The Zanpakuto spirit was probably the same as Shinigami, just without Hado and Bakudo, and thus a multiplier lowered by 2. So strength, speed, vitality, reiatsu, reishi control, Hakuda, Zanjutsu, Shikai, Bankai. x8 multiplier

Also I vaguely remember Shikai giving a +50 and Bankai giving a +100 boost.

It probably also depends a bit because the org died and revived a couple of times under a new head GM, so I'm sure there were a couple of iterations with small differences.

Not much difference from Kaka's. Its the multiplier and one or two stats here and there. Whether changed or added, but usually removed/streamlined.

i think having shikai and bankai being seperate makes sense as otherwise they are under the same stat

They were usually combined into one since there's no difference anyway. Shikai and Bankai whether separated or not gives the same exact boost. If you separate them they just get an additional multiplier to compensate.

Yea different iterations of the stat systems usually just changed which stats are split and which are coupled together.

Like, sometimes we had reishi control as one stat, sometimes we split it into detection and suppression. Sometimes we had a Zanpakuto stat, sometimes we split that into Zanjutsu, Shikai and Bankai. Sometimes for Vizards we just had Hollow Mask, which included Ceros, while other times the Cero stat was split from it.

And so on... mostly small stuff.
