Its essentially a 2x multiplier on a substat. I think its a fair amount of exp for something so strong.

People who don't spend stats on CoO are foolish imo. Just look how well weak characters like Satori did against Straw Hats just because they had minor CoO. Being able to predict things or have the ability to see hidden enemies is a big power bonus imo.

We can talk about the substat boost restriction though.

Well in RP it's kinda different since future sight is not equally useful as it's in manga or normal CoO for the matter

I was suggesting not to reduce the amount but rather remove the restrictions of haki +20 boost for those who buy it then it will look more worth it spend exp

its bascially the same as the manga; seeing their movements before they have moved

With observation you can see exactly the intents of everyone around. With the perk, you will be able to know anything about a character.
