@Oreki I don't know the exact situation you're in and i cant be bothered don't have the time to read your posts, but unless you use AoE attacks you shouldn't be able to oneshot this entire army.
Blocking with Objects (for Scientists and Martial Artists)
- a material object can be found or crafted and used to provide protection if used as a shield. This costs less stamina than an attack, but at the same time it could be overpowered more easily. The type of material should provide the durability of the defense. If an attack is two DPR higher than an objects durability then the object will break as well.

Each bullet or flying slash can definitely kill a handful of fodders, but you have like 20 handfuls against you. And while you are firing off your slashes or whatever some handfuls should definitely manage to use this "boomerang" attack. Lets say the 25 last fodders manage to get off their attacks that should turn the area into a Danmaku, especially if you are in an enclosed space. It should take some effort to dodge that.
So why not take it a bit slow, have some fun mowing down the fodders, use some of them as shields when neccecary, and give Iva-Chan some time to prepare an attack:pandaevil:.
Also, 20 attacks might consume a lot of stamina, don't know how much you have, and take enough time for some higher level characters to do something.

I'll give them until mid march after that I am putting the thread Jaya for review as I will be busy from end of march until early May.

So until then would be waiting for roughly 4 months then.

Well, to be honest, I don't know where this one-shot mention came from but the actual argument was that Nero can't dodge the attacks of the fodders which aren't the case since his speed allow him to see all those boomerangs in slow motion so making space to dodge for himself isn't all that hard cuz even in anime/manga others dodge bullets or barrage of attacks without much issues. If the space is narrow Nero can just push or jump, stab or make space for himself to dodge it and since space is narrow even those 99 NPCs should be caught in the crossfire and they can't even see in slow motion.

The main problem is Emperor saying the only option I have is to retreat and go back. About stamina I have infinite.
