I think currently the pre time skip admirals are in power.

Nope Sengoku is fleet admiral. If you want his fruit, you need to kill him.

But, as a marine, it'd be hard for you to justify that in Marineford where Sengoku is, so you can do it through a story mission.

I mean we're all seasoned RPers, the process is pretty clear.

When more than one person end up in the same area, the first round of posts determines the post order.
