Impel Down @Ichimonji

Level 4

All hell broke lose on level 4. Inmates had been released out of their cells during the chaos. Some of them fled taking the opportunity to escape Impel Down while others joined up with the Dream and Medusa. Fighting guards and aiding Willem in taking down the Jailer beast. Medusa could finally latch out, no hypothetical shackles were there anymore. No longer did she have to pretend to be someone else. At long last, she was free to bestow carnage and chaos to the best of her abilities. And her first target was Sadi and the Rhinocerous.

With her snake-like body she'd slither through the many fights that were occurring. Standing between the Jailer beast and Sadi she sought to fight them both at the very same time. An overhead swing towards the Rhinocerous and a poison sting towards Sadi.

Sadi would observe the incoming tail strike but it was fast she'd be unable to avoid it entirely and thus would try to do both at once. With a quick leap backwards she sought to establish distance while at the same time moved her pitchfork around her with blurring speeds, slashing all around her, making a makeshift like armour. The whip turned black with haki as well "Kagon Retsuzanshi!"
41-60: 3. Wall/Tree Level + 1 C Rank +2 haki = 6. City Block Level
Unless there is haki in the tail strike this clash should come out as a stalemate. (seeing as this was a normal attack = D rank) If It's wrong tho let me know

Rose Whiplash (華厳裂斬肢, Kagon Retsuzanshi, translated as Luster Severe Rending Slash Limb, Thorn Whiplash in the Viz translation) - Sadi swiftly slashes the whip in multiple directions.

Haki limit = 8 out of 10 turns

The clash between Sadi and Medusa would most likely end in a stalemate and with the Jailer a few feet away from the Gorgon. That quick exchange would anger the Sadistic jailer as she shouted out in frustration. "Get her Rhino-chan!! She almost hurt me!"

The Rhinocerous on the other hand had to deal with a powerful overhead blow. But in terms of physical ability, the two were an equal match allowing for the jailer beast to react accordingly. The Rhino upon hearing the words of his master turned even more enraged as it swung violently with its right mace towards the Bisento strike.

The two strikes would find one another in the middle with each one unable to carry their momentum forward they were in a deadlock. But the jailerbeast quickly moved on instinct without a second of hesitation. A quick thrust with its left spiked mace would be released quickly afterwards towards Medusa, in the hope of pinning her down and blasting her backwards. With incredible force. With her arm(s) up high in the overhead swing, the Rhino sought to exploit her open guard.

Level 5

The Jig was up. Mere meters away from her destination Spada under the guise of Domino had finally revealed herself. The faint chuckle that'd slowly cascade in a burst of maniacal laughter. It would reveal all to the other party. Hannyabal would feel cold sweat drop from his face and into his back.

"No. It can't be. But we made every precaution!"
"That damn devil fruit....Maria, Lucy. It's Spada!"

Hannyabal would say causing a shocked expression on both Lucy and Maria. Just how can this be? They wondered to themselves. Hannyabal on the other hand would show himself with a pained expression. Failure on not having seen this happen before. The man would rotate with his staff as he slammed it down onto the ground with surprising force.

"Silence you witch! You shall not leave Impel Down alive!"
"Lucy. Maria. We cannot allow her to reach Level 6. Defend that door with your lives!"

A rare sighting of Hannyabal's code. He took responsibility for this worst-case scenario. And he'd see it through that Spada would not get through into level 6. They had to for the fate of the entire blues were upon their success or their failure. The Vice-Warden would take his bladed staff and rotated it in front of him with incredible speeds after he had built up enough momentum he'd deliver a powerful horizontal slash. "Hannya Carnival: Kitanai Hanabi !"

The slash would move forward just like any other regular air blade but a few meters before it'd reach Spada and Prometheus the blade would ignite and warp. Turning from a singular slash into a powerful and thick wall of fire, aiming to engulf their entire party. And obscure a two-pronged attack.
81-100 5. Large Building Level + B:+2 + 1 Invisible Haki = 8. City Level

The Impel Down officers, however, weren't done with that. When the flame wall had been released Maria had lept up into the air and would keep up the assault. She'd clench both her fists and cocked her arms behind her, fueling her fits with dark vibrating haki. "Renzoku Shine Shine Misairu!" She'd shout as he unleashed a gattling-like jab attack with both her arms. From her assault of jabs she'd rain down an array of explosive impacts to the entire party, hunters included. This in turn would reveal Maria's combat art, explosive boxing.

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #20
@QuickZilver708

Level 4
The battle in Level 4 had begun. Medusa had been hiding her true nature for too long. The nature of the monster Athena had made her. Medusa placed Rhino and Sadie in her sights. A test attack first, Sadie was slow in comparison. Medusa knew what she had to do. Medusa had positioned herself in such a way the jailer beast was in front of her and Sadie was behind her.

The jailer beast clashed with Medusa, coming to a stalemate. The beast may be dumb, but his instincts were on point. The beast pushed Medusa’s weapon to exploit her guard. Medusa’s eyes glowed red, her mouth curling into a slick grin, as she hopped slightly, right before the club would dig into Medusa’s gut with no opposition.

Medusa’s eyes turned white, before turning back in a gleeful stare. The Plague had taken a hit on purpose, true to the sadist Spada name.

[Medusa] “Ugh…. Peakaboo!!!!”

Having taken a small hop, the jailer beast’s attack pushed Medusa back at incredible speeds… right into Sadie. Medusa had spun mid-air, and pushed off one last time to re-direct herself and close the gap in a moment. The initial momentum from the blow combined with Medusa’s speed made her short of a flash, appearing upon Sadie, her Bisento’s edge front, brimming with terrible haki and intent.

[Medusa] “Bushohuko Koka: La Muerte!!!!”
The Bisento aimed to ram into Sadie’s chest. A shockwave would be produced, cracking the very ground. The jailer beast had wounded Medusa. The Gorgon Queen spat out blood, her insides churning. To her, however, it was glee. Pain was glee. Because she had used the beasts’s attack to propel himself to Sadie, Medusa surmised there was little to no chance he could protect the master.

La Muerte.

Level 5
Demeaning laughter of madness and ire. A strange transformation occurred within Hannyabal. Guilt transformed into passion. Commands were etched out, even as La Spada focused her spirit power. Shrieking with excitement, Prometheus hollered in a fiery call. Impel Down begun the counterattack.

Hannyabal summoned fire in a powerful air blade. Prometheus appeared in front of a domino, covering her smaller body with his own, crossing his hands and chains to first intercept Hannyabal’s attack, clad in black hardening. The attack hit Prometheus’s body, falling deaf. Prometheus’ eyes glowed red, seeing Maria’s intent to follow-up.

[Prometheus] “Ugh! Take this….! Hell Revenging Blow!!!”
A counter-move, Promethus spun with those crossed hands, slashing his chains upwards, creating a lattice of chains that clashed against Maria’s attack. These chains, however, had no haki. Unlike Hannyabal’s attack, Maria’s broke through, throttling Promethus body. He, however, held, leaving La Spada unharmed behind him. Blood slowly ran from fresh wounds. The man fell to a knee in pain.

The mere millisecond the attack fully dissipated, a sadistic voice echoed.

[La Spada] “Spirit Gun: Shotgun!”
From the smoke that had engulfed Promethus and La Spada from the explosions, a lattice of lasers fell upon Maria. They aimed to riddle her with holes and freeze her body from the inside out, large enough to cover her whole body. La Spada’s movement speed was slow, but the speed of her Devil fruit was at maximum. Before Hannyabal and Maria even launched their attacks, La Spada had collected the spirit on her finger last turn. Already aimed, at the ready, her lack of movement speed was disposed. Speed closed by brains.

The soul power‘s speed rivaled a laser. In addition, using her Awareness, La Spada’s aim through the smoke was flawless. Not only could Maria not see it coming because of the smoke, it came a moment after her attack dissipated, hopefully locking a counter; the shotgun’s speed was terrible. To make matters worse, Maria was mid-air.

Using Promethus as a shield was the normal way of La Spada. Mere pawns. Sacrificial pawns to take a knight on the board.

Level 4
A heavy thrust dug deep into Medusa's gut. Receiving the full brunt of Rhino-chan's attack Medusa sought to endure the entire hit, her eyes flashing white for an instance nearly losing consciousness. But the Spada pirates were far from weak as the Gorgon would demonstrate in full force.

Using the force from Rhino-chan combined with her own Medusa would be upon Sadi in a matter of moments, going beyond the jailer's ability to follow it. Before she realized what had happened Medusa was already in front of her, Bisento tempered with incredible haki. All Sadi could do was bring up her defences and brace for the worst.

Medusa her strike hit home into Sadi her chest. Even with her full defences up the Gorgon's attacking power far eclipsed that of the jailers. Piercing through her own hardening with relative ease. The weapon had blown through her chest, as a shockwave continued creating havoc behind her. Blasting foe and ally alike away. Sadi would cough up tremendous amounts of blood as the spirit in her eyes was on the verge of fading.

"URGH!"

With eyes of shock many of the impel down personnel would observe what just had happened. A one-hit instant kill to one of their officers, cries of panic were mixed with shouts of joys from the inmates. One saw despair as another finally saw a glimpse of hope to escape this facility. However, the jailer wasn't about to go down without a bang. Digging through her pain she'd hold onto that one final straw of reason.
"You shall not leave Impel Down alive!" Sadi said, blood streaming down her mouth. Showing the same passion as Hannyabal did in level 5.

She'd hold onto the bisento that had been pierced through her chest with her left hand, digging deep as she'd unravel her whip with another strike towards Medusa. " Chou Kagon Retsuzanshi!" She'd shout as the whip would move forward, unravelling and tempered with Haki. The attack aimed straight at Medusa her own chest, aiming the pitchfork part to dig into her. Sadi at the same time had burned through most of her own life force with this attack. Eyes faded she'd only be alive long enough to see the results of her attack.

Rhino-chan, however, saw what was happening to its master and equally moved in to attack. Bull rushing Medusa with all of its strength and speed into one attack. With eyes enraged the beast was a true berserker at this point in time. "Get her...Rhino-cha....n" Sadi would whisper in her final breath. The jailer beast timing its attack so that it'd aim to strike Medusa regardless of whether she dodged Sadi her attack or not. Not wanting to attack its master again on accident.

Things weren't looking so good on level 4 for Impel Down. But things would shift rather quickly. Willem who had dispatched his own jailer beast began to sniff as he shouted towards Medusa. "Finish your part quickly. The man's almost here!"

The warden was almost here. At long last the most frightening man in all of impel down.

Level 5
On level 5 things were also heating up quickly but in a more equal manner than on level 4. Hannyabal's attack was deflected by the halfling which was to be expected. But the vice-warden's attack was never meant to harm his opponent but more to disrupt their reactions. Unfortunately, he was up against two skilled mantra users, and a set of fighters who had no regard for one another in combat. One would use the other as a pawn without a hint of hesitation as they showed in this quick instant.

Maria's assault had managed to drive Prometheus to his knees not defeated but unable to bear most of the pain that was inflicted upon him. Yet his part in this exchange was over, all he had to do was to hold on for now Spada arrived with her own barrage of attacks. Spirit power unleashed a rain of attacks of her own. "Maria look out!" Hannyabal shouted towards his ally.

The shy Maria, looked onto the incoming fire with wide eyes as that was all she could do in the face of the incredible speed the lasers were going towards her. Only able to bring up her arms in defence was all she could do for by the time they were up she had already received a major portion of attacks.

The spirit bullets would dig deep into her body digging her with numerous attacks all over her body as she cried out with pain.

"MARIAAAA!" Lucy would shout out with disbelief.
"DO NOT FALTER LUCY!" Hannyabal would reply with equal anger in his voice.

The vice-warden would shout in order for her to keep standing at the gate for now. If she moved there was no one to prevent anyone from sneaking into level 6. However, even from this distance, she could attack the Spada pirates. She had long-range abilities. "Rankyaku: Hakurai!" Lucy would shout as she kicked the air with both her legs horizontally. Releasing a large air blade towards Spada and Prometheus. Hannyabal while the airwave flew was already rotating his staff once more. "Hannya carnival..."

With a quick hop Hannyabal would leap over the incoming rankyaku while also stopping his rotation and thrusting his blade forward, grinding the air as he unleashed a powerful fire thrust forward. " Rokku On Basutā!"

The powerful forward thrust unleashed a flaming bullet of compressed air which pushed forward the incoming rankyaku, adding even more velocity towards the powerful attack. The two abilities would meet and converge turning into an incredible combo move. The rankyaku would ignite and blast forward while even the two officers their hakis would mix in the process. With pride and passion, the two would echo the name of their attack.

Maria in the meantime had reached the ground as she took a moment to compose herself. The attack had definitely made its mark but she wasn't done for the count just yet.

A difference in fighting was shown in this bout. Who'd win? Teamwork or self-sacrifice?

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #21
@QuickZilver708

Level 4
Medusa’s eyes glowed with evil satisfaction. Blood splurged all over her. Coursing through the Bisento was now blood and poison. Sadie, however, like Hannyabal, showed true fervor of a real warrior. She held to the Bisento, attacking with her whip. It was clear she intended to leave an opening to the jailer beast, whose thunderous stomps echoed closer.

Medusa grunted, cladding her body with Haki, taking the whip’s attack while spinning. Her strength was so much superior than Sadie’s, that it would lift her up, bring Sadie around with her. In short, Medusa spun with Sadie holding her Bisento, using Sadie as a body shield against the jailer beast’s attack.

[Medusa] “This will be the last… Take this!!”
[Medusa] “WAR EDGE!!!!”

Assuming, but not deciding, the counter was successful, Medusa would use the likely shock of the Jailer Beast of hitting Sadie, and the end of his attack, to her advantage. Medusa would pull her Bisento to her and careen past the jailer beast, slashing recklessly in a Z-motion, brimming with Haki. The attack aimed to finish the jailer beast at Wilhem’s request. Poison coated the Bisento’s blade.

If successful, Medusa would crash upon the ground. It would take her some moments to get up, clearly tired. Medusa would patch her wounds by wrapping loose clothing around them. Medusa did not have a good sense of smell, but the aura that was approaching was unmistakable. Medusa’s eyes widened. He was fast approaching.

The cackle of a woman mad echoed Level 5, a direct response of Maria’s suffering. Those screams of pain greeted by satisfied cackles. A gruesome soul. One was down, at least temporarily. That left Lucy and Hannyabal, the former clad at the gate, protecting Level 6.

As the smoke thinned, La Spada looked at Promethus on the floor, her tone demeaning towards him as well.

[La Spada] “Get up, boy. Today is the start of this world’s despair.”
[La Spada] “Enough playtime. Time to fetch mah’ body. Use your judgment in killing the rest. Kuhahahahaha!!”
A small devious conversation of a woman purposed. La Spada was confident she could get her body, even with Lucy barring the door. Then, came the big once. Lucy and Hannyabal combined for an attack massive. A true distinct opposite of approach to battle. Promethus gained his second wind, spinning his chains around him, brimming with fire, creating a tornado of fire and will. Prometheus had used his second strongest attack, forced by the brilliance of combining the attacks.

[Prometheus] “Bushokoku Koka: War Scar!!!”
Using his chains to slash forward, Promethus had his fire and wind bellow out, forming powerful blades that cut the ground. The attack was so fierce it shook the whole level, wisps of fire through. The two attacks collided, forcing black lightning to emanate from it. Impact quelling all over it. Truly, a sight to see.

From the aftermath of the attack, Promethus came first, the remnants of the attack falling death on his body. A true madman. La Spada was behind him, eyes brimming with passion. Promethus made a bee-line towards Hannyabal, slashing his chains towards him to clash with him and keep him busy. La Spada had used a Soru-like movement to move faster than she normally would… straight to Lucy.

La Spada, in Domino’s body, showed no fear. Promethus had Hannyabal busy, but so was the other way around. This time, La Spada was alone. The Grim ran headfirst to the entrance to Level 6, her soul brimming. From her back, a menacing soul of a skeleton appeared. Was she insane? What was her plan?

Impel Down @Ichimonji

Level 4
Limb like a doll Sadie had done her last part as one of the Chief Guards within Impel Down. Using the woman as her own personal meat shield it'd effectively deter Rhino-chan from going through completely with its attack. Careening past the Jailer Beast Medusa would unleash an onslaught of slashes, swiftly creating a Z-motion. Eyes flashed white the beast would drop to the ground, back first. Sadi too would thump to the ground motionless and devoid of life. Willem too would've dispatched his own beast as he had toyed with it a little bit too much. Dug deep within one of the nearby walls of Impel Down the creature was out for the count and nearly imprisoned in the brick wall, for such was the force he had struck it.

Willem stood next to Medusa as cheers from allies and inmates alike would lighten the fire in one of their souls at least. Medusa, however, on the other hand, didn't have much time for rest and reprieve. For a dark intimidating presence dropped down from the ceiling like a bullet.

With a crash that thundered through level four, The Warden had arrived. The cheers of joy quickly sucked out of the floor as if the man had absorbed it with his presence. The dust settled and the warden's ever-present scowl observed the intruders and what had happened moments prior. To say the man wasn't pleased was an understatement.

"I hope you're prepared. Foolish Pirate. Or should I say, Lieutenant Medusa?" The man would say, bearing his fang-like teeth through seething anger. His eyes afterward would shift to Willem unable to recognize the Hunter. His low threat level of being on level 2 all this time paying off.
"Hmph. It does not matter who you bring in aid. You shall all die here. Right now."

Magellan would say as purple liquid quickly drenched his entire body, nearly oozing to the concrete below him. From his back 2 massive purple serpent creatures would spawn, their breaths also unleashing an almost poison-like smog.

"Oi oi oi...." Willem would say, surprised that the big man was unleashing such a large-scale attack nearby his own people. Shouts and screams from help quickly filled the silent void that was left. Medusa would observe Willem taking out a weird-looking pellet as he ate it.

"Hydra."

The Warden ordered his pet. It without question obeyed his command and launched itself forward with incredible speeds. Its size was more than enough to engulf the entire pathway they were standing upon. Those unfortunate in their ability to evade would be swept up by the tidal wave of purple liquid. Screams of pain and pure agony would echo further as it was amplified even further by the Impel Down guards joining in on the serenade of pain. Willem quick enough to react by virtue of his pellet was now high up in the air. There he floated having attained wolf-like features he'd send out two powerful flying slashes towards the Warden. " Twin Wolf strikes!"

Medusa stood eye to eye with the Hydra. And even for her, a being born and raised in noxious environments. Would feel, instinctively, the threat this Hydra posed to her. If it'd hit. It'd plague her stamina and drain it before she knew it. Even Willem with his animal-like senses knew that avoiding it was their best idea. But the hydra would tunnel further until it'd vanish leaving only a coat of purple liquid on the ground at ankle heights.

Undeterred the Warden stood high and mighty. And for the first time since meeting Spada Medusa stood eye to eye with an actual monster.

Hydra (毒竜(ヒドラ) Hidora?, literally meaning "Poison Dragon"): Magellan's signature technique. After producing vast amounts of liquid poison from his body, Magellan is able to manipulate it in the form of a three-headed dragon. With this creature, Magellan is able to engulf any opponent in deadly poison. The level of toxicity is so overwhelming that it actually causes the unfortunate victim to dissolve. The poison acts on the nervous system, paralyzing the victim and making them suffer excruciating pain until they die. This technique seems to be very infamous within the walls of Impel Down, as the prisoners all know and fear its name and properties.

Through sheer team effort, both Hannyabal and Lucy had elevated their techniques into something remarkable. Truly worthy of praise. Unfortunately, their opponent was someone with a battle sense that eclipsed both fighters. Hannyabal taking by surprise by the sudden appearance of Prometheus parried the Pirates attack blow for blow. The two fighters enthralled in a clash, going blow for blow against one another. "Urgh. Lucy. Don't let her get through!" Hannyabal shouted, stressed as he had his hands full with Prometheus.

Spada on the other hand launched herself straight at Lucy, like a woman possessed she saw something. Or perhaps her passion and desire for her true form outstripped her off any reason. "Rankyaku "Gaichou!" Lucy shouted as she launched a massive bird-like version of a rankyaku. Heading straight towards Spada, Lucy sought to impede her movement and intercept her. Spada's physical abilities were on equal footing with Lucy's. She would not blitz past the female guard that easily.
Lucy DPR: 4. Small Building Level +2(B rank) +1(Haki) = 120: 7. Town Level

Meanwhile, Hannyabal was still struggling against Prometheus but the man was surprisingly holding his own against the halfling. Sporting moves that'd annoy and or hamper Prometheus. It'd not outright unable Prometheus from striking but the various little jabs and trickery were more to get into the inmate's head and to annoy him. Forcing him to make a mistake he could capitalize upon. While the two were clashing the Vice-Warden sought a prime opportunity to establish distance, which allowed him to rotate his staff once more. A wind-up motion, Prometheus had seen several times thus far. "Hannya Carnival:"

It was a quick rotation and not a prolonged one. Perhaps one or two full rotations before Hannyabal would thrust his bladed staff forward with the butt end of it. "Cue Shot!"

A powerful physical strike aimed directly at Prometheus's abdomen, it came hard and fast and would be able to push the man even further away. In terms of striking distance, Hannyabal had the superior reach. And the man would do anything in his powers to be able to maintain that distance.
81-100 5. Large Building Level + B:+2 + 1 Invisible Haki = 8. City Level
With or without success Hannyabal would quickly shout out to Maria who started to get up. Labored breathing indicated that she was severely wounded but not yet out for the count. "Maria quickly. Assist Lucy. I'll occupy our escaped inmate here. Without him, both of you should be able to defeat Spada!"

"Aye...Aye...Sir" Maria would say forcing herself a response as she pulled herself together. She wasn't fully healed. Not by a long shot. But Impel down needed her. If she failed here it'd spell doom for the entire blues. The trademark Hannyabal passion would affect her as well as fire would light her soul. A single step forward would move into a few. A few into a walk and eventually she'd run towards Lucy. It'd take time. But she was on her way to assist.

All Lucy had to do was to keep holding on.

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #22
@QuickZilver708

Level 4
The jailer beasts’ body fell with a large thump. The toxia that had coated the Bisento would likely claim the beasts’ life if left untreated. The Gorgon panted, trying to regain composure as the cheers of the Dreams and released prisoners came. Wilhem and Medusa had defeated their foes in Level 4. Cheers.

That cheering was short-lived. They had awakened a monster.

Medusa stood frozen. The Warden had arrived. His massive figure rivaled her own, but his aura was deafening. The bodies of the many riddled the area, and the Warden called Medusa by name. The Gorgon did not respond. For the first time since she met La Spada, a very human-like chill ran down her spine.

[Medusa] “G-g-g-oddamn! How much more time, Captain?!”
Medusa cursed underneath her breath as she used her large tail to vault, following Wilhem’s movements. She saw him undergo a transformation, and would return in kind. Crossing her Bisento in front of her, Medusa crossed it in an X fashion to send out a like airblade, shaped like an X, invisible haki throughout. This, however, was different. It curved as it got to the ground. It aimed to blow a path through the poison for foothold, before advancing on Magellan. It would land a few second after Wilhem’s, as a secondary attack.

For now, Medusa just needed time. The woman used her fangs to take a hold of the ceiling, holding herself up. Medusa had resistance to poison, but she was not going to jump into Magellan. For as much as she could, she would wait for an opening, preserving her strength.

[Medusa] “Get me an opening! I’ll go in and carve out more time!”

They we’re not in a battle, not against the dreaded warden, but against time.

Level 5
Evil loose in Level 5, filled with confidence of dread. Promethus clashed with Hannyabal, allowing La Spada to rush Lucy. Hannyabal fought valiantly, using his weapon to stab forward. Promethus jumped backwards slightly, allowing him time to bring his chains sideways to block the stab. The two collided, shaking the air but cancelling each other out.

[Promethus] “War Swing!”
[Promethus] “Firehahahaha! Bad move!”

Then, Hannyabal would see it. With the block, the chains had wrapped around the non-blades portion of the weapon. With a cackle, Promethus tightened the chains, theoretically snapping Hannyabal’s weapon in two. With his tail, Promethus sought to grab the blade at the end of the weapon if cut. Promethus sought to handicap the Vice-Warden, leaving him open.

With a blow of soul at the other end of the room, Promethus’ own flared. Fire coated his body, billowing out menacingly. Something big was coming.

At the other side of Level 5, at the same time, the main course was underway. La Spada, still in Domino’s body, rushed Lucy. The valiant woman stood between Death and her body. The Grim showed unnerving confidence. It was no secret how weak she was, yet she rushed the woman. What was the plan? Why did Death have so much confidence? The woman relished the pain she was to induce.

Lucy bellowed out a large airblade, brimming with Haki and power. Oddly, La Spada did not move to dodge. La Spada did not move to block. La Spada did not move to parry. Time seemed to slow down. The airblade slowly approached, threatening to tear La Spada apart.

The camera shifted to La Spada’s face. A sadistic grin was slewn. A green light left her eyes as the airblade dug into Domino’s body.
[Domino] “W-w-w-hat? Ughhhhhhh!!!!”
The tone on that voice was not evil. The tone on that voice was not of La Spada. Domino’s voice quivered, her eyes in complete shock, as she awoke from a nightmare. A nightmare to be greeted by death. Final seconds, from a soul of evil torturing, to physical pain unimaginable. The airblade cut into Domino like knife to butter.

La Spada’s soul had blasted out of Domino a moment before impact, passing through the airblade and through Lucy. The green wicked soul would pass through Lucy’s chest, carrying the spirit of the dammed. As if a ghost passed through her, Lucy would feel a chill. She would never again feel such penance.

If Lucy looked at her feet, she’s see Domino’s body. The friend she knew for years had lifted her head up, blood pouring, looking at Lucy with confusion. Domino did not know why Lucy had felled a friend, a comrade. In the last seconds of her life, Domino’s unwavering despondent stare would carve into Lucy. Words that would stick with her soul.

[Domino] “W-w-w-hy… w-w-would y-y-ou k-k-kil me?”

The rattling in Domino’s voice. The rattle of death. Words of guilt. Words of despair. Domino’s head fell forward, her blood now reaching Lucy. Lucy had killed Domino. Her blood was on her hands, literally.

This is what separated the Grim from a pirate to a monster. La Spada did not seek physical pain. The dammed woman sought emotional anguish. Anguish that would tear her very soul apart. To break her mind.

La Spada, in soul form, flew down to Level 6. The Grim had placed non-Seastone shackles on her body (see here - first paragraph). Like a moth to a flame, evil sought her true host. The Grim’s body now savoring the souls severed behind. A monster had arrived in level 4. An even bigger monster sought to be revived in Level 6.

Level 4
Both Willem and Medusa decided to vault over the massive Hydra that came their way. A respectable choice, given the nature and all around lethal properties it possessed. In retaliation, both Willem and Medusa would unleash air slashes towards the Warden. The former going for a more direct approach, while the latter sought to attack and create a path to stand upon once more. His second hydra would move into to intercept Willem's wolf strikes. Placing its movements so that it'd stand in between Magellan and Willem. The slashes would clash against the Hydra, creating a massive 'wound' into it. Sadly, the liquid poison would quickly reform the damage that had been done. With his ever-present scowl, Magellan would lift his left arm and manipulated the venom within himself as on the ground. Both reactions to the attacks happening almost simultaneously.

"Venom Wall."
81-100: 5. Large Building Level + B(+2) +1 Invisible haki = 8. City Level VS 9. Mountain level
Left over DPR = 1-20: 1. Below Street Level

Medusa's cross strike would push through the Venom Wall, albeit at a severely reduced state. All Magellan would have to do was to put up one of his arms as he'd lean his large body into it. A formidable, physical defence was all he needed to reduce the leftovers to nothing. The Warden would look up as one of the Pirates had latched herself onto the ceiling, with the other now beginning his descent towards the ground. At this point, the Warden began to chew loudly. Preparing something. Willem in the meantime would register Medusa her proposal. The only thing remained was, how the hell he'd go around doing it. They had prepared themselves for months against the Warden. But actually fighting him was a different matter entirely. Willem would take his Kamas as he'd grind their metal together as if trying to start a fire. Magellan upon witnessing this reacted nearly immediately. And perhaps too quickly. The Hydra would retract itself to around a meter or so from Magellan, allowing it to dodge something easier. Was it the fire? The noise? Whatever it was. There laid a hint for Medusa to potentially exploit.

"Sneaky Wolf Step!" Willem would say as he'd vanish from his mid-air stance.

Landing upon the spot devoid of poison, Willem would be on ground level once more. Launching one of his Kamas towards Magellan, fire igniting it as it twirled, turning it into a large fire-like disk. Magellan would counter with one of his signature Chloro Balls. The two attacks would clash, creating a noxious plume. The Warden, however, would not let up and continued. Turning that single shot into a rapid fire. Magellan had turned Willem into his priority opponent. Whatever it was that he had done, he had the man's attention completely. With the Hydra now nearly retreated back into his body, the path for a blitz like attack was wide open.

How would Medusa respond? Willem, for the time being, was parrying and avoiding as much Chloro balls as he could. But he could not hold on indefinitely. The pellet he ate enhanced his durability, but it was only for so much until his threshold would be reached. The Venom on the ground would slowly but surely try to fill up the spots Medusa has 'sliced' away previously.

Level 5
"You monster!" Lucy cried out as she followed the green spirit with her head.

Tragedy had befallen the Impel Down guards and officers. Tears streaming down from Lucy's face betrayed her reaction even though she tried her damn hardest to contain her grief. When she turned her head was the point when she'd finally realize what had happened. Domino with her potentially last breath of life would stare at her comrade in confusion. Wondering why Lucy had slain her. With her hands in her hair and across her face, she'd drop to her knees in the snow, staring at the murder in front of her. Eyes paused in time and with a look set out into eternity.

"I-I...I.." Broken. That was Lucy's current mental state. And perhaps beyond repair. She could not even muster the words to apologize to her fallen colleague. Grief. Despair. And all other kind of negative emotions were suffocating Lucy, it was only a matter of time before it'd completely consume her.

Maria, who saw all of it happen before her eyes, would close them in regret. But surprisingly, she held on to the sliver of emotion that overruled her grief. Anger. The shy Maria was ironically the one with the most mental fortitude. A quick glance at Lucy made her realize almost immediately that she'd be deaf to her voice of reason. She also didn't have much time. Spada had a head start, and she was moving fast. Maria would move unto the door and opened or rather slammed it open with a singular palm strike. With the doors blasted open, she'd vanish behind the dark curtain that'd eventually lead into Level 6.

Meanwhile, Hannyabal had his hands full with Prometheus.

Their attacks clashed, with no victor that'd take advantage of the clash. However, it all went according to his plans. Striking like a shrewd warrior, Prometheus', block allowed him to grab the Vice-Warden's weapon and sought to snap it in two. The man, not a novice with fighting, saw this ploy and pushed off his foot, nearly avoiding the tie flings tail. He'd land a few meters away from the halfling with now half his normal reach but not completely weaponless. Lucy's shout echoed in the background. It worried him, but he had no time to pay attention to her. He'd grit his teeth as he saw Prometheus burning up and preparing for a powerful attack. "Tch. This is getting from bad...to worse."

Hannyabal would position himself into a rather peculiar stance. His sword wielding arm was behind him, with his other arm upright behind it. Haki would coat both of his entire arms with hardening as he too prepared for one of his more powerful attacks. Prometheus would feel it in his core and also in Hannyabal's demeanour. "Hannya Ryu..." He'd whisper, forgoing the carnival bit he had been doing this entire exchange.

Like a swordsman finally putting a second hand onto his blade. Hannyabal was finally serious to employ a powerful and offensive technique.

He was on his own, after all.

Level 6
Through malice and trickery. Pure, unadulterated evil now flew down the stairs of impel down's level 6. Given her mastery and fortitude, it did not take long for Spada to reach its main floor. She'd come across many large brick structures. Some were on the ground, others were hanging on the ceiling, several thick chaings holding it in place. In each one of these massive cube-like structures was an individual that could ruin the world if let loose. Besides these cubical cells, a set of stairs and a large elevator at the back, there wasn't anything here. Nothing to instil fear or to make it a living hell on earth for the inmates. Being here alone was enough for it'd mean to be forgotten.

All of these inmates were legends, people who could turn the world upside down if they got out. Placing them on level 6 meant they were strong enough to survive anything. They were also fearless, coupled with minds indomitable and incorrigible. There was only one way for these men and women to die in the eyes of the normal folk.

When they are forgotten

At the far edge of this room, Spada would feel it. Vibrating, calling out to its true master. There it was, her price and final piece to turn Impel Down upside down: her body captured with numerous amounts of chains.

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #23
@QuickZilver708
Level 4
Warden Magellan was as terrifying as foretold. The man had not moved an inch yet turned them completely on the defensive. Medusa gripped her Bisento; s she’s have to sacrifice her body. Her Reptilian body would be resistant, but how much? Wilhelm followed the plan, igniting fire, catching the fearsome warden’s attention.

Medusa wasted no time once she saw the fire created and the reaction. The woman vaulted from the ceiling, landed with an illustrious thump on the “safe” dry ground. Medusa’s tail bent upon landing, springing up with a high-speed movement right towards Magellan. Trailing behind her was her Bisento. Haki was glowing, causing an aura to emanate, wind collecting around it, brimming.

Medusa ripped straight through the clash between the gas and the fire.

[Medusa] “Busoshoku Koka…”
Appearing in front of Magellan like a bat out of hell, Medusa swung her blade thrice. The wind she had collected had gathered the remnants fire left from Wilhem’s attack, released on purported impact (like Zoro in Little Garden). Three blades aimed to dig into Magellan’s body. This was not an airblade, like the attack suggested; Medusa knew this was the chance - she took the Bisento to Magellan’s body.
[Medusa] “Hell War Scar!!!”
A semi-suicidal attack to buy time against a True Monster. When Medusa went through the gas ball, she was slammed with its gas. Already hit. Nice and personal, she also risked Magellan’s poison. They needed time.

Suddenly, Medusa found solace. A roar shook the entire Impel Down, cut with penance. A roar that would send chills to anyone who listened.

Promethus blood boiled. Empowered by the aftermath of La Spada’s charge, true evil coarsed through his veins - true hate. Promethus‘ spirt exploded, turning from black to fire. Both coated his chained swords, turning into a new color, red magenta. A true blast of spirit quivered from the man’s body. His strongest technique, his hate for Olympus packaged into his blade.

A evil laugh echoed, the blades seem to twist and churn. Prometheus whole body was glowing with fire. Promethus eyes glowed.
[Prometheus] “Black Secret Technique…
The words rolled off his curved heretic tongue as Prometheus pushed off. A high-speed movement, the man careened past Hannyabal while swinging both his swords in a spiral-like manner, focusing all the fire and spirit within that spiral. The compacted spiral slash aimed to tear Hannyabal’s gut, starting from the center and exploding outwards, going through his weapon if needed. The fire exploded, engulfing them both in a raging inferno.
[Prometheus] “Hell Cross Flash!!!!”

One more. Prometheus had moved his swords in a way the chains trailing them would slam into Hannyabal a moment after. The chains aimed to wrap around Hannyabal. If Prometheus won, the chains would seek to immobilize the Vice-warden. The chains were imbued with a foul spirit and fire that could singe his skin off Hannyabal’s bones. Truly, Prometheus was the Firebringer.

As if recognizing Prometheus’ hate, the floor shook. A roar shook the entire Impel Down. A roar with intent to drink the world dry with hate.

Cackling. Cackling with such glee for the pain caused, it was repulsive. How a soul could rejoice in such pain... How a soul glowed upon the cut of an innocent soul and mind... Cackling of this ancient evil was a large pill to swallow. The Unsundered hate of a whole world destroyed.

The dark alleyways of Level 6 were damp with the forgotten legends. Legends who could turn the world upside down. That darkness was broken. A green light lit the floor. A singular soul, cackling with madness flew through the cells - to wake the dammed.

[La Spada] “Kuhahahahaha….”

The green light found the True Unsundered Body. La Spada’s soul passed through the cell bars. Before the point of return, the green light would glow, summoning the Chill of the Underworld. Before the soul would return, the foulest pits chills of the Underworld would permeate the chains, freezing them brittle, to be broken with but a jerk. La Spada had used non-Seastone when brought in. A final burst.

Unsundered Body inhabited with the foulest Unsundered soul. La Spada’s boney body let out an intense light that would blind all watching, shining through all Level 6. The air quivered. A blast of spirit was released with the light. A shadow was cast as the light receded. Standing in the middle of the cell was a Shadow. A Grim. A Monster. A Demon.

Suddenly, a roar. A roar blared with soul, a bass of music, and a unyielding hate. A hate to drink the world dry. A roar to make the bravest quiver. A roar that would shake the entire Impel Down. Outside of Impel Down, on the docks, Zalera turned his head. The roar reached even there. His eyes widened.

[La Spada] ”RRRRRROOOOOOOOOOAAAAAARRRRRR!!!!”

Isis “La Spada” was back.

Impel Down - @Ichimonji

Level 6
A roar permeated throughout level 6. Maria, who had nearly reached the end of the stairs, shivered in horror. Both physically and mentally, she'd find herself outclassed. But she had inherited the will of Impel Down. A doom scenario, but she had to go through with it. She knew instinctively that she was running straight into her death. Once at the bottom of the spiralling set of stairs, she'd push the button of a peculiar looking snailphone. It was unique to impel down guards and officers, its colour coding also hinted at it being a one usage only. A small antenna on its head would beep, emitting a slow hum with a 2-second interval. Within level 6 nothing much had changed with the activation of this snailphone. It most likely had an effect somewhere else, somewhere La Spada currently had no influence.

Maria would grip the concrete that held the stairs in place. With a following powerful push and injection of force, she'd destroy the stairs and collapsing one of the entrances/exits from level 6. Effectively trapping herself, Spada and the other inmates on this floor. "Even if it's futile. Even if I die. Even if I walk through hell in eternity, fear will not take me!"

Spada would see the young female guard putting up a brave face. But her soul was shrieking, ice cold fear was all around her. The walls that kept it in place were a formidable defence, but oh so fragile for the single slightest push that it'd need. Maria would take another step, blood still dripping to the ground, nearly dragging herself forward. The inmates would cheer her on, ironically, as others would ridicule her. But right then and there something unexpected happened. Like with the snap of a finger, the young guard would be knocked out. Her will was extinguished, dominated and placated.

King's haki had definitely been deployed. It was strong. Ancient even. For its application was so quick and swift, it betrayed a very proficient usage. From within the cage a figure, obscured with shadow, stood motionless. Only his sporting grin from ear to ear would be left observed.

"Zehahahaha!" A voice from that cage shouted and laughed maniacally

Just who was inside that cage?
ooc: Nemesis will be later

Level 5
Prometheus soul and will burned like never before. Preparing his strongest attack, one that'd significantly drain his stamina and power. Hannyabal felt the same and responded in kind, his haki also burning and reverberating. Both warriors now cried out, waiting for each one of their moves. Prometheus blasted himself forward, forcing Hannyabal to react almost immediately.

"Gurensen !"

Hannyabal would unravel the mechanical like motion that he had set up a few moments ago. He'd swing with his right arm while pushing it with the left one at the same time, resulting in a very powerful and wide swing. The slash would slice through the fire and clashed with Prometheus blitz-like attack, providing one enormous clash.
Hannyabal DPS: 81-100: 5. Large Building Level +3 A rank +2 armament Haki = 10. Island Level
Gurensen
(紅蓮旋, Crimson Lotus Swipe)
The user crosses his arms, with the right one pointing back and the left one up. Then, he swings his right arm while pushing it with the left one at the same time, resulting in a very powerful and wide swing.
With a bit of resistance, Prometheus would finally flash by the Vice-Warden, digging through the man's most offensive technique in his disposal. The attack that'd eventually make contact with Hannyabal was a much lower version than initially anticipated. The Vice-Warden would grit his teeth as he endured the impact. Eventually, the chains from the attack would wrap themselves around the Warden forcing him to drop his weapon next to him while he turned his body. It'd allow him to face Prometheus and prevent himself from falling on his back. It was all the reaction he could make within this extremely short time frame.

The chains would burn his skin with a spirit and sensation that the Vice-Warden had never felt before. But his will was not yet broken, nor was his body. Blood trailed from his mouth and several wounds and bruises were on his body, yes. But the man wasn't ready to keel over just yet.

It was here that a roar would accompany an incredible explosion. Chills would run down Hannyabal's spine as well as acknowledging what the kind of explosion meant. "No! Maria!"

Lucy in the meantime remained staring on the floor. Her guilt for the chief's death kept her immobilized and terrified with fear. However, Domino was a proud woman. Lucy's mind would begin to reminisce about the past. About the many times in their training and introduction to the impel down work ethic. It was here that she'd remember the doctrine that ran within all impel down personnel. The one that drove Maria to suicide, despite it perhaps be for naught.

Protect those who cannot protect themselves

A will inherited by all ID staff. With an outbreak, the capture and or execution of a pirate meant everything. Even if it'd mean going through a colleague or a good friend. Magellan embodied this rule, for everyone knew that when he arrived at the scene, fleeing would be in their best interest. Staff can be replaced, but recapturing all these pirates would take a more tremendous amount of effort.

Her training with Hannyabal, short talking with Magellan and training with Domino would start to engulf her mind. When Hannyabal cried out with fear for Maria's safety, cracks would begin to form. A boiling anger would slowly but surely began to mix and overrule her current emotional state.

Prometheus, a being of hatred and anger, would feel it. The young woman was breaking through the mind prison that Spada had created. While not instantly, he had to act fast. If both of them teamed up, he'd have an incredibly hard fight ahead of himself.

Level 4
Magellan was occupied with Willem's supposed threat of fire. Observing that Medusa would not hesitate in the slightest. With a dash down below, she'd reach a patch of poisonless ground. There she'd gather all of her strength into her legs and tail, going for one powerful slashing strike. Momentum carrying and empowering the strike. Willem would halt his attacks upon the arrival of Medusa, as he took a few dashes back, spots of purple clearly visible on his face. It was already spreading and declining his health. He took a moment to gather himself as he ate another pellet. Probably dulling the effect of the poison to some extent.

Magellan upon observing the appearance of Medusa felt her growing intent to attack and quickly prepared himself. He'd inhale sharply when Medusa pushed off from her position, only to observe an inflated Magellan with his entire body clad with hardening. "Doku Fugu Koka!"
85 5. Town Level + 20(Doku Fugu dura boost) + 2 Haki = 8. Island Level
Winner Medusa = DPR 1 higher than dura: quite effective
Medusa's strike would slash through Magellan's defences, potentially pouring infected blood upon herself. For the Warden's blood was as noxious as he himself was. The fire would burn the man, but not as harsh as Medusa would've liked it to be. Or at the very least, Magellan didn't show it to be effective. A true testament to the man's durability. However, a shock to the Spada pirate was Magellan's almost immediate response. With the third slash having left its striking range only just now, Magellan would respond in kind. Having inhaled his setup for this move moments prior. Another salvo of liquid orbs would be shot from the warden's mouth in an immediate response. These liquid orbs having the properties his hydra held but not as grand a scale.
Magellan DPS: 81-100: 5. Large Building Level +2 B rank +1 armament Haki
Major Poison
With Medusa now pushed back and perhaps injured, the warden would hear the roar that had engulfed the entire building of impel down. He'd frown while his scowl took an even darker turn. A small beeping noise would grab his attention. Whether he'd observe the origin of the noise would depend on Medusa's reaction to his attack earlier. If she evaded and countered, he'd not keep his eyes off her, but in the event she was wounded, he'd start to push his sleeve up. Revealing a snail phone that blinked red ever so slightly, a coded message.

But what did it mean? Magellan's reaction would reveal something bad. For his eyes turned blood shot red.

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #24
@QuickZilver708
Level 4
The Queen of Gorgons took on a monster. One of her strongest attacks, the Gorgon did not hold back, seeking to wound and slow down Magellan. Through the Chloro Ball and towards the Warden, Medusa blitzed the man. Swords filled with spirit and fire, they met the Warden’s body.

The monster of Impel Down barely moved, though blood splurged up and to Medusa. With an inhale, a new attack was shot point-blank to Medusa. All the Gorgon could do was bring her tail to block. Medusa’s body flew backwards, crashing into the outside of a nearby cell. A large clang echoed.

[Medusa] “Ugh! Haaaa… Haaaaa…. What a monster. Gorohahahha!”
A madwoman. Medusa cackled as she got up. Blood of her own dripped from the sides of her mouth. Her bones cracked as she straightened up. The Warden had dealt a hell of a blow. The impact physical pain was less worrisome than the poison blast. Medusa panted, her senses blurring, as patches grew on her skin. The poison was progressive, slowly taking more by the minute.

Normal beings would have passed out already. Being a Gorgon saved her, but how much more could she take? How long? Medusa saw Magellan’s eyes bloodshot, likely as a reaction to what they heard. Enough time has been bought. That roar signified the Unsundered awakening.

[Medusa] “The job is done, Wilhem. You can stay here and die if you want to. Time to regroup! Let’s lure that monster to Level 6! I have a surprise for that bastard! Gororhohohoho!

The Gorgon Queen made a beeline to the stairs towards Level 5. Magellan was too much of a beast. Only another beast could tame him.

A clash to be foretold by the walls of Impel Down for years to come. Determination clashed against hate. Black lightning spawned off their clash, making the very air quiver and floor shake. Smoke clouded the result, only to be phased by fire, erupting through chains, binding Hannyabal.

Hannyabal turned, showing his dedication. He’s see Promethus fall on one knee. This attack had drained him considerably, coupled with the attacks he took for La Spada. Yet, the chains still bound Hannyabal. Prometheus felt Lucy breaking through the mental prison La Spada had created for her. He needed to act now. A burning hate singed in his neck. His eyes went into a flashback, a flashback of Zeus betraying him.

Suddenly, Promethus stood. Revenge willed him on.
[Prometheus] “I-I-I will tear down anyone who stands in the way of my revenge! ANYONE!!!!”

With a roar, fire erupted from Prometheus body. The fire ran through the chains and sought to erupt in a blaze of hateful fire on Hannyabal’s body. The Firebringer also tightened the chains to immobilize. Prometheus was stronger than Hannyabal, and the fire sought to burn him and immobilize him completely.

If successful, Prometheus would pull Hannyabal to him and use his tail to disarm Hannyabal. He’d turn to the approaching Lucy with Hannyabal’s bladed weapon to Hannyabal’s neck, held with the tail. If all went as planned, Lucy was now in a hauntingly similar situation as before. How would her mind pace?

Isis “La Spada” was back.

Spirit and hate leaked out of the Unsundered. Like a child who finally got her wish. A body finally worthy. Whom spat on the Devil himself. Whose hate bore resurrection. Who better to bear the burden of Underworld? The bars of her cell and the shackles were blown away. Bone to cold floor, the footsteps of La Spada echoed through Level 6.

Standing resolute around those filled with madness was Maria. She had sealed the floor and confronted The Grim. La Spada cackled, mocking her futile spirit. Yet, the woman held, confronting death, literally.

Suddenly, a blast of spirit overtook the area.

[Voice] “Zehahahahahaha!”

A King. Spirit of the Kings swept, knocking Maria out. La Spada stood frozen. She did not show it, but a very human chill went down her spine. The Grim slowly turned her head, eyes fixated on the shadow inside the cell, and the cackle that followed. Level 6 did not disappoint. But a chosen one? Shock slowly curled to excitement. A grin came as La Spada licked her maggoty skin.

La Spada took a step towards the cage. Her eyes burned green with soul, illuminating the area. Who was this King? La Spada would find out.

[La Spada] “Kuahahaha… A Supreme King! How delicious!”

Medusa saw her chance at an escape attempt. Her part in this raid had been completed, all she had to do was to lure the Warden towards level 5. Sadly, however, things often do not go as planned. Magellan, seething with rage and anger, would observe the dashing Medusa. Eyes following her direction with great interest. "Hydra." He'd shout as the Hydra on his left would latch out with incredible speeds. It had remained around his person ever since he had arrived at level 4. Only retracting to a meter or so away from his body. This combined with its slightly faster speed would allow for the conjured creature to overtake Medusa. The monster would blast towards the stairs, a hallway that had a limited amount of space. And its size was more than enough to fill it up to the roof of the stairs that lead to level 5. Medusa would observe that the Hydra wasn't aimed at her but the entrance itself, effectively sealing it. Should Medusa dare to risk going through this sea of poison, she'd most likely write her own demise.

Willem on the other hand would observe the attempt at a Hydra attack and saw to intervene. His Scythe blazed with fire as he aimed a powerful flame like projectile. Its purpose to behead the Hydra and to allow Medusa her escape. The warden, however, was done playing games. From his body, a massive amount of liquid poison was generated and manipulated into a massive purple arm. The arm's fist also coated with haki would make short work of this flame projectile. Magellan's body would also be doused with a seemingly never-ending supply of poison. It would cover him and create an armour. The armour more as a deterrent than an actual defensive boost, but one could surmise as much at a small glimpse. "Operator. Initiate alert code: Omega." Magellan would say to the den den mushi on his wrist.
"Omega code acknowledged. But sir, the surveillance room is a mess! We'll have to do it all manually!" - A faint voice responded from the other end.

After those words had left Magellan's words, all hell broke loose on the entirety of Impel Down. From the various speakers on all the floors, excluding 6, an alarm would blare. The operator would not get the retort from Magellan that they feared. With a click, the call would be ended. The Spada pirates had bought themselves time with their sabotage in the surveillance room. The question was, how long. And would Medusa survive long enough to see their actual escape?

"Venom Road." Magellan would say as he injected himself into the 'road' his Hydra had created. Moving at incredible speeds towards Medusa, going far beyond his ordinary physical movement speed. The Warden would eject himself near Medusa as he'd hurl the massive arm with a downward swing, hoping to catch her by surprise. "Demon smash!"
Venom Road = Soru guidelines
81-100: 5. Large Building Level + A(3) +1 = 9. Mountain Level
A dangerous attack and one that might injure Medusa further. With her already diminishing stamina, she'd most likely be caught off guard. But Willem, surprisingly, intercepted the smash in mid-air. His strength enough to keep the fist in check in mid-air. Medusa, should she observe the hunter, noted that he had grown even more feral than before. His strength now allowing him to clash evenly with the warden's attacks. But the poison would eventually win in an exchange. "Race against the Clock, Spada Pirate. How do you plea?" Willem would say nearly grunting the words than speaking it. As if a wolf had gained the ability to talk.

"Hrrrgh. Foolish inmates!" Magellan would respond with bitterness at the man's interference.

Will Medusa steel herself? She was a pawn. But was she truly willing to sacrifice herself for Spada?

If you can push through before the venom, feel free to do so. The alarm will happen regardless. But I'll give level 4 a quick update after that. Since we're still in the middle of level 4 since the party dropped from the giant hole. The entrance to level 5 should be quite some distance away. Allowing for a reaction.

The reaction to the poison was fine. Given Medusa's resistance, she should be able to tank a few hits from it regardless.
------------

Level 5
Hannyabal stood eye to eye with Prometheus. Who found his second wind, much like Hannyabal did. The two fighters were a testament to the human spirit, indomitable and unwavering to the bitter end. Prometheus' roar flared his flames with more intensity. The Vice-Warden's body would burn and sear, combined with the incredible grip on his body. The man's defeat was nearly a given, he'd bear the pain and went for what would most likely be his final attack.

"Hannya Carnival..." The Warden would say, as blood would be coughed up while speaking.

At this point, Hannyabal would feel the thug from Prometheus and at the same time kicked his bladed weapon towards the pirate at the same time. The blade, which he had dropped to the ground, now flew towards Prometheus' right shoulder with remarkable speeds and lasting haki.

"SAYONARA!"
81-100 5. Large Building Level + A:+3 + 1 Invisible Haki = 9. Mountain Level
A farewell from the Warden, a closing statement to his carnival techniques. The man was out of tricks as his performance neared its end.

Lucy in the meantime was observing this passionate display. She'd see Hannyabal fighting to the bitter end and with tooth and nail. It'd force her to curse her own weakness. It'd also give her the necessary fuel for her bold nature and personality to resurface. Prometheus went for the kill but sadly the response from the Vice-Warden had, instead, inspired his subordinate. Her limbs and legs started to move, the prison was on the verge of being broken.

Things appeared rather dire for the tiefling. For Hannyabal was already unarmed by the time he was yanked forward. Plotting it so that he could deploy one final act.

Through the fire and the flames, the blaring alarm would most likely go unnoticed.

For now.

------------

Level 6
The promise of a king. That insatiable desire for power and to curse the heavens. Like a moth to a flame, Spada was lured towards this particular prison cell. But what she'd find was something of a polar opposite to the king she sought out. Within the prison cell was an old man, his age far beyond that of a regular human. He must've been over a century old. But his spirit clung to dear life, all for a singular purpose.

Meeting the woman that was in front of him.

The old man would look up, skin as dry as Spada her own, would question one who was the resurrected fellow in this meeting. Luckily, the already decayed skin would betray that it was that of the Captain. The man in front of her was still alive, as surprising as that fact was.

"Zehahaha! Finally! They all mocked me! Thought me for a fool! But I knew. I knew you'd make your way here."
"Captain!"

The old man would say, addressing Spada as captain. But she did not recognize the man, nor did his soul betray him. But who was he? By the time she'd start to question the old fellow for being senile, a flash would come to her. Like called upon by a foreign entity or inserted into her mind. The laugh. The way he spoke. No, it could not be.

Was it truly him?

A forgotten legend. One of the founding members of the Spada pirates of old. Diamond Uvogin stood before her. Or was it truly him? Despite some features here and there, the man's age could not verify her memories. The man had supposedly died ages ago. Or did he vanish? Whatever happened to the man was unknown, but one fact remained true. He stood in the here and now before Spada. And he had one final request, would she deny it?

"Take me with you, Captain! My life cannot end yet! Not while you are here. Long have I waited, they captured me! Took me away far too soon! I shall continue to serve."

"In both life and death! "

Uvogin said, as he went onto a rampage. His mortal life was at an end, which was something Spada could clearly see with her eyes. A fleeting aura that held on, pure unfiltered power of will. His long life desire. To serve Spada in both life and death.

"Zehahaha!"
"Will this insufferable fool ever quit talking?" A voice said, coming from a nearby cage. It'd reveal to Spada a colleague of some sorts.

One of the former Shichibukai. Crocodile.

While one appearance of a legend hadn't even fully registered with her yet another began to reveal herself. Level 6 was starting to live up to the claims it had within the Grand line. Who else was housed here? One began to wonder. Unbeknownst to Spada Impel Down started to shift. Alarms were blaring while guards and staff were moving around in pure chaos. Eventually, the entire facility would be on lockdown.

The race against the clock started now.

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #25
@QuickZilver708
Level 4
The exit to Level 5 was sealed. Medusa looked at the poison with gritted teeth, cursing beneath her breath. Trapped like rats. Medusa would not blow through it. She would turn, seeing the Warden in full anger and determination to kill. The Gorgon channeled her haki into her Bisento, resolute. An alarm blared. A clock.

Wilhelm stopped Magellan’s attack. Below it, Medusa received a flashback. A flashback of that ancient evil “saving her”, taking her soul. Medusa was reminded of the nature of the Spadas.

[Medusa] “I plead not guilty! Gorohahahaha!”
Medusa responded to Wilhem’s call for charge. She agreed in word to continue fighting. In retort, the woman pushed off, now point-blank with Magellan. Invisible haki coated her Bisento. The woman brought it upwards, bringing it down with all her force. Medusa clamored the name of the attack, venom of her own in the blade.

[Medusa] “Toxia: Skull Smash!”

Suddenly, at the last second, the Bisento changed direction. Shockingly, it turned to Wilhem’s head, point-blank. With him still clashing against Magellan, and no doubt caught off-guard by the action, Medusa aimed to throttle the wolf to the ground with the blunt part of the Bisento. Even if it did not take him out, Medusa’s toxins would considerably accelerate Magellan’s poison Inside Wilhelm.

The Spada’s had no allegiance but their own goals. A basic tenant of the crew. Medusa would not sacrifice herself for nobody, not even La Spada herself, especially not for La Spada. The Gorgon jumped back to create distance and lowered her weapon, trying to show Magellan she was no longer a threat.

[Medusa] “I’m not going to die here. Let me live, Warden, and I shall give you those who have been tearing your prison from the inside: the Hunter’s Dream. I know where they hide.“
[Medusa] “That evil witch, La Spada, has regained her body. Even you will need help defeating her. Help from someone who knows her weakness. Spare me, and I shall save your prison.”
Betrayal. The Hunter’s Dream should have known who they got in bed with. This was the Spada Pirates. Medusa offered for her life. She knew Magellan would imprison her regardless, but perhaps she could live. Was she buying time? Was she truthful? What choice did Magellan have with La Spada loose?

A clash to be foretold by the walls of Impel Down for years to come. Hannyabal would not yield. His spirit and determination could put the most fealty to shame. His determination could move mountains. It could move even the soul of a man lost in hate and revenge. Prometheus eyes widened at this man’s determination, until something snapped within him.

The farewell attack met Prometheu shoulder, it also clad in invisible haki as defense. The attack blew a hole in Prometheus left shoulder, shattering his shoulder head. Blood leaked in strobes. Prometheus left arm limped at his side, disabled.
[Prometheus] “Haaa... haaa…. Haaaa… You are worthy. Y-y-you remind me of a young chap. A chap who sought to brought fire to the world. That fool had determination even the Olympians could not quell.”
The Firebringer went into a deep trance as he continued to pull Hannyabal to him with his left hand. The man was severely wounded, but his determination of revenge was not. Prometheus brought his weapon to the bound Hannyabal, it’s blade coming down on the Vice-Warden’s neck. Blood splurged everywhere.

Prometheus voice echoed, loud enough so that Lucy, who would be now on approach, could hear clearly.

[Prometheus] “The old me has spared you. B-b-before my soul is devoured in hate. Before it is devoured by that ‘vile monster’, l-l-let this be my last act of a man determined. My last act of humanity.”
[Prometheus] “J-j-just don’t give in to hate, my determined friend, as I have.”

His words were in solace. Prometheus face turned kind, eyes and smile true, as in the olden days. A man on the brink of a hole in which he could not crawl back from, he left a piece of his humanity in these walls, in Hannyabal. The blade had cut Hannyabal in the neck, though not deep enough to immediately wound mortally. However, if he was not rushed to be medically attended, he would bleed out.

Prometheus turned to Lucy. An ultimatum. With her background in letting - no, in killing Domino - what would be her decision? Was Prometheus bluffing? He was, after all, very wounded. Would she even risk it? Even if she were to take Prometheus down, Hannyabal would surely die, unless she acted now. Clock is ticking.

[Prometheus] “Take him to get medical attention. If you delay and fight me, he will die. Do you wish another death on your shoulders? Make your choice.”

Level 6
Those forgotten. Those who were erased from the history. Those whose existence was an affront to the world. Level 6 did not disappoint. A Supreme King among those chained. A shadow in the light of La Spada’s soul. The Grim, led to the spirit of darkness, approached the cell.

That laugh. That soul. It couldn’t be.

[La Spada] “Impossible. So, your soul could not be sundered either… mah’ dear Uvogin!”

Suddenly, the camera whirled into La Spada’s boney eye socket. A flashback showed an Isis with a human body, a less evil grin, and sand whirling around her. Behind her was a crew of nine, with Uvogin’s large body rounding the back, that recognizable laugh echoing. Many more images flashed, all the way to the fateful day at Saboday with Torque. All the way to when La Spada came back and Uvogin showed his awakened diamond, shortly before the world was Sundered.

La Spada took a step forward. The cell bars were cut down, and the Grim went closer. Closer to the century old man that stood with a spirit undisturbed. His old frail body was a shell, but his spirit brimmed. The Grim saw the physical state of the man. Her mind raced. She did not have a heart, but it would have beaten.

If one did not see it, they could not believe it. La Spada’s infamous sadistic grin was no more. Her permea-killing intent was replaced.

The woman leaned forward, placing the man’s head on her boney shoulder. She turned to his ears and whispered. Shockingly, even her voice changed. From one with a thick accent to a normal voice, similar to when La Spada was alive. Her words even seemed even familial.

[La Spada] “My dear. How long you must have waited? How long you must have suffered? A more loyal and diamond blade, I could not ask for.“
[La Spada] “Take solace, my dear. Today you will be rewarded. I will take you with me. Never again shall your soul leave my side.”
Suddenly, the sound of flesh tearing echoed. With those words, La Spada’s body leaned forward ever so slightly. Her boney fingers, black and pointed, pierced Uvogin’s chest cavity, the heart. However, it was gentle. A gentle push. La Spada kept whispering. Her tone was one almost of tenderness. As if her soul had reverted back to the day before her hate consumed her.
[La Spada] “Death will not be your end. Follow me one last time. I, Death, will guide you.“
The boney hand came through Uvogin’s back, heart in hand. The Grim took an inhale. A green light came from Uvogin mouth, swallowed by La Spada. That soul moved through the skeleton until it settled in La Spada’s hook. There, it became a green ball. It hung near two other balls of light, one Beet red (Hades) and the other black (unknown). A fitting end. Or was it? A soul taken, waiting for revival.

La Spada stood up. Her madness returning. Before it returned completely, La Spada whispered one last word to her beloved.

[La Spada] “Your soul shall tear these walls that imprisoned you. You have my word. Revenge will be yours, Uvogin.”

The grin that made La Spada returned, as she turned to the likewise infamous Crocodile. La Spada’s aura was back. Her madness had returned. La Spada approached Crocodile’s cell and cut it open. Crocodile still had his hands bound, but La Spada did not cut him loose yet. She spoke to him first.

La Spada’s thick evil accent was back. She had a 787,500,000 Beri bounty, the quickest to date. She needed no introduction, but La Spada spoke sarcastically with the infamous intent to kill.

[La Spada] "Shall I introduce myself? Kuhahahaha!“
[La Spada] “How about setting this prison on fire with me’, mah’ dear Crocodile? Tha’ world will turn darkness soon. Mah’ child, yah’ being there shall prove most interesting! Kuahahahaha!”

Level 4
Trapped like a mouse. That was the situation Medusa found herself in. With no quick way out into level 5 and Magellan directly in front of her, she saw no other option but. Betrayal? A quick and forceful strike found its way towards Willem's head. The Wolfman looked at the incoming attack with widened eyes before he narrowed them. A portion within himself figured it'd turn out this way, but he wondered why she'd do such a thing at this point in time. Willem would be pinned to the ground, exhausted and nearly depleted of his stamina. The pellets, strange medicine and having tanked the wardens poison finally had forced the man to the ground. The Gorgon would jump back and created some distance between the warden and herself. She'd also lower her weapon as a sign to make herself not a threat any more. This act would not really change Magellan's clearly angered look, but he did halt and listened to, what, he figured to be her final words. Willem, who was still very much alive, started to chuckle softly, his feral look fleeting as he started to turn back into his regular form.

Spare me-"

Medusa would say, as she looked to be almost begging for her life, but the warden would have none of it. The large purple like arm would quickly move towards the Gorgon in a swatting manner. The swing was fast, deadly and covered a large surface area as it came swinging from her right side. Magellan was a proud man, he had so much pride that Medusa would've underestimated it, perhaps a little. The warden would rather die than seek help from a stranger, and especially one that turned his prison upside down. She had sneaked her way in under a disguise, no hair on his head would think to trust a word she had to say.

Demon Smash/ Major poison
"Do you honestly believe I'd accept your aid?"
Magellan would say as he'd narrow his eyes and extended his right arm, the hydra's mouth already forming at the front of it. Magellan would attempt to catch Medusa with it, depending on her reaction to his Demon smash. If she'd evade he'd turn and launch it towards her, if she blocked or attacked he'd also engulf her with it. The man was going for the kill, that much was certain. The Gorgon if she wished to attack the man she'd have to take risks, otherwise she'd meet her demise before she could even attempt to harm him.

"Hahaha. I'll see you in hell, Gorgon!" Willem cackled as he occasionally spit out blood at the same time.

With deadly precision, Hannyabal's deadly strike would dig deep into Prometheus' shoulder. The tiefling was left with a huge hole in his left shoulder, practically disabling any complicated movement with his associated arm. Still, Prometheus followed Hannyabal's example and dragged the warden towards him, holding him at a knifes edge. Prometheus' words boomed and echoed throughout level 5 allowing the awakened Lucy to listen in on the conversation. The warden who was on the precipice could feel his life fleeting but took it in stride to the best of his ability.

"I have no regrets..." The Vice-Warden forced those last words out of his mouth before his body finally gave out. Not dead but passed out from the gruesome fight he had fought.

Prometheus with a face of rekindled humanity would cut Hannyabal in the neck. A juxtaposition of some sorts. For the man's face did not accompany the act he had just displayed. The wound on Hannyabal's neck, if left unchecked, would ultimately be his demise. The new member of the Spadas would look at Lucy with a final choice. But would it be the best one? The young woman would look at her employer and immediately saw the reflection with Domino. Even with all her newfound fortitude, she'd not risk such an event ever again. It'd take time to fully heal this trauma, as it took nearly everything she had to stand up. With a pained expression and bags under her eyes she elevated herself, the mental stress she was under was undeniable. Eventually she'd reach the spot where Hannyabal would be, dragging herself across the snow.

"I-i-I'll take him..." She'd say with all her might.

Prometheus if he went along would, hopefully, either drop the man or toss him in Lucy's direction. Then and only there would she'd pull the man on her shoulder and attempt to flee upwards. With a quick glance to the firebringer she'd say some parting words.

"G-g-goodluck evading the warden..." she'd close off and perhaps remind him of the even bigger threat that loomed in this facility. The warden, one who had only one major defeat to his name in all those years within Impel Down. Whether Prometheus decided to betray Lucy or not remained to be seen. But one thing was certain. The fight between him and the vice-warden was his to claim as the victor. And perhaps only now would the firebringer respond to the alarm that was making a racket on this floor.

A meeting build upon since the start of this journey. Spada finally stood face to face with her diamond blade, the myth, the legend. The unbreakable Uvogin. It was inevitable that the sight of such a meeting wouldn't strike a chord within the cold soul of Spada. Flashes of a time gone by, another place and a forgotten or perhaps dead world. The sight of Uvogin in his old state did more upon Spada than even the man anticipated. Gone was hatred to the world, gone was her madness and gone was her ever present killing intent. What Uvogin had accomplished was something no mortal would ever dare to accomplish in this day and age. Placating Spada and turning her human for a brief second.

[La Spada] “My dear. How long you must have waited? How long you must have suffered? A more loyal and diamond blade, I could not ask for.“

[La Spada] “Take solace, my dear. Today you will be rewarded. I will take you with me. Never again shall your soul leave my side.”

"I knew you'd find me one day, captain. I wrought havoc on this land in your name, all so that one day we could meet one another. But alas my reign of terror was short lived. Those Admirals are the real deal, damn that Sengoku and Garp." Uvogin said nearly a whisper as he embraced the solace, knowing that all of his adventures weren't futile. But it'd also reveal that the man had been in this world for a very, very long time.

"Zehahaha..Until our song of oblivion is done, I shall continue to serve." The man laughed his final time as a mortal. For Spada granted his death swiftly and painlessly. And with a slight push, the man's heart would be firmly in Spada her hands. The arm now having completely pierced his upper-body. Uvogin's body almost immediately responded to this, his head would fall down, as would the rest of his body. The man was already on the verge of death, so a strike like that was beyond what he really needed to be killed. From Uvogin a green soul would be pulled and consumed by Spada, awaiting its chance to be revived.

Eventually, Spada would revert to her post source self. Her hatred, her madness and her desire for slaughter all returned with the push of a button. Now with attention undivided, she'd turn to the other legend in the room, the fallen warlord, Crocodile. Sitting down on a brick like bench, the man would observe his 'saviour'. He was still bound, but Spada could now finally have a good heart to heart with the man. He knew her, albeit through word of mouth and the occasional newspaper that'd find its way down here. One of the quickest rising rookies in decades, with a bounty of 787,500,00 it dwarfed that of his own. But bounties weren't everything. The man would listen to her speak but instead of a normal reply, the man would laugh in an eerie similar fashion as Spada.

"Kuhahahaha! So those fools weren't exaggerating after all. Madam Spada, in the flesh. Or what's left of it, at least."
"Like looking in a mirror, a nightmarishly one. " Crocodile said, honestly wondering why they looked so frightingly similar. But he quickly disregarded it and shrugged before casting a wicked smile.
"You don't have to ask me twice. Cut me loose already. I'll get us up top nice and quickly."

The Warlord said, revealing that he had a way to force themselves upwards without the need of the set of stairs or the elevator that was in the back. All Spada had to do was cut the man loose. Level 6 would also start to become rather noisy as many of its inhabitants started to wonder if they too would be freed?

Chaos had been planted and nearly reaped. All Spada had to do now was move upwards and make it multiply beyond comprehension.

Betrayal was second nature to the Spada Pirates. Wilhem would find the floor, throttled by Medusa’s sneak attack and debilitated by the poison. The Gorgon lowered her weapon, addressing Magellan with a plea. An offer. A beg. Wilhem and Medusa waited for Magellan’s response. It came swift.

No hair on Magellan’s head would think to trust a word she had to say.

[Wilhelm] “"Hahaha. I'll see you in hell, Gorgon!"
For a moment time slowed. The poison approaching stopped mid-air. All three parties were nonmoving. The Gorgon Queen’s eyes showed many images. Images of her youth and beauty, before she took Poseidon’s love. Before Athena punished her by taking her beauty, cursing her into the monster she now was. La Spada appeared next in the images, offering a boney hand and a promise of revenge.

The last image was Medusa screaming. Screaming when she first saw her ugly face after being turned. That scream echoed.

[Medusa] “AHHHHHHHHH!!!!”
Such was the last cry of the Gorgon. By frontal and side, the hydra engulfed her. The woman was pushed back, slamming against one of the cells, the torrent of poison flooding her body. Eyes closed, the snake-body fell forward with a thud. Defeated. The Gorgon would not die of poison, thanks to her race, yet it was doubtful she would even wake before the day ends.

See you in Hell, Wilhelm.

A proud warrior, Vice-Warden Hannyabal went out with a bang and sayonara. Prometheus’ blade came down, threatening his life. Much to anyone’s surprise, the Firebringer left Hannyabal alive. A piece of his humanity left behind, before darkness completely overtook him. Eyes to Maria.

Maria would choose to rescue Hannyabal, reminded of Domino’s demise. She’d find no opposition from Prometheus, as promised. Maria was able to safely take Hannyabal for treatment.

[Maria] “"G-g-goodluck evading the warden..."
Those words were a rude wake-up call. So enthralled with the heat of battle, Prometheus had not heard the alarm. His eyes widened as he looked around. What could it mean? The Firebringer began to limp towards the entrance to Level 6, towards La Spada - he could feel his Soul Mark burning. He would try to find the source of the alarm, or any hint as to its meaning. If all else fails, he would approach an occupied cell.
Prometheus fell to one knee, panting. He patched his wound up by tightening his shirt over the shoulder, the arm limp at his side. Biting his lip, the man would continue on. Hate would push him forward.

Evil was loose in Impel Down. La Spada cut open Crocodile’s cell and took his answer. To souls of equal attractiveness, down to the hook and cigar, though one boney. Green light slowly turned the air into ice, shaped into a blade that La Spada held with grimace. Suddenly, La Spada thrust forward and cut Crocodiles’ Seastone chains, laughing maniacally.

And so it went. Everyone was freed.

La Spada went to each cell and made a similar proclamation. Whether they agreed or not, The Grim would cut their chains. They could join or stay. Dozens and dozens of the worst pirates and criminals to have ever roamed the seas were set free with nay a restriction. Some big names included: Crocodile, Zephyr, Nemesis, Satango, Assassin Pirates, Brutalizing Pirates. There were countless others whose infamy had died in the forgotten level. They now returned to the world in a storm.

La Spada’s aura would overtake the air. She would laugh maniacally and speak with deep wanting to the freed Level 6 legends behind her.
[La Spada] “A haven, yea. Yet it must fall ere we be saved. Too frail a shell, and humans should not thrive. Too stout a shell and they would not die. Slaughter and salvation!“
[La Spada] “We are the Abandoned One, born but now to die. Our name is Orphan. By our hand, the world shall know redemption!!!”
The freed group fittingly named Orphan. With words to etch a wanting of hate, La Spada freed everyone. Abandoned Ones. Crocodile would lead the way to Level 5, to free those other orphans and tear down the prison.

By Orphans’ hand, the Unsundered world shall know redemption.

With a deep hate burning, Prometheus would stumble further, following the direction his pulsating soul mark brought him. However, his battle with Hannyabal had proven to be far more taxing than he had anticipated. Having been forced on one knee, Prometheus began to patch himself haphazardly. No medical knowledge made this a difficult order. While the man used this opportunity to also take a breather, Impel down would shake and at the same time would his soul mark burn even brighter. The pain so intense that it paled in comparison when Spada had applied it under Domino's guise. Now she was full, complete and a harbinger of pain and hatred.

The ground shook as suddenly a hole was blasted near the ground that had just seen the battle between him and Hannyabal. Out of this crater, a group of legends arrived, one by one. Prometheus, a man who knew Impel Down more than the average inmate, would not believe his eyes. First up was the ex-warlord Crocodile, followed by Zephyr, Nemesis, Satango, the assassin pirates and the brutalizing pirates and many more. An entire army had emerged from level 6. Its vault of legends had been completely exhausted. Last but not least was Spada herself, who emerged from the crater that Crocodile had created. Sand, still swirling with the palm of his hand, rotating as it simply awaited the order from its user to continue.

"One of yours? La Spada?" Crocodile would say as he motioned towards Prometheus.
"Rahahaha. How the mighty have fallen, Zephyr-san. Your ideology turned due to pirate influence, and here you're saved by them yet again. Rahahah, how it must sting!" Kenway would sneer at Zephyr, who only returned a terrifying glare towards the pirate.
"A temporary truce. Nothing more, you oblivious child." The ex-Admiral would say, as he'd afterwards return his glance to Spada and Crocodile.
"This alarm is a new addition, the old Impel Down did not have it. I suggest haste if you ever wish to leave this place" Satango would add, giving his intel about the compound.

Slightly away from the group stood the other pirate group, led by the infamous Ares, with bounty that even eclipsed that of Spada. His men would stand before him in an almost military fashion. They'd stomp with their feet as if they were exercising their march, it'd echo and nearly shake the entire level. Ares after this strange behaviour would speak to his men. " MEN. PREPARE FOR BATTLE. FOR TONIGHT WE SHALL TAKE FROM THEM EVERYTHING!"

"AU!"
"AU!"
"AU!"

The brutalizing pirates would shout in unison for the entirety of level 5, they'd inspire and intrigue the nearby inmates who were on the verge of freezing to death. But no men or women amongst this group or with Orphan had any problem with the cold. Prometheus if he observed this image would finally realize.

He stood amongst legends.

A solid army had been amassed, and they all strangely awaited Spada her directions for now. Go straight up to 4 or prison break more people from their cells here? With their knowledge of the dream, the option of splitting up was also a possibility. Spada finally had full reign as a commander, no more hiding. No more sneaking around, at long last she could finally unleash her carnage.

-------------------------------------------

Level 4
A final cry that was all Magellan would hear after his opponent had been completely engulfed by his hydra. The beast would eventually calm down and return itself within its master. A noxious pool of purple poison lingered around level 4 with both impel down guards, inmates and hunters all unconscious, dead or poisoned. The warden had a lot of cleaning up to do, but for now he had to prepare. If in Medusa's words were even an ounce of truth, Spada would be upon him momentarily. With heavy steps, Magellan would move away from the battle between him and Medusa, figuring his poison would do the rest. His knowledge of her unique race limited to only hearsay and the few stories he had read. Her reaction to his poison also never gave him the impression that she was highly resistant to it. Alive or dead, today Medusa had suffered a humiliating defeat. Who knew how Spada would react to it if she saw her like this.

The Warden would continue to move towards the elevator in level 4 as he took out his den den mushi. At long last, he could get a status of the situation. And boy was it grim.

"Sir! We've got multiple wounded. Officer Lucy just arrived with Sir Hannyabal, his wounds are terrible! And if the rumours are correct we've got a mass breakout on level 6 which could multiple throughout the lower levels!!
"Calm yourself! How are the preparations for alert code Omega?"
"A slight hitch here and there, but we're progressing at a good pace. Entrances and exits at level 4 and 5 have already been sealed and locked up with doku walls. The cells at level 1,2 and 3 have also been moved into total lockdown. They'll lose precious time if they want to break out those inmates. Repairs at the communication centre are sadly going very slowly, the damage is beyond what we'll be able to repair today. We've bunkered our remaining forces at level 3 and 2. Hopefully we can stop a few pirates at those locations."
"Good. I shall join you at level 3 shortly. Our most important battle will be soon upon us. Good luck operator."
"Thank you sir. Godspeed."
"Don't mess this up, Magellan."

"Chief Takamura?!"

Magellan would respond with visible shock upon his face. But there would come no reply from the other end of the line. The warden would pocket his snail phone and entered the elevator before it'd be shut off. While it travelled, Magellan showed a very grim look upon his face.

"Out of all the days, he chose to visit. He chose today..."

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #26
@QuickZilver708

Level 5
We are the Abandoned One. By Orpan’s hand, the Unsundered world shall know redemption. It shall begin with Impel Down.

Prometheus limped to the entrance of Level 6. Suddenly, the earth crumbled. The Firebringer’s eyes widening as one after another terrifying figure came. He knew who was the last before she showed. His Soul Mark burned mad. Smoke billowing, it showed hate incarnate, fitted in a skeletal being with thick killing aura. La Spada. Between her skeletal fingers was a morbid sight: Maria’s unconscious body. A souvenir for Magellan, boney fingers piercing shallowly into her skull.

The alarm blared. A decision was nigh. Keep going, or free the prisoners. Orphan waited for The Grim. She answered with that infamous sarcastic tone.
[La Spada] “Why yes, we should save them. I am, after all, a benevolent Humanitarian…”

Placing her hand on her heart, La Spada made a mocking gesture. Thick with sarcasm. The Grim growled as she turned, her mafia-style coat flapping behind her. The Grim made a beeline towards Level 4, effectively abandoning those in Level 5. Those powerful, those worth it, were those in Level 6. The Grim would not concern herself with weaklings. Ares and his army shouted, rousing La Spada’s killing aura further; they already had an army.

Be that as it may, she was not going to stop any of Orphan from releasing the prisoners or going on their own way. La Spada led Orphan as she led the Spada Pirates, with relative freedom, only kept in check by aura, infamy, and fear. The Grim only had one rule.

[La Spada] “No one touch the Warden. Tha’ man is mine… Revenge shall be yours, Abandoned One. TAKE YOUR FREEDOM BY FORCE!!”

Words of pure malice. Uvogin’s soul flickered inside her hook, as if bringing that malice out, Prometheus felt a third wind. Perhaps rejuvenated by the Soul Mark, perhaps his hate confirmed by La Spada’s own. Whatever the case, the Firebringer stood up, behind and to the side of her Captain. Prometheus was the guide of Death in prison. La Spada laughed as he saw the man alive and still full of hate.

Assuming, but not deciding, Orphan made it to the entrance of Level 4, they’d meet a sealed wall of poison. La Spada would wait for Crocodile to use his tornado of sand to dehydrate it and blow it away. If not, La Spada would freeze it and blow the entrance open. They’d not know of the newcomer in the prison.

Rise Ophan.

Dock
The alarm blared. The outside would be in a full scramble. Zalera, the Scion, finally got the signal. He had patiently waited, and now his part had arrived. Zalera had long ago abandoned the Marine ship they had arrived in, likely confiscated by now. Dispatching of a fodder ID guard, Zalera stole his garbs.

Zalera would board the nearest Warship that surrounded the prison’s entrance in his disguise. He would start from the inside out. Zalera would start stealthily killing those onboard, clearing an escape ship amidst the chaos.

Impel Down - @Ichimonji

Level 5 --> Level 4

The many members of Orphan followed closely behind their saviour. Most of them followed out of necessity, free will was a hard thing to find in a prison after all. Spada would ignore those in level 5 as she had already acquired all the power she needed at level 6. However, those that wished to break out some inmates in level 5 were free to do so. The brutalizing pirates were the only group who'd scout some members for their group, their battle strength not to the point they used to be back in the day. With only one rule, Spada had established what she wanted and craved, the defeat and perhaps death of Magellan. Eventually they'd make it through the entrance of level 4 with some help of Crocodiles sand abilities.

The many members of Orphan would observe the aftermath of a war zone. Purple liquid was all around them, with many unconscious fools submerged with it. Impel Down staff, hunters and inmates, Magellan did not discriminate as to whom he attacked his poison with. Every often or so the members would hear groaning a few of the unfortunate souls that were alive beyond the pain. Spada in the corner of her eye would spot a defeated Medusa, knocked out by poison and battle, and a dead Willem lying a couple of meters next to her. Should it prompt Spada to stand still or move towards her, she'd find that the other members of Orphan were moving all around the floor, evading the poison to the best of their abilities. Some would move to the elevator trying to see if it worked, but sadly it did not respond to their request. Others would try and scavenge some weapons to be used, Ares and his men in particular would pick up the crude hunter weapons. Looking in disgust at the craftsmanship. "Such foul weapons. Forgive us, Lady Athena."

In time, the group would regroup at the staircase into level 3. Crocodile would stand at the ready with another sables awaiting the go for them to move forward. However, ex marine Zephyr would bring up a good remark to Spada and the group. "I hope you've got someone standing by at the top. Otherwise, our escape will be short lived. "

Unknown to Zephyr and fortunate to Orphan, a battle at the docks was already taking place.

Dock
Zalera under the disguise of an ID guard would start the escape part for the Spada pirates. The man would move swiftly and silently inside a nearby ship as he started to clear it out. Some men and women stationed at this part of the ship were of lower rank and oblivious to what was happening to them. Eventually Zalera would find himself to have cleared this section of the vessel without much opposition, that was until he'd hear a shout. "There's someone here! Such a wicked presence, quick you 3 check out below deck what is happening!" The voice called out and Zalera could assume that this person had mantra for he could feel his wicked presence, who they were exactly he would not know. What he did know was that in but a few moments, 3 higher ranked opponents would move towards the lower deck. How would the Dead shot prepare himself for the incoming reinforcements? If he was able to read their levels on his own, he'd find out that they were below him in power, but would he be able to defeat them on his own in an all out brawl?

Level 1
Chaos was all around, Impel Down, and it could even be felt at the very top of this prison. To prevent a further outbreak, many of the inmates were trapped in solitary confinement cells. From level 3 all the way up to one, if Spada and Orphan wished to break those out further they'd have to overwrite the primary controls or break through solid kairoseki, each of the options would likely waste them too much time. With a lot of the ID guards stationed at level 3 preparing for their final defence, level 1 was nearly deserted. Only the operator Magellan spoke to and a handful of support staff would house the front desk area. The area where Medusa had been discovered and started her murder spree. The operator had been writing down a lot of the information by hand, the sabotage of their surveillance room had regressed their technology and ability to observe to such a drastic level. It was a lot, but she was doing the best of her abilities. To her right a sigh could be heard, it came from a very old man who sat on a chair and used a katana as a walking cane. "If he fails here, you will know what that means. Right, operator?" The man spoke softly but with an incredible amount of authority. "Yes...but Chief Takamura you should help him! With you and him together, they stand no chance of breaking out!"
"Hah! He'd rather die than seek out my help. Besides young lady, I retired a long time ago. Ghosts of the past shouldn't meddle in current affairs. "
"But, Takamura-san!"
"However!" Takamura-san said, interrupting her plea for help.
"Should Magellan fall, I think I will take a stroll down memory lane. Can't have the place completely devoid of staff, right?"
The operator would look at Takamura with a forced smile, she couldn't understand why they just wouldn't work together. But if worst came to be, the man would intervene to prevent anything worse from happening in this building.

"I really hope Chief Magellan comes out of this alive."
"So do I, young lady....so do I"

Level 4 ——> Level 3
Orphan rose. Every level came with its challenges. Level 3 was filled with poison and defeated enemies. Truly, a monster had ravaged the floor. La Spada had profession of Devil Fruitology - she knew what the Doku was, seeing it all over the floor. Such devastation. La Spada walked past Medusa, completely ignoring her.

The Gorgon did not move towards La Spada. Instead, tears would grow. She would look up in the sky and speak. First to get on the Grim’s good side. Second seeking closure,
[Medusa] “Warden Magellan. It is true. He bears that fruit. He controls hydras, travels within them, and is no stranger to close-range. ”
[Medusa] “Tell me one thing, Captain. Am I beautiful, in the end?”

Medusa wept. Her wounds were many. The poison would not kill her, but the wounds may if left unchecked. She knew La Spada would not save her, but perhaps she could have closure before death. The Gorgon needed a lifeline. A word to accept death from the scar left by Athena, whom turned her into a monster.

La Spada turned slightly, a shadow over her face. Suddenly, La Spada spat at Medusa, hitting her face with the saliva. No words. That was the response. Medusa whimpered as La Spada’s footsteps moved towards the staircase to Level 3. Left for dead - hideous still.

Following La Spada was Prometheus, head down.

[Medusa] “W-w-we saved you! You owe me!”

Medusa had grabbed Prometheus ankle. The man looked down, seeing the woman finding a way to pull through her mental trauma. This was not acceptable way to die. Medusa needed that closure, and she would not die before then. Prometheus pulled his feet away. The man walked past, leaving his chains trailing behind him.

[Prometheus] “Decide your own fate. Only then can you stand behind Spada again.”

Medusa grabbed the chain. She slithered her body and she hung on, dragged through the ground. Would her will purge her on? Would she make it?

The Grim looked at Zephyr as he asked the valid question. She would not answer, only take a puff of her cigarette and walking forward. La Spada led Orphan to level 3, following her Awareness and the strong figures above.

Amidst the chaos, Zalera the Scion worked silently. Changed to an ID uniform, the strategist had begun to clear the warship from the bottom up. Most were fodders, easily dispatched. Zalera pulled their bodies into one room to avoid being found. Before he could go higher, Zalera heard the voice, followed by footsteps. The man had Awareness, and so he felt the men coming. he had time, but not much.

Zalera was chosen for this last leg of the invasion because of his strategy mind.

[Zalera] Three. I cannot risk a drawn-out battle. If I can catch them off guard… I’ll seek to end it in a quick unsuspecting move.

Zalera’s mind raced. He took a corpse and laid it in the middle of the room. Three of his five handguns were placed in different spots above the entryway of the door. Right as the door would open, Zalera laid face-up next to the bleeding corpse. They both looked dead. In his hand, barely gripped, was a handgun, a detail to miss.

Once the three crossed the threshold, seeing the two “dead” men, Zalera would flick his wrist and shoot thrice, one for each positioned handgun. His accuracy was so incredible, it would hit the triggers, shooting point-blank at the men from a surprise angle to their middle back.

Impel Down @Ichimonji

Level 3

Orphan moved through the halls between 4 and 3, each one of them ready to make history. A battle that'd echo throughout the channels of history for times to come. A battle that'd most likely cement Spada for her claim to the throne, a future Yonko. The siege of Impel Down was moving towards its climax. And at long last, the door towards level 3 would reveal their opposition.

Orphan would exit the halls as a fighting force of around 20 or so high level pirates. Level 3 was completely cleared out, revealing a massive open field of dirt and brick, a complete wasteland. Only the odd dark prison cell still remained standing as cover for the employees. The whimpering of the inmates inside ever present. Orphan stood eye to eye with a heavily fortified army. A hundred Impel Down guards were hunkered down in trenches and behind heavily fortified prison cells. All of them equipped with special dark shaped suits and rifles that were connected to the tanks on their back. They were the back line of this last stand, for behind them was the exit towards level 2 and their eventual escape.

At the front stood Magellan ever vigilant with his arms crossed in front of his chest and two odd looking fellows next to him, both of them in combat gear and an odd looking gas mask. Magellan holding the chains that were wrapped around their necks. For now these two odd fellows looked rather dormant like robots that were turned off. "This is the end of the line for you Spada pirates. Steel yourselves. Even you Zephyr. Impel Down does not hold back."

Magellan said before starting to exhale an enormous amount of purple fog out of his mouth. The man, not a fan of idle chit chat immediately began on the offensive and started to engulf the enormous floor with a thick purple fog. Spada and her crew would not receive a moment of quiet, for they had received it for far too long. If they wished to escape this place, they'd have to fight tooth and nail for it. Zephyr and most of the men would quickly put their arms before their mouth, trying to block the poison as much as they could. Only Spada and Crocodile to some extent would be impervious to this ability. They had to move quickly should they risk losing all of their members.

"Doku Gumo" Magellan said before he and his defence force vanished behind this purple curtain.
Doku Gumo (毒・雲 Doku Gumo?, literally meaning "Poison Cloud"): Breathing out large amounts of his poisonous breath, Magellan creates a fog-like cover in an area. This poisonous fog not only blurs the sight of any opponent caught within in, but also slowly weakens them as well, by gradually robbing away their strength, eyesight, and hearing. This attack's name contains a pun since "gumo" can also mean "spider" and when first released the shape of the cloud resembles a spider. This was first seen being used against Luffy.

Minor poison

Dock
The three men had moved towards the lower part of the ship. Moving carefully with their rifles steadily in their arms, moving around while giving cover to one another. Eventually they'd leave the stairs and find the 'corpses' prompting one of them to move forward. The other two remained just in front of the door, allowing for an escape route if necessary. The marine who moved up front first would inspect these corpses at proximity. "RUN!" The one up close shouted as he turned around, but alas he was far too late. Several gunshots would echo below deck as the rifles fired their shots at point blank and with perfect accuracy. Each bullet would pierce its designated marine point blank dropping them to the ground as blood started to escape from their wounds.

The gunshots had echoed throughout the ship, but for now no one up top moved, preferring the open area of the upper deck for combat. Zalera through his awareness could feel the brewing tension up top. The remaining marines knew that to take control over this ship, he'd have to eventually reach the upper levels. Because of that, they remained in their current positions, waiting and drawing the man out for an expected ambush.

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #28

The one designated to take over an escape ship. If Orhpan wanted to escape seamlessly, they’d need Zalera to secure an escape ship. Otherwise, what the ships would do was leave the Great Gaol, leaving Orphan stuck in the middle of Sea King waters. Perhaps a more dangerous escape could be hatched, but an seamless one depended on Zalera.

The three corpses hit the ground. Zalera recovered his guns and ammunition. The man searched them for anything that may help. However, he sensed the group converging upstairs. The open deck would be a point of ambush. Zalera had infiltrated, but his killing intent betrayed him.

[Zalera] There must be a cargo room or a weapons barge somewhere. This is a warship, it should be lined with weapons! I must find some gunpowder…

Zalera thought to himself. Before he would go above, he needed a plan. He needed items. The man looked for a room or cache of cannons that could help. His next move would be to greet the ambush, the question would be how?

———————————————————

Level 3
Orphan came face-to-face with Impel Down’s Army. The strongest of the prisoners now stood at the stairs, tall against the wasteland that would become a battlefield. Some of the forgotten had no names, taking a backseat to the conteoversy. Like Magellan stood in front of his army, La Spada stood in front of Orphan. Those infamous cold eyes bloodshot.

Sarcastic words rolled off her rotting tongue, thick with accent and intent.

[La Spada] “Such a pleasure, mah’ dear sweet Warden. I see yah’ brought me gifts to out long awaited romantic date. Fear not, I brought yah’ a gift as well, my sweet.”

An aura of spirit leaked from Spada. An aura of death and penance. With an unnerving maniacal laugh, the Captain brought Maria’s unconscious body, gripped by the temple with boney fingers perforating, and licked it. La Spada then threw Maria between the two armies, her skull caving in and the gurgle of her death echoing. A gift for the famous Magellan.

Maniatic laughter came through the ghastly sight of her grin, as La Spada drew her blade.

[La Spada] “I doubt I need an introduction, but just in case, I am the mighty Spada, and yes, all the horror stories you heard are true. Kuahahahaha!!”

An introduction fitting for a Lord. Magellan was a monster, but La Spada was a Death. There was nothing else but bloodlust coming from the skeletal evil woman. Certainly a compliment and show of respect to Magellan’s power, and reputation. Yet, something more, as if a soul within her screamed for Magellan’s blood. This is the fight to be told for decades.

The Warden acted first, spewing out a thick fog. The stairs that would go to Level 4 were left open, and La Spada gave out her first orders. Crocodile would follow, sand collecting in his palm and whirling violently. Crocodile thrusted his arm forward. Suddenly, a large tornado of sand came forth horizontally, the larger top towards the Impel Down Army and the birth lower part towards the staircase.

[Crocodile] “SSSSAABBBBLLLEEESSS VORTEX!”
The wind created by the mass would suck in the poison at its top and carry it to to its tail. The tail, towards the staircase, would carry the poison up the stairwell to Level 4, clearing a path. Amidst the chaos, a heavy scraping and dark voice became music expelled from La Spada and amplified by her soul. The Grim, setting the stage, played a Ballad and a Concierto for Orphan. Battle music raged on in Level 3.

Orphan would feel their speed and reaction buffed (by 6 points for 4 turns). They’d need it to avoid the poison, the obvious weaponry from the guards. With a cry, Orphan moved forward. Taking point was La Spada, who approached Magellan mischievously and with intent, her blade covered with the Chill of the Underworld, and screaming for Magellan’s soul.

The Battle of Transgression began.

Buffs (+2 turns if used with Yomi)
Ballad: A piece of music that expresses a narrative. Makes listeners cheerful. Listeners that are cheerful get a speed buff in battle. Buff is mastery/10. If the user has 100 mastery then the buff is +10 speed. AoE is 5 meters (16 feet).
Requirement: 21 musicianship

Concerto: A piece played with two instruments, using aggressive high bass lines to elevate one’s heart rate. Makes allies stressed. Being stressed increases one’s heart rate, giving a reaction speed buff to allies. The buff is mastery/10.
Requirement: 31 musicianship

Note: Boost makes La Spada’s movement speed 120 and reaction speed 113 starting next turn for 4 turns.
