the 9th member to join the Straw Hats and the 3rd Commander of Luffy if he were to become an official emperor after this arc!

JINBE! :pepemusic:

he's unscathed so far next chapter we'll likely learn how did he manage to escape and what happen to Germa?:pepethinking: I hope they're okay as well especially Baeju

WELCOME BACK JINBE!!!
This guy is worth much more than a few hundred samurais who got their ship sank. No one can touch the alliance on the sea now!

Which means the next chapter will probably show us what's going on in Onigashima, and how the alliance infiltrate it.
Gosh I can't wait to see the crews of both Kaido & BM interact with each other. Shame we won't have Katakuri there though.

I think the Straw Hat crew feels complete with the addition of Jinbe, 10 members just feels like the right amount to me. There's always going to be speculation on anyone else who could fit well into the crew but to me there's no longer any need.

Oda is such a fucking troll lol. I feel like with Covid quarantines all around and getting extended and so many people getting sick and dying, Oda asked himself, "What is stressing my fans out the most right now? hmmmmmmm.... Oh yeah! Me gaslighting and curving the fuck out of the whole 'is Jinbe nakama? or is Jinbe corpse?' mind-prison I've kept them all in for years! I was planning on drawing it out another 3 years but I guess its fine!"
