Orc Pirates #1- @The Fool

Everyone who had seen the ship recently could see they was doing their duties and had been on a few raids, but the demeanor of every member of the Orc Pirates had been very subdued and it was easy to see they had lost most of their spirit. Even in battle they had lost their intensity and become much more mild, as if they were a different crew.
The truth was they now kind of were a different crew. Their leader Benimaru was arrested along with another strong member, Shion. They had tried to find out where the two of them had been taken but no local Marine bases or places close to it had seen anyone matching his description. This meant he and Shion had probably been taken to Impel Down, which had had a few breakouts in the last few years but was now more secure than ever so there was basically no chance of them breaking in, let alone getting out with two people. Beyond just being the captain, Benimaru had been their strongest and most respected member, to the point most of the Orcs were only on the crew because of him. His loss was felt by everyone and the very absence of his loud voice seemed to echo around the ship.
However there was a loss that was felt even more than Benimaru, his younger sister Shuna. If her brother was the heart of the Orc Pirates, she was the soul. She made everyone feel welcome and a simple smile of hers could have brightened a room. During the attack that had half-broken them, Shuna had been killed. Cut in half at the midsection, the second-in-command had immediately surrounded as soon as he was able to process it. There had already been too many deaths and their captain was obviously no match for the strongest Marine, losing an arm around the same time as his sister died. Benimaru and Shion basically let themselves be arrested so the others would be safe, which was why the rest of the Orc Pirates were free despite also having put in cuffs at the time.
The remaining members had gone to a special place to bury Shuna and stay quiet. Although most wanted revenge and rage filled their hearts, by the time they finished mourning and laid low for a while it had mostly dissipated. Starting raiding and other activities again, the crew had changed and had lost most of their spirit. Souei tried his best but he wasn't Benimaru and everyone knew it, but he was still the best man for the job and tried to keep his head high.
However things had changed in the last few weeks as they had found something that might help them not only become stronger but might even help them get their captain and Shion back, a Devil Fruit. Regaining a lot of their lost spirit, the deck was now like a very different crew as the Orcs were roaring as they sailed through the intense storm. Below the hold, three people sat around debating as they had been since they acquired it; trying to decide should Souei or someone else eat it, should they sell it or should they keep it for Benimaru/Shion. In the noise and lashing of the storm and voices louder than thunder, panic started to take over as Orcs were yanked off the ship and disappeared in-front of people's very eyes.
