Lol... I have past ready for Nero... he was adopted by a person who didn't raise him like a father. That person was a wanted power, and his personality was molded around this goal. He was ruthless who did not hesitate to do anything to get the job done, including murdering children. When Nero turns 8 he left Nero to grow up alone.. I have a story afterward too. Also, the reason Nero is ruthless when fight someone is because of that person influence on him
