yeah you can though depending on the nature of the technique you may require more mastery in Rokushiki.

I know @Dr.Respect has a Fishmen and Rokushiki combined MA techniques (sorry gotta name and shame you here lol)

Forget all the shenanigans the SH's did and Marineford, there were far other stuff going on at the time as it made BB's plan almost flawless.

• Marines going to war with WB, so therefore ID was less stationed with Marines
• Shichubukai went down to 5 members with BB appearing at ID and Jinbe refusing to partake
• Kaido and Shanks skirmish
• Luffy's shenanigans and prison break out
• BB using all this to manipulate the title of shichubukai

There's likely 1-2 more stuff i am forgetting but other than that Roggy can't use all the above to go break in as a shichubukai and come out unscathed. It's not like everyone in ID will just stand there and allow you to slap them in the face and walk out alive if not touched.

Its like Zoro being given the epithet "Pirate Hunter" yet is a Pirate.

It's basically a sister form to Rankyaku, except instead of utilizing the legs to launch airblades, it uses your hands to cut like blades.

Drago still has more stats though Roogy wont accept being Shichubukai as it then affects the rest of the BYP.

Drago has more of a chance surviving though i wont say Roogy is gonna be easily killed either but they would need another Level 70+ to tag along and they either can be successful in raiding ID

just note if you become a Pirate Crew you can't have Rokushiki as your MA as you'll have to defeat an NPC that has it as something you win when killing the NPC as a reward.

Though you can create Brawling as technique with some similarities to Rokushiki

They need to add pirates in ID. To help create ruckus or to be recruited. Because a raider will just go for Magellan’s and try to get out quick quick T^T

Create Pirates following the floor where at. Like Level 6 will permit to gain a Lvl 60 NPC Lvl 5 2 levels 45 etc...

I would think if you raid down the level's you get that many:

Level 1 - Up to Level 20 NPC's, maybe add a certain level 30 NPC though you have to complete a side mission
Level 2 - Up to Level 35 NPC's, maybe add a certain level 40 NPC though you have to complete a side mission
Level 3 - Up to Level 40 NPC's, maybe add a certain level 50 NPC though you have to complete a side mission
Level 4 - Up to Level 50 NPC's, maybe add a certain level 55 NPC though you have to complete a side mission
Level 5 - Up to Level 60 NPC's, maybe add a certain level 65 NPC though you have to complete a side mission
Level 6 - Up to Level 60+ NPC's, maybe add a certain level 70 NPC though you have to complete a side mission

imo You just need add it to Rankyaku maybe it needs very high Mastery(like >=61) . But better ask the GMs

Also, if you become a Shichibukai, your bounty would get deactivated, so bounty hunters like Nero wouldn't come after you.
