Meeting Big Mom #2
@kakashi19283

Whole Cake Palace
In the highest room, in the highest tower, two of the most powerful of their respective factions faced off… for tea. Big Mom had been distracted by food, tea, and treats. The Yonko, comical as it was, had forgotten who Sasaki was and said - he was a mere guest now. The man would do well to hide the Marine Coat, but for now, she delved into the food.

A tasting, Big Mom called it. The most fearsome female pirates called out the ones she liked and didn’t, one of the butlers at the entrance of the room taking notes.

The ”Monkey King” Sasaki sat, awkward as it was from his perspective. He sipped tea, before leaning forward, his voice thick and serious. A “certain pirate”.

[Big Mom] “MAMAMAMA! A “pirate”? One of my wedding guests?”
Big Mom sounded intrigued. No one worth talking about had NOT been invited to the big wedding. The wedding to make the biggest alliance on the seas. With piqued interest, Big Mom took bigger bites, food now being swapped as she continued to call out numbers. Sasaki was presented with the cheesecake group.

Who was this pirate? Why bring it up to the fabled Empress?

Unfortunately for Akira, the cream would suddenly burn – causing the boy to quickly prance up into the air, but regardless of the burn the boy would continue his attack as per normal, only taking little damage with burns as a result. The strange man would respond the boy’s question that he is indeed in-charge of the island. Perfect. No other questions are truly necessary anymore, for he already found his target – sort of. Unless the man isn’t. But regardless of the answer, the man has simply given away one important information – that he at least is someone with power and authority. To be able to answer his question with another like this only serves to solidify such position. But this time the man would create a cream-like substance in the form of an animated kraken, with tentacles foaming out from the pool of cream. However, Akira have already intended to maim Opera, the fact that Opera have long attacked him didn’t seem to faze the boy, for the boy’s wing would start to become even darker, blackened as Haki envelops the pair of large wings.

Swinging both wings in a cross fashion, the bladed wings would presumably cut through the cream with relative ease, as Akira would blitz towards Opera at high speed, in a single swing of his bladed wing, the boy aims to lop off the legs of the man in a single strike. Though it would have to predicate upon that Akira’s attack can successfully deal with the kraken attack.

Name: Axe Guillotine
Rank: A
Description: Akira swings both bladed wings in a cross fashion. Not usable in True Hybrid Form. (61 mastery, 61 str)
Akira's DPR vs Opera's: 6. City Level + A: +3 + CoA: +3 = 12. Large Continent Level
Result: ???

Name: Blade Wings (Passive)
Rank: B (True Hybrid) | A (Hybrid/Beast)
Description: When he is in his Human-Beast or Beast Form, Akira is able to use his Pteranodon wings like swords, allowing him to release powerful air blades by swinging them. These slash attacks can deal massive damage, and he can launch them in rapid succession. Akira is also capable of using the wings to attack normally, as the wings are both strong and durable enough to utilize it in melee. Doesn't stack rank bonus with other techniques using the bladed wings.
(Normal attacks: 41 mastery, 41 str | 61 mastery, 61 str)
(Air blades: 51 mastery, 51 str | 71 mastery, 71 str)

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level + A: +3 (Bladed Wing) + CoA: +3 = 12. Large Continent Level

The Royal Shichibukai, Bartholomew Kuma, had answered to Vice Admiral Genji. He had explained why he was in Totto Land - to talk to someone. The answer was dry, almost as if Kuma had to acknowledge the questioning of a Vice Admiral, but he didn't really want to say too much. And so he answered with as little information as possible. And then, he walked off. Certainly, Kuma was a tough man to deal with, and aggression was out of the question as well - for he was incredibly strong. And so, Genji, dissatisfied with the information that he had been given, decided to pursue further.

As Kuma was walking away, Genji caught right up to him, asking him further. Who was it that Kuma had to talk to? The large man came to a stop and looked down at Genji. Once again, those cold, stoic eyes. Little to no personality whatsoever. Kuma spoke.

If you want to come with me, then I will oblige.

Kuma said, taking the glove off of his left hand. On the palm of his hand was an animal paw. Kuma started to bring the paw closer to Genji, as if intending to touch him. How Genji would react to this was anyone's guess, but he was in a tough situation no doubt.

Komugi Island - Genji Nobunaga

Kuma answered Genji's question but was still refusing to reveal his motives. His robotic personality and monotone voice made it impossible to read him. On top of it, he removed his glove and slowly but steadily moved his hand closer to the vice admiral. With Kuma being one of the closer tied Shichibukai, he knew of his powers.

Genji's face itched annoyed. Why was this Shichibukai so tough to work with? Genji grabbed Kumas wrist before Kumas palm could touch him. Kuma's strength as a pacifists was nothing to joke about, but Kuma would find that he was most likely to move his hand any further, as the Fishmans strength was rarely topped. Now he spoke angered, though still calmly with Kuma.

Genji: "Look I'm sure that you have good intentions. But before you try anything funny, tell me what your mission and goal here is! We have a bigger operation going and have no need for unexpected interference!"

Uteki asked what she believed to be an innocuous question. However, based on the tone Custard replied to her with, the question she asked shouldn't have had to be asked. As a result, she cast suspicion on herself. She began an act in an attempt to keep her ruse hidden. She repeatedly bows her head in a frantic fashion and begins apologizing to Custard.

"Right, I'm sorry Miss. I've been terribly distracted as of late. It won't happen again."

She pauses of a moment. It would appear as if she were calming herself down. However, she was looking for what direction she should head towards instead. Once the information was made available to her, she'd move. While it would have been possible to defeat Custard and her subordinates if it came to that, she did not want to deal with the reinforcements that would likely be called. Not to mention she stood to get information that could make her goal easier to achieve this way.

Snack drew his sword and La Spada cackled madly. La Spada recognized the man, though oddly enough, he did not recognize her quite as quickly. However, as Snack continued to observe La Spada, his eyes would continue to widen, and a look of distress would visibly start to crawl onto his face. He was starting to realize. The ghastly aura. The skeletal grin. The cackle. Snack realized it suddenly. La Spada.

A drop of sweat rolled down the side of his face. He now knew who was in front of him. What was in front of him. He had heard of La Spada before - particularly of her exploits in Wano Kuni. Snack entered a more defensive stance. It was clear that his demeanor had changed. Where moments ago, he was a proud warrior getting ready to attack, he was now a mortal man realizing she who was in front of him, was a great danger. He was now on the defensive. With the sword in his right hand, Snack reached for a Den Den Mushi with his left hand.

Suddenly, memories flooded in. Memories of a stain on Snack's legacy. Memories of the Mad Monk Urouge, who had defeated Snack before. Big Mom had lost her confidence in Snack due to that failure. Snack never felt comfortable around his family ever since. Now was the time. Snack had to prove himself. He had to earn back the pride of his mother. He would not fail this time around. He would, without fail, inform Big Mom of what was happening on Potato Island.

La Spada. That is your name.

Snack said, stating that he now knew who she was.

If you are here to see mama, you are a fool. She is a Yonkou. She need not worry herself with the likes of you.

Snack said, buying time. He rang the Den Den Mushi. The next 10 seconds would feel like hours.

More and more cream flooded the street. It was obvious that Opera was a strong fighter - anyone that was not outright out of his league, would have great trouble fighting him. He knew how to overwhelm his opponent, surround him with cream, and bring him down. He knew how to gain the territorial advantage, turning an entire street into a hostile environment for the opponent. An attack could come from any direction, and it would bind, ensnare, and burn. However, none of it mattered, for all of those things were predicated on the fact that his opponent was not out of his league. But in this case, he was. Akira was much stronger and much faster than Opera. Imbuing his strange, bladed wings with black Busou-shoku no Haki, Akira swung his bladed wings, creating a powerful cutting attack that cut down the tentacles of cream that was coming for him.

Then, before Opera could react, Akira blitzed him, swinging his bladed wings once again to strike Opera's legs. Blood erupted and Opera fell to his knees, screaming in pain.

Akira's DPR: 6. City Level + A: +3 + CoA: +3 = 12. Large Continent Level

Opera's Durability: 61-80: 4. City Block Level

DPR 2 or more higher than durability: super effective

Ngh, w-what h-happened?!

Opera shouted in shock, seeing blood mix with the cream. He started to sweat. Sinking both of his hands into the cream in front of him, Opera roared. Suddenly, he took command of all of the cream that was flooding the entire street. The cream stated to swirl and surround Opera, rising up and forming a large tornado that could be seen from multiple streets away. From the tornado of cream, tendrils of cream started to lash out in all directions. Cannonballs of cream were fired from the spinning tornado as well. Between the tendrils and the cannonballs of cream, the entire street started to get destroyed. Akira would be a target of all of these attacks as well. This was Opera's strongest creation. A last ditch effort to deal with this calamity that had hit the Biscuit Island.

Cream End!

No DPR, just burn status to anything hit.

Kallavan, as he was struggling with one of his episodes, was approached by a Supernova known as Capone 'Gang' Bege. When he called out to Kallavan, the man finally snapped out of his inner turmoil. ''What's the deal with this guy'' was along the lines of what Bege thought when he saw Kallavan's behavior. He seemed a bit off, though nothing that Bege could put a finger on precisely. Kallavan spoke, noting that Bege was not one to come into the open unless he wanted something. What was it that Bege wanted? That was perhaps a question that would be the most obvious, but there was an even more obvious question. What in the world were these two doing on Whole Cake Island? That should without a doubt be what the two were wondering. After all, information of the invasion of Totto Land had not reached Whole Cake Island yet. So these two should be unexpected to one another. A Marine. A Supernova. On Whole Cake Island. What were the chances?

But, this peculiar situation also arose other questions, at least on Kallavan's end. Was Bege here in secrecy? Trying to kill Big Mom? Surely he wasn't that stupid - Bege was known to be a careful man. What then? Was he a guest of Big Mom's wedding? That was more likely, though it didn't make too much sense either. Had he joined the Big Mom Pirates? That was a possibility, but if that was the case, this was bad news, for he would leak Kallavan's presence back to Big Mom. Kallavan was a strong man, but he was here for Kaidou, and he would not want Big Mom's interference. Even Kallavan knew he stood no chance if he had to fight both Yonkous simultaneously.

With all of these questions and potential problems, how these two would react to one another remained to be seen. But, for now at least, there were no hostilities.

Offer you something? That's one way of putting it. But that depends. Why are you here? Surely you're not crazy enough to come take Big Mom on alone?

Is there a Marine invasion on the way?

Bege asked with a concerned look on his face, his eyes narrowing.

Uteki, undercover as a normal civilian, was asked to transport ingredients. However, upon asking where to, Uteki had cast suspicion upon herself. How would she not know? It was obvious. The civilians had been doing this all day long now. To the kitchen - of course. Uteki apologized, however, she did not answer Custard's question. Custard had asked her what her name was. Not answering cast further suspicion on Uteki. But, at least apparently, Custard had given Uteki the benefit of the doubt, and dropped the questioning. Custard sighed and spoke, urging Uteki along.

What a weird one you are... first you ask a strange question, then you don't give your name when asked.

Anyway... get going to the kitchen.

Custard said, grabbing more boxes. She was a proud woman, doing her job as well.

Kuma offered to take Genji along. Removing the glove from his hand while holding his bible close to his body with his other hand, Kuma started to move his bare hand toward Genji. Genji would know what was about to happen - Kuma was about to send him flying. Based on Kuma's words, he was taking Genji along with him. But was that really true? Genji was not trusting of the mysterious Shichibukai. Genji grabbed Kuma's arm, preventing him from touching him with the paws. Genji spoke, stating that he was sure Kuma had good intentions. But, he also needed to know what Kuma's plan was, so that it would not cause any unwanted repercussions. Kuma and Genji glared at one another for a few moments, before suddenly, Kuma did the unexpected.

The bare palm that was facing toward Genji, suddenly repelled air in the form of a paw. A Pad Ho was fired toward Genji at point blank range. The power behind the shockwave was not too great, but it was enough to pack a good punch and send Genji reeling backward. Kuma had attacked Genji - though the attack was simply meant to separate and distance the two from one another.

It was becoming clear that Kuma would not share the nature of his mission.

I have to go. Stand down, Vice Admiral Genji Nobunaga.

Kuma said. Was his mission truly that serious? Was Genji interfering with a secret mission - perhaps one given to Kuma by Genji's own higherups? Those thoughts should, without a doubt, cross Genji's mind.

Sasaki sat across from Big Mom. One of the most unpredictable, powerful and dangerous pirates was in front of him, and yet, she was now completely distracted and one could say disarmed. By food. Truly a fickle personality that she had, one could not know what to expect with her. Sasaki did not remove his Marine coat as one might have expected of him - he was not here to hide. Sasaki was here to talk, and what he was going to talk about, was important. From his perspective, there was no time for games. A ''certain pirate''. Big Mom's interest was piqued. Why had a Marine come to talk to a Yonkou, about another pirate? It certainly made no sense. And so Big Mom made the one assumption that did make sense. This certain pirate had to be a guest at the wedding? After all, that was the only reason why this pirate would be brought up in conversation with Big Mom, on such an important wedding day.

But, she was wrong. This certain pirate was no guest to the wedding. The pirate was here, in Totto Land - but not as a guest, that much was certain. Sasaki, at this moment in time, did not have food nor drink in hand. He knew that what he was about to say, would likely enrage the Yonkou in front of him. And so Sasaki was ready.

The pirate that I speak of is not one of your guests, Big Mom.

I am here to talk to you because this pirate... will end your life today.

A shocking revelation. The only pirate in Totto Land that could even attempt to defeat one such as Big Mom, was Kaidou himself. But they had formed an alliance. And so, how would Big Mom react to Sasaki's enraging and bold proclamation? And why was he even here to tell her this? Did Sasaki have reason to believe that Kaidou would betray her? Or was this a bold attempt to make Big Mom doubt the alliance?

Or... was there something completely different?

The ground rules had been established. One-armed. Mocking and derision was the aura that accompanied The Queen as she slowly approached. Snack had finally realized who was in front of him. The one who dared to challenge Yonko Charlotte LinLin in Wano. The one who swore the Underworld would have her soul. The one who bred hate of an Unsundered. The captain of the Spada Pirates, La Spada.

Snack swore to regain his family’s trust and honor. He stood against Death. However, it was not lost on La Spada when the man pulled out a den den mushi - haki of observation. As Snack spoke, a mist echuded from La Spada, and that infamous grin was slain.

Suddenly, La Spada was gone.

A mist passed by Snack, and the cold of the Underworld followed. Suddenly, a low chuckle echoed behind Snack. The Grim had passed by him on an iai, without attacking, showing the real difference between the two. Snack would feel something missing. When he turned, he’d find La Spads held the den den mushi.

A ca-cha echoed. La Spada spoke into the den den mushi as devilish and as sarcastic as ever.

[La Spada] “Isis “La Spada” speaking. Put tha’ old hag, Big Mom, on tha’ line…. I wish to congratulate her on tha’ wedding. Kuhahahaha!”
[La Spada] “NOWWW!”
With that last demand, a burst of King’s haki was released. Snack would feel his spirit temper. He would hold, but the message was clear: she was a Queen. The haki was so thick, it would be conveyed through the den den mushi, not to overpower, but to lace the demand with conviction.

The line was patched through to Whole Cake castle. In the highest room, in the highest tower, a den den mushi rang.

A meeting of ulterior motives. Both Bege and Kallavan were here for reasons, but would most likely not reveal their full hand towards one another. Kallavan asked a question, wondering why the man had approached him here. But the bigger question the Admiral should've asked: why was the supernova here? It wasn't a well known fact that the terror of the west had aligned himself with Big Mom. Or rather it wasn't a fact yet only hearsay for the few who dwelled within gossip. Kallvan was not such a person. And as such, this sudden arrival came as quite the surprise for the Admiral. The Capone would dance around Kallavan's question, countering his own probe at information with that of his own. The Admiral would narrow his eyes and turned, presenting his entire body towards the Supernova.

"I'm not here for that old hag. But to settle a score that was left unpaid back at Wano." Kallavan said answering a bit vague and open ended. Bege was not at Wano personally, or at least Kallavan never saw him there. With that, he would not know for certain who the Admiral was referring to. Kaido, naturally, was a solid choice. But just like the man had said. Surely Kallavan wasn't crazy enough to tackle a Yonko on his own? In reality, Kallavan was indeed that crazy. But that wasn't for Bege to know. For now a suspicion of that was enough. Unbeknownst to Bege perhaps, but Spada had also docked the lands of Whole Cake Island. And while Kallavan couldn't detect her with his mantra, he had felt her wickedness in the deepest parts of his soul. He knew she was here. He felt it within his very being. She would be the red herring towards his actual goal.

"Unfortunately, she's also here. And I am on my own. The pirate festival was of bigger concern for the higher ups." Kallavan would say with a lie, half lie and a solid truth. The Admiral's words sounded true, but it wouldn't take a smart man to deduce that the marine was withholding something. It was up to Bege to deduce which was which, and what he'd decide to accept as a truth and what not.

"Now then. Why is the terror of the west here, of all places? Trying to expand your famiglia? It's obvious you want something. Otherwise, you wouldn't have come on your own." Kallavan would say with returning the man's own question against him. Jesting at the fact that the man was perhaps trying to expand his family's influence into Yonko territory. Not the most terrible of guesses but it may just be right on the money unexpectedly. It was more rhetorical than anything, for Kallavan would quickly go on to his main question. Why was the man here? Kallavan's awareness didn't detect anything within an 80-meter radius around him. So Bege was clearly alone here. If he was sent here to capture the Admiral, surely he'd have backup. Kallavan spoke, unaware of the man's abilities.

He was in fact carrying backup. Only not in plain sight.

The man was quickly maimed, with no longer possessing legs to do his bidding. Legless, the man screamed in pain and agony – blood quickly filling the ground around him. With this much bleeding, death to blood loss is seemly almost certain. But he still possessed a way to survive, for as long as the boy doesn’t kill him immediately. Yet despite the overwhelming power, Opera continues to defend, conjuring a tornado around them, using the entirety of the cream he had produce to whipped it up. The tornado would encircle them, before globs of cream would be launched at all sides, most notably towards the boy. But Akira did not seem unfazed, having seen what the attack could do, the burns are quite painful but for the most part he has been badly burned before thus the pain are nothing but familiar. Acclimation of pain it seems. The boy would suddenly swing his bladed wings around haphazardly, air blades would be generated all around the boy, destroying not just the globs of cream but also the tornado. Allowing the boy to safely dismantle Opera’s attack quickly.

“Call Big Mom. Otherwise you'll die.”

The boy demanded Opera to do so. He did not walk closer, but the boy would proclaim Opera to do so. He wanted the man to call for help, specifically he wanted Big Mom to be called. Reasons? It is not known, but the Spada Pirates has a plan, or rather has intentions for doing so. Akira wanted the Yonko to listen to the cries for help, and Opera would be the first of the many. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. How would Opera react? Defiance or compliance?

After Kuma wasn't stating his mission towards the vice-admiral and extended his arm. Genji had catched the shichibukais wirst with his own hand, knowing what would happen if he was to be touched. He demanded from Kuma to state his mission once again. Kumas and Genjis glare met for a brief moment, with Kuma remaining silent while doing so. Then Kuma attacked. He repelled air with his palm, creating a powerfull, linear shockwave that would shoot Genji backwards for a good distance, seperating the two. While Kuma was able to tank it without taking too serious damage, thanks to his immense physique. However having recieved the attack from point blank had the vice-admiral quite shaken.

Durability 101: 6. City Level Defense - 5. Town Level Offense = Minor Damage

Genji: "You damned Shichibukai! Do that again and I will rip your arms out!" - Said Genji angrily with an twitching eye. His fist was clenched and sparked with electrcity

Genji: "Do whatever you must. Next time I see you attacking an officer for asking a very simple question, I will end you."

Then Genji turned and walked towards the city on Komugi island. He wouldn't let a damn machine let himself astray from his original mission. Though if Kuma was to attack or interfere again, Genji put his mind on disembling the Shichibukai.

While still angered, he casually walked into the main road of the city. His flying marine cape was giving away his affiliation, which would probably alert some of the Big Moms Pirate's grunts to his presence.

Uteki did not waste a second and quickly left for the kitchen after Custard spoke. She managed to avoid giving her name too as a bonus. As she traveled to the kitchen she wondered how to best sabotage this in order to retain her cover but delay the wedding. She thought of something. Once at the kitchen, she looks around at all of the busy people rushing to make this wedding a reality. Despite knowing that most of them are simply doing what Big Mom and her family are asking of them, likely out of fear too, she proceeds with her plan. Using her Devil Fruit abilities, she controls one of the busy workers and has them destroy the supplies being brought in. Including the boxes Uteki herself was carrying. The chaos would no doubt cause Custard's suspicions to rise. It was a risk Uteki was willing to take if it meant delaying or even stopping the wedding altogether.

Meeting Big Mom #3
@kakashi19283

Whole Cake Palace
The would-be infamous tea party between Vice-Admiral Sasaki and Yonko Big Mom began with sweets, cakes, and food galore. The two conversed nonchalantly, almost too comfortable given who they were and represented. One of the most powerful pirates quelled…. by food. Big Mom was so distracted, her killing intent was replaced by hunger entirely.

Until the Vice-Admiral alleged her end.

The Great Yonko stopped mid chew. She gulped softly, before she turned those humongous beady eyes towards Sasaki. Big Mom slobbered, whether it was because of desire to eat Sasaki or the food, who could know. Prometheus and Zeus looked at each other, nervous.

[Big Mom] “Mamamamama! A pirate? End my life? Mahahahaha! My dear sweet boy, go ask your Marine superiors how long I have ruled the seas! There is not a single soul who can match this alliance!”
[Big Mom] “I will create a world where all races live together!”

With those words, Big Mom laid to rest whether she completely lost it - she acknowledged who Sasaki was. This was the confidence of a Yonko, of a pirate who ruled the seas. Such confidence was ushered with those words. Words of proclamation of becoming the Pirate King. Certainly, if this wedding occurred, it would be in Kaido and Big Mom’s grasp. Big Mom did not suspect Kaido - he owed her too much.

Big Mom went back to eating. No sign of hostility. It certainly seems she had gauged Sasaki an esteemed guests, overriding her bloodlust. An odd woman. In the background, the Bloody Party was sung by homies, almost an orchestra of their legendary conversation.

[Big Mom] “Go ahead, my dear guest. Liven the tea party with a joke. Tell me. Who is this pirate?”

Meanwhile, Zeus slowly floated to the window. The cloud had placed himself behind Sasaki, slowly approaching. Comically, the cloud took a sniff of Sasaki, almost of an aroma.

Snack, holding a sword in one hand and a Den Den Mushi in another, had a clear plan. Hold out, and get someone on the line. He had to convey the message - the La Spada Pirates were ashore Totto Land. Were he to fail to deliver this message, he would without a doubt be cast aside. Big Mom only tolerated one failure. However, faster than Snack could react, his plan was taken away from him. The moment the Den Den Mushi started to ring, La Spada disappeared from slight. A cold mist of the underworld blew past Snack, and La Spada appeared behind him. The Den Den Mushi was no longer in Snack's hand - it was now with La Spada. Snack's eyes widened in disbelief. It had been taken right from the palm of his hand. He was outmatched. With eyes wide, Snack did not even turn. He merely listened to the Den Den Mushi ring behind him. La Spada glared at the Den Den Mushi, demanding that it connected the line. And then, it clicked. The line was picked up.

What is it, Snack?

A man on the other side said. Snack turned around, shouting.

N-Niisama! The Spada Pirates! Inform mama!

Snack said, the man on the other side surprised by Snack's words.

What is going on, Snack? Speak clearly!

The man on the other side said. By Snack's own words, the man on the other side was an older brother of his - and thereby, a son of Big Mom.

The Spada Pirates are on my island!

Snack said. By the Den Den Mushi's facial expression, the man on the other end of the line was clearly taken aback. With a glaring look on his face, the older brother demanded La Spada.

Oi, are you here, La Spada? Answer me!

The man said, demanding to speak to La Spada.

Delimbed, Opera screamed in pain, but the adrenaline rushing through his body pushed him into a last ditch effort. Sinking his hands into the cream that was all around, Opera summoned all of it around him and shaped it into a spinning tornado of cream. The tornado of cream started to lash out, blobs of the cream flying all about, with tentacles grabbing and hitting things in the vicinity of the tornado. However, Akira would, for the last time, display that he was in a different league from Opera. Swinging his bladed wings multiple times, Akira unleashed a barrage of flying slashes, which not only cut up the blobs and tentacles of cream that were flying all about, but cut up the tornado as well. Blood erupted as Opera came crashing back down to the ground. Coughing up blood, Opera, laying in a pool of white cream mixed with his red blood, struggled to get back up.

Akira demanded that he called Big Mom. Opera, glaring, reached into his pocket, taking out a Den Den Mushi. The Den Den Mushi started to sound, and Opera was making a call.

The next few seconds of Opera's life were long. The ringing continued, but no one picked up. He stared at the Den Den Mushi, hoping to see a change in the facial expression of the small snail. But, it never came. The ringing stopped, and the snail closed its eyes. Opera, wincing in pain, elevated into a sitting position. Looking at the man in front of him, Opera spoke.

End it...

But, remember these words. If you ever meet mama... she will rip you to shreds. No one messes with our family.

Opera proclaimed. In a sitting position, he awaited death.

Capone Bege questioned Kallavan and what was going on. Was there a Marine invasion in Totto Land? That would be a bold move, even by the World Government. However, based on Kallavan's words, that was not the case. The Vice Admiral was supposedly here on his own, and he was here to settle a score. A score that was left unsettled in Wano Kuni. Bege's eyes widened in surprise, though he couldn't know what exactly Kallavan was saying. Kallavan then questioned Bege, asking him why he had come to confront him. What did Bege want? With the questioning now being done by Kallavan, a drop of sweat rolled down the side of Bege's face. Smoke rolled out of his mouth from the cigar he was smoking. He took a few moments to answer, as if minding his words. This was not the time to say the wrong thing. Before long, Bege answered, giving Kallavan the information that he sought.

I'm here to try to get rid of Big Mom.

Bege said, shockingly. This was without a doubt an answer that Kallavan wouldn't have seen coming. Why would a Supernova aim to challenge a Yonkou? They were clearly in different leagues. Indeed, Bege was known to the World Government as a man of conquest and a man who aimed high - but this was too high, even for him. He was also known as a careful man, and an attempt to take on Big Mom was not careful planning at all. So what was really behind this? If Kallavan wanted to push the conversation further, he could. But for now, Bege had a question of his own.

I... have a proposal.

Bege said, exhaling smoke. The tension could be cut with a knife. One could feel it in the air.

I will help you with your goal. If you help with mine. I have a ticket into Big Mom's castle...

Bege said. An interesting proposal. Bege did not know that Kallavan was after Kaidou specifically, but going to Big Mom's castle would be a reasonable step in the right direction for Kallavan regardless. After all, there was a good chance that Kaidou would be there anyway. What would Kallavn do?

Custard hurried Uteki along, telling her to get going to the main kitchen. Uteki, likely panicked from the dicey interaction, got going quickly. However, in her hurry, with no information gathered whatsoever, she chose the direction exact opposite of going to the kitchen. Despite the fact that everyone on this island would absolutely know where the main kitchen was, especially on a day like today when everyone was involved helping, Uteki clearly had no idea. With all of the suspicious behavior thus far, this was the last straw for Custard. As soon as Uteki got going, Custard reached for her sword, unsheathing it. Swinging the sword, Custard unleashed a flying slash toward Uteki's back. The flying slash was quick and strong, though nothing Uteki would be incapable of dealing with under normal circumstances. However, under these circumstances, things were unpredictable.

Uteki was clearly in a somewhat panicked state after having been called out by Custard, and questioned. Now, she turned her back and hurried along. She might, just might, be cut down.

As for Custard, she did not wait to see the success of her attack. As the flying slash was flying through the air, Custard already took her left hand off of the hilt of her sword, and reached into her pocket. She had to inform one of her older brothers or sisters that there was something suspicious going on.

The air paw blasted Genji away, putting some distance between the Vice Admiral and the enigmatic Shichibukai. As one could have expected, Kuma's actions enraged the navy officer, causing him to grit his teeth, clench his fists and crackle his knuckles with lightning. Genji was immediately on guard, and enraged by the Shichibukai.

The navy officer vowed that the next time Kuma tried something like this, he would end him. Kuma's eyes flickered red for a moment, as if mechanic in nature, but he did not react in any way. Kuma was not one to get rattled by threats. The navy officer did not continue to escalate the situation, and instead retreated. Turning around, Genji started to walk away.

It was in that moment that Kuma's eyes flickered red again. When Genji turned his back, Kuma suddenly appeared right behind him.

With a swipe of his palm, Kuma attempted to touch Genji. Between Kuma's speed, which was as quick as teleportation, and the fact that Genji had turned his back, there was a good chance that Kuma's swipe would connect. And if it did, Genji would disappear in an instant.

If Genji somehow avoided, Kuma's second attempt at what looked like an attack, would without a doubt be registered as aggression by the navy officer. Whether a fight occurred between he two at that point, was anyone's guess, though the probability was highly likely. If Genji failed to avoid, however, he would find himself high up above Totto Land in an instant. He would be inside a paw shaped bubble, flying at high speeds. No damage was taken by Genji. That would make Kuma's actions even more enigmatic, for Genji would have realized that Kuma had never tried to actually attack him with intent to harm.

Meeting Big Mom #3
@kakashi19283

The conversation between Big Mom and Sasaki continued. Sasaki came to Whole Cake Island to speak to the Yonkou about a pirate. Big Mom, rightly so, assumed it was about one of her guests. However, Sasaki's next words changed the notion and the tone of the conversation immediately. He claimed this pirate would end Big Mom's life on this day.

Needless to say, Big Mom immediately started to laugh, her big beady eyes glaring at Sasaki. Big Mom disregarded the notion that she could be killed, urging the Vice Admiral to ask his superiors how long she had ruled the seas. At that point, Sasaki was eyeing some sake, though it was too far down the table for him to reach. He reached for it with the scabbard of his sword. Hooking the scabbard into the handle of the gourd, Sasaki leaned the scabbard backward and the gourd slid down the length of the scabbard, coming to a stop when it hit the tsuba. Looking at the sake, Sasaki heard Big Mom urge him to liven the tea party up with a joke. She wanted to know who this pirate that would end her life, was.

Can't tell ya...

Sasaki said. His tone was not sarcastic or anything. He was not messing with Big Mom. By the look on his face, he really couldn't tell her.

But... I'm telling you to cancel this wedding. Don't let your guard down, Big Mom. Your death... will unleash havoc around the world.

Sasaki said, continuing with the notion that Big Mom would be killed by this mysterious pirate. It was a tough position for Sasaki. He knew that his inability to share the details would enrage Big Mom, and he knew that his continued notion that Big Mom could possibly fall, would infuriate her. She could snap any moment now, but such was the life of a messenger. Sasaki was ready.

Komugi Island - Genji Nobunaga #5

Genji had turned his back on Kuma and was walking towards the city of Komugi Island. Suddenly Kuma appeared behind him and wanted to paw strike Genji again. Genjis Mantra did not alert him to the attempt, as aparently on harming intent was behind the action. Reacting only on his reflex, all Genji managed to do was to coat his body in araments haki, which did not affect the repelling abilitie of the paw fruit one bit. Thus Genji found himself in a paw shaped bubble above Totto Land, able to see all of its islands. Genji's body boiled with rage. He hated being unable to control a situation and even more he hated being Kuma's playball. Though for now he realized he was within Kuma's mercy. All Genji could do was hoping for Kuma's intentions to be good, although the Shichibukai didn't express it.

Tension was rising between these two men. Even Bege could feel it, the overwhelming pressure of the admiral before him. It was as if he had a knife against his throat. One misstep and that'd be it, his life's work, his dreams and goals. All down the drain. Sweat would drop from the man's forehead before finally voicing his reasons for being here. Big Mom was this supernova's goal. Impressive. Kallavan thought to himself. This man had some aspirations after all.

"I'm listening." Kallavan would say, short and straight to the point.

For now, the supernova had the Admiral's attention.

Bege would go on to explain his proposal. Quid pro quo. He helps the supernova, and in turn the supernova gives him access to Big Mom's castle. It was a solid lead. Someone within that castle had to know where Kaido was locked up. It was better than wandering around aimlessly. Very well. Kallavan thought to himself. But he had to set up a ground rule to this supernova. He was walking on thin ice after all. Kallavan wasn't a kind of man who responded kindly to betrayal.

And he had to show that to this supernova.

"I applaud your grit. Capone."

Kallavan would say as he started to move. Walking over to the supernova casually, one step at a time. The tension around these two would reach its boiling point and the pressure this mafia boss was under, would be something he wished to not experience ever again. His body would scream to run away, but his experience would contradict this primal fear. One misstep and Kallavan would catch him. And to stress it. Kallavan wasn't using anything, no killing intent, no haki. It was pure presence and lingering aura. Eventually, the Admiral would stand a meter or so in front of the supernova, presenting his intimidation in full. Kallavan with his 3-meter height dwarfed the supernova who stood at a 166cm. It was here that Kallavan would look down upon the man, both literally and figuratively.

"Very well, Terror of the west. What do you have in mind for me to do?" Kallavan would say, accepting the Capone's terms.
"Oh and in case there was any doubt."

"I do not respond kindly to betrayal."

Forced by Akira to make a call, Opera would find his call either too unimportant or that Akira realized that he is wrong, the man before him wasn’t as important of a person as he thought to be. Seconds went by, the den den mushi would only quietly ring – silence accompanied the most terrifying part of his life. Yet no call would go through. It didn’t take any time for both to know of the result. Opera has no one coming for him. Not that he would live through it. A mistake was made, minor mistake but he would have to be sure the next person he hunts would be important enough for that call to go through. This means that Opera has lost his usefulness and value. Opera would struggle, wiggle about to a better position, before he would speak, asking Akira to end him.

“End it...

But, remember these words. If you ---”

However, before Opera would finish his sentence, the boy swung his bladed wings at such an incredible speed, coated his wing in black Haki that the boy would decapitate the head of Opera without warning. His speed of movement fast enough to likely took Opera by surprise, that perhaps his death isn’t immediate until he realizes the situation that it occurred in a split second. Blood would likely splatter around the boy, covering the raid suit and parts of his wings with some blood, the boy wasn’t sure if the man is a Logia or not for he did not really attacked Opera without Haki, but to be safe the boy chooses to do so. For Akira, the boy would only have to find someone more important than Opera. Dragging the heavy body of the Opera, leaving the head behind – a trail of blood would follow at the back of Akira, given that the man attempted to call Big Mom, it wouldn’t be long before another finds his body being dragged around by the Spada Pirate and attempt to get someone stronger to deal with the boy, after all this should an immediate alarm for the Big Mom Pirates.

The boy would continue his journey towards the centre of the island, aiming to find more Big Mom Pirates to hunt. His eyes cautiously looked around his surroundings. The burn from the cream has mostly subsided, though some damage has been dealt onto the boy, the assassin is far from being in any sort of trouble at the moment.

The den den mushi was taken in a warp. Before Snack could realize, The Grim Reaper had passed him and snatched the den den mushi. He was unharmed. Yet, the message was clear: La Spada could have taken his head just now. Instead, the woman played Snack’s mind, leaving in the back of his head whom he stood in front of.

The line connected. A voice demanded La Spada.

[La Spada] “Yes, mah’ dear. I’m here. Please tell the old hag I brought a present for tha’ wedding. Would you be a dear and tell me where it is?”
[La Spada] “Kuhahahahahaha!”
La Spada spoke sarcastically, her chuckle malevolent. Her tone was clear: her present was a threat. The Grim’s sarcasm and mind games were one and only with her mind. Almost a sick enjoyment of the approach.

The Grim chuckled, looking Snack up and down, licking her lips.

The two would enjoy tea, as odd as it was, little by little, it would start to become clear that Big Mom was of relatively sound mind. However, she valued tea parties above all. She would not ruin them for nigh any circumstances, even a Marine with attitude. Who was this pirate he spoke of?

The Humandrill took the tea and did not say who Was this pirate. However, he did ask to cancel the wedding. This triggered an immediate reaction.

[Big Mom] “Uhhhhhh? Cancel the wedding?! CANCEL IT?!?!?!”

Big Mom had stood up, the table jerked towards Sasaki, likely spilling some food. Her eyes grew red, a shadow came over her face, and she puffed. Suddenly, the last tea course came in. Comically, those red eyes followed the tea, before she grabbed more food, stuffed it in her mouth, and sat back down.

The Queen of the seas laughed, speaking through munching.

[Big Mom] “Nom. Nom. Nom. Nom. The wedding continues!”
It was an awkward silence. Big Mom had picked up the pace in eating. Now, almost all the food and tea was gone - she swallowed them. The tea party was not to be disturbed, but it was almost over. This messenger had better do something quick. Big Mom, with nay a hint of malice, gave an honest claim next.

Big Mom spoke over mouthfuls.
[Big Mom] “Let’s finish up this grand tea party so I can kill you already.”
Suddenly, Prometheus and Zeus turned into flames and thundercloud, ready. Yet, Big Mom kept eating. The messenger had but moments. What would be his last message?

Slightly more successful so far than her right hand man Akira, La Spada had managed to get an important person on the call. La Spada wouldn't know it, but the one that she was speaking to was the eldest son of Big Mom, and her eldest child period - Charlotte Persospero, also Totto Land's Minister of Candy. Perospero demanded La Spada on the call, and she obliged. La Spada spoke, telling Perospero to let Big Mom know that she had a present for her, and asking where the wedding would be. Perospero knew immediately that this was no normal present, and that La Spada was undoubtedly here for no good intent. Based on the Den Den Mushi's facial expression, Perospero, on the other end of the line, grimaced, aware of how serious this situation was. Now that an older son of Big Mom's was finally aware of the trespassers in Totto Land, things would quickly unravel. Simultaneously to the call, information came in from the territorial slugs, informing Perospero of other trespassers, such as Uteki's boat.

Annoyed, Perospero let out an audible annoyance.

What the hell do you mean there's other trespassers?! It's the wedding day, if mama finds out about this we're all screwed!

Perospero shouted, loud enough and close enough to the Den Den Mushi, for both La Spada and Snack to hear. Perospero wouldn't even know about the Marines, for they had approached by air and avoided the territorial slugs. But, Big Mom was already aware of the presence of at least one of them - Sasaki.

Confronted with a problem, Perospero had to act.

Listen up, La Spada! I don't know what you have planned, but I urge you to turn around and leave Totto Land right now. If not...

You will face the full force of our family.

Oi, Snack! You better hold her there until we come. Got that?!

Perospero said, before hanging up. La Spada was in the land of Big Mom. She would not make ultimatums here. Perospero did not negotiate. After all, he was part of a Yonkou crew. It was time to show power. Soon, the Big Mom Pirates would mobilize. Would Snack hold out long enough?

(Biscuit Island) @Sea

As more and more information started to come out, things were quickly starting to unravel in Totto Land. La Spada had managed to get Big Mom's eldest son, Perospero, on the phone. The information from the territorial slugs finally reached Perospero as well, informing him officially not only of the arrival of the La Spada Pirates, but also another smaller boat, belonging to Uteki. The Marines who approached by air, and the one who approached by sea but managed to avoid the territorial slugs thanks to being a Fishman, were not picked up on by the territorial slugs - but Big Mom herself was already aware of the problem. After all, she was having a contentious tea time with Navy Vice Admiral Sasaki at this very moment. And now, Akira was about to kill one of Big Mom's sons. Opera's call to Perospero went unanswered, due to the fact that Perospero was on the line with Akira's own Captain, La Spada. This spelled death for Opera. Elevating into a sitting position, Opera looked Akira dead in the eye, and asked to get it over with.

The man did not grovel. He did not fear death. But before he could dish out a warning to Akira, Akira swung his bladed wing, decapitating Opera.

The head of Big Mom's son went flying through the air, hitting the street and rolling a few feet further. A gruesome scene. The civilians had already cleared out, having run away prior to and during Opera's and Akira's fight. Grabbing the dead body of Opera, Akira started to walk, dragging the lifeless corpse along the streets of Biscuit Island, creating a blood trail. As Akira walked, civilians looked on from inside their houses in absolute horror. For something like this to be happening in Totto Land was impossible to believe. After all, it was Big Mom's territory. No one would ever dare do something like this here, in Totto Land, to one of Big Mom's very own children. Akira would continue to terrify the streets of Biscuit Island like this for multiple minutes.

However, by then, information had gone out far enough. Akira would be in for a real fight now. Suddenly, as Akira walked, the street started to rumble. Running up the street straight toward Akira was a large man. A brutish looking warrior standing about four times bigger than Akira, with a prominent nose, a large pointed beard, disproportionately thin limbs, and a prominent scar on the right side of his face. The large warrior was fitted with a vest made of crackers, a Spartan style warrior's helmet, and horns protruding out of the side of his head. The civilians saw the large warrior's charge, and the whispers started to be heard coming from the windows of the houses.

It's Cracker-sama...!

Cracker-sama!

Hooray we're saved!

Cracker-sama! Finally, someone to put an end to this!

So the whispers went as the brutish looking warrior charged through the streets, coming to a stop a distance away from Akira. With an enraged look on his face, seeing the dead body of Opera, the man spoke with absolute fury in his voice.

You...! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO DID THIS TO MY BROTHER?! LITTLE MAN, YOU WILL PAY WITH YOUR LIFE!

A dicey interaction multiple layers deep, Capone Bege and Navy Vice Admiral Kallavan were right to be on edge. However, Kallavan had one thing going for him, and that was the fact that he was stronger than Bege in a fight. As such, when Bege proposed to work together for the moment, he banked on the fact that he had something that Kallavan wanted. But, Kallavan answered right back, using intimidation and raw power of presence. He made it clear - he would not tolerate betrayal.

Capone Bege, glaring, nodded, exhaling more smoke. He had no choice but to reiterate that he had no reason to betray Kallavan.

Marines hunt pirates, not the other way around. I am after Big Mom, not after you. You can count on me.

Bege said. But now, it was time for him to deliver on his claims. He had said that he had a ticket into Big Mom's castle. How? Was he one of Big Mom's wedding guests? And if he was, how would that help Kallavan get into the castle? Kallavan himself was not a guest. Nor would a simple disguise work. The people guarding an important event like one of Big Mom's family weddings, would certainly not be fooled by something as simple as a disguise. And so, Bege would elaborate. And he would do so by displaying his power. Suddenly, multiple castle gates would open on various parts of his body. One castle gate would open on his right shoulder. Three would open on various parts of his abdomen. And one would even open on his left eye. Some of those castle gates had cannons stationed at them. From others, men would jump out. A total of ten. As soon as they jumped out of the castle gates and left Bege's body, they reverted back to their normal sizes. Full sized humans just came out of Bege, landing on he ground next to him and around him. Bege explained.

I am an eater of the Shiro Shiro no Mi. My body is a castle that can house people, and weapons. Many of them.

Bege said, exhaling more smoke.

I've infiltrated the Big Mom Pirates a while back and have been with them ever since. Now, I've been put in charge of safeguarding the wedding.

Despite that, they won't allow me to just bring you in. You're a Navy Vice Admiral after all. But, I can carry you in there in my castle. Once the time is right, you can strike. And I will use that chance to take down Big Mom.

That's your ticket into her castle. So, what do you say?

Capone Bege said, proposing his idea. Undoubtedly, it made sense. One of the very few ways for Kallavan to get in there.

Utilizing absolutely astonishing speed, and capitalizing on the fact that Genji had turned his back, Kuma teleported right behind him, swiping with his hand. Genji, noticing the shadow that towered over him from behind, managed to turn around, and even defended himself using black Busou-shoku no Haki. Impeccable reaction time and good mastery of Busou-shoku no Haki allowed for such a defensive attempt. However, Kuma was not attacking. And as such, defense played no role.

The moment Kuma's paw touched Genji, he disappeared from the spot. Moments later, when Genji opened his eyes, he would find himself inside a paw shaped bubble, flying at extreme speeds high up in the air. The whole of Big Mom's vast territory, Totto Land, spanned out beneath him. However, Genji had no power in the situation. He could not break out of the paw shaped bubble, nor could he choose where he would crashland. In fact, Kuma had little role in the outcome of Genji's travel as well. It was all up to fate now.

Due to the sheer height at which Genji was travelling, he would not be able to see many details below. But, some of the bigger things were in view. Big Mom's main castle, enormous in size. Sasaki's flying warship, Mika, resting in place above the clouds of Whole Cake Island. The last thing that Genji would notice, would be a ship headed for Totto Land. Coincidentally, Genji would come to realize that that was where he was heading. The paw shaped bubble would suddenly take a downturn and started heading for the ship with great speed. With absolutely astonishing velocity, the paw shaped bubble, never decelerating, would come crashing down. Genji could brace himself for the inevitable impact that he had no control over, but luckily, the paw shaped bubble seemed to provide insulation, and the landing would not be rough at all. Furthermore, Genji would miss the ship.

From the perspective of the men and women on the ship, a powerful explosion would suddenly erupt in the water just a few meters away from their ship. The explosion left a paw shaped imprint in the surface of the water for a few moments, before water did what it does, and rushed back in, evening the surface. Genji had crashlanded into the sea. Luckily, that was where he felt most at home.

Aboard the ship, a pirate flag flowed. Looking overboard was a muscular man with blond hair and a strange blue mask covering his face.

What the hell was that?! Are we under attack already?!
