So lemme get this straight. Our DPR stat (which is strength) is too strong, but a DF user's DPR stat (which not only gives DPR but also speed of attacks and an extra ability) is not?

Actually 101 - 120 in speed is same tier so you don't need boost

That's a waste. There's an easily beatable NPC that gives me that for free, ain't spending 60k on that.

This is really weird lol... at level 90, best I can get is 13. Small Continent Level. While people out here running around with 120s across the board and NPCs with 140s.

I'm confused looking at Shanks' stats.

Strength: 95+18=113[+5]

So at level 90 race boosts can take you past caps too? If so, can't we just do 97 + 18 (Race) + 5 (MA) = 120?

My information tells me that Shanks or such canon NPCs are exceptions to that rule. No, race boosts can't go over the cap it just means when you are at that certain level you can buy a boost to have 120 in that certain stat

Also how'd you get a +10 strength from power suit? It says it gives +10 movement and +10 durability.

You can use one power suit that gives you +10 points, so I used that for strength rather than Movement and Durability

Nah. It requires a 100 investment in science to get that +10. +5 would just be silly. Plus DF users already have enough advantage vs non-DF users lol.
