Yes it's A rank bullet.

No. You don't need to have 61 to harden your bullet. It's 41-60 based on the revised Haki rules.

But you need 61 haki to get +2 from it.

21 Gunslinging Mastery: Two firearms at once. Unlimited D-rank bullets. Double magazine size.
61 Gunslinging Mastery: May carry as many firearms as desired. Double magazine size again. Semi automatic rifle.

Does that mean 4 times magazine size?

1) If i have 2 NPC factions fighting each other, should i post 2 posts or post both in single one?

2) can i host as both factions or the person rping should control the faction they are with?

anyone?

i really need help.

I believe you can ask the one you are hosting for. Some might ask to control them. Others don’t care. Imo you should probably control them.

[Ziosa]

Can I use Boundman's Attacks with Tankman ?

i want to say no as they are quite different, but technically there isnt anything stopping tankman from doing most of those attacks so maybe?

[FELI D AEROM]

Can a bounty hunter control an island?
No need for weekly income just control an island like crocodile did

If they could, they would just be capturing it for the WG and not themselves. Pretty sure they can't

Since when Crocodile was a BH ?

Baroque Works had a lot of Bounty Hunters as part of it

[FELI D AEROM]

Since when Crocodile was a BH ?

Baroque Works was a bounty hunter organization

[Magimasterkarp]

I think Bounty hunters should be allowed to have a home base like pirate crews.
