How the best? Mihawk still have one damage above you even after you have MA boost, Haki boost.. fight will drag and other player eventually gonna lose... there is no way for a player to break the chain with this 120 in strength as a normal human

It was the only advantage we had earlier which was making this fight extreme diff.

I mean with devil fruit you may get 120 but you will not be able to defeat him in pure swordfight since he will always be +1 damage above you... so honestly, no one taking his title in this RP since normal sword user isn't allowed to have 120 in strength in any manner. Well, you can't get the title so I don't feel like defeating him with devil fruit since I know I can't defeat him in a sword fight which kills the point for me to duel him

there are other ways to fight than just stats, techniques that restrict movement or reduce attack, science and other mind stats, cyborg etc

You can defeat an NPC if you are around the same level as them. Just come up with something creative. Mihawk is Zoro's end goal. He is supposed to be one of the end goals of the RP. Just be creative and outplay him lol. Stat may be 90% of fighting but they definitely aren't everything.

Back when I fought @NeoRetro in the opening tournament I had a big advantage over him solely because Shalki was the type of character to meticulously think about strategy and Neo was quite reckless. So I would have had an easy time defeating him if Shalki wasn't so emotional.

But other than Power Suits all the others technically fall under "Cyborg", unless there are injections that can increase your speed.

As nothing else really is listed in "Movement Speed" increase

No, I do... really was the only reason I wanted to defeat Mihawk... I wanted to beat him in a sword fight but with him having 120 it makes impossible... so I don't care about defeating him if it's not sword fight lol

If Mihawk give you 120 in strength then it's a cool shit but he doesn't so even after defeating him you never surpassed him just defeated him by other means
