I already have arranged my likely stats, but kind of confused, i wanna be like Garp in Revo Army, pure raw strength with great martial arts, with great Haki in the future. Is it possible ?

Please post your stats here so we can check if there's a need to amend.. U start at lvl 25 and as a human, you have a race boost of 2,2,2,3 in strength, vitality, speed, martial arts then Multiply to 2.. The reason it's multiplied to 2 is because. For every 10th lvl,the race boosts increments

Strength: 25+4=29
Speed: 25+4=29
29x2=58
-Reaction: 29
-Movement: 29
Vitality: 30+5=35
35x2=70
-Durability: 35
-Stamina: 35
Martial Arts: 45+5=50
50x2=100
-Martial Arts (i dont know yet): 100

substats and main stats cant be above 45 at your level due to stat cap (20 above level until level 40), also your racial stats look a bit wrong too

so i should choose 2 substats in martial arts ?
and this is how i put my racial stats : +4, +4, +5(from +4), +5(from +6), i thought i can put my +3 anywhere based on this :
"Human
+2 Vitality
+2 Speed
+2 Strength
+3 That can be put anywhere(Depending on what special feature you have chosen, if any, 2 of them may need to be assigned a specific stat. The specific stat is listed next to the special feature.) "
