I think Bounty hunters should be allowed to have a home base like pirate crews.

unless they use a territory they have taken over, a crew needs to buy one of the title items; BH can do the same thing

Pirate Territories
Each pirate crew will be able to create a thread in whatever sea (other than new world) that they desire. This will be their main territory. I will not be possible for anyone not on the crew to visit without being guided there. This island will reward the crew depending on how active the crew members were the last week.

it doesnt really work the same for BH though, at best they would have a building or two on a WG island but as its mostly flavour its fine to allow if people want

You work under the WG’s umbrella you get a salary (I dunno how it work for Shichi’). You want a territory ? Buy the item. You want more money ? Beat more Revos or Pirates (Attack Ichi’s Territories).

Marines and Cipher Pol can go to Marine Bases, BH would only really go there to drop off bounties; they probably wouldnt use it as a home base

its less about money and more having somewhere to live inbetween islands. Revos at least have Baltigo

thats like a subfaction/group, only a small number will be part of it (like SWORD). BH are pretty much all independent, even the ones in Baroque Works were not really working together

I feel like BH should be allowed to take over islands. They won't get money from territory but it will make Rp more active.

BH should be similar to WARLORDS or SHICHIBUKAI.

They get paid a salary like warlords but not a part of world government.

A BH is a merc. Imo it’s the most egocentric profession. They are here for the target only. Rest is not their problem.

the main reason the WG pay them is because they kill/capture dangerous people and save islands; taking over an island even in the name of WG could easily make them be seen as a threat.

also although bounty hunters get NPCs, they dont really get enough to station them on islands and why would they; they would be following them because they want to hunt pirates/Revos/criminals not to sit around somewhere to keep the peace/be bored (thats the marines/WGs job).

Your only allowed two biographies:
1 - Your main PC
2 - Your 2nd PC

Though what you can do is start a PM with someone and boot them out and just make bio's in PM.

I am asking to make hunters dream an official association for bounty hunters for months.

Hunters Dream can work similar to. Adventure Guilds in Adventure world. They work like an official hub where BH registers and pick up jobs.

We can just say HD have branches all around the world and they pick bounty jobs from there.
