Can you explain to me what would stop him from trying to lead another wagon here? Leading the mislynch last DP doesn't mean shit. We all know that townies can be wrong and lead a mislynch. It's not that hard for Oreki to use that as a cover for being wrong. It isn't suicide by continue doing what he did. It'd be a lot worse if he just fell off a cliff after D1 and never tried as hard anymore.

How does voting for a player early do that exactly? There's nothing stopping you from leaving the vote and focusing on getting other reads. Nobody expects you to tunnel the player you voted for the rest of the phase.
