yeah, it should still be completable by other people of course too. And shouldnt go for go for it right away, otherwise we will have people create islands just so they can do them; like kakashi making black drum

What is the best way to go about this then. I forgot about that listing. I wanted to get the Gomu in my inventory for my NPC plans. As in I after I ate, I was gonna see where the Gomu was and ask for that instead of Kyuka or Arlong.

well you can make it any sort of level island, low, mid, high etc. and hope its not finished, or you can buy it off the person who got it
