Do an island to increase your salary. It's all about income. Once your income is high, you can buy loads of EXP very quickly.

That's why In the beginning, it's all about doing those 2-3 islands to get to a bill weekly, and then save up for Small Emperor and Emperor, to get up to 2-3 bill weekly. Then everything opens up quickly.

Provided Ziosa is fine with it, since you'd be coming over from WURP, you'd start at 80, which would make you a Vice Admiral yes.

As for the Nikyu, not sure if that's still claimable after more than a year from the merger. It'd make more sense for you to go get it IC.
