Nah,
There was no kill on the 2nd night phase .
The message said Mafia would perform no kills on odd days if we lynched man in the box.
So I think maybe mafia just cant kill on odd days and where just trying to use their weakness as a bargaining chip.
Or maybe the poll was to unlock their kills on odd days.

Like if we disagreed to their request they unlock odd day kills or something.
But point is,
Rej flipped as the Vig so it seems overpowered that mafia has a vig and a faction kill every day.
