REBELS
As the rain fall continued, confusion spread throughout the battlefield Alubarna had become.
The thousands of Baroque Works agents that Crocodile had seeded throughout the Rebellion over the years could not believe that the supposedly invincible force that was their shadowy leader would return rain to the country before Operation Utopia had fully succeeded--not willingly anyways. Something was going on. What were their orders now?

"Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the songs of angry men?
It is the music of the people who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart echoes the beating of the drums,
There is a life about to start when tomorrow comes!", Yamamoto singing with a nervous smile on his face. But then he has made his resolve and now began to sing with a firm and strong voice. "Will you join in our crusade?
Who will be strong and stand with me?
Somewhere beyond the barricade is there a world you long to see?
Then join in the fight that will give you the right to be free!"
The 400 Rebel Soldiers made a tight formation around the group, they had been prepared to kill these foreign looking mercenaries on the spot, but were disarmed by the sudden appearance of rain. To add to the already uncertain situation, A strange looking man who had been tying a corpse to his back stood up from the ground and began to sing an even stranger song. By the looks on their faces, it should have been pretty clear that most of the Rebels were confused by this turn of events. It was clear that this man was not one of them. But for some, his strange song resonated. Though it was clearly from another land, he sang from the heart, and gave off an aura of being able to relate to their struggle.
One such Rebel--a young woman named Ymir--stepped forward from their formation and pointed her sword straight at Yamamoto's throat.
Ymir: "All of you put down your weapons! We have you completely surrounded! Who are you and why are you here?! You are clearly not from this country! What has happened here and why have you attacked us and now try and pander to our struggle as if you could possibly understand!?"
Ymir belonged to the Suna Clan and had been with the rebellion since its inception under Khoza. She hated the violence that the situation necessitated, but she was strong--looking after her younger brothers and sisters had made her strong..... until that day....
It had been sometime since the drought caused by the Royal Family's greed had begun its plague over their lands. Ymir had had a peaceful life before that. But when the drought and ensuing famine ravaged their clan, and her elderly and already frail mother fell ill, Ymir and her family had been unable to do anything other than just watch as their mother wasted away and finally died. They couldn't afford medicine. They couldn't even feed her properly. These kinds of deaths became all too common in the unforgiving dryness of the Alabasta desert. Not long after, her impotent father--unable to cope with the depression of the loss of his wife and his inability to provide for his children--took his own life. Ymir couldn't stand the idea of failing to act as her father had. She would do her part to bring her brothers and sisters, nay--her clan, no--even that was not enough, she would not rest until all the starving, children, sick, and poor of Alabasta could drink as much water as they like, eat as much food as they like, and live in a world where rain and harvest were once again a part of normal life. That was the conviction that had made her join the Rebellion. It was the conviction that stayed with her to this day.
How could she have known?
How could she have known it was all according to someone else's plan?
How could she have known it was not the King who had been seen setting fire to that small innocent village in the desert, away from all the fighting--but an imposter under orders from the one they held up as a 'Hero of the People'?
How could she have known that innocent women, men, and children would be burned alive.
How could she have known all that when she sent her brothers and sisters to live with friends in the safety of that village away from all the fighting?
How could she have known that when she said goodbye to them all, she would never see them alive again?
Standing in front of these strangers trying to appeal to her humanity, she thought to herself,
how could you know what we have been through? what we have done? But the words of his song and the sudden appearance of the rain had also reminded her that they did not have to be as brutal as their King.

Out of frustration Chaka used an moved usually reserved for a target in the distance. In an instant without the need to stop attacking the rebels, he held his sword horizontally above his shoulders and then swung with a great amount of strength, sending compressed air spiraling forwards opening up a tunnel in front of him as the rebels got mowed down.
The brutality continued as a mass of spiraling air plowed through Rebels and Royal Guards alike, creating an opening for Chaka to dash through, leaving his men behind to fend for themselves.

He started giving commands before even hitting the ground. Minuano, take this Landayen and save Eve. His feet touched down. Sigmund, you check on Musashi. He knelt in the sand, allowing for the others to get down quickly. Tom and Jerry, go check on Yamamoto and... the words caught in his throat... Straw. Figuring he had given them enough time, the giant rose to his full height and turned around, facing the hundreds of rebels who Yamamoto seemed to be trying to convince somehow. He regarded them with cold eyes, ready to strike if they took another step. His eyes fell on the body strapped to Yamamoto's back, which he recognised as Straw, but felt no presence from. His eyes watered as he tore his gaze from the bundle, back at the horde before them.

Not long after they entered the city Larsi seemed to have found the others as he decended from the rooftops and down towards and alley. As they got closer Minuano saw his friends surrounded by dozens of rebel soldiers, is Yamamoto trying to befriend the rebels? ...never mind that, Eve looks to be in grave danger! Minuano quickly unsheated his sword and as Larsi put them all down he kicked off and dashed towards Eve Try and keep up, Landa! he aimed to strike down the man that was attacking her from behind with a quick strike imbued with haki.
Ymir and her fellow rebels stood in shock and amazement as a giant fell down from the sky upon them. Issuing commands to humans jumping off of him like flees--it seemed he was their leader. The newly arrived group of men began running about and following the giant's orders. Ymir turns her back to Yamamoto to address the giant.
Ymir: "
Halt right there! State your purpose!! These are your men right? Well we have them surrounded! Who are you and what do you want here?! Drop your weapons at once!"
Standing upon a rooftop, out of sight and in the distance, a Rebel Scout stared in awe and terror as the first giant he had ever seen before in his life flew from the sky and landed like a bomb going off, in the heart of the Western Block. In a panic he frantically reached for his den den mushi, the small snail bouncing about as he struggled to get a grasp of it in his current state of mind. His hands shaking, he spoke quickly and desperately into the receiver:
"Attention! Att-t-t-tt-ention! G-g-giants! Flying GIANTS!!! I repeat! A g-g-g-iant has just landed in the Western Block! ALL REBEL PERSONNEL NOT CURRENTLY ENGAGED IN COMBAT, WE NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE, REPORT TO THE WESTERN BLOCK AT ONCE! I REPEAT: REINFORCEMENTS ARE NEEDED IN FULL FORCE AT THE WESTERN BLOCK!"
The call that went out over their network had shocked the unsure rebels into some sort of sense of urgency. Why was the rain falling now? Was the war over? Had they won? None of these questions needed answering right now. Right now their comrades could be in danger--but, a 'giant'?!? Surely this had to be some sort of prank!? 10,000 Rebels from all over the city begin to make their way towards the Western Block.

Pike sighs: phewwww I finally made it through that gruesome desert. It sucks to be a Fishman on this Island.
Rebel: Hey Fishman your a Pirate aren’t you come here!!!!
Pike begins to run: Crap! I don’t have time for this it’s hot out here.
Pike takes off running and the rebels chase him around the western part of Alburna.
As the call went out over the den den mushis, the fishman pirate would find that the small horde of rebel pursuers he had collected chasing behind him fell off one by one, turning toward the direction of the sound of a bomb going off a few blocks away.
