Ichi conquered a territory that gets him 100 mill weekly, but he only got 75 mill there?

some go to crew coffers, which for a solo pirate is all your money anyway

For Tequilla Wolf you'll be given 75 million and 25 million will go to your crew coffers

not too sure what you mean by that, but as you've conquered Tequila Wolf you'll only be given your weekly from the weekly reward there. If you conquer more territories like for example as your headed to Maelstrom. It will cap at Maelstrom's weekly + Tequila Wolf's weekly, where a certain portion of the weekly go to you and your crew coffers

they cant be used on certain tuff but can be used on most things, as long as the crew agrees

Nope crew coffers are more used for say buying NPC's and for crew purposes not the individual, for example can't be used for purchasing exp or DF awakening.

crew coffers are suppose to be used to help your crew not you directly. Although you can of course argue that making a character better will still help the crew, so it has some gray area but yeah EXP and fruits with it is defintley not allowed
