If Yamato is with Luffy now, then who is the Shadowy Figure following Jinbe & Robin?
Either it's a New Character, but since we already got introduced to Most Kaido/Orochi's Side then i don't see who could it be
Or maybe it's an Existing Character and the only ones who could leave Wano & go to Onigashima for more Story Importance are Hawkins, Hiyori, Onimaru & Tenguyama however i don't see any reason for these Characters to go there except Hawkins but it still begs the question of why he follows Jinbe/Robin & doesn't go straight to Kaido
Unless it's actually Yamato and he already met Jinbe & Robin but it was Off-Paneled and that's why he is looking for Luffy
Jinbe & Robin are definitely the Type to Negotiate with Yamato & get to Ally with him
But doubt it because if Yamato is with Luffy now, then where are Jinbe & Robin? Did Yamato told them where Road Poneglyph is Hidden?
What do you think? Did Jinbe & Robin met Yamato? or another New Character? or Returning Character such as Hawkins or Tenguyama?

Regarding this War, i think i'm starting to understand what Oda is doing, he is making all Kaido's Side Occupied so that only Kaido himself is Left.
Sasaki is Chained, BM is chasing Chopper & Usopp, BM Pirates are Late, Queen's Kinda-Rivalry with Who's Who ... etc
This way most of the Army will surround Kaido & things go according to Plan, with Luffy, Zoro & Kid being the only ones Separated
After that, almost Everyone will try to fight Kaido and obviously he will prove to be Extremely Difficult, no matter how the Fight goes, i believe Kaido will eventually get very Angry and decide to head for Wano to wreak Havoc because let's be honest, he is a Flying Dragon for a reason, Wano is the Endangered Country here, so seeing Onigashima being destroyed doesn't result in any Drama for this Arc & also it will resemble Monsters when Ryuma was accused of angering and bringing a Dragon upon them. Not to mention that this will restore Hiyori's Importance in the Arc (Because so far, she didn't appear enough) and also Wano Citizens will witness Kaido's Defeat just like every Villain before was defeated for the entire People to witness. (And of course, it resembles when of Hobbits Trilogy Best Scenes when Smaug got fed up and vowed Revenge)
After that, Momo's DF finally comes in Handy where he can turn to Dragon & fly back to Wano bringing Luffy with him (And personally i believe Zoro And/Or Kid will come too), these Four will be Kaido's Main Fight who will Team-Up and Defeat Him with Luffy being hailed as Savior of Wano, Zoro as the New Ryuma Legend, Kid finally proves his worth as a Powerful Supernova of this Era after so many Defeats & Momo who will be respected by everyone & worthy of becoming the New Shogun
As for the Rest, once Kaido Fight vs Everyone ends and he leaves Onigashima, the Delays will be Over and all Hell is unleashed in Onigashima were they All fight, their Job is simple, fight as much as they can to prevent anyone from going to Wano while Luffy & Co. handle Kaido.
Which is the reason Oda made sure Wano Alliance destroy their Boats, because whether Alliance Wins or Not, destroying their Ship didn't change anything except Hyping their Resolve, but with Kaido leaving Onigashima then this Scene explains why no one could return to Wano & help
So it goes like this:
01. Oda currently Introducing & Re-Introducing both Sides of the War
02. Luffy, Zoro & Kid separated from the Rest & will reach Kaido Late (They will have Warm-Up Fights though)
03. Most Kaido's Side are being Occupied or Delayed so that Kaido is Singled-Out
04. Wano Alliance are advancing Smoothly and Plan is working
05. Rest of SHs are also Delayed so that they are Last to be Exhausted or Taken Out (Allowing Samurai & Mink to Fight first)
06. Kaido will Fight almost Everyone (Scenarios are Endless here)
07. Kaido will go Berserk Mode & fly towards Wano to wreak Havoc
08. Luffy, Zoro, Kid & Momo will go after him and we have our Final Fight
09. Rest of Alliance will have War at Onigashima trying to stop & defeat all Kaido's Side giving Luffy & Co. Time
10. Rest of SHs are Wild Cards so can't really predict how they perform in any of this
11. Kaido is Defeated, Luffy the Savior, Zoro the New Ryuma, Momo the New Oden/Shogun & Kid the New PK Candidate
12. Orochi will be Defeated by Scabbards (I can imagine each Scabbard attacking One of his Heads) and then Crucified/Executed
13. Yamato's Role is hard to Predict however he will definitely be Great Help & will Order Beasts Pirates to stand down once Kaido is Defeated
14. How all of this is Done and what happens to BM & everyone else is up to Oda's Scenarios & Imagination & Plans for Next Arc
(not enough he got oden killed) Seriously i don't want this pos surviving like the other bad guys.
