Cuz I just checked and the owners of the territories already subdued by pirates aren't updated. Or I maybe a drunk old man.

Oooh that's more like it though it will just be, it beats my original idea of just having DF's already taken by users, consumed or in possession of.

Name of DF including moniker (eg: Gura Gura no Mi, "The Quake Man" / Known User (Past Users included) - Whether Consumed or in Possession of / Where DF can be found

Give me a day or two to make a full thread with links to certain threads where the DF's can be obtained too (that's if you want) Though will make a opening thread and if you feel it needs adjustments just go ahead with it.

I still dont see the point in punishing any more than taking away unique items. Activity in and of itself should be an incentive to not go AWOL
