The balance of the world hung amid a number of highly-established, usually-predictable factions. The World Government. The Yonkou. The Shichibukai. The Revolutionary Army. However, recently, an additional, completely unpredictable faction arose. The Neo Navy. They were former Marines, led by a former Marine Admiral, Admiral Zephyr. However, despite the fact that they were former Marines, they behaved more like certain pirates. Their goal was to destroy all of the Grandline, the good and the bad, with no distinction between the two. Were they more like mad Revolutionaries? It was hard to say what they were, and what they would do.

Between their unpredictability, and the fact that a former Admiral led them, they were problematic. Not only for their strength, but also for the World Government and Marine-related classified information that they held. With all of those factors in mind, the World Government decided that they had to get rid of the Neo Navy.

However, the Marines were spread thin. Much was going on in the world. Between the rise of the La Spada Pirates, as well as the rising dominance of the Silver Hair Pirates, there were plenty of up and coming pirates to worry about. Kaidou, Big Mom, Shanks and Blackbeard were highly active as well, and so the Marines could not spare a huge force to deal with the Neo Navy.

Instead, three people went. Three of Marine Vice Admiral Leonard Burns' subordinates. They were only a Rear Admiral and two Commodores. Their ranks were not high, as they wanted to continue to serve under Vice Admiral Leo. But, their power was great. A perfect solution. Three lower-ranked Marines that could be spared, but at the same time they were strong enough to be counted on.

And so Rear Admiral Sasaki, Commodore Tanya and Commodore Gen were dispatched. They boarded one of Leo's warships, Izanagi, and were on their way. A good 50 Marine soldiers operated the vessel as they tracked down the Neo Navy. Would they catch up to the Neo Navy at sea, or on an island? That remained to be seen.

Requiem of Destruction
A voice of a man in his 70s can be heard singing a requiem of life and death as a huge warship boasting a black flag was approaching a certain island under the moonlight where the stars were hidden underneath the fog. On the shore, dozens of similar warships could be seen blatantly dancing over the waves of New World seas.

The requiem went like this:

"The sea watches us quietly. Guiding us through our death and our birth.
From humble hometown waters to the waves at the end of the earth.
The sea carries us carefully through the dark of night and the light of day.
To the world that's just and peaceful, so that we never lose our way.

All our pain and suffering, it swallows up in its warm embrace,
so knowingly and gently, washes them all away.
There will come a day, I'm sure when I must heed its solemn call,
and walk side by side with my old friends, resting in its foamy waters."

With a closer look, the Jolly Roger has a skull with slanted eye-sockets and a spiky crown, while the cross-bones are similar to an inverted Marine symbol and a cross or sword with a Yoru-like hilt. It symbolizes the organization's disdain for both pirates and the marines. The placement of the skull on top of the inverted "wings" gives the skull the appearance of elongated tusks.

Thousands of soldiers disembarked the villainy vessels, carrying a variety of weapons: guns, rifles, swords. They were wearing gray helmets, dark gray sleeveless tops, and a belt adorned with an imprint of their own jolly roger where the sheath their swords were dashing restlessly, recklessly, and relentlessly towards a certain facility. Towering. It's like a fortress of something so significantly hidden within.

A silhouette of a topless man with a bulky instrument attached to his right arm was concluding the requiem and would gradually emerge behind the mist and the aforementioned soldiers.

"Every last pirate in the world will be crushed under this fist of mine!", dashing, overtaking his men with his incredible speed. "Raaaaah!"

They are led by the man who just recited the requiem of destruction. A man who was once the most formidable presence in all of the seas, Z also known as "Black Arm" Zephyr. He was towering, standing almost 12 feet. Something you would expect from a former admiral. An admiral who formed an organization parallel to what the Marines vowed to but in a more radical way - the Neo Marines.

Behind him, a beautiful maiden was casually walking. She was glittering. Perhaps the reason why the constellations above were missing. It all conspired to unite into her enthralling crimson eyes. She was the Vice-Admiral of the Neo Marines, Ain. She was somewhat tall for a normal woman at 5 foot 7. So slender, curvaceous fashioned with her dark blue hair framing her face, slightly held back by a pin. Signifying her position, she wore a black and gold coat. Underneath that, a brown formal top flirting with a white bow by her collar. And lastly, with her heels and min skirt, they truly emphasized her behind. Goddess!

"My only will is to follow Master Z wherever he takes me.", she declared.

And with her, a mere clown. "Bonza! Bonza! Bonza! Bonza!", just another officer of the group, Binz.

"My body and spirit shall serve Master Z! Let's go!!!", the clown continued as he followed the order.

"Eat this! Smash Buster!!!", Z rioted the titanic front door. Blasting it off like it was just a piece of wood. "Take them down!", Z commanded the soldiers to loot what they came there for.

"Finally! The start of the Grand Reboot.", Z said standing inside the facility where hundreds of approximately 12-inch gray oval stone that are stored inside a thick metal case, soaked in a transparent pink liquid. These are the Dyna Stone and by using this to destroy the three Endpoints, the requiem would live on.

Now claiming the weapons that could rival even the ancient weapon, Z without any hurdles would annihilate piracy. And if nobody should stop him, it may not only end piracy but the entire society.

[Kaka]

As the Neo Navy's ship sailed, approaching an island that was all too important, so was a ship a couple of nautical miles behind them. The rocky waves hit against the hull of the warship Izanagi, and strong winds blew into its sails. A good 50 or so Marines were running around the deck and the lower decks, operating the ship, while three individuals in particular were getting ready for what was ahead.

The three all had very different ways of ''getting ready''. Rear Admiral Sasaki, the leader of the group, was laying down in the middle of the deck. His arms were behind his head, and his right leg was crossed over his left. He had a straw in his mouth, and a strawhat covering his face all the way down to above his mouth. Whether he was asleep or not was anyone's guess.

Elsewhere on the deck was Commodore Gen, the Fishman of the group. Even though he was a Fishman, he wore a pair of underwater goggles, which was a strange peculiarity to say the least. He stood with his back straight and his arms behind his back, giving off an aura of a military man. A serious look adorned his face, and it was easy to see he was the type one was not to fool around with.

Lastly, there was Commodore Tanya. A 4'7'' girl that had no business on a warship. And yet, her military-esque attire spoke differently. She had a sadistic grin on her face and a rifle in hand, giving off a most intimidating presence. Fidgeting, she spoke, her grin never leaving her face.

There they are, finally! Damn those lazy commie higherups, making me go out on the frontlines again. I just want to do some paperwork and lead a leisurely life in my office! What's so wrong with that? And yet I keep having to do this dangerous and unpredictable stuff. All because I ate that fucking fruit!

Soon soon... I'll catch every pirate in the world, and then the Era of Pirates will be over. Then I can finally kick back and have my peaceful life! Khahahaha!

Tanya laughed crazily.

TIME TO BLOW THOSE FUCKERS UP!

She announced, catching the attention of everyone onboard in shock. Her loud proclamation awoke Sasaki, who moved the strawhat off of his face and looked at Tanya awkwardly.

Alright STOPPPUUUU! We don't know what or who is on that island. Don't just go blowing stuff up. Here's a deal, Tanya-kun. As long as you promise not to blow the whole island up, I'll let you go ahead. Our ship still needs a good 10 minutes to get to that island, but I know you just want to go back as soon as possible. So if you want, go on ahead and take care of this as quickly as possible.

Sasaki said.

Tsch... fine, we have a deal. BYE!

Tanya said as her whole body suddenly transformed into lightning. And instantly, she was gone. Like a bolt of lightning, she flew toward the island where the Neo Navy had just docked. Former Admiral Zephyr had just knocked the front door of the facility down, while Tanya just landed on the island away from the Neo Navy. She had a good 400 meters of distance. Hiding behind a rock, she perched her rifle up onto the rock and took a sniping stance. Looking into the scope, Tanya took aim. The clown was who she was aiming for. Electricity started to crackle all the way up and down the length of the rifle, until suddenly, Tanya pulled the trigger, her face now stoic, no longer grinning.

Bang.

Tanya's signature technique and for which she was given her alias, Tanya charges her rifle with lightning. She then fires the bullet, which is imbued with lightning, giving it the effect and appearance of a projectile fired from a railgun. Rank: S.

From the rifle, a bullet, imbued with black Busou-shoku no Haki, was fired. Trailing with the bullet was a lightning bolt, aiming to pierce the clown's abdomen and take him out in one attack. A surprise attack.

The Neo Navy soldiers quickly started looting the Dyna Stones. Dozens of these will soon be embarked to the cargo to be transported to their destination, the second endpoint. "Don't ya even try to drop one of these gems. Bonza!", Binz reminded the soldiers as he stood right outside the blasted door.

Ain on the other hand was looking out as she possessed an Observation Haki capable of sensing their surrounding. "Hmmm?" She might have not been able to sense anything beyond her limit of less than a hundred meters but her intuition might complement that.

She twitched in the direction of someone who just launched a rapidly traveling bullet imbued with lightning. She couldn't determine where she was hiding there's no doubt that she just sensed a threat when it entered her range. She had to alert her comrade. Turning quickly to Binz, "Binz! Watch out!"

"Eh? Whoa!" A blinding stream of lighting was fast approaching him. His eyes grew seeing the attack. But he would have just a glimpse of the time to react to it. And had he not been made aware, he would not be able to prepare for the ambush. Suddenly, a lane of 8 huge trees came sprouting from the ground to try to defend himself from the lightning attack. Fortifying the defense, he clad the trees with Hardening. "Acacia Lane!"

Somewhat effective

He might have been able to block it just in time, but it sent him flying inside the facility where Z was in. *Crash*

Landing just before Z, the former admiral wondered what just happened after the huge explosion. "As expected. They won't easily land the ball eh. Keep these items boarded. I have a few visitors."

Ain, pissed at what just happened would charge towards that direction to face whoever enemy just came in. "Wait!", Z halted her. "Let's greet them properly." At this point, Z was already in possession of several Dyna Stones. Whether he would use that in battle or not, it would be completely up to his upcoming opponent.

"Embark the ship, and get these items away from here. We only needed some of it anyway." Ordered his minions.

"Come over here!", warned the attacker.

 

[Kaka]

Tanya, no longer grinning, but now rather with a focused and precise look on her face, fired the bullet from her rifle. Employing the abilities of her Devil Fruit, Tanya fired the bullet from the rifle as if from a railgun, giving it immense power and speed. Luckily for the clown, another member of Zephyr's group was a practitioner of Kenbun-shoku no Haki, specializing in sensing presences. She warned the clown of the incoming attack, and he managed to put up a defense, raising a number of tree-like objects into a wall, imbued with Busou-shoku no Haki. Despite that effort, Tanya's powerful attack plowed through the defense and sent the clown flying. He ended up crashlanding inside the facility close to Zephyr.

With the group now alerted of an attacker, Zephyr decided to give them a warm welcome. However, Tanya, a skilled sniper, had already acted. A core principal of an experienced sniper was to relocate after firing a shot. Especially if the shot did not kill the target. This would allow Tanya to stay hidden. The fact that she was able to move as quickly as lightning, allowed her to relocate that much quicker.

Now in a different spot, still outside of Ain's reach, but well within the reach of Tanya's own sniping ability, she was getting ready for a second attack. This one, however, wouldn't be a bullet. High up above, up in the air, a really large and powerful cluster of electricity started to form. The electricity crackled like roaring thunder, building up in power. And then it happened. Tanya, whose right palm had been raised up toward the sky, dropped her hand down, deciding the path of the lightning.

El... Thor!

-El Thor (神の裁き（エル･トール） Eru Tōru?, literally translated as "Judgment of God"): Mostly used to destroy targets from long range, the user focuses a large cluster of electricity above their target, then uses it to send a huge and powerful lightning bolt crashing down from the sky, frying the unlucky target. They can also use this attack to launch a massive lightning stream from their hand.(51 Mastery) Destructive Potency Rank: B

A massive lightning bolt descended, one large enough to engulf Zephyr, Ain, the clown, and the facility. Black wisps of Busou-shoku no Haki were present in the lightning, making for an incredibly powerful attack.

From a distance, still sailing toward the island abroad the warship Izanagi, Sasaki, Gen and the rest of the subordinates saw the large lightning bolt descend on the island. A drop of sweat rolled down the back of Sasaki's head comically, as he watched in disbelief.

Gah, what happened to our deal of not destroying the island?

 

[Gambit]

Standing outside the facility, Z grinned and said, "They are quick to respond to my plans. Certainly, they anticipated what my actions would be. But they are foolish to deploy non-experienced marines to stop me! Dyna stones, when exposed to air, react to the oxygen and explode like an atomic bomb. The same goes when you try to destruct the facility containing it."

Whilst saying this, he turned to Ain. "Remember this. In my experience as a former admiral and instructor of the marines. We teach a primary principle to the snipers. Crouch, lock, shoot, relocate and shoot. It's coming." Z might be old and have gone slower but his wits and anticipation are still as sharp as a dagger. "Above!"

Ain's observation haki specialty might be far more inferior than the sniper's range but then again, once it entered her range of senses, she could still react in time, well at least as long as she stayed sharp. Coming off Z's instinct, Ain would use Geppo to propel herself skyward as fast as she could before conjuring a pink orb in her right palm imbued with invisible haki and launching that against the descending stream of lightning. It's imperative to note that her devil fruit ability is not clashing against destructive attacks but turn it back to its original or premature state. And with that, upon contact, neither a flash of lightning would strike down the facility nor an explosion coming off her action would transpire. The stream of lightning, just reverted back to the stage of convection wherein the heat is transferred and rises above before it even becomes a thunderstorm. So to speak, turned to mist.

And as Ain did this, the foot soldiers had already bagged most of the Dyna Stones onto their ships while leaving some in the immediate area for later use. They were ready to sail.

Meanwhile, Binz already made it out of the facility, however, his body was still feeling stunned after the lightning attack. It would affect his movement but his resilience and determination are still intact.

"Ain! Let's go!", ordered Z.

 

[Kaka]

Much like before, it was the girl that was able to tell where the attack was coming from, as soon as it entered the range and reach of her Kenbun-shoku no Haki. Tanya had confirmed this now, twice. Furthermore, since Tanya's attack was not a shot from her rifle, but rather an El Thor from the sky, she was currently still well-hidden. She had not shot any bullets that would expose her new location. When the girl used Geppou to climb higher up into the air, Tanya got herself ready to strike her down. Then, it happened.

Ain used the power of her Devil Fruit and threw some type of energy up at the El Thor. When Ain did that, Tanya shot. This time, she did not use her Devil Fruit. Instead, it was a normal shot of her rifle, to draw as little attention as possible, and to shoot Ain out of the sky while she was busy dealing with the El Thor. With Tanya's location still hidden at the time of the shot, and the lack of lightning or other fireworks with this shot, as well as the fact that Ain was busy dealing with the El Thor, Tanya hoped that this black Busou-shoku no Haki imbued bullet would finally land.

Right after shooting the rifle, Tanya turned into lightning and disappeared from her location. However, this time, she was not relocating. She was attacking. The sound of the shot up at the sky and at Ain, would likely serve as both a visual and a sound distraction. Combine that with the fact that the clown was somewhat paralyzed from Tanya's earlier attack, and Tanya had a recipe to take out the clown as well. Appearing behind him with the speed of lightning, Tanya, holding her rifle in her right hand, put the palm of her left hand onto the clown's back. Lightning crackled from Tanya's left hand as she grinned.

100,000,000 Volt Blast...!

Tanya discharges a blast of lightning with herself as the epicenter, engulfing everything around her with a concussive blast that electrocutes and blows everything away. Rank: S.

With herself and the clown as the epicenter, Tanya discharged a massive blast of lightning, engulfing herself and the clown and a good chunk of area around them, also preventing anyone from approaching at the moment of attack.

In the meantime, the Izanagi still sailed toward the island, and Sasaki was still aboard. Gen was standing next to the edge of the deck and spoke.

I'm going on ahead.

Gen said, jumping into the water and disappearing. With Tanya wreaking havoc, Gen was now fast approaching, and it wouldn't be long before the Izanagi and Sasaki were there as well.

[Gambit]

When Tanya launched the destructive El Thor, she would have been between 99 to 600 meters. At least that's how Ain calculated the range based on its trajectory and speed. And when she cast her devil fruit ability against the lightning, the night sky has cleared but the humidity rose to the clouds in lieu of that. Having been addressed the enemy's attack, Ain subsequently heard what Z had said and turned her back from the attacker.

Descending, a horrendous sound of gunfire from such a distance suddenly resonated. The enemy has just revealed herself the moment the rifle ejected the case of the lone ammunition and flew off the barrel before it punched through the air.

?!!, Ain's beautiful crimson pupils started to diminish while her eyes began to look larger while she felt the danger bestowed upon her by a fellow woman. Still, up in the air, she would need to maximize her speed in order to return quickly and sail. Using the combination of Geppo and Soru, the goddess of Neo Navy dashed like a wind, cutting through in a zigzag motion. In this temporary state, her speed was not the only one unpredictable but her motion as well.

But. "Kyaah". The bullet punched its way through her right shoulder's muscle, leaving a yawning cut in its wake that quickly gushed out her blood. She continued to reach the ground, returning to her firm composure as if nothing had just befallen. That's a Vice-Admiral's determination. And her entire right arm soaked with blood, her feet touched the ground. "Binz!!!"

Too late, the enemy was fast enough to move from one location to another. Binz, who had just recovered from the stunning attack would face the juvenile delinquent responsible for his former state.

Suddenly, a distorted sound of Battle Smasher could be heard closely. And if Tanya only paid attention and not relied on her insane ability, she would have anticipated the greater danger coming her behind. "SMASH TORNADO!!!"

Z, apparently had already catapulted the moment Tanya dove for Binz. And to avoid killing his own student, the former admiral would blast the very ground where Tanya was with a solid right arm punch aiming to send her body into the air scathed.

As soon as this happened, Binz once again would capitalize on his devil fruit ability to conceal himself with a thick and huge sum of vines imbued with Haki, before sending some of it to tether the young miss who they would expect to be flying mid-air.

And regardless if it did fail, Z would rise above to grab her using her sea prism-made Battle Smasher and pin her down. Once down, Ain who is charging fast would cast the same orb she used in order to send this young miss back in time.

Tanya's bullet ripped into Ain's shoulder, likely killing the use of that arm for the remainder of the battle, given the strength of the bullet. Simultaneously, thanks to her speed of lightning, Tanya reformed right behind the clown, intending on engulfing him in a blast of lightning. However, former Admiral Zephyr had no intention of letting that happen. Up in the air, from behind Tanya, he came down with a powerful punch of his Battle Smasher. The punch was aimed at the ground and was meant to blow Tanya up into the air, which Zephyr accomplished successfully. However, that was as much as he managed to do.

In the air, Zephyr, Ain and the clown all aimed to attack Tanya, but her body turned into lightning and she disappeared from her airborne location, appearing back on the ground a few dozen meters away from the trio. Still holding onto her rifle, Tanya spoke.

This is why I hate going to the frontlines... I could just be signing away some stupid papers right about now...

Tanya said, clearly displeased that she was here. As Tanya was complaining, a new kind of attack sought the lives of the Neo Navy. From the shore, a huge amount of water rose up in the form of a spiked water tendril. Then, with significant speed and invisible Busou-shoku no Haki, the water came down upon Zephyr and the clown, aiming to crush them, cut them and drown them.

Kairyu Ipponzeoi...!

Ain, who at that point had still been airborne, was spared of this attack, though it was clear that Tanya was receiving backup.

Blowing Tanya up in the air, the 3 officers of the Neo Navy had aimed to neutralize the sniper. Thanks to her logia abilities, she had taken the form of lightning before the grapples were even executed on her. "Logia huh?", Z figured out. "I always hated it!!!"

Turning around, he would find the young sniper a few dozens of meters away. "Just like Borsalino."

As he commented on it, he would be addressing three situations, Ain was still airborne, injuring her right shoulder; Tanya has already acquired a location wherein she could fire her bullets; lastly, a massive sum of a fortified blast of water was fast approaching him. Pushing Binz out of the way, he would ram the water cannon using his combined brute strength and will of revenge!

Zephyr rolled his left fingers into balls of fury as half of his left arm was coated in hardening Haki. Magnifying the strength of the fist he already has, he would swing this punch across the incoming attack like a shot from a cannon, turning the Sea Current Lifter into sprinkles off the fountain. "Black Arm, Left Cross!"

Binz would get back on his feet as Ain landed, tying up her wound with a cloth to dam up the bleeding, and as for Z, grinning like a wild beast. "The Navy... I guess we will be staying here for a moment."

Back to the ships, the soldiers kept on doing their given tasks, to load the Dyna stones. And by the time, Tanya's reinforcements finally arrived, it would have been finished while some other particles are left intentionally inside the facility.

 

[Kaka]

Gen's massive water attack was met with Zephyr's signature black fist, which he had gotten famous for, and which had even garnered him a nickname feared the world throughout. However, all was well. A large shadow cast over the shores and if Zephyr and his cronies looked toward the sea, they would see the large warship Izanagi hitting the shores slowly. From the deck, the samurai Sasaki jumped, frontflipping and landing on the shore. With his arms crossed in front of his abdomen, the hands tucked inside the sleeves, and a smile on his face, he walked toward everyone else.

His piercing gaze and confident smile gave off an air of great strength. His human appearance, but with a monkey's tail flapping about behind him, he was a peculiar man, and one could easily assume that he was of a mixed race. They would be correct in that assumption, for the man that stood in front of them now was a half Human half Humandrill, and Leo's strongest ally. Two nearly identical katanas were sheathed on his left and right hips respectively, and a longer katana was mounted on his back. Stopping a good few dozen feet away from Zephyr and his men, Sasaki spoke.

Former Admiral Zephyr. It's always an honor to meet a legend, but it's sad to see how you have strayed from your path. We're here to stop you.

Will you give me the honor of taking you on one on one, or do you want to turn this into a free for all brawl with no honor?

Sasaki said, challenging Zephyr to a duel. Tanya observed for now, while Gen, who had launched his attack from the water, finally surfaced from the water, though he did not walk on land. Instead, he stayed hips deep in the water. He was a Fishman with underwater goggles, a sight almost as strange as Sasaki's monkey tail.

 

[Gambit]

Z managed to disperse the blast of water from a distance using his very own fist. An ability he is so proud of and well-known for. As the droplets of water poured down their bodies, a massive shadow cast upon the shore and his company. Z stared, grinning.

"A lone warship huh?! They are not this desperate after all."

As he spoke, a man jumped off the ship deck and landed on the shore in a quite unique fashion before advancing slowly. The three Neo Navy officers wouldn't need to wait long before the man approaching them finally spoke.

"Stop me, you said? Hahahahaha!", Z responded, mockingly. "You would need a thousand of yourself to do that. But I accept the challenge. Let's see what Roshi's minion got against an old rival."

Z stared at Sasaki for a brief moment, glaring before he continued, "you think I wouldn't recognize, do you?"

Cracking his neck left and right, "well then."

Suddenly, Z blitzed toward Sasaki far exceeding the boost in speed any Soru could give as the technique he used is mixed with Tekkai. Advancing like a stream of lightning, he would fuel his left arm and battle smasher with the will of vengeance. Appearing in front of the Navy Officer, Z would land a pair of punches to his stomach that when successful, would not only send the target several meters backward but he would also suffer from an internal wound and bleeding due to shock.

"Tekkai Kenpo Roba no Kamae. Don Poro!!!"

Zephyr laughed, stating that the Marines would need a thousand Sasakis to bring him down. Unsurprisingly, Zephyr knew who he was. Both Leo, as well as Leo's master, Roshi, were very famous. Sasaki was a good friend of theirs, and his name, as such, was quite well-known throughout the Marines as well. The fact that he was one of Marines' strongest swordsmen, added to the fame of his name. Cutting to the chase, Zephyr went onto the offensive. Using a combination of Tekkai and Soru, Zephyr made himself both strong as well as fast as a train. Sasaki's eyes, keeping up with Zephyr, sharpened, as if observing very intensely - and his monkey tail wiggled about. When Zephyr closed the distance, Sasaki unsheathed the katana on his left hip, imbued it with black Busou-shoku no Haki, and swung it twice, wielding it with his right hand. The two swings would clash with Zephyr's iron-solid punches equally, deflecting Zephyr's attacks.

As soon as the two punches were deflected, Sasaki's left hand would reach for the katana on his right hip, drawing it. Imbuing that one with black Busou-shoku no Haki as well, Sasaki swung it diagonally upward, aiming to cut Zephyr's abdomen from his left hip all the way up to his right shoulder. Sasaki was not using any techniques, but the sheer strength of his swords, lent his attacks all the power in the world.

Tanya and Gen, neither of which was getting involved in Sasaki's fight, observed. Speaking to himself, Gen remarked the fight.

The longer that fight goes on for, the easier it's going to get for Sasaki-san. He will copy Zephyr down to every last movement of his body.

My money's on Sasaki-san.

Gen said to himself, saying something about Sasaki copying Zephyr, though what that meant was anyone's guess. As for Tanya, she wanted to get things over with quickly.

Hey, you two. You just gonna be spectators or do you mind getting this over with?

Tanya asked, speaking to Ain and the clown.

 

[Gambit]

The Neo-navy admiral dashed Sasaki with his iron-clad fists. However, those punches were easily parried by his sword, albeit not throwing Z's two arms away from a good stance. Little did the swordsman know, when he clashed with Z, a former navy admiral and perhaps, one of the strongest and most clever fighters in his time, not to mention having trained a platoon of future heroes already made a follow-up move.

The left fist that Sasaki blocked first took that momentum to create an attack to the right underarm using his mere left index finger imbued with Black Haki. This attack is capable of impaling the half-humandrill and rendering his right arm out of service. "SHIGAN!!"

And using the loud incantation as a form of distraction, Z would know that Sasaki would reach for the katana, having been used the other to block a strong attack. But before he did that, Z's battle smasher already aimed to grab his body coming from the left side. When it occurred, Z would unleash a massive explosion of his sea prism weapon fueled by Black Haki, to take down the navy officer in front of him. "SMASH BUSTER!!"

Meanwhile, Tanya might have been talking to herself due to her location. At this point, Ain and Binz are still watching their commander fight the swordsman. Trusting him to take care of the enemy, they run towards their ship as they are ready to go to the second endpoint. "Let's go!", both of them said.

Wielding his katana in his right hand, Sasaki imbued it with black Busou-shoku no Haki and swung it twice, deflecting Zephyr's punches. When one of the punches was blocked, Zephyr utilized Shigan, hoping to injury Sasaki's right arm. However, due to the fact that Sasaki was significantly faster than Zephyr, as well as had the reach advantage due to the length of the katanas, Zephyr would not succeed in that endeavor. Instead, Sasaki would maneuver the katana and used the blunt side of the katana to block the Shigan. With the ability to cut and deflect bullets fired from a gun, Sasaki had enough mastery over his swordsmanship to pull off such a maneuver with relative ease.

Simultaneously, his left hand had grabbed the hilt of the katana sheathed on his right hip, and in one motion, unsheathed the katana and swung it diagonally upward, aiming to land a large wound on Zephyr's abdomen. Zephyr, once again, instead of stepping back, overestimated his own speed, especially with the large Battle Smasher, against the already faster Sasaki. Luckily for Zephyr, however, due to the large Battle Smasher getting in the way, Sasaki's katana would not reach Zephyr's abdomen, but would instead clash with the Battle Smasher. The katana would cut into the Battle Smasher, while the shell exploded, blowing both Zephyr and Sasaki away from one another.

Sasaki came skidding backward, coming to a stop a few meters away. Black Busou-shoku no Haki was seen fading from his body, and he was seen with minimal burn marks from Zephyr's attack, though nothing he couldn't handle.

Sasaki said, his monkey tail wiggling about. He reached for the katana on his back and put it in his mouth. Now, he was wielding three swords simultaneously.

In the meantime, Tanya's words went ignored. Ain and the clown were in fact close enough to hear, but for some reason, they did not reply.

Tanya had only landed a few dozen feet away from them earlier.

In the air, Zephyr, Ain and the clown all aimed to attack Tanya, but her body turned into lightning and she disappeared from her airborne location, appearing back on the ground a few dozen meters away from the trio. Still holding onto her rifle, Tanya spoke.

Ignoring me huh... sorry but you're not going anywhere. Hey, Gen! Let's go!

Tanya said, turning into lightning and disappearing from her location. She blitzed past Ain and the clown, cutting them off from the ship that they were running toward. With her rifle in her right hand, Tanya pointed her left hand toward the two. A powerful cluster of lightning formed at the palm of her left hand, and from her hand, she fired a powerful blast of lightning that aimed to engulf both Ain and the clown. Black Busou-shoku no Haki danced within the lightning, granting it even greater power.

Z's combination attacks did not transpire as he expected them to be. His Shigan was easily deflected by a mere blunt side of the katana, surprising Z himself. In conjunction, the Smash Buster that he launched at Sasaki's left was neutralized by a simple swing of his weapon. Albeit, the explosion was inevitable. The two were covered by smoke and specks of dust when the weapon unleashed its explosive elements, sending both of them skidding backward. When the bags of dust cleared, Z would stare at the opponent as his tail drew his third sword, letting his mouth wield it.

"Me backing down?"

Grinning, Z catapulted himself towards Sasaki, not feeling any sense of intimidation, despite unconsciously knowing how superior the younger man is. "You're quite skilled. It's a shame you work for the Marines."

Before closing in the distance, the former Navy Admiral would swing his right foot to unleash several wind scythes towards Sasaki. Invisible Haki present with all those air slashes. "Rankyaku"

Meanwhile, Ain and Binz are headed to the ship expecting Z to join them soon; however, it wouldn't be possible when Tanya launched herself in front of them. "!!!?"

Seeing the lightning apparition of the sniper before them, the two of them had two options before she even fired his rifle. And so it happened. Binz, pushed his comrade as soon as the lightning projectile was ejected from the barrel, tanking the attack with his own body fortified with Hardening. Ainz knew what to do.

Using the combination of Geppo and Soru, off the push, Ain should be able to react with such ease and send herself a little above Tanya in a zigzag motion. As this happen, she had already created a pink orb in her left palm, and with just a single touch on Tanya's body (capitalizing on the speed boost the Soru gave her rather than swing her hand), she'll return to a powerless 2-year old toddler.

A combination of Geppo and Soru, where the user uses Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movements in three dimensions.

Back in the ship, the Neo Navy soldiers saw the arrival of the Fishman Marine. "What!???", said the soldiers in unison. "Lt. Binz, we have a situation here. L-Lieutenant?? Do you copy?"

The smoke has finally cleared surrounding Binz. Down on his knees, you would see him with smokes coming out of his mouth, in fact all over his body. His loud and gay attire was all but burnt except of course a quarter of his pants.

 

[Kaka]

Former Admiral Zephyr was called by his allies to board the ship, but Sasaki's taunt was well-placed. The old man was too proud to go back on his word. A fair duel. Grinning, Zephyr charged toward Sasaki, jumping high up into the air. He gave Sasaki a backhanded compliment, stating that he was skilled, but unfortunately worked for Marines. Sasaki smiled and replied.

Give me a break, Zephyr-san... I'm only a young 51. Even you were a Marine at that age. Maybe when I'm an old fart like you, I'll go nuts as well.

Sasaki said, his words quite harsh, but he knew a man like Zephyr would take the humor in good stride. Kicking with his legs, Zephyr rained a number of Rankyakus down on Sasaki. Observing Zephyr's techniques with a sharp and watchful eye, Sasaki held his two katanas in his hands and his third in his mouth, imbuing them with black Busou-shoku no Haki and swinging all three, using them to disperse the Rankyakus.

Still not using any techniques, Sasaki was parrying and blocking all of Zephyr's attacks. However, when Zephyr pushed off of the air with Geppou and propelled himself down toward Sasaki with incredible speed, Sasaki knew it was time to step it up a notch. Bending his knees ever so slightly and widening his stance, Sasaki's eyes sharpened. Then, he swung all three of his swords simultaneously, unleashing an utterly massive flying slash. It was several times bigger and stronger than Zephyr's normal Rankyakus for comparison. The flying slash would collide with Zephyr's Battle Smasher. Power and Haki clashed, and strong winds were sent in all directions as a result.

Senhachiju Pound Ho (千八十煩悩（ポンド）鳳 Senhachijū Pondo Hō?, literally meaning "1080 Pound Cannon"): A much stronger and powerful version of "108 Pound Ho", where the user does the same exact movements as before, holding one of his swords horizontally above the shoulder of his sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiralling towards the target. This new stronger version possesses the ability to cut through a large stone wall. The name implies it is ten times as strong as the previous version.(81 Mastery, 81 Strength) Destructive Potency Rank: A

The clash was just about even, but Zephyr would manage to push through, while Sasaki jumped away like the monkey man that he was, allowing Zephyr's Battle Smasher to come smashing into the ground with little to not momentum left after the clash. However, as soon as Zephyr landed, Sasaki was once again upon him. Holding his two katanas vertically parallel to one another and the one in his mouth horizontally across, Sasaki blitzed past Zephyr, cutting with all three katanas simultaneously.

-Oni Giri (鬼斬り Oni Giri?, literally meaning "Demon Slash"): A three-way simultaneous slashing attack. The user crosses his two swords across his chest and places the blade in his mouth horizontally behind them. The user then approaches the target (usually at high speed) and cuts through by swinging the swords across his chest, resulting in a descending diagonal-crossing slash from both swords while the mouth blade performs a horizontal cut from either the left or right, depending on which side of his mouth he positioned the sword's main blade at.(41 Mastery, 41 Strength and 31 Movement Speed) Destructive Potency Rank: B

In the meantime, Tanya's powerful El Thor engulfed the clown. Ain had been pushed out of the way, and then used a combination of Geppou and Soru, a technique known as Kamisori, in order to approach Tanya quickly, aiming to land an attack on her with some strange energy in her hand. However, Tanya wouldn't let that happen. Suddenly, lightning erupted from her body and exploded in all directions with herself as the epicenter.

100,000,000 Volt Blast...!

Tanya discharges a blast of lightning with herself as the epicenter, engulfing everything around her with a concussive blast that electrocutes and blows everything away. Rank: S.

Tanya had intended to use this technique earlier, but Zephyr had interrupted it, which fortunately allowed Tanya to use it now without Ain being able to anticipate it. The lightning blast would blow Ain away before she could reach Tanya, while also damaging and electrocuting her. The smoke around the clown cleared as well, showing him almost burnt to a crisp. Whether he could continue fighting as anyone's guess, but it seemed like Tanya had things under control, due to the power of the Goro Goro no Mi.

On the Neo Navy's ship, Gen had confronted Zephyr's men. Seeing Gen, the men, worryingly, called out to the clown for help, but they saw him almost getting burnt to a crisp, leading to shock on their end. Gen, not wasting any time, widened his stance and then swung his right arm. He had water on his arm from when he had jumped into the water. The water was thrown forward in the form of small droplets. Due to Gen's Fishman Karate, as well as the sheer kinetic force of the droplets, they were transformed into water bullets, hitting the Neo Navy officers. No collateral damage was caused, and only the officers were hit, showing Gen's great mastery of Fishman Karate.
