Gambit visiting law, with oreki there, and law was not janitored. meaning Gambit not scum. His sheriff claim makes more sense since he checking people who call out for protects, (usually scum do this as bait to town)

I blocked his ass night 2, because had enough and wanted to clear him, and mafia kill, and janitor kill still happen.

So unless your bs telling me he got transported, and did not receive my rb. I call bs on you, since gambit never was near me in afh results!
