Okay, I will just add them here. Tried to not change them much, I can't say well how they look like in the forum overall (just checked over screenshot a bit), can just propose other colors and see how they turn out. Those are possible HEX codes:

That's right, of course. But just to remind every GFX creator that they should respect the artist a bit more and that they should at least try to find the artist, tell them about google reverse image search, which can help a WHOLE LOT. And if they can't get permission from the artist but still want to use it, at least mention the original artist of it so the official work won't go down the drain. Taking art without even knowing the artist should be a complete no-go though in my opinion, because you can't link it.

Of course, sometimes it is really difficult to find the actual real artist. It is a real shame how often stuff gets reposted everywhere without being able to find the actual source. I had those problems already as well. But then it still just shouldn't be used freely to everyone's own likes and wishes. The rights to the image are still being held by the original artist so it shouldn't just be edited. Most people do it nonetheless sadly.

Sure. But keep in mind some images or artworks can't be traced or it is very hard to. Sure , we are all for implementing the rule to reference the artist but there will be cases when that can't be done.

That is why media section is hard to achieve - impossible to trace all images and know which have a reference and which don't

If someone posts an image and does with what is in the boundaries of fair use it is fine.

But if someone does infringement of the said image then he/she is breaking the fair use law.

To put in bluntly - Don't take images of internet and claim they are yours or use them for any monetization.
If you post an image to comment or criticize it is all in boundaries of fair use

Crediting the artist is necessary though, that's all what this is about. I know that they all didn't draw the fanart they post, but that doesn't give the artist any credit either. So linking the artist or providing the artist's name is necessary.

For fanart, etc. Theres only so much we can do. We cant always verify or disprove that the source given is the original artist. We also cant search and inquire with every artist and ask if they've given permission. Thats simply not possible.

However, should if the original artist contacts us, or you can supply proper proof yourself that its not valid use of someone else's property, of course we'll take action.

Now, enough about that, we need other feedback.

I like it as it is now, I have nothing to critisize as I am probably the modest person in the world.
facts: It gives me alot of OJ vibes, seeing this forum being set up, this is a big plus for most users here I think.

All in all, aslong the forum is expandable, then most things should be clarified. I yet have to play a mafia game here or have a discussion, so I can get more experiences and a better judgement, it will come by time I think.
