Well if you used ability last day phase-implies can't invest anyone (so mean last night?)

Depends on much you want to invest in the franchise I guess, to be honest I don't really wanna to try and go in depth into it right now but in short jedi/sith can manifest after death depending on how well tuned they are with the Force. This happens more than once in the movies and likely tons more in the comics.
