Not all the time, imo I rather have users who want a DF then describe the fact that they are getting the DF.

But say I kill Kataturi and I walk away. I shouldn't get the DF at all.

But say I kill him but I describe the fact I want his DF, that part alone should be added as a means you are wanting the DF.

I mean I have no problem if these fruits automatically show up in the 'Lurking Legend' Bill's inventory afterwards lol

When you are inactive, your DF get stripped away and go to the store.
If you kill Kata, you'll find a fruit in your quarters. >.>

What if those users had informed Larsi beforehand or are going through some stuff, so therefore does that qualify as a means of taking their DFs?

Or say if you went on holiday or had exams, you vanished for a month or two if not longer due to other circumstances. Does that mean your DF should go to the shop?

If I was to kill Kata and someone reviewed it, I would deny having the DF. As I haven't shown my interest in the DF, or whilst I am at WCI or after or during Fighting Kata. Simple as that to me.

^ that part there I will try to incorporate into whenever I kill a DF user.

Captain N was absent came and didn’t had his fruit.
Same way with Problematic

You can deny it all you want, the fruit will still be yours.

We will see on this as I am about to go against one soon anyway.

These users I don't know but that is something that Larsi knows like I mentioned above. hence why their DFs came back into circulation as event items. Likely not due to them being inactive but other reasons, though I am speculating with this reason
