Impel Down @Ichimonji
Orphan had won the siege on Impel Down. A gamble or rather a bluff was played by the old Warden. To prevent Impel Down from being faded into nothingness, he'd give the members of Orphan free passage out of their building and into the free world once more. He had communicated this to the guards within ID, but also to the marines outside. Faces of shock and bewilderment were crafted upon all those that were left standing. How? Why? The coward! Many of them thought and voiced out loud. But none of them. No one had seen what both Takamura and Magellan had seen and fought against.

This was no mere pirate empress. This was the grim reaper incarnate. The avatar of Horus, a being that lived and thrived with revenge. Like blood that flowed through every living being, revenge and anger ran through Spada. Her main source that kept her alive, that allowed her to cheat death and move over to another realm. No one was safe for her wrath. Not even her own crewmembers.

The elevator would rise and eventually stop at the point where Spada began this journey under the guise of T-Bone. She'd pass the sanitation area, but from the opposite end. The hallways were abandoned, perhaps upon cue from Takamura or due to them sheltering until the demon had passed. A short walk forward and with a mere push the gates to freedom would open up, pulling in a soft and warm sea breeze. It'd be a feeling most of Orphan had nearly forgotten. Clear oxygen would fill their lungs in a way that'd relativize them and energize them for the next step in their stories.

Spada with her unyielding aura would move forward through the pier that was littered with marine ships. Only here would she fully realize what a deal she had made. The pursuit of these ships and the inevitable naval battle they'd have to take after all that. Who knows how it all would've ended. How different would this moment have been if she had taken another choice. If Uvogin hadn't relaxed her blood lusting nature. The many members of the navy looked upon this procession, which began to turn more and more into a parade. Each one of their members drawn and hewn into history. After today, their infamy would reach a level unprecedented. The rise of the Shadow Bringer. A nickname that'd grow and spread within the navy. For today, she had cast a dark shadow upon the prestigious Impel Down.

However, during this entire story, Spada may or may not be aware of a single fact. Uvogin had not once, but twice regressed her to an actual human being. The desire to see her crewmate of old had begun to crumble the barrier between her self from the First and from the Source. Only time would tell if she'd realize this in time or if Uvogin's soul would darken alongside her.

The raid on Impel Down had ended and The Spada Pirates were the clear victor in this battle. Never has ID taken this many casualties, which was a more gravely offence compared to the amount of inmates that were busted out. Sure, the level of them meant a lot of terror would be put back into the sea. But the chain of command within ID was the biggest blow ever. Only Hannyabal as a senior officer was left standing, along with Seldeath. It'd take months for them to rebuilt upon this loss. It was a lot worse than a regular break out.

Finally, at long last, Orphan would stand next to the ship Zalera had hijacked for them. Having fought tooth and nail for him to achieve it. But this was not the end. Only time would tell where the future would take these members of Orphan. They had been given a second chance by luck, and by fate they'd hold on to it with their dying breath. That much was certain.

The rumbling within Impel Down would finally cease, but only here. It's roar and terror moving on to the world. Calling and warning the people of the land and even the heavens.

"Death is coming."

Evil Arrives in Impel Down! #40
@QuickZilver708

Surface
Evil Arrives in Impel Down.

The light broke through the dark clouds that hung around the Great Gaol. From the shadows that birthed the entrance of Impel Down, a light tack-tack-tack echoed, approaching. From the gate came that Ancient Evil. Mafia-style coat hung around the skeleton, long black hair, a horizontal scar, luscious red lips, a golden hook, and that cigar bit between teeth. Those u yielding eyes to drink the world dry.

Behind La Spada came many. Orphan, the most infamous prisoners in the world, saw freedom. Malice incarnate. The many soldiers stood in awe, in fear. The group walked quietly and dramatically by them, their eyes thick wiith sadism. The infamous thick aura mixed with killing intent. Hell had risen.

Out of sight, a voice chord within La Spada.

[Uvogin] What will you do now, Captain? I felt it. I was not the only one who passed over. Reincarnate. They may be out there.

[La Spada] My sisters…

The moment La Spada’s boney feet walked up the ramp to the ship, she stopped. La Spada’s infamous malicious grin broke, for a moment, as she looked over the horizon. A look of bewilderment. A look of worry. A look of humanity. In the Unsundered world Isis could not keep the Warsong’s sisters together. Betrayal led to broken bonds. The only bonds she ever had. The shred of humanity that remained, only those two could truly awaken La Spada’s humanity and put an end to the hate.

Were they really out there?

The ship slowly left Impel Down, leaving behind a black stain on the World Government. The many Level 6 prisoners cackled. They we’re now free. Free to spread out their hate once more. The Underworld had Allies. Allies in malice. Zalera led the ship, lamenting Medusa, welcoming Prometheus. The ship sailed past the Gates of Justice, as words remained emblazoned in La Spada. Words that revealed what she truly was.

It is not surprising as an avatar for revenge. It was something that fueled you back in the day, wasn’t that right? Madam Spada. Or should I say, Unsundered?
An avatar for revenge. All the hate. All the malice. All the wanting. The world Unsundered was no more. The energy, however, had to go somewhere. It found a home, a soul. La Spada was the avatar for revenge - the host for all the evil in the Unsundered world. That is why the evil was so thick, so ancient. La Spada carried the Will of Millions, grown to madness. Would the evil ever be extinguished? In this world, was there a light to illuminate this Unsundered darkness? Or will the world be swept by the Unsundered.

Evil Left Impel Down.

Jack had long since stopped struggling against the chains that bound him. He now just lay still, spread out on the floor of his cell. Just outside the metal bars of his cage stood several marines of varying ranks, weapons held at the ready. Vice Admiral Yamakaji lounged against the opposite wall, smoking a cigar as usual and occasionally making lighthearted comments to the other officers. While some of them genuinely laughed, others only gave nervous chuckles. Whether it was because they were afraid of the Vice Admiral or the prisoner Jack didn't know, nor did he care. He just laid there, biding his time. Were it not for the wooden layout of the space the cell was placed in, one would think the All-star of the Beast Pirates was placed in a regular jail, however it was obviously the hull of the ship. Judging from how still the ship was they were already in the Calm Belt, there would be easy escape for the pirate currently. His best chance was probably to make a break for it once they got out in the open, or cause a ruckus when they got to their destination.

It had already been a few hours since their travel had calmed down, which by his estimates meant they were likely to arrive soon. Sure enough, voices and movement could be heard up above as orders were being shouted and deckhands were moving back and forth. Yet the Vice Admiral made no move and gave no orders. Although he seemed laid back from a glance, if you paid attention to him more closely, he stood ready to spring into attack any moment. His hand rested near the hilt of his blade, his left foot was pressed up against the wall, ready to push off at a moment's notice. While the others were either high strung or relaxed, their commander was alert. Every now and then his eyes would scan the room, taking in Jack, the marines, as well as the staircase leading to the deck above.

Suddenly, as without being prompted the Vice Admiral kicked off the wall, stepping forwards, past the officers he had been conversing with just seconds ago. A still befell the room as the other marines fell into an active position, vary of whatever Yamakaji had sensed, preparing for orders. The senior officer turned his head towards the staircase as a lowly ranked marine stumbled into the room, saluting the larger man.
Sir, we have successfully docked!

Good.
The Vice Admiral commented, turning to face Jack again. Bring him out. Make sure he is bound sufficiently. Not a man to waste words.

As one of the marines stepped up to unlock the cage, Jack sat up. The chains that bound him weren't so tight he couldn't move, they instead wrapped around his body, draining his energy even more than his cuffs did. Damn, he hated seastone. As the door swung open, Jack remained in seated position, pretending to take in his surroundings for the first time in a while. His eyes fell on Yamakaji, and to his surprised he noticed the man's hand fully rested on the hilt of his sword. He remained outside, eyes focused on Jack. Meeting his eyes for a moment, Jack saw that the man was not afraid, he was just. Ready. Feigning nonchalance, Jack looked away, watching as four marines loosened his chains from their locked positions in each corner of the cell. From then on they wrapped the long links around the pirate, leaving four short ends which they held on to. Without being prompted Jack got to his feet, the four men positioned as corners on a square with him in the middle, tugging on the chains. Following after the two in front of him, he bowed his head through the cage door and stepping out into the open area of the hull. It was a sturdy ship, even for his massive frame, the wood barely creaked beneath his feet. As he straightened his back his eyes fell on the Vice Admiral again, who was grinning, his teeth clenched down on a lit cigar. Using his hand that wasn't holding his spear, the man adjusted his marine hat, before gesturing towards the staircase.
Lead on, boys! He clearly had no intention of letting Jack out of his sights.

Jack let himself be pulled forward, towards and up the stairs. A procession of marines led the way, with Yamakaji and a handful of others following closely behind the pirate. Moments later they would step out into the sunlight, the brightness causing Jack and the others to recoil for a moment, their eyes not adjusted to the light. For a split second he considered using it as a distraction to make a run for it, but remembered the man behind him had shielded his eyes. And sure enough once his eyes adjusted to the light, he saw rows of marines facing him, weapons held at the ready. Cursing under his breath, he continued to follow the procession to the edge of the ship where the ship was nestled, stepping up on the ramp leading down to the dock. For the first time he laid his eyes on their destination, Impel Down.

It was half a ruin. Jack halted, truly shocked for the first time. The docks were half wrecked, broken planks here and there, but it was nothing compared to the building itself. Entire pieces were missing from the stone wall and center building. Hearing a bitter laughter behind him, he turned to face the sound. His eyes fell on Yamakaji again, whose eyes for the first time were not on Jack himself, instead on the destruction before them.
It's ironic, had you been captured just a couple months earlier, you might have been part of the jail break.

Jailbreak?
Jack uttered incredulously, though allowed himself to be pulled down onto the docks themselves finally, while from behind the Vice Admiral continued to speak, his voice full of bitterness. Yep. That monster, La Spada feigned capture, then broke out. She killed both prisoners and guards. Even Magellan bit the dust. Old man Takamura wasn't able to stop 'em. He's off to face justice for not laying down his life to stop them. So instead, we are here.

We? What did he mean? Only then did Jack notice the figure that was leaning up against the outer wall. Though he may be a brute, Jack wasn't stupid enough to not be able to identify enemies of his. Vice Admiral Ronse looked down upon them, his massive frame even making Jack seem small in comparison. His face remained hidden behind his mask, even his eyes hidden in shade. Another figure appeared from behind the stone wall. Pink hair and a Vice Admiral coat both billowed as she stepped out. Pushing up a pair of sunglasses from her eyes, Hina glanced from Jack to her colleague, rolling a cigarette between her fingers. Good day, Yamakaji. The woman spoke curtly as she turned towards the facility. Hina will lead the way.

While the government figures out what to do with this place, the two of them watch over the place.
Yamakaji grumbled from behind as the procession followed Onigumo into the prison facility. Jack was only partially paying attention, his mind racing and heart sinking with every moment. He barely registered the processing, being pinned down and searched, then changed into prison slacks. He was even relieved of his chains and given a new set of cuffs, courtesy of Impel Down itself. After what could have been minutes or hours, Jack found himself flanked by the two Vice Admirals and two marine guards, standing in an elevator narrow enough he could easily have reached both walls at once had his hands not been bound. The sounds that it made might have worried him, but it was the descent into the gaol that caused the pirate discomfort. Kaido would never rescue him from this place. He wasn't worth it, and he knew it. The grinding of gears announced that the elevator had come to a stop, and the metal gate opened before them.

Level 6. He had heard whispers of this place. It was worse than he could have imagined. If upstairs had been half a ruin, this place was just a ruin. Several walls and cages were broken open, rubble strewn both inside and outside. Here and there Jack even saw rotting corpses. Only then did the smell hit him. While he was led to a large cell at the end of the room, Jack's desperation turned to anger. While one of the no names unlocked the cage door, he turned to face the two Vice Admirals.
I hope that damn man comes for you as well. You've let these upstarts grow too much. Jack laughed bitterly as he was led inside. Whether Gambit takes you out or you him, I'll be happy either way!

The door slammed shut and the two Vice Admirals turned without a word, walking out the room and leaving Jack alone in level 6. Or so he thought. Looking around, he saw a bit of movement in a few of the cages, though his own seemed empty apart from rubble up against the wall. Except for just then the rubble moved. It rose to its feet, even taller than Jack himself. The rubble even spoke. What name did you just speak?

Some time earlier:
Zehahaha!

Larsi fell to the ground, his coat torn and bloodied, just as his body. Atop his chest knelt a man, although above average for a human, he seemed small compared to the giant. Around him was pure pandemonium. Minuano lay facedown on the ground, his body not moving, except for the red flowing freely into the dirt beneath him. The swordsman that had cut him down turned to face towards Larsi and the madman that stood atop him, black hair flowing wildly in the air, hand planted on Larsi's chest. He still didn't let go. How could this be? He didn't even noticed that the swordsman pulled out a pair of seastone cuffs from his coat until it clasped around his large wrist. If he had felt powerless before, not being able to access his devil fruit power, he now felt numb. Yet he tried to sit up. Stop this! He cried, only for Blackbeard to push him down again. Pained, both by his physical injuries and the mental toll, he cried for the first time since he was a child.

Eve's body lay a distance away, unmoving. Link seemed to have fallen while protecting her. He had seen Dango and Sigmund cut down early in the clash. They had barely set foot on this island before they were ambushed. They were only supposed to take a short break here before moving to Merveille. How could it have gone this wrong? Why? A shadow momentarily blocked the sun, before landing on the grass a dozen or so meters away. Gambit, carrying Drago had arrived and they were trying to rescue him. He tried to wave them away, shouting in desperation, his voice raw with grief.
No, run! Save yourself. But it was too late, the swordsman moved swiftly, cutting down Drago and moving towards Gambit. Larsi tried to move again, but felt a sharp pain as the butt of a gun was slammed against his head. Darkness fell over him.

Larsi awoke in his cell, deep within Impel Down. He knew he was reliving a nightmare of that fateful day. But he owed it to them, those he had failed. This was his penance. He had reached too high, without regards for those around him. He belonged here, at the bottom of hell.

He still recalled waking up in the custody of marines, his hands bound by seastone. Yet it was not seastone that drained his strength. No, somehow that damned pirate had not only suppressed his devil fruit powers, he had taken it from him. He had taken everything. No, it wasn't the power of the sea that drained Larsi, it was the guilt of failing his men. So it seemed to the marines that he was merely weakened by his restraints. They knew he had his devil fruit powers after all, so it stood to reason that he was weakened because of it. How could they know?

Time had passed since then. How long he could not say, though his namesake silver hair easily reached down his chest, though its glamor was no longer the same, dirt caked the giant from head to toe. Had it been months or years? How long had it been since that skeleton woman had entered his cell and cleaved his cuffs in half? The guards hadn't even replaced them, though they probably thought the rings around his wrists was enough to suppress him. He hadn't followed Spada during her prison break after all. He had however tore free the chains that bound him to the wall and wrapped them around his wrists. Why? Could they be useful? Or were they a bother.

It was ironic, he had actually planned an invasion of Impel Down himself, that is why he had reached out to gain allies within the Revolutionary Army. A combined force of his crew and their organization would have sent ripples throughout the world itself. Where had it all gone so wrong?

For some reason he still found himself eating, for what reason he couldn't tell. What was the point? To prolong his penance perhaps? An hour or so after he had finished eating, he lay there, in the shadows at the back of his cage. There were a few other prisoners in there, but like him they never spoke. The ones with any will to live had gone with Spada after all.

Absently he heard the elevator arriving, grinding to a stop at the end of Level 6. A small group made their way across the large room, stopping before his cell. He was just present enough to bother paying attention to the words spoken
-ve let these upstarts grow too much. A bitter laugh came from the prisoner as he was pushed inside. Whether Gambit-

Larsi felt someting stir from deep within. What? He absently felt himself rise to his feet, walking over to the newcomer. What name did you just speak?

What, Gambit?
The newcomer spat, he seemed angry. Larsi didn't care. If he had been in a more calm state of mind, he probably would have recognized the commander of a Yonko's army. But Larsi didn't care. His grimy hand wrapped around the neck of the other pirate. Pushing him against the bars of the cage. If the cuffs had drained his strength, the seastone bars made it difficult for Jack to stay on his feet, if not for the giant. Larsi felt as if all weakness had been washed away. A fire started burning within as he spoke, rage and disbelief filling every word. Gambit. Landayan Morrow. He lives?

Where there had been anger before, Jack was now overtaken with fear. Yes. He and his crew is why I am here. He- Larsi let go of the other pirate, who just fell to the ground. Could it be true? Was he alive? Had someone started pretending to be him? Was this other man lying? No, he had spoken Gambit's name without knowing Larsi was there. Had someone else survived? He had to find out. He had already forgotten about Jack, his mind was racing. In his mind it felt like minutes or hours, but only a few seconds later Larsi grabbed ahold of the cage door with one hand. The other he pulled back, punching forward with his full might as his fist turned black, breaking the door free from its hinges and sending it flying across the floor.

I'm just using a B rank punch here, for flavor, to break down the seastone gate:
Seastone = mountain level durability
105 strength:101-119: 4. City Block Level + 4(B rank and hardening) = Island Level

Stepping out of the cell he glanced across the room, picking up a few small boulders as he did so. There were three camera den den mushis placed in key locations. Although they would see him break free, only moment later they would be destroyed as Larsi threw his rocks at each one of them, blinding the officers in the surveillance room up above. Hopefully they would think he would try to climb the stairs. Instead he strode across the room, a few interested eyes following him from their safe darkness. None moved to even cry for help. Had that really been him just moments ago? Pathetic. He soon reached the elevator and ripped the gate free from its hinges.

Please, take me with you. Larsi turned towards the voice from behind. He recognized Jack now. The man stood before him, bounds hands raised, begging Larsi for freedom. For a second he considered freeing the pirate, but only a second. He knew this man was not to be trusted. A well placed uppercut lifted Jack off his feet, throwing him backwards and up in the air. Before he even landed and slid to a halt more than halfway across the room, Larsi had snuck inside the elevator shaft and started climbing upwards, towards freedom. Towards his friends and family, whatever remained of it. Life before death. He whispered to himself as he slowly ascended, using his size to wedge himself against the walls of the shaft.

He was just present enough to bother paying attention to the words spoken -ve let these upstarts grow too much.

Seastone = mountain level durability

I cannot believe what has transpired. That pirate... La Spada. She has been up to no good. First she took over Tequila Wolf, which was an incredibly important strategic location. She also wrecked Impel Down... and now there's reports that she is going after the Shichibukai and the Yonkou.

But it's Impel Down that stands out for me. How did we let her escape from there? If the World Government can't hold down its number one prison, how are pirates to fear getting captured?

A man with a deep, booming voice said. If one judged him by his voice alone, they could determine that these words were coming from a strong, powerful authoritative man. They would not be wrong. The previous Fleet Admiral of the Navy, now the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy. A man of incredibly dominating and overpowering physique, truly the strongest of men. Kong was sitting at the table in his office, lamenting what had transpired in Impel Down. Sitting across from him at the receiving end of Kong's complaints was another man. He, too, was a man of incredible power, and while his body was big and strong, it was his mind, wisdom and strategic excellence that made pirates fear him. Sengoku ''the Buddha''.

The order of the world is shifting, Kong-san. The new generation is coming. Will the Navy's new generation be able to keep up?

Sengoku said, perhaps expressing some concerns over the future.

New generation? Whatever. We're still here. The Navy will not fall under my watch. Sengoku... send him to Impel Down for now. I want that place guarded.

Kong said. Sengoku nodded, though the identity of ''him'' remained unnamed.

Current time

An important prisoner was arriving to Impel Down on this day. One of Kaidou's three Calamities had survived, the other two meeting their ends during the recent and incredibly infamous invasion of Wano Kuni. Jack, the rampaging mammoth. The wretched level 6 of Impel Down was his destination. Vice Admirals Ronse and Yamakaji, as well as Vice Admiral Hina, facilitated Jack's arrival to his forever home - deep, deep under the surface of the Grandline Sea. Jack was escorted down to his cell, where he was left. The door, heavy and large as a gate, was shut, and the Navy officers left level 6, taking an elevator to go back up to the surface. Inside the cell, Jack found himself not to be alone. A man was already there, larger than even the hulking Jack himself. Larsi.

The name that Jack had uttered, that of Gambit, caught Larsi's attention. More so than just catching his attention, the name of Gambit caused Larsi to walk up to the gate, doing the unthinkable. Cocking his fist backward, he hurled it toward the gate with great might - enough power to rip the gate off of its hinges, sending it crashing to the ground. Jack, looking at the back of the man that had just broken out, begged to let him come with, but what transpired in the aftermath was surprising. Larsi turned around, unleashing a powerful uppercut that hit Jack on the chin, sending the massive man flying. Jack's body came crashing back to the ground with a resounding thud. Jack was knocked out, though whether it was momentarily or for an extended period of time, was anyone's guess.

Larsi then broke into the elevator shaft and started climbing it, using his large body to wedge himself on his way up.

Surveillance cameras, though they were noticed by Larsi and destroyed, managed to record Larsi's jailbreak. Sirens went off throughout the prison. Mayhem was descending. The staff saw Larsi had broken out, but they did not know he had broken into the elevator shaft, for he had destroyed the cameras prior. In disarray, the Impel Down staff started to scurry about on all levels, looking for Larsi on the staircases and hallways. The prisoners saw that something was up and started rallying from within their cages. As if they knew something was happening. The elevator that Vice Admiral Yamakaji and Vice Admiral Hina were using, was ascending up the levels. Larsi was climbing after them, though he was slower. Inside the elevator, Yamakaji and Hina heard the sirens as well, taken aback by the development.

Oi, what's happening?

Hina doesn't know...! Call the prison staff. Maybe something's happening on one of the levels. While we're here, we can assist...!

Hina said, Yamakaji taking out a Den Den Mushi. He called one of the Impel Down staff.

Yamakaji here... what is going on? We hear a siren.

Yamakaji asked. The answer came as a shock.

I-It's... L-La...LARSI, A PRISONER FROM LEVEL 6, HAS ESCAPED!

Yamakaji's and Hina's eyes widened in shock. They had just come from level 6, which meant the escapee was still somewhere under them.

Tsch... we're stopping...!

Hina interfered, pressing a button in the elevator. The elevator would come to a stop, and the door would open. The two Navy officers would step out, finding themselves on level 3. They intended to help look for Larsi - little did they know, he was climbing up the shaft after them, and them stopping the elevator just blocked his way.

Larsi heard the sirens ring throughout the complex, alerting everyone of his escape. He had expected nothing less, he was just hoping they would fall for the bait. Who would jump to the assumption that someone would free climb up the deep hole, deep enough to kill just about anyone if they fell down. Yet it was perfect for someone of his stature. The alarm had been ringing for several minutes when the elevator itself came into clear view. The iron cage was old and worn, yet it still looked sturdy. For a moment Larsi pressed himself up against the wall just below, wondering what to do. Clearly whoever had been using the elevator to bring Jack down to Level 6 had gotten off here, possibly to stop Larsi himself. They were likely strong, so avoiding them might be in Larsi's best interest.

Reaching out with his color of observation, he checked whether or not there were anyone just outside the elevator. Given that the elevator had been there for some time before Larsi reached it, it was likely that they had moved some distance away. Regardless of this he put his plan into motion. Grabbing ahold of the elevator itself, he tilted the hanging cage itself. His strength was enough to easily dent iron, but it easily allowed him to crush stone, which held its rails in place and encased the elevator. Through the crushing of rock and bending of metal, within second the elevator was flipped ninety degrees. Not only was there now enough room for Larsi to slither by, it also faced the roof of the elevator towards him. In the middle of the roof stood the fastening of the wires that raised and lowered the cage. With another well placed punch he broke the iron hinge from the roof free.

Stone = large building level durability
Iron = town level durability
vs
101-119 Strength: 6. City Level (1 higher than iron and 3 higher than stone, I'm just using basic no named moves)
Grabbing the hinge that the wires hung on to with his left hand, Larsi slithered past the elevator, kicking it free with his foot, sending it plummeting in free fall towards level 6, while he carried the wires himself to make sure that whoever was on level 3 could not use the wires to climb after him too easily. Although it would not allow them to follow him easily, it was likely it would alert the marines of where he was. Yet he was getting ever closer to the surface.

The most infamous and highest security prison of the World Government, Impel Down, continued its descent into disarray and chaos as its staff ran around all six levels, trying to look through every corner of the hallways and stairways, looking for Larsi. He was a giant man, literally, of silver hair and a silver beard. For it to be hard to find him, was a nonsense. This fact irritated all who looked for him - how was such a big man hiding? As the sirens continued to blare loudly and constantly, the sheer noise of the chaos added another irritant to the situation. There was mayhem, and in this type of environment, an escapee could thrive.

The core of the situation was starting to unfold on level 3. Vice Admiral Yamakaji and Vice Admiral Hina had stopped the elevator on said level and left it, stepping out. A good minute or two later, when Larsi finally climbed up the shaft as far as he could go, he found himself blocked by the stationary elevator. Using Kenbun-shoku no Haki, Larsi would scan for nearby presences just outside of the elevator shaft. Only one significant presence could be felt. Larsi wouldn't know it, but it belonged to Vice Admiral Yamakaji. Hina was no longer there. Intent and determined on continuing his ascent up the elevator shaft, Larsi used his giant, powerful hands to bend and break the elevator, pushing and crushing it out of the way until he could squeeze through. The sheer noise of this action, as well as the close vicinity of Yamakaji, alerted the Vice Admiral of something happening inside the elevator shaft.

By the time Yamakaji made it to the elevator shaft, he saw the elevator being ripped off of its hinges and sent plummeting down to the depths of level 6. Yamakaji peeked into the elevator shaft, and saw the giant Larsi climbing further up.

What in the world...!

Yamakaji said to himself, dumbfounded by Larsi's attempt. Not by the stupidity of it, for it was not stupid. By the ingenuity of it, instead.

Tsch...

Frowning, Yamakaji took out a Den Den Mushi and called Hina. When the line was established, Yamakaji leapt into the elevator shaft while whispering into the Den Den Mushi, not loud enough for Larsi to hear.

The escapee is indeed Larsi... a Giant. He's climbing up the elevator shaft, I'll stall him. You know what to do...!

Hina knows.

And with that, the Den Den Mushi line was cut. Yamakaji, having jumped into the elevator shaft, suddenly pushed off of air itself, using a well known Navy technique, Geppou, to jump higher. Using continuous Geppous, Yamakaji started moving upward rapidly, significantly faster than Larsi could climb. Gritting his teeth, Yamakaji shouted, loud enough for his voice to read Larsi.

STOP RIGHT THERE, PRISONER! THERE IS STILL TIME TO TURN BACK! YOU ARE NOT ESCAPING HERE...!

Larsi felt movement outside the elevator shaft soon after the cage was pushed off its ledge, though he was already climbing up the hole at a steady pace, even before his pursuer relayed the information to their partner. He had considered using the wires as a rope to climb, but he instead took it with himself so that whoever may follow him from level 3 would have a harder time, plus he also didn't trust that it would support his weight if he pulled too hard. Yet he had not considered Geppo, because if he did he might have risked it and climbed faster.

The elevator exit to level 2 was in view when the man below dashed into the opening below him. Larsi sensed him long before he spoke, as he still kept his color of observation active. He knew that although the other person was not as strong as himself, what made the shaft perfect for Larsi to climb also made it hard for him to fight back. The Vice Admiral would not be restricted in the same way. Yet he had some options.

Digging his feet into the stone wall, Larsi sped up his climb as the Vice Admiral started to follow, no longer worrying about being discovered. The stone crumbled easily with each step, yet it would not be enough to outspeed the pursuer. His left hand that was holding the hinge of the wires he held at the ready, only guiding himself gently while climbing with his feet. Soon, he was just below level 2, and the man below had almost caught up. His free hand moved to wrap around the end of the wires that was still rising up to the top of the shaft, attached to the ceiling above, and began to tug, but not too hard yet.

He then backwards, his front facing towards the opening to level 2, but looked down towards his to be opponent as he reached close enough to see clearly. His left arm swung downwards, sending the wire and hinge flying down directly towards Yamakaji as he began to shout upwards.

STOP RIGHT THERE, PRISONER! THERE IS STILL TIME TO TURN BACK! YOU ARE NOT ESCAPING HERE...!
As the rope dove at blinding speed, courtesy of his rope action skills (100 MA, so 100 speed), Larsi's left hand was cupped loosely around the wires as they flowed downwards through his grip. Should the strike hit true, it would not cause too significant damage as it was just an impromptu attack (unnamed, 105 strength vs 61 durability), yet it would likely knock the man off balance, potentially sending him plummeting downwards. Should Yamakaji dodge, Larsi would immediately wrap his left hand around the wires and pull upwards in an attempt to wrap the wires around his foe's torso.

I will see this entire structure sunk to the bottom of the sea before I return to my cell. Larsi responded, his voice level, with a subtle anger bubbling anger below the surface.

With his right hand, just after the attack would either hit or miss, Larsi would pull. Hard. Not only did it pull him up and forward, up into the entrance into level 2. At this point he would let go of the wires with his left hand, regardless of its result. Yet he kept pulling with his right, and just as he hoped he felt the rope from above slack, followed by a rumbling noise. The ceiling at the top of the elevator had collapsed, falling down towards where Larsi had been moments ago and where Yamakaji likely would still be.

Letting go of the wires with his right hand as well, the giant slid onto the floor of level 2. In here everything was very big. Metal and stone. His hand grabbed ahold of one of the two metal poles positioned on either side of the elevator entrance, stopping him from sliding further. With a quick glance at the rod, he nodded to himself. That would do. It was the perfect length, two heads shorter than himself.

Standing up and ripping the pole free from the stone it was buried in, all in one move, Larsi turned to face towards the elevator shaft to make sure no one got in before the mass of stone and rubble falling from above fell past, the pole as a makeshift jutte resting on his shoulder.

The giant, Larsi, continued to climb up the elevator shaft, with Vice Admiral Yamakaji now in hot pursuit. Geppou facilitated the quick pursuit, allowing Yamakaji to get closer and closer to Larsi with every passing moment. When Yamakaji shouted, finally getting in eye's distance, Larsi had to act. Swinging his hand and the wires that it held, Larsi utilized a medium to long distance attack in hopes of getting Yamakaji off his case. The strength with which Larsi swung the wires, and the subsequent velocity of the wires, was great. Luckily, Yamakaji had some distance to react with, and he had just the technique to deal with Larsi's attack. On his final Geppou, Yamakaji disappeared from his position, utilizing a Soru and Geppou combination technique that masters of Rokushiki knew as Kamisori.

With Kamisori, Yamakaji blitzed through the wire barrage, getting past it. Yamakaji aimed to use Kamisori to catch up to Larsi completely and attack him at point blank range while constrained inside the elevator shaft, but unfortunately, things did not go according to plan. Larsi immediately pulled onto the wires that led up to the top of the elevator shaft, pulling himself up to the exit to level 2, while at the same time ripping the ceiling out and sending it plummeting down the elevator shaft, putting Yamakaji at risk. Larsi exited the elevator shaft, ripping a rod out of the ground to use as a weapon, before turning around toward the elevator shaft to see the results of his actions.

Suddenly, Larsi would hear an explosion inside the elevator shaft. All of the stone that had come plummeting down the elevator shaft, was cut and diced into small pebbles and dust. The explosion was a result of a clash of a storm of Rankyakus colliding with the plummeting debris. With Geppou, Yamakaji came jumping out of the elevator shaft, landing at the edge. A few feet away from him was the rod wielding Larsi, towering in size. Just prior to his escape from the elevator shaft, Larsi had made it clear that he would sink this prison before he would come back to his cell. A bold proclamation, one that Yamakaji would not let pass. He had the pride of a Navy Vice Admiral, after all.

Once a pirate always a pirate, I guess. Larsi ''the Quake''. My name is Yamakaji, a Vice Admiral with the Navy. I will take you on.

Yamakaji proclaimed, widening his feet and dropping into a slightly crouched stance. He was ready... but this was an uphill fight for him. Yamakaji could tell. He was a practitioner of Kenbun-shoku no Haki, after all, and in front of him was the aura of a monster.

Around Larsi the remaining and new prisoners from Spada's jailbreak stirred. Several of them approaching the jail bars, looking out with curiosity, though several of them would back up again when they heard the explosions and destruction that came with the arrivals.

Seeing the Vice Admiral slip past his first strike and the follow up, Larsi was not surprised to see him get past the falling rubble with ease, deftly placing himself on the landing in front of the elevator shaft. As he readied himself for battle, the giant simply stood there, looming, pole still resting on his shoulder. Internally he pondered if he should simply run, or potentially drag this out further. The longer he took the greater the chance was of reinforcements, but if he ran he could leave himself open to attacks. He was still pondering when his opponent spoke.

Once a pirate always a pirate, I guess. Larsi ''the Quake''. My name is Yamakaji, a Vice Admiral with the Navy. I will take you on.
I don't care who you are or what you want. Larsi said dismissively, his cold anger growing by the second, though it wasn't really with the Vice Admiral. It was with himself, he had failed his crew for too long. Yet he wouldn't hesitate to take it out on the man before him. You can be let me go, or be buried in this place.

With that last move Larsi struck out, lifting the pole rapidly up in the air and grabbing it with both hands before twirling it and then bringing it down in a downwards smash with such devastating force that it would create a wide blast of air with Yamakaji in the center. Unless blocked it was enough to leave a deep gouge in the stone floor and wall below and behind the Vice Admiral

Def Leppard: A two-handed downward strike. The user twirls the jutte rapidly and performs a devastating overhead strike which releases a compressed blast of air and flames which affect anyone inside its AOE.

Vice Admiral Yamakaji caught up to the escapee, confronting him on level 2. Larsi had made it from level 6 to level 2 with great pace, and so it was crucial to stall him here now. Yamakaji was perfectly aware of the importance of his actions, and so he was resolved to fight the much larger man. Yamakaji gave his name and his mission - he was here to take Larsi back to level 6. Larsi, with annoyance in his voice, gave two options to the Navy Officer. Let him go, or be buried here along with this damned prison. Neither of those options worked for Yamakaji, and so he dropped into a slightly crouched and ready stance. Larsi rose his rod overheard, wielding it with both hands and spinning it around before slamming it downward. Yamakaji pushed off of the ground, jumping toward the incoming attack. Black Busou-shoku no Haki clad both of his fists and Tekkai hardened them further, turning Yamakaji's hands into strong weapons. As the rod descended, Yamakaji hurled his hands upward, meeting Larsi's attack with a double fisted punch.

Twin Jugon...!

DPR: 61-80: 2. Small Building Level + A:+3 + COA: +2 = 7. Mountain Level

The double fisted, Haki clad, Tekkai tempered Jugons collided with Larsi's weapon and the two men clashed equally. Yamakaji and Larsi's rod were each pushed back a short distance, with Yamakaji now airborne, oddly exposed to a follow up attack.

Tsch... didn't even use Haki huh...

Devastation. Even as the two attacks cancelled each other out, the clash of the attack and especially the shockwave created from Larsi's swing. Diverted away from Yamakaji's body, the blast was split in two, traveling onwards and crashing into the wall behind the Vice Admiral. The walls exploded from the force, sending debris flying in all directions. In their cages, the last onlookers who hadn't retreated to the back of their cage yelled in horror at the damage, as well as the rubble that crashed into their cages. While many of them retreated away from the line of sight, some were struck by the rocks, never to rise again. Several of the cells nearby took heavy damage, breaking open from the force and aftermath of the clash.

But the giant paid none of this any heed. His attack repelled, he growled in frustration. He would not be held here any longer. He was taking this too easy. He was neither winning, nor escaping, he was dragging out this fight. Unacceptable. Too long had he let them wait, resigned to thinking they were dead. Although his foe was obscured by the dust and debris momentarily, Larsi could still sense him, so using the momentum of his strike being repelled, he dug his feet into the ground, focusing his spirit into the pole. Darkness engulfed the makeshift jutte, his haki reinforcing the metal as he swung again. As he did, flames started to burst from the weapon. He would use what he had learned from Gambit what seemed like an eternity ago to reach the man again.

Starting by swinging from up to the right, down towards his foe's location in a diagonal arc, aiming at the man's left shoulder. Should the man be moved by his attacks, he would simply dash after him. Following through, he would then swing the pole around, keeping with its momentum, striking from left to right in a horizontal swing, aimed at the left side of his foe's midsection. Going through the motions he had trained with his friend long ago, he pulled his flaming rod back, if only for a split second, before striking forwards again, shooting for the man's torso with the tip. He felt himself move almost without thinking, frustration giving way to feelings he had not felt in what felt like a lifetime. Joy and camaraderie. With a smile donned on his face he continued his assault, lifting his weapon up above his head again, bringing it down with more force and focus than before, slamming down towards the other man's head. Almost forgetting himself, he spun around quickly, creating a spread of flames in all directions around himself momentarily, before facing back towards his foe aiming his last attack to crush into the Vice Admiral's right leg, then arcing upwards to strike his face, hoping to send him flying.

After that, he swings the jutte upwards, forming an arc, and spins and lands a vertical strike to the shoulder; he then spins to the other side and lands a diagonal strike down to the knee, and lands a finishing upward blow to the head, sending them flying, bursting in flames.

Vice Admiral Yamakaji and the escapee Larsi clashed powerfully. Yamakaji had imbued his fists with a strong form of black Busou-shoku no haki, aiming to use his Willpower to meet Larsi's superior strength, born of his giant race. The Vice Admiral's fists clashed with Larsi's weapon, creating a powerful shockwave. Rubble was sent flying in all directions, some pieces even colliding with the bodies of the inmates in the vicinity. They were on level 2, and here, the inmates that were imprisoned were not monsters like Yamakaji and Larsi. They were significantly weaker in comparison. The ones that were not affected by the clash moved to the backs of their cells with hurry, hoping to survive the battle that was ensuing in front of them. Larsi, having realized that he was going too easy, and that he was being stalled, decided to step things up a few notches.

Lifting his rod up into the air and imbuing it with black Busou-shoku no Haki, Larsi swung it down - hot flames swirling around the weapon. Yamakaji, his fists still imbued with black Busou-shoku no Haki, and his body tense with Tekkai Kenpou, knew trouble was coming. He was not the strongest of the two men.

When Larsi's weapon came down, Yamakaji unleashed a double fisted Jugon. However, unlike last time, now it was a barrage - a repeated barrage of Jugons. The speed of the Jugons caused Yamakaji's fists to multiply visually, and the two men clashed once again.

The barrage of Jugons collided with Larsi's flaming rod. Despite Yamakaji's Tekkai Kenpou, he could feel pain shoot down the length of his arms and into his shoulders and back. As Larsi pulled his rod back for a second attack, and then once again for more consecutive attacks, Yamakaji continued to clash with his barrage of Jugons, aiming to meet the onslaught with one of his own. Every time, his arms were more damaged, and his fists and forearms started to get more and more bloodied. The shockwaves from the clash travelled through parts of the rest of Yamakaji's body, leading to somewhat smaller injuries throughout Yamakaji's body, causing him to cough up blood. Yamakaji's vision started to blur as they clashed for one last time. At the pinnacle of the clash, Yamakaji's mind took him back to a few minutes ago. A flashback.

The escapee is indeed Larsi... a Giant. He's climbing up the elevator shaft, I'll stall him. You know what to do...!

Hina knows.
At the height of Larsi's distraction, having ''felt himself moving almost without thinking'' and ''almost forgetting himself'' as he assaulted the Vice Admiral with raw instinct, aid came to the Marine. From behind, a fair distance away, Hina had managed to get to the area behind Larsi right as the giant man was at his most distracted. Vice Admiral Yamakaji, as promised to his fellow Marine, had stalled the giant man. Now, they were ready for a surprise pincer attack. Vice Admiral Hina swung her arms, and from her arms, she unleashed two massive fences of black rods. Utilizing the power of the Ori Ori no Mi, Hina aimed to bind Larsi. She swung her arms together, closing the two fences and aiming to constrict Larsi's body by wrapping the rods all around him and his limbs. Black Busou-shoku no Haki clad the rods, strengthening them significantly.

As he spun around for the last strike, the fiery pole illuminating the whole room the two of them were fighting in. His mind was brought back to the present from the glimpse he caught as he faced away from Yamakaji, a flash of pink moving towards him rapidly, something akin to a dark net spreading out from around it. Instinctually he let go of the the pole with his left hand, letting his right hand carry on the final two strikes against the first Vice Admiral. At the same time his left arm shot up in the air, the chains that wrapped around the limb unfurling into their full reach. As his final strike hit his first foe, he moved his left behind and back, planting them firmly into the ground.

One by one they keep coming. Larsi spoke through gritted teeth, annoyed at letting himself be delayed like this.

Turning his torso around, arm extended upwards and ready to strike, Larsi saw the fences spread around him, closing in to wrap around his body. His legs spread out apart, he strengthened them so the fence wouldn't make him fall over easier. A split second before the metal would wrap around him, he brought his arm down, using the chains almost like a whip, as rope action. As they soared through the air, the chains too took on a dark hue, imbued with the giant's haki. Hina was in a precarious position, as her technique would put her in a position that left her very vulnerable, especially should she wish to fulfill her trap of the giant. With blinding speeds, the now black chains would aim to wrap around the torso and arms of the woman. With his he hope to trap the woman in a similar position to himself, then yank her towards himself.

Hina's fences of black rods flanked Larsi, one moving past him on his right and the other on his left. Larsi managed to lift his arms up as the two fences closed in, binding his lower body and torso with the rods wrapping around his limbs and tying them up.

Larsi's arms were free, however, and this gave the large man an opportunity of a counter offensive. Swinging his free arm, Larsi sent the chain flying toward Vice Admiral Hina, aiming to catch her. When he did so, Larsi had his back turned toward Yamakaji, who swung his leg, unleashing a powerful Rankyaku. Simultaneously to the chain catching Hina, the powerful Rankyaku, imbued with invisible Busou-shoku no Haki, would reach Larsi's back, aiming to draw blood.

Rankyaku...!

The battle just turned messy, with both Larsi and Hina tied up, but the former facing a double team.

While Hina seemed to be caught off guard by his counter attack, Larsi felt what he knew to be Yamakaji moving behind him. Knowing that he would be vulnerable to an attack, the pirate braced himself, yet did not stop his moves against Hina. The airblades cut cleanly through both the metal bars that wrapped around the giant, freeing his torso, as well as his dirty prison garb. Beneath the flimsy cloth his skinned glowed black, and although blood was seeping from a few cuts, they were shallow. At the same time, Hina was trapped in the chains and being pulled rapidly towards the giant, bound so tightly she would very unlikely to more than struggle.

With he grabbed her with his left hand, wrapping large fingers around her already bound body, slamming her into the floor, pressing her down, the remants of her cage bending with his moves. Likely to her surprise and horror, she would feel her energy drain from her, and if her restraints seemed hard to escape before, now it probably feel impossible. The large seastone cuff that closed around Larsi's wrist, meant to suppress the power of the giant rested on the human's lower body. With his right hand, still closed around the makeshift jutte, he swiped aside the rest of her cage, before turning his head towards Yamakaji, metal pole held at the ready. He also made sure to still keep his color of observation at full alert, he was not about to be caught off guard again.

I don't care whether this woman lives or dies. I don't care if you live or die. As long as Yamakaji didn't make any further moves, he would continue his speech, speaking every word precise and clearly. I only care about getting out of here. About finding those I lost and take revenge on the man who put me here.

As long as Yamakaji did not try anything, Larsi would move, placing himself on the other side of Hina, but making sure his seastone cuffs touched her. Keeping his eyes on the man, as long as he hadn't made any moves, now in front of him, the giant gently put the pole down next to the woman. Grabbing her with his right hand, he moved her quickly around to the back of his hand, keeping her pressed to the cuff. Using the chains she was already wrapped in, he used the loose part between her and the cuff to wrap around her and his forearm, binding her back against the side of his forearm. Although it was a bit awkward, her size meant she was just about the length of his forearm. If still nothing had happened to stop him, he would grab his pole again and stand up, Hina almost comically attached like an arm guard, feet at his elbow, head by his hand.

I will be going now. You seem to have a large scale jailbreak on your hand again anyway. Larsi grinned, gesturing with his head towards the open cages that surrounded them.

Yamakaji swung his leg, unleashing a powerful Rankyaku. The Rankyaku was sharp enough to cut steel, a feat that even master swordsmen were proud of. Without a doubt, Yamakaji was a skilled man. However, as his Rankyaku collided with Larsi's back, the true, horrifying realization came. They were outmatched. The Rankyaku hit Larsi dead on, and yet only superficial blood was drawn. He could not cut the large man down. At that moment, Hina came flying into Larsi's large hand, pulled there by the chain. He closed his hand and slammed Hina down into the ground. Her eyes widened in pain, blood coughed up from her mouth. Yamakaji watched in horror as Larsi dominated the two Vice Admirals. Sweat rolled down the back of his head and neck, Yamakaji was nervous.

Things were getting out of hand.

Sealing away Hina's powers of the Ori Ori no Mi, Larsi then used metal to literally bind her to his own forearm, wearing her like a forearm guard - immobilized and completely powerless. Yamakaji grit his teeth, widening his stance and bringing up his fists, imbuing them with black Busou-shoku no Haki.

I'm not letting you go, pirate...

Yamakaji was ready to fight to save Hina. But Larsi's next words made the situation worse. He pointed out the torn apart cells, which inmates could now escape from. The inmates started to roar a battle cry, all rushing out of their cages. Many of them swarmed Yamakaji, forcing him to deal with them.

Larsi had his opening to escape among the horde of prisoners.

Larsi didn't wait any longer. He had already wasted too much time, so as the Vice Admiral was being assaulted by the inmates, he turned and ran towards the other side of the hall, where stairs led upwards. While some prisoners charged the Vice Admiral, others were simply trying to escape, and made their escape, following behind the giant. Wanting to take even more advantage of the chaos, he swung the pole against the stone walls of the cells he ran past, breaking several of them open. As he went, he left a long trail of prisoners behind him, both to separate himself and the Vice Admiral, as well as cause general confusion further up. Only moments later he reached the stairs, climbing the steps quickly, followed by the ruckus of prisoners following closely behind. Tied to his arm, Hina still hung, almost drowsy at this point.

Entering level 1, there was little to no resistance. A few guards were there, but the giants simply moved on. The other prisoners overwhelmed them, beating them and taking their equipment. As some of them carried keys, the doors on this floor were soon swung open, but the giant was set on his goal, already climbing the stair to the ground level. He was so close he could smell the fresh air, not the rotting stench of the depths. The salt water, not the sewage that trailed the floors of level 6.

Reaching the top of the last flight of stairs, he was mildly surprised to see a few guards had prepared a barricade, but he simply leapt over. They were more shocked than himself, freezing other than to follow him with their eyes, turning their heads. This left them vulnerable as the stampede of prisoners jumped the barricades, overwhelming them in seconds. Then it was before him, the last solid barrier. The gate he barely remember stepping through a lifetime ago. With a heave of his arm, he struck the doors, almost breaking them free from their hinges, blasting them outwards and stepping out into the light. There he paused for a moment, taking in the sunlight with a genuine smile on his face for the first time in a long while.

The swarm of prisoners rushed Vice Admiral Yamakaji. He took the first row of them down with ease, unleashing a barrage of Shigans. None of these inmates stood a chance against Yamakaji, but their numbers were overwhelming. He continued putting them down, pushing his way through the crowd. But, soon enough, Larsi was out of sight, and Yamakaji was left behind in a sea of inmates. Gritting his teeth, Yamakaji tensed his body.

God damn it...

He said, enraged by what had happened. With Tekkai Kenpou now once again active, Yamakaji's body was as tough as iron, and none of these inmates would be able to harm him. Combining Shigans and Shigan barrages, Rankyakus and Rankyaku rain, as well as Kamisori, Yamakaji went on a rampage, mowing down rows upon rows of prisoners as he fought his way through. But, his progress was much slower than the large Larsi, who simply leapt up the stairs with giant strides. Soon, Larsi traversed through the stairways, as well as level 1, making his way up toward the entrance of Impel Down. A horde of prisoners was behind him, taking care of any guards that Larsi leapt over, as well as unlocking more cells and unleashing more prisoners.

When Larsi finally found himself in front of the gate to the entrance of Impel Down, he rammed it down, breaking out. He took a step out to freedom. A breeze from the surface world. The smell of the sea. The sunlight beaming down. Larsi was free.

Standing on the platform of the Impel Down entrance was one last obstacle for Larsi - and behind that obstacle, was a ship. Vice Admiral Ronse stood in Larsi's way. He was a pure Giant, even bigger bodied than Larsi himself. Ronse grabbed his battle axe, wielding it in his right hand. The prisoners that had come up with Larsi, stood a distance behind him, safe. Ronse spoke, his voice, as expected of a real Giant, booming.

Escaping from Impel Down is not an easy task, small man. You will be back in your cell soon enough.

Ronse proclaimed, tightening the grip on his weapon. Black Busou-shoku no Haki crept down the length of the handle, cladding the blade of the axe. Larsi had one last man standing in his way.

Larsi's smile soon faded as he saw the figure, even larger than himself brandish a massive axe. He made note of the darkness that encased the blade. Yet he started moving forwards again, calmly walking across the wooden planks towards the gate that would lead him to freedom finally. Behind him the prisoners stopped, wary for the first time since they had started their prison break. With Hina wrapped to his left arm and pole held in his right, he strolled forwards towards the giant, soon taking himself within range of the enormous weapon.

Escaping may not be easy, but it's easier than to stop me.
His eyes met those of the giant's, mostly obscured in shadow. Your colleagues couldn't stop me, neither will you I think.

Larsi confronted the large Vice Admiral. Ronse took note of the makeshift rod weapon in Larsi's hand, but he also took note of Vice Admiral Hina, who was bound to Larsi's forearm like a forearm guard.

How absurd...

Ronse commented, referring to Hina's situation. Ronse was the last stand, and so it was time for a battle of the Giants. Moving his right foot backward and bending his knees, Ronse pushed off of the ground, charging toward Larsi. As large a man as Ronse was, he also seemed to be incredibly skilled and quick, closing the distance in a matter of moments. A large shadow would cast over Larsi, Ronse's right arm, weapon held, raised high up into the air.

Glaring, Ronse wasted no time and swung his weapon downward. The mighty axe cut through the air like a blade of unparalleled sharpness - a normal weapon in a Giant's hands was akin to a warship's cannon fire. The sheer weight of the weapon and the arm that wielded it, added raw power. Whether Larsi was cut, whether he avoided the attack, or whether he blocked or parried it, the entrance of Impel Down would shake and tremble, as if an earthquake had hit.
