Chapter Discussion One Piece - Chapter 974: Onward to Onigashima

Guys you don't understand, they aren't going for War
What i'm trying to say is that they are going to "Kill Kaido", Numbers don't matter, they aren't trying to kill every single Beast Pirate
The only thing that matters is Kaido & Orochi Defeated & Unable to give Orders anymore
The Army's Purpose is to simply Distract the opposing Army & face them for a Short time until Kaido is defeated by anyone

So there are three things we need to discuss right now regarding upcoming Chapters:

1. How will Alliance make their Entrance? Will they be Spotted or they will have the Advantage of Surprise?
2. How each Character will Shine & have their Moment during the War?
3. What Plot Twists & Surprise Appearances we have to expect?

First of all, beforehand we will get an introduction of Onigashima, a proper one with insights, Kaido and Orochi preparing their banquette and shite like this.
After that the first characters that hae to been resolved have to be Hawkins and Apoo and this will lead into the introduction to the Numbers.

Whatever will happen, we will have a new big mystery to uncover and that is the relationship between Law and Drake. Then the fights will happen. But there will be minor prelude fights, like with Hawkins, some headliners or a calamity.

Also more Kid and Killer stuff and Kid and Hawkins and Apoo stuff. Now we need all the plotlines for the Supernovas get rolling. The Samurai's are mostly done with the end of the traitor plotline.

Kanjuro will be fought in the end and he will be executed. Probably he will be Kine'mmons fight for this arc, it has been foreshadowed with todays chapter.

lets be honest, two yonko alliance will have a big contra, too much power they can't handle themselves, it will be easy to clear out non-yonko characters

There is possibility of alliance facing everyone except Kaido and BM !
Both will try to hunt Luffy , it will b survival trial for Luffy ! And kinda hilarious at sametime ( interaction wise)

Denjiro will fight Orochi I think, it will be a rescue Momo arc too I feel. Hiyori will have to take care of the Flower Capitol if Denjiro makes his move. This only leaves Kine'mon vs Kanjuro, during the Momo rescue arc.

1. Advantage of suprise by taking over the 3 ships of Kaidou which were send to deal with Scabbards
2. One thing for sure Luffy will land the final Blow in Kaidou everything else is unimportant
3. As I mentioned Hawkins, Drake and Denjirou will make their appearence as part of the alliance next chapter, making what I emntioned in 1. possible. Jinbei, Neko and WBP renmants will show up when it doesn't look good for the alliance. Potential plottwist with the appearence of Shanks and Teach we shouldn't forget it is the final.of the "vs 4 emperors"-saga.

Who cares? Luffy landing the final blow on Kaidou is that what matters.

It could end up PH style. Strawhats Beat one Pacifista. Kidd Pirates and Hearth Pirates teamed up.

I was just thinking if Luffy will also be the one to give the final blow to Big Mom or will it be someone else like Kidd. If Kaido falls to Luffy and Big Mom falls to Kidd (with flashback on what Kidd did at WCI earlier), that sets the stage for Luffy and Kidd being the new Yonkos

As I mentioned Luffy final blow against Kaidou and Law - Kidd combi as final blow against BM Sounds reasonable fore based on what we have seen in Sabaody.

But everything is possible. And I am only sure that Luffy will land the final blow on Kaidou simply because he is portrayed as the main enemy of this arc.
