oden is a Naiv fool, I must admit he is some kind of a fool just like Luffy is, so far so normal.
But we don't have to forget that he most like knows more about the world than any other citizen of Wano.

He sailed with Roger till Laugh Tale, He knows about how the Kozuki Clan is involved with whole story, he knows about the D. people and the Void Century and the Ancient Kingdom and he knows about the World Government.

If you look closely he was a fool before he left Wano, he thought the world is a disc etc. He was a fool back then but know Oda is leading us to believe he's a naiv fool, but if you look really between the lines you might have the feeling that he is up to bigger things, he wants to open Wano because he really knows The D, The Void Century, The Ancient Kingdom etc etc.

Dancing around and let people laugh at him doesn't interest him I guess, he's up to bigger things because he knows the whole scale, Thats my opinion.

Another thing i want to talk about the Koruzumi Family, they are somehow extremely dangerous in interesting, they aint fools either. I believe the have somehow a kind a monopol about devil fruits, the seem to have very good knowledge about Devil Fruits, they even gave Orochi a Mystical Zoan Devilfruit, how come they casually give Orochi the rarest type of Devil Fruits?
How could the Old Hag touch Shikki one of the greatest Pirates of all time ? That is mysterious and somehow i believe the Kurozumi Family have some Kind of a Monopol of Devilfruits. World Government is involved in Wano, CipherPol also, do you really believe it is only because of the Weapon Factories ? I don't thing so, I might be wrong but somehow I believe the Kurozumi Family has something to do with Devil Fruits.

Oda and the Editors said that Wano is closely tight to the End of the Series and Devil Fruits are a crucial detail of the Story.

OH ok. Then if that's the case, he was right about how in the world he had even touched him. I am bypassing the idea of the old hag being an ex crew of Rox. But the family might have some sort of relationship with Cebec and now it has led them to Kaido.

I just reread Shiki bio. He was always wearing a trad Japanese attire and his name was freaking Japanese! His face even resembles Orochi in some angles. I am beginning to wonder if he once was a resident of the land?

Yeah his attire is pretty traditional Japanese Style, there is no doubt about his attire.

Furthermore do you remember these his Devilfruit ? Shiki ate the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, a Paramecia Type DF which allows him to make surrounding non-living matter levitate once he has come in contact with it. Shiki states that once he makes something float it will stay that way until he himself undoes it or he loses consciousness. (Wikipedia).

Now with this fresh reminder of Shikis Devil Fruit think of those distinctive levitate Houses in Wano. Would make sense that those levitate houses are a result of Shikis Devil Fruit.

I noticed the dude that got shot and blinded slightly resembles Sukiyaki's aide from chap 960. On a similar note, the black haired samurai that interacted with Oden on 960 is similar with the Mimawarigumi guy from chap 951.

They all have similar nose and jawline, I know its not exactly unique and uncommon, but hey they might all be related and the more potential allies the better.

If I’m correct it was stated that when a DF user dies, the soul of the DF goes to the nearest fruit so it becomes again a devilfruit.

Either they died in the East Blow or Bartolomeo and BonChan habe those devil fruit from DF Traders ?
