If someone fakeclaims your shit as second Claim and you would counterclain him it would be a third claim and you would be punished.
While I would it worthy to counteclaim someone and get modblocked as long as you have no important role like protect or vig(you could just kill the liar), but invests can directly cc.
(Then you should wait one phase and start the DP after with the counterclaim)
