Shuhon Island is an island in the New World that has seen the most meteoric rise in the world. According to historians and researches, the land is currently undergoing a golden age. Their technology, economy and military might are seeing a rise unlike any island within the Grand line. However, beneath this golden age, a dark shadow is growing and festering. An extremist group known as the Red Lotus is on the loom to disrupt the balance. They only believe in disorder being the natural order. And they’ve set their eyes on Shuhon and its capital city, Caldera.

Shuhon 1 @Landayan
Feltyrosa had spent the past week relaxing. Having just conquered Camelot and brokering a trade to give the Spada's full control of Onigashima. She was finally ready to set back out and find the next island to conquer. Both for herself, and to expand the Spada's grasp on the world. She had heard whispers of a potential war breaking out on Shuhon Island. She decides to make it her next target. Aiming to both start and end the war. A warring people are much easier to defeat after all. As this island could be what she is personally looking for, she opts once again to go about it on her own. Not even bringing her Omens, or Jeanne, with her. She didn't trust their strength fully anyways. They could band together and fend off a lot of threats, but in the heat of a full blown war, she didn't trust them. After some time on the sea, she begins to see her destination nearing. Shuhon's harbor slows comes into focus as the wind blows past her. She creates a few nearly invisible ghosts and sends them ahead. They would give her a heads up and locate the right people she needs to talk to in order to get this war started.

Caldera, Royal Capital

Living in a period of change, technological revolution, and nationalist expansion, the Shuhon Kingdom works tirelessly to sustain peace between the four blues and neighbouring islands along the Grand Line, during a time of complex political issues and tense diplomatic relations. However, the Royal Family themselves acknowledge that a threat to torment the balance is always present. Thus, Roku, the reigning Ignition fist Grandmaster and the current King of Shuhon believes that when there is comfort in a change, enemies rise from all corners of the earth, rupturing the order.

Royal Palace

Located in a crater within a dormant volcanic crater, Caldera City is home to many of the land's wealthiest and most important nobles. This area also houses the Royal Palace. Commoners are not allowed to enter the city unless they receive an invitation from the Royalty, which is rarely issued.

Central Park, Zoryu City

In the west of Harbor City, one can find the large Zoryu City, where the capital's inhabitants often spend their free time. Zoryu City is also home to many criminals. It is being dominated by certain extremists that the Nation's capital is currently investigating on. In contrast, Zoryu Park was the traditional turf of the Fire Finches, a gang of street children who operated as pickpockets and tricksters. These children are dispersed by an unknown organization to spy on the royal army and strangers of the land. Other tycoons' associates are also busy in their own league: drugs, firearms, gambling, prostitution, and party. The busyness of the citizens is like a normal day in a normal community.

Harbor City

Located between the central volcano and the harbour, Harbor City houses much of the capital's population. Most of the capital's commoners live there. It is a much less prestigious area than Hari Bulkan, and living in Harbor City consequently entails a stigma as it conveys a lesser social status. Shuhon Nationals who have managed to rise in the ranks or gain great wealth often move their homes from Harbor City to Hari Bulkan. Harbor City is a sprawling settlement extending into the hills and consists of residential and industrial districts. Their industry supplies refined metal to build tanks, warships, and weapons that help maintain the city's defences.

One fine morning in the Harbor, a group of sailors and merchants are busy attending to their cargos and hulls. Imports are being carried inwards. Exports are being brought inside the vessels.

In the eastern port of the island, the rays of the sun shone down on the calm surface of the sea while the ships are gently cutting the surrounding waters of the coast. Several men began unloading the cargo from the vessel like an express machine that discharged loads of shipment minute after minute.

Man 1: "Unload the cargos now!"

Man 2: "This is a huge shipment. I bet Lady Azula will roll a grand in each transaction with this. She runs the biggest pharmaceutical operation on this island."

Man 1: "We're lucky we are on her side."

Man 2: "Yeah right! Imagine an eternal supply of medicines!"

Both: "Hahahahahaha!"

Elsewhere in the eastern part of the island stands a century-old pavilion surrounded by hectares of greeneries. Tall trees cover the entirety of the dwellings, good enough to conceal their location but better to ambush unwelcomed visitors. This belongs to a supporter of the Red Lotus Army.

"I will expect its arrival in my place by dawn. You shan't be late.", said the woman sitting on a sofa wearing a red suit and holding a glass of wine ─ Azula.

A man sitting across would respond to her, "I have heard that the shipment has arrived in the port."

Azula replied, "We also need to halt our competitors' operations and sequester all of them."

"It's easier said than done, Azula. Until we take control of all the ports, we cannot prohibit anything from passing in and out, you know that.", the man rebutted.

"You're right. But we don't need to keep waiting forever. Tell the men to up their game."

"Consider it done, Azula."

Back to the port, a person manning what seems to be a guard house but is similar to the height of a lighthouse noticed something across the sea. It is headed to the port. And unlike the ships docked and visit the place often, this one holds a different vibe. It's definitely an outsider. He grabbed the den den mushi, "Sir, we got an incoming."

The other man on the line said, "Let them in. They won't survive the city after all."

"Roger that."

Shuhon 2 @Landayan
Arriving at port, Feltyrosa is met with no resistance. Either the security is lax, or they simply do not view her as a threat. Either way, a fatal mistake. She secures her boat to the port and based on the intel her ghosts have gathered since she sent them out ahead of time, she decides to head to Zoryu Park. Figuring that to be the best place to start based on what she currently knows. She makes her way there, eye things in the port as she does. She comes across a few workers moving cargo. She sends one of her transparent ghosts and it knocks over a box in the opposite direction of her. Whether she was already spotted or not, she didn't feel like confronting those bafoons and so she simply went on her way while they were distracted by the noise her ghost made.

The Port
The serene port would soon be covered with tension after the ship the lighthouse attendants spotted finally docked. And as soon as their vessel's port side unloose the wooden stairs and touched the wooden deck of the port, criminals and warriors stationed all over the area ─ concealed in civilian and port labourers' outfits would begin to alert each and everyone via den den mushi conference call. "Sentry 1 Team Leader reporting... The outsider touched the dock...". Reported the first team as early as her ghost bumped against a cargo. The men closely working there did not even flinch but the men watching from afar.

"Sentry 2 Team Leader receiving...", responded the other who is stationed at the port lighthouse.

"Sentry 3 Team Leader receiving... Sentry 3, man your posts in the port area!", ordered the other at the Harbor City.

"Sir! Yes, sir!", responded the squad.

"Sentry 4 Team Leader receiving... Alerting the Park..."

"Sentry Platoon Leader receives.", said the one leading the port.

"It's me...", Ghazan finally acknowledges all the reports. "Sentry 1, spread your men across the port side. Do not engage. But feel free to give information to the intruder if deemed necessary."

"Roger!", acknowledged everyone. The one manning the glasses finally broke his silence. "Captain Ghazan! Permission to speak. An eerie creature set its feet on the ground. It approaches the town.", he continued, fazed by its physique. You could see how his eyes trembled in shock when you look the glasses of his scope. And for the lack of a better term, he even used the word 'it'.

"I see. So it finally tries to get intel.", Captain responded. "What about the rest?"

"It appears it got no other company. Aside from hollow creatures following it whilst most of them are scattered across the vicinity. I think she's headed to the Park."

"Got it... One of you from Sentry 1. Tell the kids at the Park to do their picks once she gets there."

"Roger!"

Moments later after the meeting, a bunch of kids aged 5 to 13 disguised in a civilian outfit, too would try to approach Feltyrosa, bumping her while playing catch and pass. "Sorry miss!", said the little girl about 7 years old after bumping the pirate. And whatever valuable possession she might have had, it would most likely be taken away due to their expertise in pickpocketing.

Shuhon 3 @Landayan
As she advanced towards the pack, she passed by a group of children horsing around. They near her and are about to bump into her. She gracefully slides out of the way, but is till bumped. The kids seemed to have wanted to bump into her. She realized what they were up to. She would quickly move her hand to grab the arm of the little girl who bumped into her. She isn't holding on tight enough to inflict any real pain or damage on the kid, but strong enough so that the kid would not break free.

"Sorry kid. I'm no tourist. Give my coin purse back. I'd rather not rough up a kid, but I need my money."

It was no empty threat. She would take back her money by force if necessary. She needed every last beri she could get her hands on if she wanted to find paradise. Kid or not, she was an obstacle on the path towards her goal. She would only wait for a moment before simply forcefully taking back her coinpurse and moving on with why she came to Shuhon; To start a war and then take out what's left and claim it as territory for the Spada's.

 

[Gambit]

The Port
Feltyrosa, one of La Spada's most powerful and wicked commanders landed at the port area. She started to make her devil fruit incarnate survey the area but unbeknownst to her, she has been being watched as well. The captain of the enemy of the state ordered the kid pickpocketers to catch her attention by trying to hoodwink her. However, little did they know, the woman was far more swift than they all are. The kids did not know what the true reason was for attempting the woman's pocket but the captain's reason was just.

"She caught the kids.", the captain remarked as he turned to one of his men.

"Send an emissary. We need the woman here. For those of you who don't know yet. That one is a notorious murderer.", he continued and the man would quickly nod and turn to accomplish the mission.

Suddenly, as the pirate princess held the kid skywards and left hanging, a fast-moving arrow approaches her location. It was not intended to pierce through her or anything. But if she pays attention very eagerly, she would notice a bill-sized scroll wrapped around its tip. If she's witty enough, she would pick it up and read it after letting the kids go regardless if they surrendered the purse back or not. She needs to look at the direction where the arrow came from ─ a Hightower build from concrete, manned by two officers. They are holding binoculars to see what she'd do.

Shuhon 4 @Landayan
The offending kid was then picked up by Feltyrosa. With her free hand she grabs her purse back from the kid's possession and as she does an arrow flies past and lands next to her. After letting the kid go, she looks down more closely at the arrow. There is some kind of paper attached to it. Figuring it was related to her, she grabs it and reads the note. She was impressed they were clever enough to detect her Hollows. And, while she was wary of recalling them, she also figured this Ghazan to be one of the head honchos of the faction she needed to get close to in order to get this war going. She let out a small sigh and did as instructed. Where she had to go was vague but she assumed here meant where the arrow came from. Based on trajectory she determined it to be a tower a ways off. She made her way there.

"Alright 'Ghazan', let's see if this is a waste of my time or not..."

 

[Gambit]

The Port
Feltyrosa managed to retrieve her purse from the kid. And as soon as she released them, an arrow plunged into her person, carrying a message. A message from an enemy of the state. The two guards at the tower observe the incident and the moment the pirate read the scroll, they grinned for they already knew what's gonna happen next. They radioed their captain and said, "The message has been conveyed. I will signal her to head your way."

With that, the two guards use their little knowledge about ignition fists to create an abstract arrow pointing to where to head next. And the fire arrow drifting from their fists gesture the tallest mansion east of the tower. Only a 15-minute walk.

"She's headed there.", the guards continued.

"Good. Let's see. I wonder why a foreign pirate who's got this much gold on her head is lost here.", Ghazan cursed under his breath as he looked at the bounty poster of the pirate. "She might be able to help us even the tides."

"Hahahaha!", a woman laughed in the background. "I didn't know you have the knack for wordplay.", she remarked Ghazan's reference to the woman's moniker.

Ghazan: "Azula..."

Shuhon 5 @Landayan
She headed off in the direction indicated by the fire arrows. She kept a semi-casual pace. Walking slightly faster than normal, but far from being in a hurry. Her trip there was uneventful. And while, her Hollows were no longer scouting ahead, she had one next to her, watching behind her. She would have vision on all sides going forward. A precaution that made sense when dealing with unsavory types. Not that she had any right to talk about unsavory types, given her history. Finally, the tower grew larger and larger as she got closer to it. She entered and proceeded to ascend it unless stopped by a guard or something similar. Whether she was escorted or left to her own devices, she would soon reach the top. She knocked on the door three times. Waiting for a response before heading in.

"Y'know... Next time I'd rather you came to me. I hate stairs."

Tower of Ghazan
Captain Ghazan ordered his goons to send a message to the pirate sorceress which would be received accordingly. Moments later, they would signal the location of the mansion to which she needed to head. Trailed by her spirit guardian, Feltyrosa reached the fortress of the captain of the port, ascending to the top. Once she reached there, an unmanned door about 12 feet in height, wooden and ornamented with Dragon Scales would reveal her arrival. It was knocked thrice. And a voice would be heard from the inside. Manly, guttural, and baritone. "It's open. Come in."

Assuming the woman would finally reveal herself to Ghazan and entered the room, she would notice a large dining table placed at the centre of the room, filled with tropical fruits of varying colours: grapes, bananas, strawberries, mangoes, lychees, and jackfruits at its centre. The wooden table adorned with apricot coating, shiny and bold is accompanied by 10 wooden chairs each on long sides. It is comfortable to sit on for it is topped with 2-inch foam dressed with floral sheets. Even the hand and backrests have it. The table is also matted with thin linens, oval in nature. All of these fashions are neath a Galant chandelier with 24 bulbs and a huge one at its core. But these lights need not be turned on for the dining hall is illuminated by the sunlight, having been wrapped around by wide windows, left open most of the time. Should Feltyrosa decide to sit across Ghazan who sat on the shorter side of the table, a whole grilled turkey topped with honey and lime juice is already served hot. Slices of bacon and other meats are still being grilled on the sides. Wines at racks, ready to be served.

"Excuse my inhospitality. That's quite a long walk.", Ghazan spoke. His right hand held a cup of wine. His left held his chest, a gesture of sincere apology. "Let's get straight to the point."

His demeanour suddenly changed. His voice carried a villainy approach. "What does a 750 Million Bounty Pirate do in an autonomous nation? Don't tell me, you're here to capture us?"

"Hahahaha. Is it?"

"But before you answer that, please enjoy the feast."

Shuhon 6 @Landayan
Feltyrosa was taken aback by the grandiose door in front of her. Not taking them for the type for such extravagance. She enters after receiving word from Ghazan, and notices the large incredibly expensive looking table filled with all sorts of things. A variety of fruit stood out to her. Upon giving the various fruit a closer look, she would lock eyes with her nemesis. One of the most vile things on the planet. Strawberries. Before taking any further action, she apologized in advance to Ghazan.

"Forgive what I am about to do. I mean you or the lady no harm..."

With that, one of her Hollows advances towards the table. The strawberries get engulfed by it and the Hollow detonates. Reducing the strawberries to a pile of ash within the Hollow. The hollow then returns to Feltyrosa before disappearing, the ashy remains of the strawberries falling to the floor as it does. Without offering up further explanation, she sits across from Ghazan. Grabbing some of the served honey turkey and a mango. She refrains from grabbing any wine. She decided to ignore Ghazan's request of enjoying the feast first.

"If I wanted to capture you, this tower would be nothing but rubble by now. No, I am simply interested in making connections. From what I was able to learn, you lot seem better fit to negotiate with than the king."

She gave her reply and eyed Ghazan carefully. Still not fully convinced this wasn't some kind of trap and that the food was drugged or poisoned in some way. If Ghazan ate she would follow, but for now she would play it off as being more interested in the conversation than the food.

 

[Gambit]

Tower of Ghazan
Felryrosa finally entered the room and is welcomed by the grandest visitor experience one pirate could have. However, it didn't seem like all of Ghazan's hospitality would come to fruition for one of the served fruits did not hit home.

[BOOM]

An explosion suddenly occurred right after the see-through flying substance made contact with the pile of strawberries. The captain was momentarily shocked by what he saw but he quickly shifted gear after that. "Woah. Woah. I hated strawberries, too. But it was there hoping it would elegantly meet your eyes."

He then gestured at one of his servants to clean whatever the explosion has caused to the table. He would continue his speech, "Very well. You don't seem like some other pirates who aren't reasonable. You look more intelligent than most of your generation. And yes, the King is the lone disease this country has. The man has to be ousted and when it happened, a new leader has to be born. And that leader will do everything in his power to repay anyone who helped him succeed."

"They say that a man's generosity extends a lifetime."

Shuhon 7 @Landayan
Ghazan was still not taking a bite of food, and so Feltyrosa wouldn't either. Still focusing on the conversation like she had planned on. She listened to him, and was intrigued by the last sentence he spoke.

"Would love to help make that day a reality. Alas, I do not have much time here. A few days at most. My Captain doesn't like me wasting my time after all..."

She would casually bring up the Grim's name. Curious to see his reaction, and hoping it spurred him and his allies into acting sooner. It seemed like things were at a halt as far as the animosity between the two groups. She would love to help out Ghazan's side in all this, as what she said was partially true. She'd rather work with them if possible. However, she wasn't against shifting tactics completely and putting on an act for the king. The role of a hero sent out to help Shuhon and its citizens. Using the guise of seeking allies for the Spada's growing empire as her reason for being here. In fact, it seemed easier than all this. Yet she liked challenging herself, so she opted for this first.

Tower of Ghazan
The Captain of the Red Lotus gave away a glimpse of their ambition to his guest. She listened and warned him about their affiliation and capabilities to deal with situations. The conundrum of striking a deal with pirates. Needless to say, criminals to criminals. But Ghazan has been dealing with such for many years. Smuggling, drugs, and every illegal trade you could name of. He stared at Feltyrosa and clasped his palms, letting his chin rest upon it.

"I hope you don't mind. Tell me more about this Captain of yours."

"Above all, I'd love to know how you managed to close a deal with the reigning Queen of Camelot. You see, we have connections in the Underground, and apparently, you did so with a fellow lady. Do I see a woman of honour and parity?"

Ghazan is yet to lay the cards as he kept on analysing the situation and if the pirate before him is to be trusted or not. Meanwhile, Azula is drinking wine in another and finally rose from her chair. She walked slowly across the hall and she'd arrive soon.

Ghazan attempted to inquire about The Grim. Fetlyrosa did not change her expression, but her thoughts were filled with laughter. She was then cut off by Ghazan inquiring as to how she managed to close a deal with the current Queen of Camelot. She would pause for a brief moment, resetting her thoughts before responding.

"If you'd like to learn about the Captain, arrange a meeting yourself. As for the Camelot situation, I had something she wanted, and someone she knew had something I wanted. It was as simple as that."

She would not divulge into details about what it was she or the Queen had, or how it came into their possession. After all, she was going to do something similar here. To the greater world, and perhaps even The Grim herself, it would seem like Feltyrosa was a devoted member of the Spada Pirates. Seeking to expand their territory and range of influence. And for Fetlyrosa, it was best everyone continued to think that.

"Enough beating around the bush. Would you like me to assist you and yours in overthrowing this kingdom? You lot would need to act fast. As I stated earlier... I cannot linger in one place for too long."

Tower of Ghazan
The Captain of the Red Lotus tried to cypher Feltyrosa's credibility. But much to his surprise, not only the thing he sought was caught. He also learned of the woman's principles and resolve. Ghazan narrowed his eyes, thinking he could trick the pirate into being his pawn. This wouldn't happen though, for the criminal before his eyes is both a threat and a reliable source of power.

"Very well.", he said.

"But before that.", he continued as the door from the left side rammed open. Enter Azula.

"You need to prove your capability to stand against the crowd. As you see, the Royal Army is not something you push to the side. You have to be both formidable and stealthy."

Ghazan turned to Azula. The woman was steady but grinning. She said, "Care to see how strong you are?". Then she gestured his head outside. If the pirate would follow, they would come across a wooden platform going down to the basement ─ 20 feet below the ground. And as soon as they reached that, he would feel a formidable presence if alert. The entire room is enclosed by steel, thicker than Camelot Castle bricks. The room is dark and odd. No escape.

"We're here."

"It's not too late to back down."

Feltyrosa was mildly insulted when the two she was meeting with suggested she needed to prove her capabilities to them. It was mostly the pride she had in her strength, but a part of it was the insult to the Spada Pirates. She was one of the Mayhem's. Her strength should be fact, not opinion. Still, she played along with their desires. As she followed, she would respond to their comment about seeing how strong she was.

"I don't need to see anything. I will demonstrate for you if you doubt me, but I need not prove my strength to myself."

Upon reaching the basement level, she sensed a strong presence and grinned. Sounds like what was in her mind a pointless endeavor, would at least be a little fun. She stepped forward, not readying her weapon. Instead she calmly waited as she began speaking.

"I told you my time was limited. Let's stop wasting it with pointless questions and start already."

Three Hollows appear and look in the directions she was not looking in. She gave herself vision from all sides and waited for this mystery guest to reveal themselves. Hoping whoever it was, they would be able to make the trip worth the effort.

Ghazan Tower Basement
After the brief lunch. Ghazan summoned Azula and the latter would accompany Feltyrosa down to the basement. There was a short chat between the two women.

"I don't need to see anything. I will demonstrate for you if you doubt me, but I need not prove my strength to myself."

"Of course, you do. You just struck a deal with Ghazan. The most influential man in this city. And thus, you need to prove your worth. "

"I told you my time was limited. Let's stop wasting it with pointless questions and start already."

"Accompanying you here is also a waste of my own time. I have cats to feed. But if you're in such a hurry, enjoy the feast."

As Azula said that, the empty room surrounded by tough steel would suddenly glimmer in dim light. And from beneath what is supposed to be the bottom-most part of the chamber, emerges a cell. From that cell, a woman without any limbs would cast her shadow toward the two. "That's our prisoner, Ming-Hua. She follows the discipline of Fishman Karate but she's afraid of the sea. Tough as ice. She would not follow any of us. Do what you wish."

Ming-Hua gave the two a death stare as he fashioned an idea inside her head about how to escape this hell.
