I have a lady assistant with this problem - she's on holiday atm btw xD.

My tolerance to insult and pressure is higher than Skypiea but my tolerance to lazy and irresponsible colleagues is deeper than Fishman Island.

I would fire people as such in this past but right now, I don't have the authority as they are vendors or 3rd party. But I already escalated her many times over.

Two weeks sick. Comes back with a sunburn for two days.
Sick for the rest of the week.
Two weeks vacation.
Back for 2 days.
Sick ever since. Been like two months now.
Another one has been missing for the same time. Boss doesn't even talk about him anymore. I don't even know if he still works there.
Its just me and two old dudes doing a job for 5-6 people.
The sales department helps out, but they have their own people like that.
Today i was at work for 12,5 hrs, and that was a short day. One old dude wasn't feeling good today, and if he gets sick, tomorrow will be brutal.

bruh. this woman is the laziest of all kind. you know what she did just before she left for vaca?

1. auto-transferred all incoming mortgage-related calls to my extension like it is my task to fax evidence of insurance to the fucking mortgagees/lenders. that's why we have assistants.
2. sent an email to the newly hired staff, delegating her tasks to anyone she trips
3. conspired with the front desk/receptionist to re-route all faxes and returned mails to my desk whereas it should have been sent over to the appropriate queue and fall inline
4. when she's around, she would finish 8-10 tasks and that's it! bruh I COULD FINISH 134 AT MAX WHILE RPING AND TALKING SHIT IN ALL FORUMS I KNOW.
5. And then last month, she filed a resignation, I was so happy. 3 days later, she retracted and the stupid manager of our vendor accepted it. Unfortunately, we have a due process to follow.

Lmao. I remember the time I choose to take off for 1 complete month on the last month of my national service.

My in-charge didn't like that one. But his in-charge was like 'goodbye, enjoy'.

2 weeks off + 1 week MC after wisdom tooth extraction (Free btw) + 4 days off in lieu (2 of which is simply given to me for free by the in-charge by changing the attendance records).

Literally only came back on the last day of my service to get my civilian life back.

I would love to have a Bleach RP again, with Campaigns and stuff, since we never had that when Bleach was active.
