The anime Tensei Shitara Slime Data Ken has a bunch of them.
And the anime Overlord has a bunch of them.
Then there's the guy from Dorohedoro (Caiman), Rak (from Tower of God), Lyd (from Danmachi), Gaganpo (fom Restaurant to a Another World), Lizard (from Africa Salaryman), Spinner (from My Hero Academia), etc..

I used some for my Swamp Kingdom territory, so just double check which are in use there.

Outside of that, I recommend just going to google pics and searching for ''anime lizards'', ''anime lizardmen'', ''anime lizardman'', ''anime reptileman'', ''anime reptilemen'', ''anime half man half lizard'', ''anime half man half reptile''.

That's how I find my stuff. You can go with those same search options in deviantart.

Edit: Ah, also, when it comes to reptilians, dragons were reptiles, so some half man half dragon, or draconians, could probably work as reptilians, as long as the appearance doesn't scream dragon too immediately. xD

If you really love one of the pics in Swamp Kingdom territory, you can let me know and I'll see if I can replace that NPC with a different one so you can use it.
