Most people say, too but couldn't tell on my end knowing I haven't tried Bleach and Naruto.

You can make an educated guess that OnePiece is the best setting, not even biased

I tried MHA and FE RPs and FE was really good story/progression but OP has it beat with character diversity. MHA was kinda eh (at least the one I was in).
