We should make it clear who is still alive on drum. In my headcannon Kuromarimo got away after you killed wapol, found my PC buried in an avalanche and fucked him up. So he might still be alive. I left some details vague, and my pc remembering the incident turns out to be a nightmare anyways, but that is what i would like to have happened. Also, him spending some time buried in the snow could explain why he still hasn't met up with anyone and is currently alone.
