Info Explanation Regarding Recent Events

It concerns team members, so therefor members on here will notice something and would ask so its best to inform instead of face the multiple questions as to why this and why that

I'm gonna say that I think it's childish for Zemmi to still refuse to be on good terms even after Beky has apologized. TB is supposed to be a place of positivity and a place where we can have fun playing games and talking with each other but Beky clearly is open to changing and took back his words but even that apparently isn't enough for Zemmi and still refuses to come back. I hope she's doing this with the mindset that it's better for both herself and the rest of her friends, us, here on TB. It's harder to fix relationships like these if you refuse to even talk, much less even if one side has said what they should've said sooner.

What bothers me even more is that apparently this has been going on since September and is only being talked about today. Internal conflict between members, whether it be between the Team or regulars like myself, should be at least tried to be resolved as soon as possible instead of passing the blame between the two of them back and forth like children. I'm glad at least it's been announced rather than not talked about at all.

People can view it however they want but I would prefer people to not take sides when they know just one side of a story, because that brings bias. heck the team hasn't taken any side either, we came to a mutual conclusion from all info provided that both would be to blame and equally punished (removed from the team for a moment and solve their private issue). It was zem's own decision to delete her account and in turn make it seem like we have taken beky's side on this matter.

If she really felt "threatened and unsafe" leaving asap is not really a childish action in my opinion. If someone is really capable of harming someone else, it's really dangerous to start solving the fight. Internet is no exception, people can fool and damage each other very easily. Even Beky's retaliation could have strong reasons. Anyway, I know nothing so won't blame anyone.

And that is why it was brought to the whole team attention, as to settle things in a proper manner and find the best solution possible. We did what was the best after analyzing all the information provided to us.

But tbh we shouldn't be judging this situation. Did Beky do something wrong? Yes, of course. You just don't threaten people. But we have no idea what he was thinking when he did it. Same goes for Zemmi. We have no idea how she perceived it and how hurt she was by it. In such situations there are always two parties. The one who inflicts the damage and the one who receives the damage. Did Beky want to hurt Zemmi? Given that he is willing to apologize I don't think that was the case. But even so, we are not Zemmi and we have no idea how much it hurt her. And given what steps she took afterwards it must have hurt her a lot. Such things might not seem like much to some here, but for her the threat obviously was enough to leave this forum, a thing she put much effort into as one of the founding members. That is not something to be taken lightly tbh.

That being said for Beky I hope that he learns from that and thinks about his words more carefully. And for Zemmi I hope she will find the strength to overcome this situation. And for us all I hope they will both sort things out and that maybe they will get along again. But well, this might take time and we are not the ones deciding this, but one can still hope. After all, this is a forum of games and fun where we can find positivity, usually.

In my opinion this thread should be deleated.

On the one hand not enough details to understand what really happened and in the other hand already too many about the private life of @Zemmi and @Beky! Whatever Beky will say here is wrong and Zemmi is not even here!

I mean at least 90% of the members didn't even know they had a relationship. Never forget its a Mafia/RP/Manga Forum and not a soap opera.


An announcement like:
"Due to a private conflict with another Team member, Zemmi has decided to leave the forum. The doors for her will stay open, if she decides to return."
